The bath was amazing! My skin felt so smooth afterward. I didn’t use it this time, but I heard the bath in the Room is also an Onsen. Being able to choose a yukata pattern was a lovely touch for women. All of the staff were kind and thoughtful in so many ways. They recommended Genbei River as a place to explore on the second day, and I ended up playing in the river for the first time in decades (lol). The nature there was incredibly refreshing. The meals were delicious, with more than enough food to finish. We made wonderful summer vacation memories. Thank you very much.

With its convenient location near the station and direct access via an underground passage, it was very easy to get around without getting wet even on rainy days. From the 7th-floor lobby, we could see the area around the station and distant mountain ranges, and the view was excellent. In the lobby, hot coffee and an apple vinegar drink were available at all times, and it was also very convenient that each floor had ice and a water dispenser. What impressed me most was breakfast. The Hokkaido-style seafood rice bowl came with both steamed rice and sushi rice options, and it was wonderful to be able to enjoy everything you’d hope for in Hokkaido at once—soft-serve ice cream, stir-fried jingisukan (grilled mutton), soup curry, and more. The dining staff were attentive as well, so there was none of the stress that can come with buffet-style dining; they made the trip feel even more special. The guest room had a combined bath-and-toilet unit bathroom without a separate washing area, but it was relatively spacious and I didn’t find it inconvenient. I previously stayed at another Hotel in this group in Tamachi, and I feel this group’s strengths are guest-focused service and breakfasts that exceed expectations. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again.

Every year, our family travels to Toba. This year, our son wanted to stay here, so we made a Reservation in advance. Many of the staff seemed to be from overseas, but everyone spoke Japanese very well and the service was excellent. The welcome drink service right after entering the lobby was also great! Having ocean views from every room is wonderful. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were very delicious! We ate too much... It was a bit disappointing that the open-air bath required an additional fee. Also, there were a few showers where temperature control didn’t work well, so I hope they can be fixed. Overall, this is a Hotel I would recommend. I’d like to stay again. Thank you!

This was my second stay. Last time, I stayed in the Glamping Cottage. This time, I stayed in the Villa Terrace & Glamping. The Villa Terrace is along the road, and my dog would tremble from the noise every time a truck passed by. The jacuzzi shower was difficult to use—I learned how from my grandchild (lol). *Also, when we entered the Room, it was so hot it felt like a sauna (-｡-; Overall, we were very satisfied: the beach was within walking distance, the Room was clean, and the amenities were well stocked. Next time, I’d like to stay in spring or autumn. Thank you very much.

This is my go-to Accommodation for my annual trips to Sapporo! On the first night, I stayed in a Corner Twin for the first time. The windows were large, and I had a pleasant view with the Hokkaido Government Office building right in front of me—perfect for relaxing with drinks in the Room. On the second night, since my child was Child Sharing Existing Bedding, we chose a Superior Double. The window was smaller and it felt even more compact, but it was still very functional. There was also an ice machine on the top floor, and perhaps as part of Superior perks there were bath salts provided as well, which was a nice touch. At check-in, the male staff member at reception had no expression and his service was disappointing—neither good nor bad overall. However, the male staff member at check-out was very pleasant, so I’ll call it even (lol). And what I especially recommend is breakfast. There is a wide variety of dishes with many local items, and everything—Japanese or Western—is high quality. All of the staff are friendly and it feels great. The salted bread that wasn’t available last year was delicious, so I hope you keep offering it! The only disappointment was that the breakfast crowding status shown on the in-room TV didn’t match reality. It showed “not busy,” so we went then—but there were actually 30 groups waiting. After getting my young child excited and taking them there, having to bring them back to the Room and manage their bad mood was frustrating... Still, the large public bath is very clean; we received a full set of children’s amenities for Child Sharing Existing Bedding at the front desk; there are Sekkisei amenities; and needless to say, the location is excellent... Overall, this trip once again reminded me that in Sapporo it’s Solaria all the way for me. I’m looking forward to planning another trip so we can come again next year.

