Although a typhoon was forecast, it didn’t rain much, so we were able to let our dog play in the dog run. The meals were delicious as well. Compared to 4–5 years ago, there are more Facilities now, and we were happy to see a photo spot.

I traveled with my dog and friends. It was my first time at Wanpara Lake Hamana, and I was truly impressed by how kind the staff were. The meals were wonderful—enjoyable to look at and delicious to eat. There was a clean dog run for dogs, and we had a great time playing there. The Onsen was also excellent. It’s an Accommodation I’d love to visit again.

I visited with friends in March, and this time I came with my son’s family. The food is simply delicious, and even my five-year-old grandchild can have fun at the amusement park and inside the Hotel. Beer was available after bathing and during meals as well, which made my daughter-in-law very happy. The meals were excellent—both grilled Hamana Lake eel (kabayaki) and white-grilled eel (shirayaki) were so good that I ate far too much. I usually don’t eat seafood bowls elsewhere (because they’re not tasty), but for some reason I end up having them here. And the staff who prepare the food are very kind. Next time, I’d like to bring my daughter’s family too. The desserts made with local ingredients and the small dishes are also delicious. I don’t think there is any other Hotel buffet as good as this. The only problem is that I eat too much and gain weight. Even breakfast has great variety, and even the scrambled eggs taste wonderful. The shirasu and eel onigiri-style rice balls were very satisfying too. With four adults and one small child, it’s hard to deny that the room feels a bit small. But since a larger room would have doubled the price, we ended up trying to save money. Well, we only sleep there anyway. This may be a bit rambling, but considering the price, all I can say is thank you very much. If possible, I think a dry sauna would be better than the current one in the bath area.

When staying in Tokyo, I often choose Hotel Monterey Akasaka for both business and leisure, and I always feel comfortable and at ease when staying in Akasaka. This time, I stayed for one night with a friend on a private trip. The entire Hotel has a calm atmosphere, the interior is well maintained and clean, and once again I had a very comfortable stay. The Room was spotless and relaxing, so I always feel reassured every time I stay here. Above all, the staff were exceptionally courteous, making my experience pleasant from check-in throughout my stay. No matter when I visit, they welcome me warmly, and their thoughtful attention to detail is one of the reasons I like this Hotel so much. The location is also excellent—convenient when I have plans around Akasaka—and after returning to the Hotel, it’s quiet and easy to unwind. It’s a Hotel that works well for both business trips and private stays. Once again, I was able to relax comfortably and am very satisfied. In the past my husband usually made the Reservation(s), so this is my first time writing a Review. Thank you as always for welcoming me so kindly. I would definitely like to stay here again whenever I visit Tokyo.

I stay here every year on my business trips to Sendai. With direct access from the station, I feel safe even when checking in at night. The mattress was very comfortable, and I slept soundly until morning. I felt refreshed with no lingering fatigue from the first day, so I was able to stay active on the second day as well. I look forward to staying again next time.

We stayed here for a 1-night, 2-day trip to Kyoto with two grandparents in our 60s, a 7-year-old girl, and a 5-year-old boy. The kids were thrilled that once we took off our shoes at check-in, they could walk (and even run) around the building barefoot. The entire property was spotless and very well maintained, so we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The Room was also clean and a good size (a four-bed Room). Not having a bathtub was no problem at all—in fact, it meant there was more living space in the Room, which was another big plus. Since we stayed on a Saturday, we expected the large public bath to be crowded, but it wasn’t too busy. We were able to relax and soak three times—after check-in, after dinner, and before breakfast—which was wonderful. The longer bathing hours are also a great point. We also used the private bath; after a short wait it was our turn, and we had a great time splashing around with the two kids. Dinner is served in two seatings (either starting at 5:30 PM or 7:30 PM). We chose the 5:30 PM seating, and it didn’t feel rushed at all. The timing of each dish being served was perfect—and most importantly, the food was far better than we expected (sorry!). All four of us were very satisfied. At breakfast, there’s an announcement asking guests to stagger their visit times; thanks to that (and with plenty of seating and spacious layout), it never felt overly crowded and we could enjoy our meal at ease. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. This time we chose this Accommodation (our first stay) because our grandchildren wanted to visit Kyoto Aquarium and the Railway Museum nearby—and it turned out to be an excellent choice with nothing to complain about. We enjoyed another wonderful trip to Kanazawa. The staff at the club lounge were very kind and took great care of us. The green tea jelly was especially delicious. Thank you very much! We’re looking forward to visiting again in winter.

