I stayed for three nights for the first time in 20 years. The Room hadn’t changed much since then, but the dining area had become much cleaner, and I gradually became friendly with the owner. My companion asked on a whim if they could make fried chicken from the menu, and they kindly did—it truly moved me. I’m not sure when it will be, but I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a family of five for a birthday trip. The narrow path from the parking lot to Lapita Resort is a bit challenging, but the moment we opened the door and saw the breathtaking ocean view, we were amazed. Not only that, but there was also a spacious wooden deck with a pool about 60cm deep, which made our kids absolutely thrilled! At night, the area was beautifully lit up; however, this attracted an unusual number of beetles diving into the pool, making it quite an effort to remove them. The sauna was equipped with sauna suits and hats for everyone in our group, allowing us to enjoy it comfortably. There is also access to the coastline through another door; however, please be cautious as there are many sea insects in that area. Overall, every angle offered photo-worthy views and we had such a wonderful time. We would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you very much!

I visited for the first time in three years. It was a cold day, so I was quickly guided to the bath and warmed up. The meal, which I had been looking forward to, was served one dish at a time with explanations, making it an enjoyable experience and leaving me completely satisfied. It was my first time staying in Kamakura, and I would love to make this my regular accommodation. Conveniently located near the station and shopping areas. The accommodation was clean and felt as relaxing as visiting a friend's home. The well-prepared amenities were excellent. They kindly stored my luggage early, and promptly contacted me about forgotten items, which was very helpful. I had a leisurely stay and am extremely satisfied. I stayed for one night with No Meals Included. The atmosphere was homey, and the large public bath was excellent with a great view of the sea in the distance.

We stayed with four people and one Maltipoo. It is a little far from the Yubatake, but there is also a dedicated parking lot near the Yubatake that guests can use, which was very helpful. Until check-in, we left our dog at a pet hotel a few minutes’ walk from the Accommodation and enjoyed the Onsen at the Yubatake; after check-in, we all relaxed in the spacious Room. The parking area was also large and easy to park in. Thank you very much.

The building itself feels a bit old, but it is clean and there were no inconveniences at all. The staff are friendly, making for a very pleasant stay. The parking lot is free and spacious, suitable for any type of vehicle. Above all, the location is excellent—perfect for sightseeing around Aso! A great Hotel you’ll definitely want to return to.

I was a bit worried as there were no reviews, but the accommodation experience was excellent, and the meals were very delicious. This time, I went by bus. The nearest station is Seirei Hospital, and you can get there directly from Sannomiya or Shin-Kobe Station. It’s a 5-minute walk from the bus stop to the facility. There’s a FamilyMart at the bus stop, which is convenient. The onsen and pool were clean, and I could luxuriously enjoy the ocean view—a truly memorable trip!

We stayed here with our family of four during Golden Week.\nIt was a comfortable Accommodation that was very well cleaned, and the bath we were worried about was separated for men and women, so we could relax without worrying about the time.\nThe highlight, above all, was the incredibly luxurious boat platter and Boshu spiny lobster. The Boshu spiny lobster was still moving when it came out, and we heard cheers from other guests as well.\nAll of the May dolls displayed in the dining area were made by Tokyo Kyugetsu, and they were even made of pure silk. We enjoyed a luxurious time savoring delicious food while admiring these magnificent dolls, making it a wonderful memory.\nAt checkout, the proprietress said, “Please come again when abalone is in season,” so we plan to visit again.\nIt’s a great Accommodation and highly recommended.

It was a pleasant walk along the sidewalk to explore the Kinosaki Onsen town. The futons in the second-floor bedroom were already laid out, which was a nice touch. Additionally, each futon had an outlet nearby, making it convenient for charging phones and other devices. The accommodation was well-equipped with essential kitchen appliances and tableware. The bathroom even provided skincare items like lotion and moisturizer, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The local Chinese food delivery service recommended by the accommodation staff offered delicious ramen cooked right in front of us at a reasonable price without any additional delivery fees. The staff were incredibly kind, and the stylish yet calming atmosphere of the accommodation made it enjoyable for everyone, including our children. We were all very satisfied with our stay.

I chose this Hotel because it offered a great value Plan. Since it's new, the Room was spotless and very satisfying. There was a kettle and instant coffee provided, but while there were plastic cups, there were no paper cups suitable for hot coffee, which I found puzzling. The absence of a desk and only having a table seemed different from typical business hotels. Although I thought the noise from the first-floor okonomiyaki restaurant might be bothersome, my Room on the third floor was surprisingly quiet once I closed the door. However, the Hotel entrance is directly connected to the restaurant without any partition. If you enter or exit late at night or early in the morning when no staff is present at reception, you have to pass through what feels like an empty restaurant after hours. This made me worry about potential unauthorized access by someone with ill intentions—though perhaps this concern is unnecessary.

