We chose BESTSPA99 because we were traveling with my husband’s family and wanted separate bedrooms, and it was an absolutely wonderful Accommodation! We had informed them that we would be traveling with an infant, and they even provided a baby crib. Since each bedroom has its own door, we could all relax together after putting the baby to sleep. The place was thoroughly cleaned and very spotless, the Facility were excellent, and the sauna temperature was perfect! The pool wasn’t heated, but it worked great as a cold plunge after the sauna. Even though we requested an additional BBQ grill just four days in advance, they prepared it for us. The area was quiet as well, so we could truly unwind away from everyday noise—we were completely satisfied!! If you’re visiting Kujukuri Beach, I highly recommend staying at BESTSPA99!

This is the first accommodation that has truly moved me. The sauna was exceptional, offering a luxurious experience that felt almost too indulgent to enjoy with just my family. The view from the window was absolutely breathtaking! The gentle sound of the river flowing in front added a perfect background melody. The manager's warm smile and thoughtful hospitality were also remarkable. It’s an accommodation that heals both mind and body, and I will definitely visit again.

We stayed for 3 nights with 3 families. 【Room】 The Japanese-style room could be divided with a roll curtain, making it very convenient to use as one room with futons laid out (each room also had its own air conditioning). The floors outside the Japanese-style room, toilet, and bathroom were concrete, which was cold in winter. I felt that thicker slippers would be nice. 【Amenities】 There were plenty of towels, so we didn't need to do laundry. The cooking utensils and dishes were sufficient for making breakfast. There were also spoons and forks for children, as well as plates with suction cups, which were convenient. Only salt and pepper were provided as seasonings, so you need to prepare oil and other condiments. The complimentary water, juice, Orion beer, and coffee beans were very delicious. 【Bath】 The bathtub was spacious and comfortable. However, in winter, when 3 families took turns using it, the water got cold by the end (since there was no reheating function), which was a bit inconvenient. The sauna, which was accessible from outside, was good for warming up a chilled body. (The pool was not available during our stay, but it looked spacious and the slide-like area seemed fun.) 【Service】 Check-in and check-out required going to a different facility (about 5 minutes by car), which felt a bit inconvenient. The hotel staff were pleasant. Despite mentioning various things, the atmosphere was nice, and each family member was able to spend their time comfortably. Thank you very much.

It’s somewhat pricey, but the villa is well worth it. The Room was very clean, and although we stayed as a couple, it felt almost too spacious. We made great use of the pool and sauna as well, and since they’re private, it was amazing to enjoy them without worrying about other people’s eyes! Having inflatable rings provided was also a big help. Since it’s a bit far from the airport, taking a taxi to the Accommodation is essential, but having one car included at the Accommodation was extremely convenient and meant we didn’t need to rent one. The staff were very kind and provided attentive service. We’d love to stay again!

We often stay in this type of villa because we’re a big family and we have a dog, and this place was the best. It’s a spacious single-story villa with a large garden, a fire pit, a sauna, and a clean, relaxing bath. The BBQ came with great-quality meat from a yakiniku restaurant, and the breakfast bread was from a proper bakery. It’s right in front of Lake Biwa. I’ll skip the small details, but everything was thoughtfully provided—we had no complaints at all. We felt truly refreshed.

This Accommodation is ideal for traveling with a large group. From the spacious pool and huge sauna to the high-quality bedrooms, everything is exceptional. I have stayed at many Accommodations, but this one stands out as top-class in both scale and attention to detail. However, since check-in is done online, a website error caused delays during check-in. The staff kindly guided us over the phone, but I hope this issue will not occur on our next visit.

Our family of five stayed here. We had been looking forward to it after seeing the photos at the time of Reservation, and when we arrived, the villa was even more wonderful than we imagined—we were truly delighted. It was very spacious and spotless, and our whole family was able to relax comfortably. We enjoyed watching the sunset while playing in the pool, and at night we took in countless stars and a beautiful night view—an unforgettable escape from everyday life. The kitchenware and cooking utensils were well stocked, and having both a washing machine and dryer was extremely convenient. We hardly felt any inconvenience during our stay. Everyone in our family liked it so much that we kept saying, “Let’s come back again next year,” making this a trip to remember. It was such a lovely villa that we would definitely like to stay again. I stayed for 3 nights in Room 102 of this accommodation during my first visit to Miyako Island. The view right in front of me as I entered the room was breathtaking. The room was very clean and fully equipped, allowing me to stay comfortably without any inconvenience. The staff promptly replenished drinks in the refrigerator and provided plenty of towels, all with kindness and warm smiles. I didn’t realize there was ice available and ended up buying some—wish I had asked! (laughs) The private beach right in front is also a great attraction; I went there every day. Oh, a stray cat came by to visit! It was adorable, but I refrained from feeding or touching it and just watched over it since it could become an issue if it decided to stay around. There weren’t many downsides, but the smell in the bathroom and bedroom bothered me slightly—it was somewhat fishy or moldy. Perhaps adding some aromatherapy would help improve this aspect. We stayed in Building G for 4 days in February (including a holiday) and were very satisfied. The rate was $3,600 per day for 2 adults and 2 children. We booked via Yahoo! Travel, and received the main entrance code a few days before check-in. On the first floor, there are four double beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, a washer and dryer, and a toilet. Upstairs is the living room and kitchen, plus a shower room (with toilet) and a large heated soaking tub on the balcony. There are also two double beds in the mezzanine between the first and second floors. The space was comfortable and clean. Since it’s a standalone unit, we didn’t have to worry about disturbing others. The kids had so much fun soaking on the balcony every night! You can also see the ocean from the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and cookware, as well as a microwave and an electric griddle—very convenient for grilling meat bought at the supermarket. Overall we were very satisfied. The surrounding area is convenient: there are two supermarkets, drugstores, and convenience stores within walking distance, plus a basketball court next to the Accommodation. Excellent value!!!

