The ocean view from the Room was amazing, and I was able to fall asleep to the sound of the waves as background music and recover from everyday fatigue! The Room was also clean, and above all, the staff’s service was excellent—I had a wonderful time.

I was drawn in by the words, “A newly opened Onsen in Manazuru… Free Shuttle Service to Atami and Odawara!” so I went right away. It was an extraordinary space unlike anything I’ve ever experienced—surprise after surprise. Wrapped in a world far from everyday life, I truly enjoyed every moment. - The private garden and open-air bath were located separately from the guest room and could only be accessed with a key, which made it feel very exclusive. You can also enjoy meals there, and it felt like having a private space all to myself—pure luxury. The quality of the Onsen water was excellent as well; even after bathing, my body stayed warm for a long time. - The meals were plentiful and more lavish than anything I’ve seen before. Every dish tasted wonderful and looked beautiful—I was genuinely impressed. Even the tableware, chopsticks, glasses, and teacups were immaculate, showing careful attention to detail throughout. - What left the strongest impression was how polite the staff were and how well trained they clearly are. It was service that made me think from the bottom of my heart: I’m so glad I came here. *Lastly, they provided Shuttle Service to Odawara for me; our conversation in the car was so enjoyable that it became a perfect way to end the trip. We happened to have two days off together as a couple, so we stayed here. This Accommodation was perfect for us, as we were traveling with our senior dog and wanted to enjoy the Onsen and the meals. With an in-room Onsen, we could soak again and again without waking our sleeping dog. The food was delicious, a luxurious course meal that we could enjoy in a relaxed setting—completely satisfying. It was such a wonderful experience beyond our expectations; we kept thinking, “Is this price really okay?” Next time, we’d love to book a Multiple Night Stay.

The Accommodation had a warm, homey atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and kind. They also served generous portions, which was greatly appreciated after a tiring day of cycling. We were also able to use the washing machine free of charge, which was very helpful. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

We stayed as a family of three. The Accommodation is about a 10-minute walk from Izumo Taisha Shrine, and there is also a convenience store nearby. There was a handwritten message in the Room, and the owner’s thoughtful attention to detail was wonderful. The meals were Japanese-style, and the sashimi and simmered fish were outstanding. I highly recommend staying with meals included. When we visit Izumo again, we would love to stay here.

I’d been interested in this Accommodation for a few years, and finally had the chance to stay here! First of all, the beach is literally right in front of you! There’s also a changing room with showers, which was really helpful. I also appreciated being able to use the parking lot even before check-in. The building itself may be old, but it was clean and well maintained. The meals were delicious and just the right amount. The bath was great too, especially with an open-air bath. If I go to Kira again next year, I’d love to stay at Yamato again. Thank you very much.

I’m glad I chose the best course where I could enjoy something like a tilefish bouillabaisse. The next day, I had scorpionfish at another restaurant, so it was truly wonderful to experience the delicate flavor of tilefish that I hadn’t known before. I look forward to enjoying the kama bath even more next time!

A beautiful Hotel comprising a former Russian Consulate built over 100 years ago and, behind it, a newly constructed wellness wing designed by Makoto Nakayama. The staff kindly explained the building’s history and the vision behind its renovation into a Hotel, which made my stay even more meaningful. The Japanese elm towering in the garden that connects the old and new wings truly felt like a sacred tree, drawing the grounds into a serene world completely separate from everyday life. At the beautifully designed bar, I enjoyed Akkeshi oysters and a vodka cocktail. In the evening, I had sushi at Sushi-dokoro Funami inside the Hotel. The sushi and appetizers prepared by the head chef—who trained at Hakodate’s renowned Kihara—were outstanding; everything was fresh, high-quality, and delicious. Conversation with the chef and staff was also enjoyable, making for an unforgettable time. This time I stayed in a Room in the wellness wing. The view of Hakodate Port was wonderful, and even glimpses of blue sky from the courtyard were soothing. The Room also had a jacuzzi and sauna, allowing me to spend truly fulfilling time there. Breakfast featuring plenty of local ingredients was delicious as well. A book-shaped bread was served, and since I had been told in advance that this Hotel was produced by author Shiho Tanimura, it all made perfect sense. Every member of staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, with outstanding hospitality throughout. It felt like staying here could be the main purpose of a trip to Hakodate itself. I would love to visit again in another season.

Both the Room and the bath were wonderful, and the amenities were well stocked, so we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. Dinner was French cuisine, but it wasn’t like what you’d typically have at a regular Hotel; it was exquisitely seasoned and made great use of local ingredients. The hospitality and service were also top-class. Thank you very much. My wife said she would have liked a TV, so I rated the Facility as 4.

I made my first Reservation at this Hotel because a friend staying with me wanted to bring their dog. The owner and his wife were very friendly and easy to talk to. The Room had a standard unit bath, but the large stone communal bath was spacious and very relaxing. The best part here is the food. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we left completely full. It’s a Hotel I’d visit just for the meals. I’d definitely like to stay again.

The garden plants and trees were beautifully maintained. In the evening and early morning, we spotted baby frogs and black-winged damselflies, which delighted our children.

Originally starting as a traditional Japanese restaurant, the cuisine here is carefully prepared and absolutely delicious. The unique lacquered bathtub, combined with the quality of the water, provides a truly relaxing experience. The surroundings of the accommodation are very quiet, allowing for a restful sleep. While the facilities themselves are excellent, what impressed me most was how accommodating and flexible everyone was to our requests. They not only explained about the dishes but also shared insights into the history of Kitakata and its surroundings. The hospitality from the owner and staff left a lasting impression on us. This time we visited during cherry blossom season, but we would love to return in other seasons as well!

Your warm hospitality makes me want to visit again. The view from the room's window frames the nearby Amanohashidate and mountains like a painting, and I find myself gazing at it for a while. A course lavishly using the elusive Taiza crab with QR tags. It was my first time at an auberge, and instead of French or Italian, I felt the owner's care in the ingredients, sauces, broth, and cooking methods using local Japanese cuisine. I heard that Tango has a long history influenced by the continent, and the stories about local love, traditional Japanese culture, ingredients, and the origins of words were enjoyable, adding depth and imagination to the taste. There are valuable paintings and documents of Tango throughout the property. Thank you for the seaweed-colored (Miruiro) pouch from the Stays as a souvenir.

There were so many places I wanted to explore, and since this Accommodation near Lake Towada looked like it had delicious meals, I made a Reservation.^^ Every staff member was warm and welcoming, and I had a very comfortable stay. The food was outstanding—just as the Reviews said! I regret eating ramen at a weird time... The portions are very generous, so I recommend arriving really hungry (;_;) I was also lucky to be able to use the bath privately—it was spacious and relaxing. If I have the chance to visit Aomori again, I’d love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

This is a secluded riverside Accommodation deep in the mountains, with the soothing sound of the river. Dinner was delicious. It was my first time trying basashi (horse sashimi), and it was tender and very tasty. Every dish was carefully prepared, and my spouse and I kept saying, “This is so good,” as we ate. The bath was wonderful—I went in three times. In the early morning, we visited Hagoromo Falls near the Accommodation. The waterfall twists into multiple layers like draped feather robes, and it’s truly impressive. You’ll climb uphill for about 10 minutes at first, but after that it becomes flat. I highly recommend going.
