I stayed here when attending a concert at GLION ARENA KOBE. It’s conveniently located between Sannomiya Station and the arena, making it easy to get around. The front desk is on the second floor, and I couldn’t find the entrance at first, so I entered from the parking area. The parking staff and someone I passed in the corridor kindly guided me, which I really appreciated. Everyone at the front desk was also very helpful. It unexpectedly started raining, and they called a taxi for me as well, handling everything pleasantly. They can store your luggage too. I’d like to stay here again next time I’m in Kobe. Thank you very much.

This time I wanted to try fishing at Kesennuma Port, so I stayed at this Accommodation because it’s close to the fishing spots. It’s located on a hill right in front of the port, with a great view. From the main entrance you can overlook all of Kesennuma Port, and it was such a refreshing place. What’s more, thanks to the very unique elevator tower, it was super convenient—I could get to the fish market on ground level in just 2–3 minutes. The building itself feels a bit retro and has a Showa-era vibe, so it may not be for everyone, but I found it very comfortable. What really impressed me was the night view of Kesennuma Port—and the sea urchin and hoya! The scenery completely changes from daytime; with the illumination it felt almost like a theme park. I was truly moved. I also enjoyed night fishing while taking in the lights—please do see it in person if you can. And the dinner served this time—sea urchin on its shell and hoya sashimi—was incredible. The sea urchin I had before at a Hotel in Minamisanriku was delicious too, but Kesennuma’s sea urchin is no joke! It had rich sweetness and umami and tasted amazing. The hoya sashimi may have been the best I’ve ever had. The ocean aroma and perfectly firm texture were irresistible for anyone who loves hoya. All staff were polite and very pleasant. Some seemed new, but their sincerity came through, and it made me feel this is a well-run Hotel. I suppose there’s no helping that some Facility areas are a bit old, but even taking that into account, I’d definitely like to stay again.

This was our second stay, and we were very satisfied with the Facility, service, meals, and Onsen. It’s an Accommodation that both children and adults can truly enjoy. As soon as we got home, our child asked, “I want to go again!” Although it’s a highly satisfying Accommodation overall, if I had to mention one thing, I think it would be helpful to have a small towel for wiping around the sink. Since there are slopes and stairs on the grounds, guests using strollers or those with mobility difficulties may find it better to use Yawatano.

I traveled from Saitama to Shizuoka for work and stayed one night at Kuretake Inn Gotemba Inter for the first time. It was a shame I didn’t get to use the Onsen. The Room was clean, the amenities were well stocked, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes and was delicious. I will stay again. Thank you very much.

The Room was spacious and had a veranda-like deck called the Tsukimidai, with a nice view and the ocean visible in the distance. Meals were served in the Room, and every dish was delicious—we finished everything at both breakfast and dinner. However, it was disappointing that the drinks in the refrigerator were expensive. The Onsen also felt very open; while I did wonder if it might be visible from somewhere, I was still able to bathe comfortably. Another bath area was spacious, and the water in the roofed open-air bath left my skin feeling moisturized like lotion. Inside the building, it seems to have been expanded many times over the years, so some areas are a bit confusing, and many guests seemed to get lost. There were only a few souvenirs for sale, and there were no Facilities such as karaoke or table tennis, but it had an old-fashioned Ryokan atmosphere that we really enjoyed.

The perfect Accommodation for anyone looking to enjoy plenty of Beppu’s hot springs! Located right in front of the station, it makes planning your Onsen-hopping easy, with excellent access wherever you want to go. The Room amenities are also great, so you can sleep soundly and recharge after a day of Onsen hopping. Both dinner and breakfast are delicious and will fully restore your energy for the day! (The freshly fried toriten at dinner is amazing!) Make this your base for visiting hot springs, and you’ll be able to enjoy Beppu to the fullest!

It’s hard to find a Hotel with such an attractive Accommodation Fee that also includes parking. Plus, because it’s an underground parking garage, it’s ideal in any weather—hot days, cold days, or rainy days. As for things I’d like improved… checkout is at 11:00 anyway… Overall, I was satisfied enough to overlook the small details.

I had errands in Uehommachi and debated staying at the Marriott in Tennoji, but choosing this place was the right call. It felt different from what I expected, and I was more than satisfied! The bed was very clean. The bathroom and toilet felt a bit dated, but nothing that bothered me. The amenities covered everything I needed, and if you need anything extra, there’s a FamilyMart nearby as well as Kintetsu Department Store.

We ended up staying as a family on short notice. The price was very reasonable, and above all, we were impressed by the breakfast service. The staff were wonderful, and we would like to stay again.

Thank you again for taking such good care of us. With its excellent location beside the approach to the shrine and within walking distance of Izumo Taisha, along with the Facility lovingly restored from a charming building from days gone by and the wonderful hospitality of all the staff, we were able to spend a truly pleasant time. Even though we visit again at almost the same time each year, the meals are different every time—delicious dishes that highlight local production for local consumption and are also a delight to look at—and once again we finished everything. If I may make one small request: as I get older, it can be difficult to read in the dim, atmospheric lighting. It would be very helpful if you could provide a light stand (even as a loan item) so guests can read books more easily. We look forward to visiting again next year. Thank you very much.

This was our second stay in 11 years. The open atrium was truly impressive. Located right behind the Dogo Onsen Main Building, the location is excellent. The front desk offers a 24-hour coffee corner, which is very relaxing. From 3 PM to around 7 PM, there is a free drink corner with highballs and juice on the third floor. As it was for a special occasion and being an IKYU Diamond Member, we were grateful for the room upgrade. The Iyo beef served at dinner was unforgettable—just one more slice would have been perfect (there were two slices). The open-air bath on the top floor offered stunning views of the blue sky, moon, and Matsuyama City below; the hot water was wonderfully warming. Thanks to the efforts of both the manager and hostess, all staff members were kind and attentive. It has transformed into a warm-hearted Ryokan, which made us very happy. We will definitely choose Hanayuzuki again when visiting Dogo Onsen in the future. It was an amazing trip—thank you!

