What made me decide to stay this time was that the Room had both a microwave and a washing machine! Some Hotels have laundry Facilities in the building, and some have a microwave in the lobby or in the Room, but it was eye-opening to find a Hotel where I could use both privately inside my own Room for the first time. It was truly convenient not having to deal with shared machines being in use and not knowing when they’d be available. The washer also had a tub air-dry function, which helped shorten drying time and was a big help. I also wanted to eat gyoza for breakfast in my Room! In Utsunomiya, I ate dinner at an eat-in place, then took gyoza to go and reheated them the next morning—it was delicious. This is something I couldn’t have done without an in-room microwave (I didn’t want to carry it down to the lobby), so my little wish came true. I’ve used unmanned check-in before, but this was my first time at a Hotel with no staff on site at all, which really surprised me. However, I had read Reviews beforehand about it being “unmanned” and requiring face photo capture, so check-in went more smoothly than I expected. If I hadn’t known anything in advance, though, I might have panicked. Many Hotels seem to have cramped unit-bath tubs, but this one was spacious and didn’t feel tight at all—really nice. I usually have trouble falling asleep, but maybe because of the bed and overall space here, I slept soundly from 10 pm to 6 am and surprised myself. The only thing I really want to mention: although the Rooms are non-smoking indoors, there was a huge ashtray stand placed right in front of my door. Even just opening the door briefly while moving luggage let cigarette smell drift into the Room, which was truly disappointing. Why is it placed there? It seemed randomly placed and unfortunately ended up right outside my Room—and since I hate cigarette smoke, that part made me sad. Even smoke from someone smoking far away outside another Room drifted into mine sometimes; having it right in front of my door was nothing but unpleasant. I’d appreciate it if you could consolidate smoking into one designated area or create an enclosed smoking room like a small booth. Overall it was very good. I’d like to stay again.

When I arrived at this Hotel near Kan-onji Station, I had thrown out my back and was in a lot of pain, so I needed to rest in my Room as soon as possible. Luckily, the Room was spacious, and the first-floor restaurant was open that day, so dinner was no problem—I really enjoyed the bone-in chicken and dashi soup. When I mentioned my back pain at the restaurant, they kindly asked me the next morning, “Are you okay?” I appreciated the warm, homey atmosphere. Just as recommended, I was able to drive up to see the Kan’ei Tsuho sand art from above. Thank you very much. It would have been perfect if there had been a large public bath. The iriko dashi was so delicious that I ordered an extra serving of udon. With painkillers and a back support belt just in case, it felt much better—and I could even go for seconds (haha). The steamed basket dish was also wonderful! This is a Hotel I’d love to stay at again. Thank you as well to the front desk staff for your concern!

We stayed for 4 nights. The Room was very spacious, with an unobstructed view—absolutely wonderful. Because there was a low table instead of a dining table, eating was a bit inconvenient, but it also made the Room feel even more open and airy. We planned to cook for ourselves, but it seems some Rooms have a small saucepan and others do not. We might have been able to borrow one if we asked, but we managed without it this time. (It would have been even better if plastic wrap had been provided.) One downside is that since it’s by the sea, the humidity is high, and because it faces west, laundry doesn’t dry easily. In that case, using the in-room clothes dryer in the bathroom worked well and dried everything nicely. Although our contact with Hotel staff was minimal, whenever we spoke to them they were attentive and considerate, which made our stay very comfortable. We would love to stay again for a Multiple Night Stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

This was my first trip to Chichibu and Nagatoro. The lobby was gorgeous, filled with green marble. The Room was luxurious, spotless, and wonderful. The restaurant had a great view, with Mount Hodosan faintly visible—truly spectacular. The food was exquisite, including a Japanese-style hamburger steak made without the four harmful ingredients and fresh sashimi. The large public bath was spacious and very clean. The water temperature was on the hotter side, which warmed me up and helped me relax. I also appreciate that you took photos for us at the end. It’s a Hotel I would love to stay at again.

This was our first time staying here. We were able to park right in front of the building, which made carrying our luggage incredibly easy. The female staff member who assisted us at check-in provided wonderful service with a warm smile, and it instantly eased our travel fatigue. The Room was very clean, and the Simmons bed was comfortable, allowing us to fully recover from a long drive and head out comfortably the next day. The large public bath was also clean, and we were able to stretch out and relax properly. My spouse and I were both very satisfied with our stay. Thank you very much—we would love to stay again!