We stayed as two families, and this villa is ideal for group stays. As it’s a new Hotel, everything was very clean, and having separate bedrooms made it easy to maintain privacy. Check-in was unattended, but we received immediate replies to questions via the tablet, which was reassuring. The spacious living room had a large dining table and sofa, and there were also cooking appliances. The pool isn’t huge, but we could enjoy it without worrying about being seen, both at night and in the morning. It’s not an ocean-view place, but Tiger Beach with excellent water clarity is within walking distance, and restaurants and convenience stores are close by. We could park right in front of the villa, so we were able to carry our sleeping child straight to bed without waking them up. We’d love to stay again on our next trip to Okinawa. This was our second stay. The first time was in December, and the night sky was beautiful. This time we came for the pool, but at night we were amazed to see so many fireflies in the well-maintained garden—our whole family was truly moved. Surprisingly, there were hardly any mosquitoes or bugs. There’s a river at a nearby dam park, and before check-in we enjoyed catching crabs and shrimp, which made for an unforgettable summer vacation memory. Thank you very much!

I forgot to check the email I received before my trip and mistakenly thought the check-in number was the digital key! I couldn’t open it because I didn’t know the villa number, so I called and they helped me right away. Once I got the number, I was able to enter the Room safely. Thank you so much!! The Room was spacious, clean, and very relaxing. If I had to mention one thing, the TV felt a bit small for the size of the Room. Other than that, everything was great. I truly enjoyed my trip to Miyakojima. Thank you very much.

It was a one-night stay, but we had a very pleasant time. We wished we could have stayed for a multiple night stay. The facility was excellent, and the room was amazing. The kids were thrilled that music could be played throughout the room. We enjoyed the pool where even our dog could join us, and at night it was beautifully lit up, allowing us to enjoy fireworks together as a family. The welcome drink was fantastic, and the meals we ordered were delicious. It was also convenient to have rice prepared in a rice cooker for us. The 1-night, 2-day stay went by so quickly. This is one of the few accommodations that makes me want to come back again. Thank you for your hospitality!

BBQ and sauna options are available! The sauna pairs perfectly with the pool right in front, and I enjoyed using it multiple times! The view from the pool is stunning, and soaking in the pool while watching a beautiful sunset was incredibly relaxing, helping me forget all my daily worries. I would love to stay here again!

As it is a private rental, we were able to fully enjoy our private time. Although it is not a Hotel, and I was initially concerned about the amenities and Facility, there was no inconvenience except for the lack of a razor. On the contrary, I was delighted to find complimentary water and cup Okinawa soba as a late-night snack provided. The owner was kind, making it an excellent trip overall. I will definitely use this place again next time!

Our first trip to Sado Island was unforgettable, especially for the kids. This villa made all our wishes come true: swimming in the sea, enjoying the pool, having a barbecue, watching fireworks, and admiring a beautiful sunset. Although the entrance had a steep slope, its location on a hill offered stunning views. A short walk took us to a swimming spot with rocky areas where we unexpectedly enjoyed tide-pooling. After returning, we rinsed off in the outdoor shower and jumped straight into the pool. The jacuzzi was warm and relaxing while watching our kids play excitedly. The highlight? The breathtaking sunset! We had a barbecue while watching it, making everything taste even better. It was such an enjoyable trip—thank you so much!

We travel to Ishigaki Island every two years, and this was our first time using this facility. The inclusion of a rental car was very helpful. It was convenient as everything we needed, such as cooking facilities, a washing machine and dryer, and marine goods, were all provided. Although we didn’t have a BBQ this time, we bought delicious meat from the recommended shop, cooked it ourselves, and enjoyed it. The pool was spacious enough, and we had a comfortable stay as if living there. The shuttle service staff were kind and attentive. With the marine goods available, we could go out to the sea easily. They also kindly helped us with reservations for restaurants we wanted to visit. Overall satisfaction was very high! The curry shop right in front of the facility was also very delicious; our family is already talking about wanting to stay here again!