Traveling with our dog, everything—price, service, cleanliness, etc.—was excellent. [Things that would make it even better] - It would be helpful to have plastic bags in the bathroom for wet clothes. - At breakfast, some dishes didn’t have labels, so we couldn’t tell what they were; it would be nice if all items were labeled. - A lid for the pet crate would make it easier to leave our dog alone with peace of mind. - It would be great to have a safety measure on the balcony fence to prevent dogs from falling, just in case they slip out by accident. - Better pruning of the trees around the open-air bath would make it even nicer. - It would be nice to have one lane in the pool for guests who want to swim laps. I ended up writing a lot, but we will definitely be back. Thank you very much.

We drove to the Accommodation by car. To be honest, we wondered if we were heading the right way, but then this hidden retreat suddenly appeared on a hilltop. First of all, the hostess and all the staff were truly kind, which made our stay wonderful. With only a few Rooms, we were able to relax at a leisurely pace. The food was carefully prepared and delicious as well. In summer, it’s perfect for swimming in the sea; in winter, for crab. It’s such a great Accommodation that you’ll want to come back again.

I stayed for three nights with my beloved Toy Poodle, Alice. Thank you for such a wonderfully relaxing stay. I would love to stay again. Thank you so, so much.

Thank you very much for taking such wonderful care of us. This was a truly top-tier Accommodation that exceeded all expectations. I understand you are now in your 18th generation—when it comes to Onsen Accommodations, nothing compares to a long-established inn. Of course, both the large public bath and the in-Room bath are fed directly from the source with free-flowing spring water. The staff were exceptionally attentive—so much so that we almost felt apologetic for receiving such kindness. Above all, the dining was outstanding, far beyond anything we had imagined. The tableware was also beautiful throughout, including pieces inspired by Rosanjin’s works, making each meal a delight not only for the palate but also for the eyes. The Kaga cuisine was delicately seasoned yet deeply flavorful. Everything was immaculately cleaned, and the view from the window was truly soothing. While preserving the charm of this historic inn, the property has been beautifully renewed with touches of contemporary art woven in seamlessly. Naturally, many Rosanjin works are displayed throughout the building as well, and they were well worth seeing. I also suspect many guests may not notice this—but in the lobby, Rooms, and bathing areas: there are countless chairs everywhere, and most appear to be high-end pieces. I can only imagine how much has been invested overall; especially the chair inside the elevator must be quite expensive. Even details like lighting and clocks have clearly been chosen with great care. We visited with very high expectations for an Onsen Accommodation, yet everything surpassed them by a wide margin—truly impressive. We would love to return again soon.

This is our favorite Accommodation, which we visit as a family about twice a year. The sunset views from the Room and the Onsen are wonderful, and above all, the meals are generous in portion and delicious! Some parts of the Facility show their age, but that also creates a warm, relaxing atmosphere. We highly recommend this Accommodation.

This was my first stay at Vessel Hotel Inn Fukuyama Station North Exit, but Vessel Hotel is one of my favorite Hotels. I had another comfortable stay this time as well. The Room was clean, spacious, and very pleasant, and I was completely satisfied with the breakfast! The staff were kind and welcoming too. Fukuyama Castle as seen from the Room was wonderful both during the day and at night. I would love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

Thanks to an early-booking deal, we were able to stay in a newly renovated Room on the 10th floor, so we enjoyed a luxury Hotel feel at Business Hotel prices. The bed was spacious and there was also a dining table. There were two sinks—one separate vanity and another bowl sink in the unit—which was very convenient for the two of us (my sister and me). For breakfast we chose the Japanese set meal; everything, including the small side dishes, was delicious, and we could relax while looking out over the Shinano River. From how lively the restaurant and lobby were, it felt like a long-established Hotel loved by locals. The only downside is that there are limited spaces in the underground parking lot, and even including outdoor parking it is often used by non-guests as well, so depending on your arrival time you may have trouble finding an available spot.

Everything was perfect in every way. The setting, cleanliness, and the delicious dinner and breakfast were all wonderful. It was also fun that each Room we stayed in was different. Even though it was midsummer, the garden flowers were in full bloom like a picture—truly impressive. This time we traveled from Yuda to Hagi and then Matsue, but next time we would like to come to Hagi and stay longer at a relaxed pace.

