(Personally, it didn't bother me.) Due to my health condition this time, I had dinner from a nearby 24-hour supermarket, but there are also izakayas and other dining options nearby that I'd like to try next time. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. I ended

The Room was clean and well kept. Although it was a twin, the semi-double beds were spacious, and there was also a table and chairs, which made it very comfortable. I could take my time enjoying dinner and breakfast that I bought at the nearby Lamū. It was also helpful that they

This was my first time staying for one night. Although one detergent costs 100 yen, I really appreciated that guests can use the coin laundry for free. If possible, it would be even better if detergent could be purchased on the 3rd and 5th floors where the coin laundry is located

The area is quiet and peaceful, making it very comfortable. The sink and bathroom are spacious, and the refrigerator is of a practical size. The female staff at the front desk were kind and attentive. If I had to point out something, the Room cleaning could be improved—there was

My daughter stayed alone for the first time due to her entrance exam. I heard that the front desk staff provided excellent service, such as arranging a taxi and taking care of her luggage. The breakfast was delicious (especially the bread), and it seems she ate a bit too much.

I had always wanted to stay at a container hotel, and during my trip, I happened to find this place and made a Reservation. It was very clean, had free parking, and was extremely comfortable! The bed was Simmons-made, and I could borrow sleepwear, which added to the comfort. Howe

The stars were clearly visible, and both the facility and the Room were comfortable and pleasant. I didn't use the shower myself, but I heard it was good. The breakfast was delicious, and I even bought some extra bread to eat during my travels! One thing that would be help

I always stay at this Hotel repeatedly. They kindly store luggage from early in the morning, and the Room is clean and relaxing. Its location near the downtown area is very convenient for shopping, and I always choose this place when staying in Kumamoto City. The staff are friend

Great security! It was a twin room, but it had two single private rooms within, each equipped with a TV and refrigerator, which made it very comfortable. I also appreciated having desk lamps. The building is very clean and solid like an apartment complex, but unfortunately,

Even the breakfast hand towel had a mint scent—and the shampoo and mist were also mint. The in-room items were stylish, and the France Bed was incredibly comfortable. The Moderate Twin had a large sink and bathtub (no separate washing area), and both the table set and closet were

A multi-story parking lot is available next to the hotel, and the twin room was sufficient. The coin laundry was convenient, but with the large number of rooms, having only three washer-dryers made the competition a bit too high. Especially during the three-day weekends in summer

The other amenities are more than sufficient as well—excellent value for money. It’s also nice that the air conditioner is sometimes turned on in advance during summer heat. I’d like to stay again. If I had one complaint, it would be the complimentary frozen meals—I’d appreciat

What surprised me was how much better the complimentary breakfast has become. It was very delicious. The Room and Facility are no different from other hotels, so I give everything 5 stars. We definitely plan to stay again during next year’s Golden Week holidays. Thank you very mu

The front desk staff were always smiling and very pleasant. The towels were clean, which was also great. The Room itself isn’t particularly new, but considering the accommodation cost, I think it’s reasonable. The location is good as well. Negative points: 1. There was a crack i

Everything I tried was delicious, and I ended up eating quite a lot. The staff in the kitchen were very friendly and sent me off with warm smiles as I left the dining area. If I visit the Matsushima area again, I would definitely stay here once more! Thank you for your hosp

The parking lot is right next door, which felt reassuring. The staff were also very pleasant and welcoming. The meal (breakfast only) was a simple Japanese breakfast and I really enjoyed it—it was delicious. Despite being next to a main road, it was quiet at night and I slept w

The services were excellent, including free rental bicycles (up to 4 on a first-come, first-served basis), complimentary Onsen tickets during campaigns (worth 500 yen for public baths), and even body shampoo for use at the public baths. Pajamas were provided as separate top and b

The front desk staff were very polite and greeted me with cheerful smiles, which eased my fatigue. The all-day drink bar was fantastic, and although I didn’t use it, there is also a large public bath available. The room was small but clean and functional, which made for a sat