I stayed here to attend a live concert in Hiroshima. It’s within walking distance from the station. The Room was small, but it was fine since I didn’t have large luggage. I was able to sleep without being bothered by train noise. Both check-in and check-out were smooth, which was great. However, as a woman, I was disappointed that there were no amenities such as toner or lotion. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

In May 2026, I was invited by my junior high school friends and stayed here, and I discovered how great it is to have drinks and karaoke included. In June, four of us who love to drink stayed again. From arrival until dinner, we were allowed to enjoy drinks in the lobby. At dinner, there was a 90-minute all-you-can-drink plan, and the four of us enjoyed plenty of draft beer, sake, and wine. In particular, being able to compare different sakes was excellent. The all-you-can-eat crab was also delicious—we were very satisfied. After that, we had a great time with karaoke. Breakfast the next day also came with delicious seafood; we could even have a seafood bowl in the morning, which made us very happy. This time I organized the trip, and everyone was very satisfied—so we decided to do it here again next time. This Accommodation is highly recommended for anyone who loves alcohol. Also that day, by chance we received a Fukui Prefecture coupon worth 5,000 yen and bought some Fukui sake to take home. It really was a lucky trip.

It was a truly wonderful Hotel. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt a sense of calm and dignified atmosphere. The cleanliness throughout the building, the color tones of the furniture and interiors, the beauty of the design, and the carefully arranged details all conveyed the Hotel’s overall elegance. What impressed me most was the warmth of the staff. Their demeanor and choice of words reflected outstanding hospitality, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay with peace of mind. Breakfast was also excellent—not only for the food itself, but also because it could be enjoyed slowly in a serene setting. It felt like one of the great highlights of staying at this Hotel. This Hotel is not simply a place to stay; it is a place to step away from everyday life and spend quiet time in refined comfort. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants to take their time enjoying their stay while appreciating its beautiful atmosphere and distinctive world that the staff so carefully preserve. I sincerely thank all staff members for providing such a wonderful space and service. I would love to visit again. However, some guests’ behavior was disappointing. At minimum, basic manners matter—no swimming in the large public bath; no shouting by adults or children; no arguing or yelling between parents; no running in the breakfast area. Even though it was only one night, there was a significant gap between guests who wanted to enjoy a quiet, high-quality environment and those without manners. With both groups mixed together, it is true that there were many moments when I could not fully enjoy what should have been such a dignified and lovely atmosphere. The food, cleanliness, ambiance, elegance, professionalism at reception, quality of furnishings, and housekeeping (except for parts related to air conditioning within the building) were all excellent and very satisfying. This is an issue on our side as guests. Please follow basic etiquette in shared spaces: do not run (especially in the breakfast area), do not shout, do not argue loudly even as parents—and keep your voices down. Unfortunately there were many guests who did not observe these basics. I especially wish people would refrain from swimming in the large public bath. There were also children splashing water around with wash buckets—yet some parents did not correct them; instead they swam together with their children while being loud. It felt chaotic. I also did not want to witness arguments between parents. I do not want to hear shouting or yelling. If only guest behavior improved—but aside from that point, this Hotel is outstanding!

Room is clean, front desk staff are polite, and breakfast is quite good. The price is also affordable, making it excellent overall.

I am hooked on the homemade green bread. I always look forward to enjoying it toasted in the Balmuda toaster during my stay. This time, I tried the dashi ochazuke for the first time, and it was very delicious with a rich kelp flavor. I would love to stay here again.

We stayed just after the Golden Week holidays. The front desk staff, restaurant team, and housekeeping staff we passed on our way out were all pleasant and handled everything smoothly. Our Room had an open-air bath; although it was listed as having no view at the time of Reservation, we were able to enjoy the mountains across the river, the lights of nearby Onsen Accommodations, and a sky full of stars. We had recently stayed at a related property in Yamashiro Onsen and expected similar meals, but the buffet selection was different here, and in particular the local Gero specialty “Kei-chan” chicken was delicious. The baths were used by quite a few guests, but they never felt crowded, and everything was well cleaned and easy to use. We were able to relax and enjoy a wonderful, unhurried stay. We would love to stay again.

We planned a last-minute trip as a couple, and never expected to find such a wonderful Accommodation available during the Obon holidays at such an affordable price. Dinner was impressive, featuring dishes that brought out the natural flavors of the ingredients, served on Hagi-yaki–style ceramic tableware. The buffet breakfast was also full of delicious options. While the annex is not very large, it felt newly finished and was comfortable. Above all, the location alone—an expansive view of the majestic Sea of Japan right below the window—seems worth tens of thousands of yen. The staff were warm and welcoming as well, making it an unforgettable stay.

It was great that there were saunas for both men and women! We could play table tennis for free too, and my spouse and I had a lot of fun!! We received one free cup ramen per person, one ice cream after the bath, plus candy and Umaibo snacks! These little perks honestly made us so happy!!! They also had toner, moisturizer, and makeup remover. After the bath, we could drink free tea and lemon water as well—it was wonderful! We’d love to stay again!

Since we left the Room selection up to the hotel, we were assigned a different Room than last time, and it was a nice one. When I didn’t know how to watch the video streaming services and asked the front desk, they explained it very kindly, which made our stay comfortable (to watch ABEMA or Hulu, membership registration is required). I would like to stay again.
