Close to Osaka Station, the lounge was fantastic—from tea to beer and other drinks, plus delicious snacks. I had an amazing time with my friends. This time, our main plans were visiting the Nakanoshima Museum of Art and chatting. We decided we’ll stay here again next time. I recommended it to both family and friends.

I stayed here with my husband while I was pregnant. One morning, we woke up unusually early and took a walk together to Kiyomizu-dera Temple. The location is excellent, and I think it’s ideal for sightseeing. The lounge was also very comfortable. I recommend staying in a Room with a large bath!

My son and his wife stayed here to celebrate their wedding anniversary, as they wanted to visit Beppu Onsen. It is a wonderful hotel, with delicious meals, an in-room open-air bath, a sauna, and a spacious room where they could truly relax. It seems it became a very special anniversary for them. Thank you very much.

My daughter and I stayed one night in a Twin Room. We made a Reservation because of the high ratings, and it was as comfortable as the reviews said. The Room was spotless, the blackout curtains worked perfectly, and the beds were ideally firm. The sink and toilet area was surprisingly spacious for a Business Hotel, and we were impressed that the bathroom also had a separate washing area. We will definitely stay again.

I used this accommodation for an early stay to meet a friend in Sendai. Since I came by car, the parking lot was convenient, but access might not be ideal if you have business in the city center. There were restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so it seemed easy to buy anything forgotten during the trip. The breakfast buffet included dishes featuring Miyagi specialties, which was very satisfying.

The Hotel and the Room were very clean, and the bathtub was larger than those in a typical Business Hotel, which was great. It is close to Osaka Castle, NHK Hall, and the station, and this price is excellent. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful, and I was very satisfied. I would definitely stay here again.

No wonder so many guests rate this Ryokan so highly!! The staff were simply wonderful, and I was impressed from the very start of the morning. Although the staff member assisting us was not Japanese, the explanations were clear and made us excited for the day right away. The half-buffet offered nothing but delicious choices, and we loved being able to grill items over charcoal at our own table. We were completely satisfied from breakfast onward! Even after checkout, they saw us off with warm smiles—this has become one of the Ryokan we definitely want to visit again. Thank you to all the staff.

I finally got to visit Ureshino Onsen, which I’d been wanting to go to for a long time! I stayed with two female friends, making three of us. It rained that day, and we got a bit lost on the mountain roads before arriving—I was glad we didn’t get there too late at night. The Room was spacious enough even for three people. The cypress bath in the Room was wonderful—I lost count of how many times I used it. We also really enjoyed the large public bath! We couldn’t use the facilities over at Taishoya this time, so I definitely want to come back! The spring water quality was truly silky and lotion-like—an Onsen I absolutely loved. For meals, the tofu at breakfast was delicious, and the sesame soy sauce topping was amazing too! It had just the right amount of privacy, and all the staff were so kind—thank you very much.

We chose the Anniversary Plan as it coincided with my husband’s five-year service refresh leave and the month of our wedding anniversary. On this Hakone trip, we used the free pass and hadn’t realized the hotel was on higher ground, so we quickly arranged a taxi to get there. After the hassle of getting there, I briefly wondered if we’d chosen the wrong place—but that concern disappeared as soon as we arrived. From the large lobby windows, we had a clear view of Lake Ashi, and it was immediately obvious this is a hotel with an outstanding view—scenery you can only get from an elevated location. Our room’s balcony also faced Lake Ashi and had a comfortable table set and an open-air bath. There was a Nespresso machine in the room, so we made coffee right away and enjoyed it on the balcony with the complimentary fruit while relaxing together and taking in the lake view. There were two types of coffee. I appreciated that one was decaf—perfect for evening so caffeine wouldn’t affect sleep—while in the morning there was a richer option to help you wake up. It felt very thoughtful. The bathing setup was also excellent: there was an indoor shower room, so we didn’t have to worry about getting cold while washing up, and then we could simply enjoy soaking in the open-air bath out on the scenic balcony. The hot spring water felt wonderful; I soaked many times and my skin felt silky smooth. Every dish was carefully prepared and delicious, but especially memorable was the meat: thick yet incredibly tender, with enough fat to be flavorful while still tasting light. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had meat that good before. The tableware was also beautifully chosen throughout, making each course visually enjoyable as well. The staff were all polite and attentive. One newer staff member seemed possibly mixed heritage; her explanations were sometimes a little hard to catch, but her sincere effort came through clearly and left a great impression. Although we only told them about our anniversary on check-in day, they not only prepared a celebratory message plate but also took photos for us at short notice and presented them to us at breakfast the next morning—it became a wonderful keepsake. The next morning, lake fog covered all of Lake Ashi’s surface, creating an incredibly beautiful, dreamlike scene. We made coffee again in our room and enjoyed it together on the balcony—it truly felt like a luxurious time.

From the atmosphere at the entrance to every corner of the Accommodation, we could truly feel your quiet hospitality toward travelers. The meals were also thoughtfully prepared in many ways, and we enjoyed them very much. We would definitely like to stay again.

The atmosphere of the main building was wonderful. Maintaining such a historic building must take a lot of effort, so I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well kept it was. This time we chose the newer wing where we could enjoy the Onsen in our Room, but next time I would love to stay in one of the lovely Rooms in the main building, such as Sanraku or Kumoi. Dinner and drinks were delicious, and being able to enjoy them in our Room made it feel truly luxurious. All of the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, and we made great summer memories. We will definitely come again.

