The location exceeded my expectations, with commercial Facilities around the station for shopping and dining, making both eating out and enjoying meals at the Hotel convenient. The Hotel is clean, equipped with all necessary amenities, and ensures a comfortable stay. As a Tokyo

With Business Hotels across the Tokyo metropolitan area becoming expensive, I was having trouble finding a place to stay and came across this Hotel. Since it was affordable, I didn’t have high expectations, but the large public bath, the staff’s service, the amenities, and the Ro

The front desk staff and breakfast restaurant staff were polite, kind, and made our stay very pleasant. When we asked for a group photo of the three of us before leaving, the front desk staff kindly took it while making jokes, which created a warm atmosphere. Thank you very much!

I stayed for one night at the end of the year. Although the Hotel was facing a large street, there was no concern about noise, and I was able to spend time quietly in the Room. We used a Room for three people, and it was spacious, with the extra bed being quite comfortable. There

The surrounding environment was pleasant, and the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. The only downside was that the hairdryer didn’t produce warm air, but other than that, there were no inconveniences. I would definitely consider staying here again if I visit Okayama

The large public bath was also clean and very nice. At this price, with a salad bar and drink bar included for breakfast and dinner, the cost performance is excellent. It's also close to the station, and between the station and the hotel, there are lovely sake bars and izakayas.

The front desk service was impeccable, responding promptly to phone calls, and we could borrow items like a hair iron (for both curling and straightening) and a mobile charger, which helped reduce our luggage. We made many wonderful memories at this hotel, and we are grateful.

Satisfaction: I feel it was a good decision to stay here. The Hotel service offered excellent value for the price. Access: Surprisingly convenient. Using Hanzomon Station and Kojimachi Station was handy, and the city bus provided direct access to Hibiya and Ginza. Concerns: W

I can’t speak for the other floors, but as it was the Executive Floor, the Room was spacious and clean, with well-stocked amenities. The large public bath, hot stone spa, and breakfast were all excellent, and overall I was satisfied. As for the lounge, since it’s exclusive to Ex

I stayed for a solo trip of one night and two days. The Room was comfortable with no issues. The highlight was the delicious breakfast. It was a buffet style, and I chose the Japanese menu featuring plenty of Kyoto ingredients. Everything was tasty and satisfying. Many gues

All of the staff were kind, and what stood out most was on the morning of checkout. When I left my Room, an employee who had been working some distance away took the time to stand up and bow to me. That thoughtfulness made me very happy and gave me a pleasant start to the day. N

The facility was clean and comfortable. It was convenient that the amenities could be taken as needed from the front desk, and the cafe time where we could enjoy drinks and soft serve ice cream was a wonderful service. The slippers in the room were made of fabric and marked a

This Hotel is directly connected to the station, making it very convenient to go anywhere. The view from the Hotel was also fantastic. This time, I stayed in a Corner Twin Room, which was spacious and even had a massage chair, allowing me to have an extremely comfortable stay.

Last summer, I had trouble operating the laundry at this hotel and had to ask the staff for help, and above all, if there were a type of laundry where you could check availability and remaining time from your room, it would make the stay much more comfortable. Other than that,

The Drink Bar on the lobby floor, offering coffee and tea anytime, is much appreciated, and the amenity bar is well-stocked. There is also a 7-Eleven downstairs, and the airport bus conveniently departs from the entrance of our sister hotel, Hotel Clement Takamatsu. The Hotel i

The Hotel staff were kind, and the Facility was clean, so I could relax and rest well. Even though it was the busy Obon season, I was able to stay at a good price by using a coupon, and since it wasn’t too far from the station, I really enjoyed my trip to Tokyo. I would like to s

The room was comfortable and I had a pleasant stay. The dining restaurant was also very delicious. I had ordered a course meal, but it seemed that you could also order à la carte, so I wanted to try more, but unfortunately, I was too full and had to give up. Next time I stay, I w

After listing the places I wanted to visit and deciding on transportation methods, I was able to cover most of my desired spots. I stayed for two nights and appreciated that fresh towels and amenities were provided for the second day as well; it made for a comfortable stay.

The complimentary beer was truly delicious—I couldn't resist having seconds! The late-night snack was also tasty, and of course, I enjoyed it too. Breakfast was delightful; the ochazuke (rice in tea) was delicious as well as the croissants. I look forward to staying again

She also thanked what seemed like regular guests with “Thank you as always,” which I thought was excellent. This was our first stay for our child’s tournament, but if we go to Utsunomiya again, we would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much for such a wonderful