I thought it would be difficult to get there without a car, but there was a free Shuttle Service bus, so it was easy to reach by train as well. There was also a Shuttle Service to Sukayu Onsen, and I was very satisfied to be able to enjoy an Onsen with different water quality from the Hotel’s. The meals were all carefully prepared using local ingredients. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, and everything was delicious. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, due to heavy rain and wind on both days, we couldn’t use the Hakkoda Ropeway, but we were able to relax at the Hotel until it was time. We had a wonderfully relaxing summer vacation. Unbelievable hospitality for this price range. I have stayed at various Hotels, including those considered five-star, and the hospitality at this price point is outstanding. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Whenever I’m in the Omiya area for work, I often stay here as a workcation together with one of my family members, since we don’t usually all have the same schedule. In addition to the great location, I can always relax and feel at ease thanks to the calm atmosphere and attentive service. This time as well, you kindly accommodated my requests, and I truly appreciate it—thank you very much. Lately, I’ve also been enjoying the bonsai in the lobby (laughs). I look forward to staying again next time.

With the detached Rooms lined up, it was very quiet, and I could enjoy the hot spring source in my Room—truly living up to its reputation. The Facilities and amenities were still new and had a Hotel-like feel, making them comfortable to use. If I have another chance to stay at a reasonable price, I’d love to return.

I stayed here on a guys’ trip with my sons. Both the building and the room were clean and well maintained, and we had a very comfortable stay. The LOVOT in the first-floor lobby was adorable and added to the nice atmosphere. We really enjoyed both the sauna and the cold bath. Breakfast featured plenty of local ingredients, which made us feel like we were truly in Nagano. We were also happy with the great manga selection, and dinner at the in-house restaurant—especially the pizza—was satisfying. When I come to Nagano again, I’d like to stay here again!

This was my first stay, and it was great being close to Takanawa Gateway Station. Being on a floor with views of many trains made for a truly special experience. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I was very satisfied. I would like to stay again.

It was just before the summer holiday season when we visited, and since there were fewer guests, they kindly upgraded our Room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a Room with an open-air bath, so we could soak in the Onsen many times and felt truly refreshed. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we were very satisfied. The spacious garden was in hydrangea and rose season, and we enjoyed walking through the beautiful grounds. It was an early summer vacation for us—thank you very much!

This was our fourth stay, and this time we stayed in a newly opened guest room that was added this August. The amenities, facilities, spaciousness, balcony with an open-air bath, and access to the top-floor lounge—everything made us glad we made the Reservation. The staff were all very courteous, and we had a comfortable stay. Dinner was delicious. I didn’t have much of an appetite at breakfast (perhaps because I ate too much the night before), but I felt the selection was a little limited. This time, three of us stayed together. Although it was only for one night, bedding was prepared in both the Japanese-style and Western-style areas of the room, so we were able to relax very well. We would love to stay again. I was able to enjoy my stay again this time with no complaints. Some people may have different opinions, but I was personally satisfied.

Unexpectedly, the breakfast was a real feast. Although it was said to be close to the station, I couldn’t find it and called because I’m elderly. The bath was spacious and very nice as well. The Hotel staff were kind.

A typhoon was approaching, so we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji clearly, but thanks to the Hotel’s attentive service, we had a very comfortable stay. Above all, being able to walk around the Hotel in loungewear and slippers like at an Onsen Facility was so convenient and relaxing. We also really enjoyed the late-night soba we’d been looking forward to—there were two varieties, and we were very satisfied. It made us want to stay at other La Vista properties again and build on that satisfaction even more.

In February, this was my third stay here. The front desk staff are as kind and courteous as ever, making check-in pleasant and giving me the feeling of coming back to a second home. In addition to the lotion and cream I receive at every check-in, I was also given a mini lip balm. The large public bath is available from 15:00, and you can check how crowded it is on the in-room TV, so it’s great to go when it’s quiet. (You can also check the coin laundry.) There were many international guests, but most seemed to follow good manners. When I requested cleaning while I was out, everything was cleaned perfectly—thank you very much. I look forward to staying with you again when I visit Kyoto.
