Our second stay, following last year. Last time we chose a no-meals Plan and brought meat, vegetables, and other ingredients from home to enjoy a BBQ on the terrace. The terrace had a large gas grill, plus a table and chairs always set up. It was pouring rain outside, but the space was completely sheltered from wind and rain, so we could BBQ comfortably as if we were indoors. This time, since we planned to spend dinner with friends’ family in Omura City, we chose a breakfast-only Plan. Right after arrival, the staff warmly welcomed us and provided careful guidance and explanations about the Facility, while our dog enjoyed playing ball in the outdoor yard. Last time we booked a Room with a large garden but couldn’t use it due to heavy rain, so this time we chose one without a garden. Even so, there was still enough yard space for ball play, and there was also a dog run next to the Accommodation building. In addition to an indoor hinoki bath in the Room, there was even an open-air bath, so we could relax in the baths after returning from dinner and again in the morning. For breakfast, more than enough ingredients were prepared in the refrigerator, along with plenty of seasonings and tableware—so we made a luxurious morning meal at our preferred time and in our own way. For reference: my daughter had cheese toast with grilled bacon plus a fresh vegetable salad, yogurt, and soup; my husband had hot sandwiches with fried eggs plus salad and coffee—everyone ate what they liked and was very satisfied. One note: there were thorny plants growing in parts of the yard and dog run; it can be dangerous unless removed before letting dogs play. We ended up trimming some ourselves while saying it would be nice if it were mowed shorter overall. Even so, it’s an excellent Facility—we will definitely stay again.

The staff's warm and attentive service from the moment we checked in made our stay incredibly enjoyable for both us and our children. (We are especially grateful for their flexibility in arranging mountain climbing bento boxes.) We stayed for three nights, and every day we were treated to a different menu featuring the abundant seafood and mountain delicacies unique to Yakushima and Kagoshima, making each meal a delightful experience. After trekking to Jomon Sugi and Taikoiwa, the natural Onsen provided ultimate relaxation for both body and mind. The well-stocked amenities, along with the impeccably clean facilities throughout the property, ensured a comfortable stay from start to finish. It was such a wonderful trip that we can't wait to visit again. Thank you so much to all the staff!

I’ve been to Beppu many times, but this was my first stay at Sansuikan. Thank you for a relaxing time. My elderly siblings and I even talked about coming again next time (lol).

Thank you for your hospitality. We stayed as a couple. Since we were out drinking and didn’t spend much time relaxing at the Hotel, we reserved a standard double Room, but thanks to the Hotel's kindness, we were upgraded to a Room with a larger desk! Thank you very much. The toilet in the Room was small, but the Room itself was very comfortable. The welcome drinks were plentiful and had a great atmosphere. The large public bath had designated times for men and women, so I couldn’t use it; therefore, I rated it 3 stars. The photo shows the breakfast I had.

I was a bit worried because the Harmonyland ticket Plan with breakfast and dinner was so affordable, but the Room had seaside beds and the buffet—irresistible for seafood lovers—was excellent. It was a very family-friendly Accommodation. Next time, I’d definitely like to stay and use the pool. This was a great find after a long time.

It was a very comfortable Room. The seafood dishes were also excellent. The bath was clean and we enjoyed it. After checking out, I realized I had forgotten my hat and called; they helped me, and it arrived at my home the next day. It became a wonderful memory. I will visit again.

It was very clean and comfortable! The meals were delicious, and we had a pleasant stay. Please note that the toilet and washbasin are located outside the Room, and bathing is available only in the large public bath (15:00–23:00), so it may not be suitable for those who want a morning bath or shower. There is an ice machine and a microwave on the floor. Also, the refrigerator includes a freezer compartment, which was helpful for freezing ice packs.

We stayed at Soboro in Kamogawa, Chiba Prefecture! There were 10 of us, and we enjoyed the pool, sauna, karaoke, BBQ terrace, and even Netflix—everyone had a great time at our own pace!! It was such an amazing Accommodation that we’d love to stay again. Highly recommended for both large and small groups!

This was my first time staying here. The staff were very kind. They carefully guided me to the parking area and assisted me politely when I parked and checked in. The Room size was just right, but the shower curtain was a bit narrow, so I had to find the best position while showering. The Room walls seemed thin, and I could hear the neighbor sneezing. It surprised me a little at night and early in the morning. It was close to where I wanted to go, so I’m satisfied.

