The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly! I would like to stay here again when I visit the area. As mentioned in other reviews, those who dislike walking from the station or are sensitive to footstep noise might find it unsatisfactory.

We stayed for 7 nights from Wednesday, October 8th to Friday, October 15th as a family of two. It was great that the bathroom and toilet were separate. After swimming in the sea, we could take a shower, wash up, and relax in the bathtub. The bed was spacious, and there was also a

They even provided a simple onigiri breakfast bento, and it was truly a very satisfying one-night stay. The Room was wonderful—different from any I’ve stayed in before at Hotel Livemax Shin-Yokohama—and the bathtub, sink area, and toilet were all spacious and very easy to use.

The staff are simply wonderful—stylish but not pretentious, with a comfortable sense of distance, and they naturally check in with you. The amenities in front of reception are well stocked, and you can choose everything you need. They even have pajamas, and the amenities selecti

The property is clean, and the front desk staff are very courteous. Upon entering the room, I found a little duck waiting in the bath, a handwritten message, and an origami crane, which made me feel warmly welcomed and want to come back again. Once you step out of the hote

While searching for a Hotel near the venue for my qualification exam, I came across a Hotel with adorable duck photos... Since we also have ducks at home, I decided immediately. The cheerful Hotel staff told me, "Please take the duck in your Room home and raise it well," whi

While the surrounding business hotels exceed 10,000 yen even on weekdays, I was able to stay here for just under 10,000 yen. There are two convenience stores nearby, which is very handy. The room, including the unit bath, was well-cleaned, allowing me to have a comfortable st

As this is an older Accommodation, it doesn’t have closet-style storage like newer Business Hotels, but the open, spacious layout more than made up for it and I didn’t mind at all. The bed was also generously sized, and with how quiet it was around there, I slept soundly until mo

I was initially worried it might be like a basic accommodation due to the surprisingly low price, but the room was a corner room and extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was of such high quality that it didn’t feel free at all. Overall, I found this to be an excellent hote

I especially appreciated having Shizuoka oden available—it was delightful! Both the facilities and cleanliness were impeccable—there's nothing more I could ask for! If I have another chance to visit Fuji City again, I will definitely choose this accommodation without hesitatio

I stayed with a friend in a smoking twin room with breakfast included. We relaxed on the spacious beds, went out around town, and after returning to the Hotel after 1:00 a.m., we were able to unwind and enjoy the large public bath. The air conditioning worked well, so we stayed c

I stayed here the night before the race. The lady at the front desk was very kind and her hospitality was very comforting. It is a wonderful facility with a homely atmosphere. I would like to use it again for next year's race. Thank you for the heartfelt hospitality.

The room was clean, and amenities were well-prepared. There are plenty of restaurants nearby to enjoy meals, including izakayas and bars for those who love drinking. Although it was a short stay from a 3 PM reservation to a 4 AM checkout the next day, it was highly satisfying

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The Room was clean, and it had a NanoCare device, a hair dryer, a washing machine, a dryer, a microwave, and a foot massager—making our stay very comfortable. Just one thing: the fire alarm went off at night. I believe staff responded, but it w

The front desk staff also gave me directions, and their explanation was very easy to understand and helpful. Not only the front desk but all staff greeted me properly as well. I almost want to say, “This is my regular Accommodation.” I would definitely recommend it to anyone

I stayed for a business trip and despite arriving later than planned, the front desk staff were courteous, which made me feel apologetic. The room was clean even though the toilet did not have a bidet function, and the bedding was fluffy, allowing me to sleep soundly.

I was a bit worried before check-in because I read on Google and other reviews that there were no Japanese staff, but upon arrival, my concerns disappeared. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service—perhaps even better than some Japanese staff! The room was v

The front desk service was also very good. If I had to say, the Room was stuffy and a bit uncomfortable to sleep in. Even in mid-October, there are still hot days, so I would like the air conditioning to be switched from heating to cooling on hot days. I would like to use it agai
