The Room was spacious, easy to use, and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. I was traveling home, so it helped me recover from the fatigue. The Room amenities were minimal. I thought it would be nice to have cotton pads or cotton swabs, but they weren’t really necessary. The meals weren’t flashy, but they were pleasantly tasty. It was a great-value stay. Thank you very much.

We truly enjoyed the delicious meals at both breakfast and dinner. The bath was also very comfortable. The ocean view from our Room and from the large public bath was especially beautiful and memorable. By chance, we were able to see fireworks, which delighted our granddaughter. I stayed here two years ago and it was amazing. This time, even though it was raining due to back-to-back typhoons, it didn’t matter at all—our stay was wonderful again. I heard the interior was fully renovated about a year and a half ago, and the Room has been updated with a modern feel. It’s stairs up to around the 5th floor, but each step is low, so getting around isn’t difficult. Our two dogs get excited the moment they arrive when they like an Accommodation, and they were thrilled this time as well. They even used the provided toilet just like at home. Since they’re timid, we didn’t use the dog run. I tried three Onsen baths, and all of them were perfect—the temperature was just right. The food is simply outstanding. The sashimi is expertly prepared, and there’s more than enough overall—I couldn’t finish everything. I especially love how Shiki no Kura serves abalone, and it was truly delicious again this time. Even compared with top Hotels and Ryokan across The whole country, this place ranks among the best. Breakfast was also excellent: a selection of side dishes that anyone would enjoy paired with rice cooked in a clay pot. The staff’s guidance and conversation were great, as were their thoughtful touches in the Room. After breakfast I took a nap and checked out at 11:00—honestly, I relaxed even more than my dogs did. The building itself does feel old in places; when I wiped the floor it came up dirty. But everywhere has something these days due to staffing shortages, so it didn’t bother me. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that prices fluctuate quite a bit during Kawazu cherry blossom season and other peak times. If it were always reasonably priced, I’d make this my regular go-to (laugh). I will definitely be back again.

We stayed on Friday and Saturday, and we could see fireworks right from our Room, which really excited the kids. The Room was spacious, well cleaned, and spotless. The Hotel staff’s hospitality was excellent, and we definitely want to stay again the next time we visit Okinawa. The pool isn’t large, but it was clean, with an ocean view—perfect.

Even though we made a last-minute Reservation and asked for several special requests, you kindly accommodated us, and all the staff were incredibly helpful—we were truly impressed. The Room had a panoramic ocean view, and it was wonderful to see both the full moon and the sunrise. The Onsen was excellent as well; our children loved it and went in three times. The meals were delicious with generous portions, and we were very satisfied. The lounge has been beautifully renovated, and the welcome drink was a nice touch. The summer vacation–only pool and fireworks delighted our kids, and it was just a short walk from the Accommodation to the beach, making it easy to go back and forth between the pool and the sea. Because they had such a great time, our children said they definitely want to come again next year. Thank you very much for everything—we look forward to staying with you again.

This is a traditional Onsen Ryokan, but it is very well maintained and spotlessly clean, so we had a very comfortable stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The male staff member at the dining area was very kind and gave us detailed information about the sightseeing spot we planned to visit the next day, including how to get there, walking time, and parking. We would love to stay here again!!

Meals are served buffet-style, with separate venues for breakfast and dinner and a wide variety of options. Even over two nights, there was more than we could try. Dinner in particular featured Hokkaido specialties such as seafood and Ainu cuisine, with plenty of unique dishes beyond the usual, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The baths were also spacious, with various options like a jet bath and bubble bath, making it very relaxing. If possible, I would have preferred an easy-to-move-in separate outfit such as a samue instead of a yukata—so that is the only reason I rated it 4 stars.

I chose Sapporo JAL City because I like the breakfast at JAL City, and I was satisfied. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and the taste met my expectations. The relaxation area after the bath was very comfortable, and they also had ice cream, which I really appreciated.

The Facility is old, but the rates are affordable, and since the meals are kaiseki cuisine, we enjoyed them at a relaxed pace. Above all, the Kanmon Bridge and the Kanmon Strait can be seen from the Room, bath, and dining hall—absolutely wonderful. We were able to take our time enjoying the view of various ships coming and going. We will stay again.

I used to visit the Onsen for day trips every year, but this was my first time staying overnight (2 nights). The spaces outside the Room were well equipped, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. Between the Onsen, complimentary alcohol and snacks, and manga, two days wasn’t enough time—I barely had time just to sleep in the Room. I think this is the No. 1 Accommodation as a base for horse-related activities.