We stayed here to celebrate both our wedding anniversary and my wife’s birthday, hoping to enjoy Onsen and delicious cuisine with views of the sea and town. The scenery, food, and Onsen were wonderful, and we especially appreciated the excellent service from Mr./Ms. F. Friendly yet attentive and courteous, their explanations made the meal even more enjoyable—we truly loved every dish. On our way out, we also discussed our next Reservation. We stayed in a Japanese-style Room with a private open-air bath fed directly from the source. First, about the Onsen: the open-air bath in our Room was truly luxurious and easy to access from the Japanese-style Room. Even though it was still a bit chilly seasonally, we were able to use it comfortably. The large public bath is located in a secure area inside the building, and although we stayed just before a holiday weekend and had it almost to ourselves, we never felt uneasy about safety. Both the indoor bath and open-air bath were very comfortable. As a result, we enjoyed going back and forth between the private open-air bath in our Room and the large public bath many times! Next, about the meals: dinner was very filling, and we enjoyed a wide variety of local ingredients from appetizers through to the main course. The luxury items—especially grilled nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) marinated in yuzu sauce and Noto beef—were beyond what we had imagined. Breakfast also offered various delicious “rice companions” that paired perfectly with great rice, so we thoroughly enjoyed it. Since this is not a new building, I was initially concerned about heating and other measures against the cold, but there were no issues with temperatures either in our Room or throughout the Facility. We were able to relax comfortably in a spacious, clean, calm Japanese-style Room. We had packed plans for the next day as well, so we left early on the first Shuttle Service bus; looking back, I think it would have been nice to take things slower at this Accommodation. There aren’t many places to visit right around this Accommodation, but we did enjoy short walks such as Rosanjin’s Iroha Soan and around an atmospheric public bath area nearby. Access is also reasonable: it’s about 10–15 minutes by Shuttle Service bus from Kagaonsen Station (and it takes only around 5 minutes from getting off the Shinkansen to boarding). There isn’t a lobby café or trendy services like breakfast buffets that you often see these days; however, for anyone who wants to unwind at a calm Ryokan with an old-fashioned sense of comfort and security above all else, I can highly recommend this Accommodation. It may also be because we splurged somewhat on a good Room option they prepared for us, but overall my spouse and I were completely satisfied—we couldn’t find anything to fault. Lastly, thank you very much to our attendant for your warm hospitality. We would love to stay again.

We had a comfortable and wonderful stay. Each dish was carefully prepared, and we were very satisfied. The Room was also kept beautifully clean, allowing us to relax and unwind in a calm atmosphere. Next time, we would love to visit again in a different season.

We stayed three times over three weeks (as a couple, our eldest son’s family, and our second daughter’s family). We were satisfied all three times. Both our eldest son’s family and our second daughter’s family (each staying on different dates) said that if they travel to Shirahama, they would be happy to stay at least one night at Shirahama Koganoi.

The location was convenient from the station, set just off the main road, and it was quiet at night. The Room had a stylish interior and was very clean. Above all, the staff’s smiles and service were outstanding. In the evening, we made a Reservation for the buffet. It was so delicious that we were truly impressed. The food was carefully prepared and beautifully presented. The tables were well spaced, so we could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. Breakfast was also delicious—we ate a lot! I’ve stayed in many places in Tokyo, but this one was my favorite overall for value for money, service, and food. I’m already looking forward to my next trip to Tokyo. Thank you very much.

This was our second stay, and we were impressed by the wonderful hospitality, delicious meals, and above all, the amazing bath in the Room. With such a great selection of amenities, you can practically arrive with just a change of clothes. My wife was especially delighted with the hair dryer.

Although the weather was unfortunately cloudy with occasional squall-like showers and brief sunny spells during our stay, we were still able to fully enjoy the resort atmosphere. The location is just over an hour from Naha Airport, making it a great base for getting anywhere. Highly recommended in every respect—Facility, dining, and service.
