This was my second stay. The property feels relatively new, so it was clean, and the bathroom and other facilities were compact, easy to use, and very satisfying. Also, this time the Room had a toilet separate from the washroom, which was convenient. Thank you very much. As a suggestion, the extra bed felt quite narrow, so I would prefer a standard single-bed width. I also think it would be even more convenient if there were a mirror at the desk. (The bed width is listed on your website in advance, so this is simply a request.) I would appreciate it if you could consider these points in the future.

The staff provided excellent service, and the amenities were well stocked. The bathroom also had a separate washing area, so we could relax and enjoy a comfortable soak. After watching Disney’s nighttime show, Maihama Station was extremely crowded, so staying at this Hotel near Maihama Station was very convenient.

Although we don’t play golf, my husband is an audiophile who loves listening to music, and he was thrilled with this Hotel. We stayed one night on the way to visit our daughter in Nagoya. The building truly reflects the quality you’d expect from a Yamaha Resort property, and the audio room was equipped with Yamaha’s top-of-the-line system. The open-air bath was also excellent. The staff were attentive in every way, and the food was delicious—so I give it a perfect 100/100.

It was a very comfortable Hotel. It truly felt like Greece on the Aegean Sea—and it was so clean!! The welcome drink was luxurious, too. The small lobby was also very relaxing. Breakfast was included, and because we had an early activity, they opened earlier than the regular hours. They also learned it was our wedding anniversary trip and gave us a gift, which really warmed our hearts. It’s just a short walk to the beach, and I’ll never forget how beautiful the moon and stars looked from there! Breakfast was delicious and carefully prepared, and the location was perfect. We will definitely stay again. Next time, we’d like to take our time and stay longer. Thank you very much!

The Accommodation is still quite new and filled with a pleasant fragrance. You can choose your favorite scented diffuser and bring it with you. In the lounge, we enjoyed a variety of drinks and snacks. Dinner at the counter featuring Miyazaki beef teppanyaki was wonderful, and we enjoyed chatting with the chef while dining. For breakfast, we could also add a few extra menu items, which made it even more enjoyable. Everything was excellent—the in-house library, gym, in-room jacuzzi, complimentary drinks and rice crackers in the refrigerator, and the staff’s kind and attentive service. We would definitely like to stay again if we visit Miyazaki in the future.

We stayed in the Silver Building. As it is a new facility, everything felt very clean, and we had a wonderfully comfortable stay. The facilities and amenities were well equipped, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The bathroom and kitchen were easy to use, and we remained comfortable even spending long hours indoors. Although it rained during our stay, we never felt inconvenienced thanks to the washer-dryer and the covered terrace where we could enjoy a BBQ. Our dog also settled in quickly, which gave us peace of mind. The staff were very kind as well, making our stay even more pleasant. We would definitely like to stay again.

This was my third stay. It was my first time in the “Haruka” cottage, and it was just as comfortable as always. On the day we arrived, we took a walk along the river from the back garden door to Sakuta Beach. It took about 10 minutes to get there. Our senior dog needed to be carried part of the way, but was thrilled once we reached the beach. The Room was clean and comfortable, and the Facility and overall setup reflected wonderful hospitality. The staff were also very kind, making each visit a lovely memory. Thank you very much.

This is the best Business Hotel in Osaka. Of course, there may be better Hotels at higher prices, but I think it’s the best option for under 10,000 yen per night. The peace of mind that comes from being served by Japanese staff is excellent. The only downside is that it’s hard to make a Reservation. I check it first whenever I go to Kansai, but it’s rarely available.

It was my first time staying here, and it was excellent. I stayed with my dog, and the log cabin was very clean, odor-free, and comfortable. They came right away to explain how to use the BBQ, and their guidance was very thorough. The BBQ meat was delicious, and there was plenty of food—very satisfying. I would love to stay again.

The Room's facilities were clean and user-friendly, and having both a bathtub and washing area was the best part. The hairdryer was Dyson, the showerhead was Refa, and even the air purifier in the room was Dyson—everything felt luxurious. I would love to stay here again!

I stayed in a bay window room, but it would have been perfect if the bay window had sofa-like cushions. Breakfast was delicious, and after staying one night, I decided to book a second night here instead of looking for another hotel just to enjoy breakfast again. The Hotel

I’d been looking forward to my trip to Kanazawa, but just before arrival the weather turned terrible—torrential rain and even lightning. I remembered how close it is to the station, so I left my luggage before check-in and went out exploring. On the way back, I stored my bags again and enjoyed shopping for souvenirs hands-free, then had lunch and tea and made the most of Kanazawa. I’d like to stay here again on my next trip. So grateful for the great location near the station!

