I liked how the staff were casual and friendly. The 1st-floor restaurant also had a great vibe with its music and furniture, making my stay enjoyable. However, it was disappointing that the Room toilet and toilet paper were too far away, and the bidet was difficult to use.

The sauna was excellent. There were loaner sauna hats by the sink, plenty of aroma oils for löyly, and the temperature gets quite high, which was great. It was also nice to have plenty of towels! We stayed in Room 202, and the sauna room is a bit small. It has two tiers, and it’s wide enough for two adults to sit side by side. There’s a refrigerator right before the door from the Room to the sauna area, so it’s easy to grab drinks. As for service, all of the staff were very pleasant. We came by car, but since it’s Azabu-Juban, all nearby coin parking lots around the Hotel were expensive, so I wished there were a partnered parking option. Public transportation might be best. We ordered the motsunabe course via room service. The food was carefully prepared, generous in portion size, and very delicious. The refrigerator was extremely well stocked and really lifted my mood! There was mineral water throughout the Room so we never ran out of water, and we also enjoyed Oropo. However, since we used a Room with only one bathtub, you have to fill it as a cold bath after showering, which may feel a bit inconvenient. Even if small, I would have liked a separate tub just for cold baths (maybe some suites have one). The shower head, hair dryer, hair iron straightener, and curling iron were all ReFa products, which made me happy. It felt better than bringing my own. Next time I’d like to stay in a top-floor Room with a balcony. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Conveniently located with easy access, and check-in was seamless. The Room was clean and quiet. Although the breakfast area is small, I was impressed by how well everything was provided! Excellent value for money.

Both the in-room bath and the large public bath are hinoki cypress baths, and the large public bath also has an open-air bath—an irresistible Accommodation for bath lovers.

Everything was even better than I expected. Above all, the open-air bath in the Room was outstanding. If I have the chance, I’d love to stay again.

It’s still disappointing that the Room toilet does not have a bidet, but using the shared toilets is not an issue. Last year, one of the two shared toilets had a squat-style toilet (unacceptable), but this year both have bidet seats, which is a major improvement. They look like the same new model, so they may have been replaced at the same time. Breakfast and dinner are buffet-style, and it was excellent that there was no overlap in side-dish selections between Day 1 and Day 2. It’s subtle, but you can see the effort. Also, as a small detail, it’s reassuring that drinks in the vending machines are sold at normal prices rather than marked up for a tourist area.

Even during the busy Obon season, I was allowed to use a room by myself, and it was very comfortable. The staff were also pleasant, making it a welcoming Accommodation. The bath was spacious and very relaxing.

We stayed for three nights during Golden Week. The building is quite old, so the kids were surprised when we arrived, but the Room was clean and the staff were very courteous, so we felt comfortable throughout our stay. There are many places within walking distance from the Accommodation that you can visit with children, and it’s also very convenient—only about a 15-minute drive to the Ise area! We’d love to stay again if we have the chance. I gave 4 stars for the guest room because the door opens inward and there isn’t much space, so with shoes for five people left by the entrance, it was hard to open and close the door. It made going in and out of the Room a bit of a hassle… some guests might find this frustrating.

During my trip, I suddenly needed to stay overnight in Iwaki and made a Reservation. It was the lowest price in the 7,000-yen range for a double room with breakfast for one night. On top of that, on weekdays only, they offered dinner (curry or beef bowl) plus all-you-can-drink alcoholic beverages—an excellent service. I was also able to relax and unwind in the large public bath. This is an Accommodation I’d like to use as a base for sightseeing in Fukushima.

I stayed for one night because a family member was being discharged early in the morning. It’s very convenient since it’s close to both the station and the hospital. I booked a non-smoking Room, and I wasn’t thrilled to learn there was a smoking area on the floor, but thankfully there was no cigarette smell. The unit bath was fairly spacious, and I also liked that the sink area was separate. However, due to my misunderstanding, I thought Kikonai also charged an Accommodation Tax, so I asked a male staff member at the front desk what the difference is between places that charge it and places that don’t. His response was basically “Why are you asking me?” When I looked into it more closely, it seems all of Hokkaido may be subject to an Accommodation Tax. I’ll check later, but since it’s a Hotel-related question, I would have appreciated an answer (sorry for my ignorance). Also, I wasn’t told that there were no amenities in the Room and that I needed to pick them up at the front desk. It was a hassle to go get them, but since I had stayed at a friend’s place until the day before and still had some with me, I used those instead. I’m glad I kept them with me rather than packing them away. There were cars with license plates from many different areas around Hokkaido, but the Hotel itself was quiet and nice. There are convenience stores and izakaya nearby as well, so it didn’t feel inconvenient. If I go to Kikonai again, I’d like to stay here again. One thing I found strange is why staying on Monday costs more than staying on Sunday. (Sorry again for my lack of knowledge.) Most other places are cheaper on weekdays—just something I wondered about.

