① The bath was spacious and had a comfortable temperature. The lounge area was also large, and you could read comics there. ② Coffee service in both the morning and evening allowed for a relaxing time while watching the snow. ③ All staff members were kind and friendly. ④ Ve

We enjoyed a peaceful stay in a private cottage, with stunning terrace views and a truly luxurious, relaxing time. The dinner-and-breakfast Plan was excellent—the terrace BBQ and breakfast were both very satisfying. Above all, you can unwind at your own pace. With the sauna and j

The interior and Rooms have been renovated and are very clean. The service from all the staff, including the front desk and cleaning staff, is not just formal but heartfelt, which is exceptional. Their smiles and greetings may seem basic but are truly pleasant. I will definit

Used for a live show at Yokohama Arena Close to the station, with a decent number of convenience stores and restaurants nearby—I found a great-value Hotel just 9 minutes from Shin-Yokohama. I’d like to stay again, but I’d really appreciate it if the parking fee could be set a

The bath was very relaxing. The view was great. The food was also delicious. I had imagined traditional ryokan-style Japanese meals, but instead we enjoyed a delicious course-style dinner.

The room was clean and comfortable. From our room, we could see the area around JR Nakatsu Station, and we were thrilled to catch a glimpse of a cool blue train passing by (after checking on my smartphone, I found out it was the Sonic limited express train). We would love to stay

The Room was a single, but the bed was large with a thick comforter, and the furniture layout was practical and comfortable. The public bath even offers a selection of shampoos and conditioners. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety and was delicious. I would love to stay he

I use it about once a month on average, and each time, the service is excellent, and arrangements for taxis for the next day are made promptly. The bath is also moderately crowded, allowing you to relax and soak away your fatigue. It's nice that you can bring meals into the Room

The roads in Arima Onsen are narrow, and they kept getting narrower on the way to the Hotel parking area, which made us a bit anxious, but we arrived safely. The staff were kind and attentive, and there were snacks and drinks in the lobby, so we could relax. The Room was also clean and well prepared; we took a short rest and enjoyed a walk around the Onsen town, which was fun. Since we requested a later dinner time, we were able to enjoy the bath at a leisurely pace. We thoroughly enjoyed plenty of meat with our meal. The other dishes also felt carefully prepared and were delicious. It was also nice that we could enjoy dessert in the lobby later in the evening after taking some time. If I had to mention one thing, it would have been better if breakfast items like bacon and sausages were served hot. We thought this might be our first and last trip to Arima Onsen, but now my spouse and I would like to visit again. We were happy with the Room upgrade—thank you very much.

I stayed here for the first time on a business trip. The front desk staff were polite and left a great impression. The Room, bathroom, toilet, and washbasin area were spacious and felt open and airy. There was a supermarket and convenience store nearby, so I went shopping every day. I would like to stay here again when I’m in Kumamoto for business.

The sweets, alcohol, and cuisine were all of excellent quality and very satisfying. Breakfast was a delightful experience with dishes that highlighted the quality of each ingredient, leaving me completely full. I also enjoyed using the pool and sauna until check-out. I was very p

They enjoyed their private dining room, and both the couple and kids were very satisfied with the meal. To top it off, they could watch fireworks during dinner, which made it even more special. The rooftop open-air bath was also very relaxing. When I dropped them off at the Ryoka

The large public bath had a quick turnover, and the bath was reportedly very good. We had dinner at a restaurant that we reached by turning right after leaving the hotel, but there was also a restaurant and convenience store inside the hotel, which was very convenient. Thank you

The staff's customer service is excellent. All the dinner dishes are delicious. It came with an all-you-can-drink option, and there was a wide variety of alcohol, with both red and white wine being very tasty. I was pleased to find a ReFa hairdryer in the hot spring area.

We also brought our own ingredients and enjoyed dishes like ajillo and chocolate fondue. Breakfast was at a nearby restaurant; the staff were very pleasant, and the food was excellent (the grilled dried horse mackerel was especially delicious). We were also grateful that we cou

Playing in the snow with my dog in the garden and enjoying fluffy beds made everything perfect. And above all, the "Wanwan Buffet" for dogs! This is quite rare to find elsewhere. Although it was always busy, every dish had high quality and left us very satisfied. The break

I stayed for multiple nights, and the breakfast menu varied slightly each day, allowing me to enjoy choosing freely. Outside the hotel, there are convenience stores and coin laundries nearby, which made it convenient even for multiple night stays. I am very satisfied overall—

The large public bath was also highly satisfying. We were delighted to choose from a variety of sizes and patterns for the yukata. The breakfast buffet featured delicious rice, and we enjoyed trying local soy sauces on tamago kake gohan (rice with raw egg) as well as making and e

The staff’s thoughtfulness and service were excellent, and although it was my first trip in a while, it became a wonderful memory. However, the Room air conditioning did not work well, the noise from the unit bothered me and made it hard to sleep, and I was also concerned about the smell of the water in the open-air bath.

The pasta was perfectly seasoned as well, making it wonderful to enjoy a relaxed meal within the hotel. The stylish in-house wear and footwear by SOU・SOU added charm, while the tea sweets served with coffee were from Gion Tsujiri—offering touches of Kyoto throughout our stay.