Even after making the reservation, whenever we contacted them to confirm details, the response was excellent, and we looked forward to our stay. From arrival through the next day, every staff member was kind and helpful. Just as other reviews said, the complimentary drink service was great—everything from beer to juice, water, and sparkling water—so both adults and children were satisfied. We were also happy they had coffee freshly ground from beans. The room was clean, and it was relaxing that there was a small area outside the bath where you could step out for a moment. We had requested children’s amenities in advance, and they even included adorable slippers, which made our child very happy. For our dogs as well, it wasn’t just a small crate—there were larger crates available, and as long as they wore a belly band/diaper belt indoors, they could spend time freely in the room, which gave us peace of mind. We initially wondered if dinner might be on the lighter side, but it was more than enough. From salad to fruit, it felt like a stylish course meal and everything tasted wonderful. It rained that day, but the staff moved the grill to a spot where we wouldn’t get wet so we could still cook outside. Breakfast was delivered in an adorable basket; this also felt like a course meal and we were completely satisfied. There is also a dog run nearby where our dogs enjoyed themselves while looking at the beautiful trees. More places are becoming pet-friendly for both dogs and children these days, but Kanata no Sato is somewhere you can stay comfortably with neither feeling stressed—definitely a place we want to return to. Next time we hope to enjoy BBQ while looking up at the beautiful night sky. Thank you very much for such a quiet, gentle healing stay.

1. The staff are very friendly and helpful. 2. The large public bath feels like an Onsen and is great. The shower is high quality with three modes, and it doesn’t shut off automatically, so it’s easy to use. Sometimes soap suds splash around the washing area near the door, so it’s better to rinse the floor well before leaving. The shampoo and other amenities are also good quality. 3. At the 1st-floor restaurant, soft drinks are free-flow for many time slots. From 18:00 to 20:00, alcohol is also free-flow. It’s excellent—however, there is no beer. It’s free, which is very helpful. 4. From 21:00, ochazuke is served and can be a light dinner. It’s delicious, but limited to one bowl per person (no refills). 5. Breakfast isn’t extravagant, but it’s tasty enough and recommended. 6. The parking lot is spacious. 7 .If you ask, they will bring out a hand cart for you to borrow . 8 .The Room refrigerator is a two-door type and can freeze ice cream .It cools very well . 9 .At certain times ,there is free ice cream near the entrance of the large public bath . 10.There is a washing machine in the Room ,but no dryer function.There is a simple drying area near the window.If you check in late for one night ,your laundry may not dry by morning.I did laundry every day.Detergent is also provided . 11.There is a microwave in the Room ,which is very convenient . 12.There is a desk suitable for working . 13.The internet speed fast with no stress.You can upload large files for work without issues . 14.There drugstore and Seven-Eleven next door . 15.The sea nearby . 16.With two elevators ,the wait time short . We thoroughly enjoyed the stunning ocean views and the soothing atmosphere on rainy days, and we were very satisfied with the warm service from the staff and their excellent hospitality. The chinsuko made at the restaurant was delicious, and we were also happy to be able to buy some as a souvenir to take home. Next time, we’d like to stay in and enjoy a relaxing “staycation” at the Hotel!

Because we were visiting DisneySea in midsummer with two young grandchildren, we entered the park at a relaxed pace with an After 5 ticket. I had hoped to have lunch at “La La Italiana” inside the Hotel, but it was fully booked even on a weekday, which showed how popular it is. Since I really wanted to try it, I made a Reservation for lunch the next day. We checked in at 3:00 PM and took a short break before heading to DisneySea. There were frequent shuttle buses from the Hotel to the park, which was very convenient. Being able to borrow a stroller also greatly reduced the burden of getting around with our suitcases, and it helped us a lot. The 56 m² Room felt spacious, and the view from the 19th floor was great. The bathroom had an outside view and there was also a separate shower room. Because we reserved a Room with ReFa products, one shower head was ReFa and the other could switch to a tornado-style water flow—both were comfortable to use. After returning from the park, it was also helpful that we could use the Onsen “Hohoemi-no-Yu,” where our family could bathe one after another without hassle. For breakfast, they prepared seating for us on the 22nd floor so we could enjoy the view while having delicious food. The menu ranged from classics to gentle options for early mornings such as seafood rice porridge, as well as dashi chazuke where you can top rice with items like mentaiko or shiokara and pour broth over it—everything was excellent. The other dishes were mildly seasoned too, and I was happy they also offered a limited-time acai smoothie. I visited La La Italiana—which I had wanted to try after reading Reviews—after breakfast hours when it still wasn’t very quiet inside, but every dish was delicious. The prosciutto in particular had a mild saltiness that suited my taste perfectly. It was also great to drizzle honey over their cream (made by combining fresh cream and butter) and spread it on moist focaccia. The homemade salad dressing was tasty as well, making this an overall highly satisfying meal. Overall, this is a great-value Hotel where everything—from Facilities and dining to service—felt comfortable, and our family truly enjoyed our stay.

The convenience is excellent, with the express bus stop from Sendai right in front of the property, and the bathroom’s separate washing area was also a big plus. Above all, I was amazed by how lavish the breakfast was. I chose the Japanese set, and was surprised to be served a tray-style meal that felt just like a Ryokan. Starting with imoni soup served on a small burner, every dish showcased Yamagata specialties—I was truly impressed. Both the quality and portion size were completely satisfying. I would love to stay again.