Conveniently located near the station, and just the right walking distance to the ruins of Kuwana Castle. With an izakaya right next door, you won’t have to worry about finding a place to eat when you don’t feel like searching.

From the warm welcome at the entrance to having my belongings prepared that I had left with you so I could head out fishing early, everything was very helpful. I would like to stay again.

It’s a slightly older Business Hotel, but the baths are excellent. There are two large tubs, plus a sauna and a cold plunge bath. The food is delicious with a wide variety of options, and you can enjoy drinks until late. Nothing to complain about. The Room is a bit dated, but since I’m only there to sleep, it doesn’t bother me and it’s comfortable enough. I actually prefer the shared toilet and washbasin area—it keeps the Room from feeling cramped, and you can wash up in a more spacious area. The affordable rate including breakfast is also very helpful.

It felt like an older Hotel, but the Room was kept very clean, and the bed mattress was comfortable, so I had a pleasant stay. The amenities next to the front desk were great: there was a variety of shampoos, plus snacks, various drinks, and even instant miso soup, which I really appreciated. The front desk staff were kind and helpful despite being busy, and the Hotel had a wonderful atmosphere. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Enjoy the stunning ocean view right in front of you and wash away all your daily stress. I indulged in my favorite Takezaki crab and fully enjoyed Tara! (laughs) The morning coffee was also delightful. Thank you very much. It would have been even better if the amenities were more comprehensive. I wished there were a few more towels available.

We stayed as a family, and the room was spacious, stylish, and very clean, just like in the photos. From the second-floor living room, we enjoyed a breathtaking view of Hakuba's expansive scenery, offering an incredible sense of openness. The staff were extremely friendly from check-in and made our stay very pleasant. We stayed for two nights, and on the second day, they replaced our towels and promptly responded to our calls, which was very helpful. Amenities such as insect repellent spray and baby guards were well-prepared, making it safe and convenient for families with children. The recommended restaurants and spots were all fantastic, making this a truly satisfying stay. We would love to visit again!

Business trip, one-night stay. I stay at hotels and ryokans about 60-70 nights a year for business and travel. - Location: Conveniently located near Susukino Station, surrounded by many convenience stores and dining options, making it ideal for enjoying Sapporo's nightlife. - Room: A standard room typical of an international hotel chain. Not particularly luxurious but clean and comfortable. - Facility: As a limited-service hotel, there are few shared facilities available. This is more suited for those who prefer exploring the city rather than spending time in the accommodation itself. The overall impression is that the facility is starting to show its age slightly. - Service: Interaction was limited to check-in at the front desk, but the service was efficient and professional. One mistake on my part was not noticing that parking was available at the hotel; I ended up using a nearby parking lot instead, though there wasn’t much difference in price. - Dining: Having stayed at several Holiday Inn hotels in other regions before, this one offered an excellent breakfast buffet by comparison. The menu had a wide variety of options including fresh sashimi, vegetables, and local delicacies from Hokkaido that are perfect for tourists visiting the area. - Overall satisfaction: As part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, it meets basic quality standards without offering anything particularly extraordinary to captivate guests' hearts—but there’s nothing to complain about either! If you're looking to stay in Susukino area specifically, this hotel can be considered as an option despite being slightly pricier due to its international brand status—something that also reflects its loyal fan base!

The clean Room and smooth check-in process were great. You can enjoy Ramen Ichiran during breakfast hours (7:00-10:00). (Unfortunately, I couldn't try it this time due to timing.) Above all, the location is excellent. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya.

It was a very comfortable Hotel. Since it was a king-size bed, we were able to share one bed as a parent and child. I would like to use it again.
