Pros: Great location for sightseeing, free parking, spacious Room, the air conditioning was turned on to match our check-in time, clean bathroom, and the steel-framed windows looked stylish. Cons: The light switches were hard to find, the refrigerator didn’t cool very well, the check-in process was confusing, and the bed was on the firm side. We could hear voices and snoring from other Rooms, but once we fell asleep it didn’t bother us. Since we brought bicycles, it wasn’t an issue that the convenience store was a bit far. It had a different vibe from a typical Hotel—fresh and comfortable to stay in.

It felt like renting an apartment. It was great that, in addition to futons and towels, there was also a hair dryer, a hair iron, various appliances, and even dishes. We didn’t have a baby with us, but there was a baby crib and other items, so I think it’s also suitable for families with small children. The station is just a few minutes’ walk away, and there are plenty of supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby. Since everything is well equipped, I felt it’s ideal for longer stays.

The location was good and it was sufficient for just sleeping. We had a bath and breakfast at the Hotel right in front. The Onsen was spacious, and the meals offered a great variety—excellent overall. However, on the way to the Room on the second floor, there was an exhaust fan and I accidentally hit my head, so I would like this to be improved.

I used it for regular sightseeing. The facilities are minimal, but there were no problems, and the cost performance is top-notch. The wifi environment is well-equipped, allowing for a comfortable stay. Thank you.

The foreign staff at the front desk were friendlier and more pleasant than the Japanese staff. The Room and amenities were neither particularly good nor bad. I didn’t use the pajamas because I don’t like changing into them, but the coffee machine is available except late at night. The shower head kept rotating, making it hard to keep it facing forward; I hope this will be improved. Hot water came out quickly. The Wi-Fi worked properly.

I stayed for three nights, and having a separate bath and toilet was indeed nice. It's about a 5-minute walk from Dotonbori, so it's close, and the room was clean, so I have no complaints. As a request, it would have been nice if the used disposable slippers could be thrown away, even though new ones are provided each day. I will use this place again.

By chance, a room became available due to a cancellation, and I was able to make a reservation. The accommodation cost was so cheap that it made me a bit anxious. I went to eat crab, and since the price was low, I wondered if the portion would be small, but I was surprised by the amount. I had crab sashimi for the first time. I was amazed at how delicious it was. Grilled crab, steamed crab, crab shabu-shabu, all were delicious and the best. Also, the crab rice for breakfast was delicious. I will definitely go every year!

My sister and I planned a SUP trip at Lake Aoki, and this Hotel is where we ended up. It was absolutely the right choice! We’re already talking about coming back in ski season. The Room was spacious, with a view of Lake Aoki from the window. The bathroom and other water facilities were clean and pleasant, and we had a very comfortable stay. Both dinner and breakfast, carefully prepared with local ingredients, were high quality—wonderful in both taste and atmosphere. The staff were full of hospitality and kindly helped us with our questions. In addition to the Shuttle Service from the station, they also provided Shuttle Service to the SUP meeting point, which was incredibly helpful. Thank you very much for all your support during our stay.

Thank you for your hospitality. The dining area was a bit cold, and while the food was delicious, I felt that if you mistimed eating the hot dishes, they cooled down quickly. The bath had a high flow of natural hot spring water, making it very pleasant to enjoy.

The facility operates mostly unmanned, which might feel a bit impersonal at first, but detailed instructions are provided via email in advance. The facility is fully equipped with everything you need. The private space was more spacious than expected, offering a comfortable stay. Public transportation and commercial facilities are conveniently nearby, so there’s no inconvenience. If anything, the lack of an elevator could be challenging if you have heavy luggage. The cleanliness exceeded typical hostel standards, making for a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Booked for a special occasion, attracted by the mist sauna. ① Both dinner and breakfast were very generous in portions and delicious. ② The four outdoor baths and the Löyly sauna were accessible when available, but the sauna was often occupied, which was a bit disappointing. ③ The staff at reception and during meal service were very polite and attentive. ④ The all-you-can-drink beverage bar available anytime was a great bonus. ⑤ The mist sauna in the Room was incredibly relaxing. Overall, there wasn’t anything particularly negative or unsatisfactory. Just lots of bugs due to midsummer—haha! It turned out to be a wonderful anniversary stay!

We visited as a group of six: a family of four with two brothers (an older brother in kindergarten and a younger brother who will soon turn 2), plus grandpa and grandma. Our younger child is at an age where he can’t sit still, so even eating out is usually a bit challenging. That’s why we chose this Accommodation, where we could relax without worrying about others. It turned out to be truly wonderful. At a regular park you have to constantly worry about kids running off, but here the area is enclosed, which was such a relief! Some of the play equipment was still a bit advanced for our 1-year-old, but there was also a swing and plenty of outdoor toys, so I think he had an amazing time. They also had various toys prepared indoors, so we didn’t have any “I don’t want to go inside!!” tantrums either. We were grateful they even provided bath bombs! Our kids were thrilled with Thomas toys, drawing on the windows, and the night lights too. Our plan was to arrive around noon to play outside and then start BBQ when check-in time came—but around noon it was still drizzling. After seeing the yard, the kids went straight into “we want to play anyway” mode and played while getting a little wet. When the rain got heavier partway through, we headed to a nearby supermarket for a while. By the way, bringing sneakers, sandals, and rain boots for this trip turned out to be the right choice! On our stay date it stopped raining during BBQ time so it worked out fine, but we did find ourselves wishing there were more cover extending over where the tables are set up. Of course there’s some effort involved in preparing most things ourselves, but having energetic kids and not needing to worry about other guests’ eyes made it genuinely stress-free. This was the most relaxing and enjoyable trip with children we’ve ever had!

We were amazed by the meal—it felt like a wedding banquet. Our whole family was extremely satisfied! We’d love to come again for another meal.

The facility is somewhat old-fashioned, with water facilities reflecting a bygone era. It may not be suitable for those accustomed to the latest amenities, but I found the retro and calming atmosphere of the café space to match well with the interior of the Ryokan. The bath had a limited capacity, requiring some consideration, but there was no crowding, and using the bathing area was smooth. The bathtub was filled with many floating citrus fruits (zabon), which gave off a wonderful fragrance. We only requested breakfast, which featured standard Ryokan-style dishes with plenty of side dishes to accompany rice. It left us feeling very full. One highlight was meeting the resident cats! At designated times, we visited their room where four cats were present—just watching them was soothing. The hostess kindly ensured that everyone could interact with them comfortably, and even children enjoyed themselves thoroughly. Around the front desk were various cat-themed items that showcased their love for cats clearly. Our children adored the cats so much that they said they want to visit again! If we have another chance in the future, we would love to return here again!
