Conveniently located with easy access, I stay here regularly. The front desk staff are very kind. They kindly explain how to get to sightseeing spots and more.

We stayed with you last year and returned again this year, and despite the intense heat, it was wonderfully cool, allowing both our minds and bodies to truly relax. We plan to come back again next year with our two dogs. On the way here, we were also able to visit Kumano Kotai Shrine (Kumano Kōtaijingū), famous for its “long-life shrine for dogs,” where we prayed once again this year for our dogs’ knee health and overall well-being.

This was my second stay after visiting for the first time last year. Some of this may repeat what I said before, but… It’s a wonderful Hotel. I’ve stayed at all the Shigira Resort properties, and this one is just as good as Shigira’s three flagship Hotels. The room rates are reasonable, the interior is spotless, and the design is stylish and luxurious! The background music—featuring Begin and others—creates an amazing Okinawan atmosphere. The hospitality toward guests is outstanding. All staff were pleasant, and the housekeeping team also greeted us warmly, which made us smile too. The staff at the shop on the first floor were also friendly; they had a great selection of items and stayed open late at night, which was very helpful. It was busy at night as well. We plan to stay at Mirage in summer. And next year, we definitely want to visit Please Bay Marina again. My wife also said that from a woman’s perspective it feels luxurious and beautiful, and she was very satisfied. The breakfast buffet is delicious too.

As I wrote after my previous stay, this Hotel offers classic-hotel service at a Business Hotel price. With hotel rates rising so sharply these days, it reminds me that what truly matters is the people—not superficial renovations. Thank you as always. I look forward to staying with you again when I visit Hiroshima.

The front desk staff were very pleasant and made me feel at ease. It is close to Sapporo Station, and there is also a convenience store nearby. For breakfast, you receive a Doutor Coffee service voucher, which is a great value. The Room was a single, but it was spacious enough and I had a comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again.

About a 10-minute walk from Wakayama-shi Station and right in front of Wakayama Castle, the location is excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and it offers great value for money. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Wakayama City.

This is my second stay. Since it’s in the city, I feel safe. I like it because everything is close by.

Although the facilities felt a bit dated, the breakfast was excellent, everything was clean, and I was able to relax. The Hotel staff were very pleasant, and I would like to stay again. I wish there had been a shower cap among the amenities.

The Hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from JR Nagano Station, crossing the overpass to the left after exiting the ticket gates. The entrance was beautifully decorated for the New Year, and the staff welcomed us with warm smiles, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The Room was impeccably maintained, equipped with convenient amenities for a comfortable stay. From our Room, we enjoyed a delightful view of JR Nagano Station, which became a memorable part of our visit. Adding an on-site coin laundry in the future would make stays even more convenient. I stayed here for a cycling event. It was convenient to be able to store my bike indoors, and there was also a washing machine at the front desk. The breakfast bread was delicious as well. The front desk staff were very kind.

I called in advance to let them know I would be checking in later than planned. They told me they would explain where the parking lot was at check-in, and their directions were very detailed, so it was easy to find. There is a small step, so you need a bit of momentum to park. Kei cars cost 430 yen. I made a Reservation for a windowless single Room, but they kindly prepared what seemed like a semi-double bed instead—and it even had a window. At the front desk, you receive a toothbrush and a gown to sleep in. There is no makeup remover, toner, comb, or tea. However, the Room has an electric kettle, refrigerator, and hair dryer, so I didn’t feel inconvenienced at all. Slippers were provided. The TV was probably around 65 inches, and there were 22 power outlets available. Since there is only one light in the Room, bringing the table under it makes it possible to write or do desk work. I later found out that you can borrow a desk lamp. At night, I could hear the neighboring guest snoring from behind the TV area. For breakfast coffee, each cup was brewed with a De’Longhi coffee machine. The boiled egg was cooked perfectly. There were roll buns (plain and raisin), but nothing in particular to put on them; warming them slightly in the microwave in the hallway made them taste great. The front desk staff were also excellent and greeted me every time I went down to the first floor. At this price point, I would definitely like to stay again.