Because it was a three-day weekend right at the start of summer vacation, it ended up a little over our original budget—but we wanted to stay here so badly that we made the Reservation anyway. And once we actually stayed… it was worth every yen—no, even more than that. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The location was even better than expected: right in front of us were white sand and a blue sea. There were quite a few families and international guests, but at night it was very quiet. You can head straight to the beach from the Hotel, and everything was thoughtfully prepared—dedicated beach sandals, a washing machine, towels, and more. I also really appreciated that when you take off your slippers there, you can place them neatly into a shoe box labeled with your Room name—something I found especially reassuring as someone who’s a bit particular about cleanliness. The Room was truly spacious, spotless, and very functional. Everything felt refined from corner to corner—the washbasin, furnishings, wall colors, decorations—all beautifully coordinated and calming. A small detail, but the loungewear fabric was very soft and had buttons so it stayed in place comfortably. The semi-open-air bath in the guest room had excellent water quality and temperature. Being able to soak slowly while looking out at the ocean—with no insects flying around—was pure bliss. We enjoyed our in-room meals while chatting pleasantly with our attendant; everything was delicious. The simmered whole kinmedai (splendid alfonsino) was especially impressive—large and full of flavor—truly “this is Izu!” That said, personally I would have preferred beef as steak (even a small portion) rather than chilled shabu-shabu wrapped with vegetables. If many guests are older adults, it would be great if there were an option available even with an additional charge. Breakfast included many dishes as well—I ended up eating quite a lot first thing in the morning! Overall this Accommodation deserves high marks across the board; if I had to be strictly critical, dinner alone could have felt slightly more luxurious or surprising—something that makes you think “This is exceptional—I’ve never tasted anything like it.” Even so, it was such a wonderful Accommodation that I absolutely want to return again next year. We stayed here for our wedding anniversary. We were interested in the traditional hearth (irori), so we chose this Accommodation. Although it is old, it is well kept, and the staff kindly recommended various sightseeing spots, which made our celebration even more special. We also really enjoyed the irori experience. We would love to visit again if we have the chance.

This is a quiet, relaxing Accommodation overlooking the Tsugaru Strait. The meals were especially delicious, with each dish carefully prepared. The tableware also reflected the value and tradition of a Ryokan. With heartfelt service, it was a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

Both the Room and the staff member who assisted us were wonderful, and we were able to truly relax. As I casually looked out from the Japanese-style Room at the beautiful garden, a large grey heron was resting its wings by the waterfall. It was my first time observing one from so close, and I was thrilled. The thoughtfully prepared cuisine is always delicious, and this time again every dish was deeply impressive. Staying in a detached guesthouse felt perfect just being there, but I went out to make sure not to miss the live music in the lobby—and it turned into another wonderfully romantic moment. As often as time and budget allow, I would love to return again and again to unwind. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

During the Obon holiday period, I was looking after my grandchild and searched for a nearby Hotel where a 2-year-old could play. We stayed in a family Room created in collaboration with Miki House. While the Hotel’s structure is undeniably old, it has been beautifully renovated and we had a very comfortable stay. The children’s pool inside the Hotel, the slide and jungle gym set up in the Room, toys such as building blocks, and the evening festival-style event all delighted my grandchild. Dinner was served in our Room so we could relax without worrying about others, and the breakfast buffet offered delicious dishes made with local ingredients in a restaurant with a great view. This was an especially recommended Hotel for families traveling with children. Thank you very much.

I stayed for one night during the Obon holiday period, and it was a truly wonderful stay. With only 10 Rooms, the Accommodation was very quiet and private, and I hardly ran into other guests during my stay. The Room was spacious and spotless, and the open-air bath in the Room was very relaxing, allowing me to unwind at a leisurely pace. The food was also excellent, and I was extremely satisfied.

Stayed here to visit Jingu Stadium. It’s conveniently located near the station—Akasaka-mitsuke Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line is within a 10-minute walk, and it’s just two stops to Gaienmae! The top-floor panoramic bath isn’t very large, but it was nice to be able to stretch out and relax. There was a mistake in settling the Accommodation fee at the front desk, which was a bit concerning. The parking was also inexpensive at 1,000 yen per night, which I appreciated.

I visited Ako with my wife during summer, craving the famous oyster dishes, and found Ako Park Hotel online. The food was truly excellent, reasonably priced, and offered great value for money. The staff were incredibly kind and provided exceptional service, making our stay enjoyable. The location is very convenient, being close to Ako Castle, and the Onsen was also fantastic. We will definitely return to enjoy oysters again!

I stayed one night in the newly renovated special room on the top floor. The view from the window was amazing, and the bathtub was spacious, allowing me to relax. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The free private bath was also large and comfortable. For dinner, there were abalone sashimi and whale dishes, which were delicious. Breakfast was a buffet with a limited selection but still tasty. The staff were always smiling and very friendly. Thank you!

Conveniently located very close to the subway station, making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also varied and delicious. The guest room was kept very clean. Some hotels often have a distinctive lingering odor, but this Hotel had none at all and felt exceptionally fresh and spotless. I was able to sleep comfortably as well. Another pleasant surprise was that the pajamas included pants. Most places provide only a top in a yukata style, but this Hotel’s service was attentive even in that regard. I would like to stay here again when I travel to Tokyo on business.