Great location, easy to get around, and good value for money. The Room was quiet, and I’d like to stay again. The amenities were a bit lacking for women.

Visiting Kumamoto Castle has long been my wife's dream. The moment we entered the Room and opened the curtains, it became a memory to cherish for a lifetime. The view of "the castle and cherry blossoms" is truly breathtaking.

Excellent location near the station with great convenience. As expected, the Room was spotless and beautiful. The pillow was very comfortable. The front desk staff were polite and wonderful. I would definitely stay again.

It was very convenient, just a short walk from Dogo Onsen. The building feels a bit old, but the staff’s wonderful hospitality more than made up for it. We really appreciated it! We also used the large public bath in the morning, but the air conditioning wasn’t on... I’m not sure if that was intentional or simply forgotten... It was a hot day, so that was the only thing that concerned us. We were able to cool down properly once we returned to our room, but we would have liked to cool off right after the bath.

Always enjoy a comfortable stay. The breakfast is also varied and excellent.

We stayed in a special room. The service during the meal was excellent. We had the pufferfish course, and we would have been happier if it had been a bit more luxurious. Given the reasonable price, we were satisfied overall. Thank you very much.

Excellent value for money. The automatic entrance door was out of order and had to be opened manually, and the Room bathroom was extremely small, but considering the low price, it didn’t bother me at all.

The location was excellent—30 seconds to the main street and 1–2 minutes to the main arcade. We also used a car, and the multi-story parking garage was connected by a door. The building itself wasn’t large, and the Room wasn’t big either, but since we stayed on a floor that had just been renovated, the hallway, the Room, and the bathroom were all clean. The housekeeping staff were polite and well trained. The room rate was also affordable, so I felt it offered great value for money.

This was my first stay. The front desk staff were very courteous. There were complimentary drinks on the first floor, and the ice-cold draft beer was excellent. The Room was spacious and had a massage chair, so I could relax, but I couldn’t adjust the air conditioning—when I tried to operate it, it turned off. I filled the in-room Onsen right away and enjoyed a very pleasant bath, but my parent, who has difficulty walking, said the step was high and felt scary. Since everything is flat around it, I thought a handrail would make it safer. I understand this may be difficult as it is not barrier-free. I was looking forward to dinner. Everything was delicious, including salt-grilled ayu and chicken hot pot, and even the white rice was excellent. The children’s lunch plate was also generous in portion size, and my child happily bit into a big fried shrimp. However, there was one thing that concerned me. My child’s dessert (a mousse-like item topped with fruit) that came with the lunch plate was taken away partway through for some reason. Since I happened to be on the phone at that moment, I wondered why. After that, as if nothing had happened, the removed dessert was served to an adult instead, and jelly was placed for my child. I assumed it had been a mistake, but I believe an explanation should have been given. Taking something once served to one person and then serving it to someone else seems inappropriate etiquette-wise. At the very least, some explanation when bringing out the jelly for my child would have been appreciated. Overall it is a wonderful Accommodation; only the dinner service response bothered me. Thank you very much.

First stay. Everything was average, neither good nor bad. I used the onsen late at night and early in the morning, and it was empty, so I had it all to myself. The water temperature was perfect, and I was very satisfied. It was disappointing that there was no shop and the selection of souvenirs was limited.

The ideal Accommodation for first-time visitors to Tokashiki. Smiles are everywhere, questions are welcome, and the staff are kind and attentive. Meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available, marine activities can be arranged, and the Facility is easy to use—an Accommodation that reliably delivers the basics in a comfortable way. Just a 1-minute walk to Aharen Beach, you can experience the best of Tokashiki Island without having to go all over the place. When you visit Tokashiki Island, please consider this one first.

The Hotel staff were very kind, and the Hotel was clean. It was great value for money, and I was very satisfied! I would love to stay again. Thank you very much! I checked in late at night, but they let me into my Room early, which was a big help.

There are many dining options nearby, and a convenience store is just around the corner. The Hotel front desk staff were kind, and the Room was clean. I will definitely stay here again.

The desk in the Room was large and spacious enough for two people to use comfortably, which was very appreciated. The breakfast was also delicious and very satisfying. I would love to stay here again.

We stayed as a family. Our children really enjoyed the kid-friendly quests and fireworks. We were also able to relax in the large public bath. I do wish there had been a bit more consideration regarding the morning open-air bath tub, but the meals were just right, we could fully enjoy the wine including welcome wine, and we would like to stay again.