It was my first trip to Mito in 20 years, but unfortunately it rained. Still, thanks to staying at this Hotel, I didn’t feel any inconvenience when it came to shopping or dining. At the front desk, there were 2–3 staff members who were quite unfriendly, and three who were very pleasant (a foreign staff member, a male staff member, and a young female staff member). So even if you happen to be helped by someone unfriendly, if another person assists you instead you can still feel well taken care of—so it’s fine. I stayed for two nights. On the first night I had a Room near the elevators on a day with many group guests. Since I’m a light sleeper, even small noises woke me up. When I spoke with the young female receptionist about it, she kindly reassigned me to another Room without any hassle. I really appreciated that. The Room was very spacious and had new facilities. Because it was raining, I spent a lot of time in the Room and found it very comfortable. Complimentary bottled water and tea bags were provided, but there was no coffee—since I like having coffee in my pajamas right after waking up, next time I’ll bring instant coffee myself. Also, there was only one sturdy pair of slippers suitable for going to the large public bath area inside the Hotel; next time I plan to bring disposable slippers as well. There was also an Accommodation guest–exclusive aperitivo at the restaurant. The selection, price, and service were all excellent—I was completely satisfied. Overall I was extremely satisfied and will stay here again next time!

It’s one stop from Kyoto Station, but it’s surprisingly quiet at night for being so close. For travelers with a packed sightseeing schedule, the access might feel a bit inconvenient. The property is clean, and the room is comfortable. We didn’t add breakfast this time, but on our previous stay it was delicious with a wide variety of options. This time was a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights). We will stay again.

I stayed for one night and two days to recharge with my child. On this trip, the highlights were the abundant nature, delicious meals, and high-quality souvenirs. From our room, we could enjoy views of the Tama River and the forests of Okutama. We also fully immersed ourselves in nature at Kamanofuchi Park, located just below the hotel. At night, the sound of the river felt like soothing white noise, and we slept very peacefully. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. We usually choose buffet-style dining, but this time it was refreshing to enjoy a course-style meal where each dish could be savored. The carefully selected menu delighted my child as well. One small point: the Wi-Fi was a bit unstable—perhaps due to the hotel’s nature-rich location. Aside from that, our stay was very comfortable. Surrounded by nature and enjoying wonderful food, we were able to spend a relaxing and special time together as parent and child. I would love to stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This Hotel is conveniently located near Shin-Yokohama. I think it’s a very good Hotel. The shampoo and other amenities are high quality, and I have no complaints. If I had to mention any drawbacks, the shower temperature can be a bit tricky to adjust, and the TV is slightly small. Even then, those are only minor inconveniences if you really look for them. It’s an excellent Hotel for the price, so I will definitely stay here again.

The Accommodation staff were very pleasant, and the Room was thoughtfully designed and comfortable to stay in. I also really appreciated that the Room was arranged just as I had requested. The water provided was the same brand I regularly have delivered at home, which made me so happy. The meals were truly outstanding. I’m a Fukui resident, and I was amazed to see local ingredients transformed into dishes like this—and everything tasted wonderful. The service was attentive and felt polished. The artwork on display and the plants grown in the center created a great atmosphere. The table layout also felt perfectly spaced from other guests, so it really felt like we could enjoy a delicious meal with just the right amount of privacy, leaving me completely satisfied overall. People from outside the prefecture often ask me about Fukui, so lately I’ve been staying in Fukui and around Kaga to experience things for myself—and this is a place I’d like to recommend to my local friends as well. I’d love to visit the restaurant again. Thank you for such an enjoyable time. *The bath area was clean, but I rated it “4” because it would have been even better if it had an Onsen. That said, it was more convenient than many typical Hotels—so it’s closer to a 5 than not. Since there are plenty of Onsen nearby, I also thought it would be fine to visit a day-use Onsen the next day.*

I’ve stayed at several Kuretake Inn Hotels, and the ones with the “Premium” name are consistently comfortable with no real issues. The Kuretake Inn near Fukuroi Station is simple, very clean, and excellent. Breakfast is also plentiful and filling. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, it was raining, but towels were provided in front of the front desk, and I was impressed by how thoughtful that was. The hotel is close to the station, and the bath was great. After bathing, I enjoyed some ice cream while taking in the beautiful view. The late-night soba was excellent, and breakfast was also very delicious. I would love to stay again if I have the chance. Everything was excellent. It had been a while since I last enjoyed in-Room dining at a government-registered international tourist Ryokan, and the staff’s service and cheerful hospitality were outstanding. They faithfully preserve Japan’s fine traditions while continuing to refine them, which was truly impressive. The large public bath was spacious, with an ocean view that felt very relaxing. The meals were also delicious (blackthroat seaperch). Crab season had just opened as well, and although I wanted to try it, I decided to save it for next time after considering my budget. The front desk staff were efficient; the support you need is attentive, and anything that should be quick is handled quickly. From the station, buses run reliably for a regional city—take the bus and get off at “Tourist Center-mae,” then it’s just a few minutes on foot—so if you check the timetable in advance, access from Yonago Station is smooth.

I traveled solo as a woman and enjoyed both the Gold Bath and the Silver Bath. The hospitality was outstanding. Everyone greeted me warmly, and the younger staff and international staff were kind and welcoming with friendly smiles. Dinner was delicious—the seafood, mountain specialties, and sake were all excellent. I’d be happy if you could sell the pre-meal vinegar in the shop as well; I really liked it. Since I usually skip breakfast, I appreciated having a dinner-only Plan. I may visit again on another solo trip, and I also recommend it for family travel.