Check in using the self-service check-in machine. Since I had made a Reservation in advance, I only needed to enter my name. Pay the Fukuoka Prefecture Accommodation Tax of 200 yen at the check-in machine and receive your key card. The atmosphere is chic and relaxing from the building exterior to the entrance and all the way to the Room. The Room isn’t large, but it has a table and chairs in addition to a desk. Having an outlet by the bed is convenient for charging my phone. There is also a USB-A port by the bed. I’m happy they offer free curry service at night (I didn’t try it this time). The in-room refrigerator is surprisingly wall-mounted!! The parking lot is very narrow with only limited spaces. If it’s full, you’ll be directed to a nearby paid parking lot. It’s nice that you can walk to Nishitetsu Kurume Station, as well as restaurants in that area.

The contrast between the lingering snow on Mt. Tateyama and Toyama Bay is outstanding. The hot water was comfortable, and the meals were just the right amount for me. If I had to suggest improvements: one bath’s changing room is small, and a long bench takes up too much space. It’s hard to tell the yukata sizes. The dining room is cramped and nearby conversations can be distracting, so some background music might help. It was an Accommodation I’d like to use again.

My daughter-in-law’s parents live near Nijo Castle, and we stayed here to coincide with her second homecoming childbirth. Parking was free, and although there was a minor issue in the Room, it was handled promptly. The free shuttle bus to Kyoto Station was also very convenient. I’ve stayed overnight in Kyoto many times, and I truly feel we should have used this place much sooner. The area in front of the banquet hall on the second floor was spacious as well, and even though it was scorching hot outside, we were able to relax and play with our two-year-old first grandchild—making this a stay we are deeply grateful for.

I’m very pleased that this Business Hotel offers such a great selection of amenities. I will definitely stay here again.

We were able to relax at the Aso Onsen. Both Dondoko-yu and the Hotel Onsen were great. We also enjoyed the meals, which included alcohol and drinks. We drove from the Yoshinogari Historical Park in Saga Prefecture to Aso, Kumamoto, and then to the Oka Castle Ruins in Taketa City, Oita, and it was comfortable and enjoyable.

The Room was spacious, clean, and excellent.

We stayed with 2 adults, 3 children, and 1 dog. Even though we arrived after 6:00 PM on the day of check-in, thank you for accommodating us by changing our meal time, moving us to a dining Room where we could eat next to our dog, and upgrading our Room free of charge (even though we didn’t ask). We only realized it after we got home (laughs). Despite the busy Obon season, the front desk staff remained calm and composed, and the attendants greeted us with smiles. Our children had a great time as well. We truly appreciate being able to spend such a meaningful time there. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

An Onsen-loving couple. We found it the same day and made a last-minute Reservation. A detached Room with both an indoor bath and an open-air bath (of course, both are Onsen). At first, the main building looked like it had been renovated… and the detached unit, with its golden torii gate, felt a bit questionable… We wondered if we’d made a mistake. But that first impression was completely wrong. The Hotel staff seemed to be from overseas, but they were pleasant, explained everything clearly, and were friendly and kind. The detached Room had everything we needed—nothing to complain about. It’s No Meals Included, but delivery is OK and there’s a microwave. We considered going out to eat, but since we wanted to soak in the Onsen repeatedly and relax, we bought locally sourced sashimi and sushi at a nearby supermarket and ate in the Room. Without worrying about anyone else, we went into the Onsen over and over—back and forth between the indoor bath and the open-air bath… I’ve lost count of how many times. The fridge has separate freezer/refrigerator compartments, so we could even buy ice cream and store it. The free Onsen-boiled eggs were great—we had several—and they were really delicious. Plates and chopsticks for meals were also provided. You can adjust the water temperature to your liking, and the Room size was more than enough for two. Some Reviews mentioned that the Room was dark or that there were no loungewear/pajamas, but it wasn’t dark at all—and loungewear was provided. If I had to mention one thing: the wooden wall around the open-air bath has some peeling discoloration here and there, with a few spots that look worn/rotted. It’s probably unavoidable due to Onsen minerals; it would be perfect if maintenance reached every detail. Still, they do seem to maintain it regularly—it may just happen quickly because of mineral buildup—so it’s within an acceptable range. We loved everything about our stay. We’ll be back.

This was my first stay here. I made a Reservation for a Room with a shared bathroom. Since it was inexpensive and included breakfast, I didn’t expect much, but when I arrived at the Hotel they upgraded me to a newly renovated Room with a private bathroom. When I entered the Room, I was surprised at how clean it was—there wasn’t even any dust. The breakfast was also very delicious. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.