I am a company owner and stay at accommodations in the Kanto area for business twice a month. Over the past 18 years, I have stayed at more than 300 accommodations. I started using this accommodation on November 17, 2025 (Reiwa 7). This is the fourth accommodation I've stayed at in Shirako Onsen, and for me, it was "the best." The quality of the onsen water and the atmosphere of the open-air bath were perfect for me. The meals were also outstanding—the variety of dishes was excellent, and I was deeply moved when they brought out a rice cooker so we could enjoy unlimited servings of freshly cooked rice. Their thoughtfulness truly touched my heart. I believe this is likely a family-run hotel; everyone was kind-hearted and gentle, which made my stay very comforting. However, aren't some reviews too harsh? To those who gave low ratings to this hotel—do you even understand their accommodation fee? Personally, I found this hotel to be excellent and will definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality!

We used this accommodation for a family trip with members including people in their 90s, a 2-year-old, and a pregnant woman, making it challenging to move around on a typical trip. The result was complete satisfaction. First of all, the jacuzzi, pool, and tennis court are aligned in a straight line, allowing us to watch everyone playing outside from the indoor sofa. This setup made it enjoyable for both those who wanted to stay active and those who preferred to relax without anyone feeling left out. Additionally, multiple tennis rackets and balls as well as pool toys were provided. Thoughtful amenities like body soap for toddlers and step stools were also available. Furthermore, having two washing machines and dryers made laundry stress-free during our stay with multiple families. As for the area surrounding the facility, places like the municipal pool and Onjuku Beach are within walking distance even for a 2-year-old. A nearby supermarket (Ootaya) was convenient too. When we went further to Beisia Katsuura store, we found fresh seafood at affordable prices and enjoyed grilling them on the barbecue table at the facility. The cleaning staff we briefly met were pleasant as well. It’s such a clean facility that we would love to use it again in the future. Thank you very much!

We stayed as a family of five (myself, my wife, and our three children) with a Plan that included admission to Nasu Highland Park plus the all-you-can-ride Fantasy Pass. On the morning of our stay, we received the tickets from the owner and enjoyed Nasu Highland Park to the fullest until closing time. After that, we headed to this pension, which is very close—about a 5-minute drive away. When we arrived, the owner and his wife welcomed us warmly, and our travel fatigue melted away. The connecting Room with two adjoining rooms was such a treat for families—our kids were excited saying, “This is different from usual!” The private family bath we reserved before dinner used groundwater, and it warmed us through just like an Onsen—so relaxing and comfortable. Dinner was a course meal, and everything was truly delicious—we were completely satisfied. The highlight was the steak served with a yogurt-based sauce; both my wife and I were genuinely impressed. Rice refills were free, and it was so good that we couldn’t help getting seconds. After dinner there was an impressive variety of desserts—rare cheesecake, caramel pudding, chocolate cake, fruit, and more—and enjoying them with chai tea was perfect. At night it was very quiet around the Accommodation. After the kids fell asleep, my wife and I could relax together. One of our children had a nosebleed at night and slightly stained the sheets. When I told them about it, they smiled and said kindly: “No problem at all. Thank you for letting us know.” They mentioned that some guests leave without saying anything even if something gets dirty; moments like this really showed how warm-hearted they are. Breakfast the next morning featured freshly baked bread with dips and dressings—hearty portions that left us full from early on. We took it easy until close to checkout time before heading home. When we left, they saw us off until our car disappeared from view—it made us feel truly welcomed. Our kids were happy they spoke to them too; even after returning home they kept saying “We want to go again!” It’s about an hour and a half from our house, but this Accommodation left a lasting impression with its relaxed pension atmosphere, heartfelt homemade cooking, and the kindness of the owner couple. We would love to visit again as a family soon.

We were a bit worried about the mountain road on the way there, but once we entered the building, it was amazing! Everything was clean and well maintained, and we were very satisfied with the tableware, seasonings, and amenities. We’d love to stay again.

The renovated traditional house features a charming courtyard and tasteful interior design. With three spacious and clean bedrooms, it provided a wonderful setting for creating memorable moments with family.

I stayed with one owner and a small dog. The semi-basement cafe offers breakfast and lunch, is pet-friendly, and allowed me to relax with my dog the next morning. There are stairs up to the Room on the second floor, but the staff helped carry my luggage. The design and construction are very stylish, everything was spotless, and I was extremely satisfied with the Room. The size was just right for a single stay, and there was also space by the entrance to easily place a large suitcase or a pet stroller, so it felt spacious. A pet crate and all necessary supplies were provided, so I had no issues at all. Luggage storage before check-in is also available at the first-floor cafe. There are conveyor-belt sushi restaurants and family restaurants nearby, so finding dinner is easy. Since the Room has a kitchen and washing machine, it’s also suitable for a Multiple Night Stay. I highly recommend this Hotel—there’s nowhere else in central Tokyo where you can stay this cheaply. I plan to stay again.