I stayed for one night on my way back from Shirakami-Sanchi via the Gono Line. The Onsen left my skin feeling wonderfully smooth, and the Room was spacious and very relaxing. The meals were sample portions, but everything was delicious. Since my train the next day was around 11:00, I wasn’t sure how to spend the time after checking out at 10:00, but the staff suggested a sightseeing Plan, and I was able to tour around on the Hotel bus, which made the trip even more fulfilling. The staff also kindly saw me off outside and were extremely helpful throughout—overall, I was very satisfied.

The Facility is somewhat old, but it was well cleaned, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong enough. It’s conveniently located near Kotoden Kataharamachi Station, you can use the Onsen at the sister property, and there’s a supermarket nearby. Perhaps because it was a quiet period, they prepared a Japanese-style room that was more spacious than I needed for a solo trip, so I could relax very comfortably. The price was reasonable, and I’d like to stay again.

We travel about once or twice a month, and we found this Hotel to be exceptionally kind. They helped us in many ways, and we are truly grateful—we had a very pleasant trip. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again.

We stayed in a TW Western-style Room without a bath and rented a crate. The bath could be used without running into other guests, and the large dog run was almost private, so our dog could run to their heart’s content. Since the beach is close by, we went straight from the Room in swimsuits, and afterward we were able to shampoo our dog at the Facility, which was great. We would love to stay again.

I had a very comfortable stay as I was provided with the best room despite booking at a very affordable price. The dinner at the restaurant was so delicious and generously portioned that I wondered if it was really okay to offer it at such a price—completely satisfying. Although I may not have the chance to revisit this remote island, it was a Hotel where I would love to enjoy a Multiple Night Stay and relax.

The meals were high quality and exceeded my expectations. The bath wasn’t too hot, so it was easy for small children to use as well. Overall, I could really feel the effort the staff puts in. The Facility feels a bit old, but I hope you keep it up for a long time. We’ll be back again.

The Room was much more spacious than I expected, and the amenities were well stocked. The morning coffee service and easy microwave snacks were also great. The only thing I noticed—just a minor detail—was that when you enter and open the door, the entry step area extends to the right, which made it hard to take off shoes and close the door (my shoes could get caught in the door). If that space extended a bit more to the left instead of the right, it might be easier to come and go, so I rated the Facility 4. That said, everything was very comfortable, starting with the front desk staff’s service. The Room was truly spacious with a sofa and very clean. Going out into Otaru and returning to the Accommodation also felt easier and more casual than at a typical large Hotel. If I have another chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

Only the representative needed to register in advance, but signatures from all guests were required at check-in, and the tablet interface was a bit hard to understand. The Hotel was very clean, and we had a comfortable stay.

This was my first stay, and I chose it after checking the website in advance and looking at other sites, but it exceeded my expectations. The Facility was wonderful and the location was perfect! There are no other Accommodations nearby, so it’s a very quiet environment. The beach is just a short walk away, and I had three relaxing days. I would definitely stay again next time! That’s all! I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay during the Obon holiday period. It was a distance from the station by car, but I chose it because parking was free. The parking lot in front of the Hotel filled up quickly if I arrived a bit late, but the Hotel had secured additional parking behind the building, and there is an entrance at the back as well, so it was not a problem at all. Perhaps because I made my Reservation one month in advance, the rate was also a good deal. Also, with Omicho Market nearby and popular spots like Hachiban Ramen and Noboru Ramen located roughly between Kanazawa Station and the Hotel, it was very convenient. The bed was nice and fluffy. The coin laundry could get crowded depending on the day, but I was still able to use it without trouble. I did not add breakfast when making my Reservation, but by requesting it by the day before, I could get it at a slightly discounted price. I added breakfast only on the last day. The selection—including drinks—was extensive, and above all, the white rice was delicious. The Hotel staff were kind and carefully explained how to use buses or taxis to get to the station. There were welcome drinks in my Room, and for a Multiple Night Stay they also replenished items such as coffee. It was my first time staying at an APA Hotel, and it lived up to its reputation—I felt it is a trustworthy Hotel. One thing that concerned me was a moldy smell in the bathroom. I couldn’t tell whether it came from the shower curtain or near the ventilation fan area, but every time I opened the unit bath door I noticed it, which was stressful. There was also a place to hang clothes between my Room entrance door and the unit bath area, but I didn’t feel comfortable using it because I worried odors might transfer. Still, overall I am very satisfied with my stay. Thank you very much.
