If you don’t mind the price, there are probably Hotels closer to Tokyo Dome, but when I searched on Yahoo! Travel, this one was reasonably priced. To get to Tokyo Dome: it’s about a 10-minute walk from the Hotel to Okachimachi Station (I walk slowly), then from Okachimachi you transfer once at Akihabara to Suidobashi, and after that it’s about a 10-minute walk to Tokyo Dome (again, I walk slowly). They stored my luggage in the morning, there was a microwave right outside the elevator, and they cleaned the Room even during a Multiple Night Stay. There was also a bedside clock (I didn’t check whether it had an alarm function). They said there were women-only services; at check-in I received one-time pouches of each item—face mask sheet, makeup remover, facial cleanser, toner, and serum—as well as bath salts. You can receive one set per stay (once per Accommodation), but you can get one of each type. I was especially happy about the face mask. The shower water pressure was neither too strong nor too weak, and there were no issues with toilet flushing. Of course there was a washlet and a hair dryer (the airflow is slightly weak but it’s quiet and also has a cool setting). The “cleaning needed/not needed” sign was magnetic, so I could cover and block the peephole as well. The lock is an auto-lock card key system (card must be returned when checking out); inside the door there is only a thumbturn lock. I would have been even happier if there had been a trash bin near the sink. Occasionally I heard water sounds like someone flushing in another Room. I’m not sure whether anyone stayed next door; as for voices, I only faintly heard staff talking while cleaning in the hallway. Also on the morning of day two, for some reason my Room sometimes smelled like grilled fish. What bothered me most is that the Hotel entrance has stairs with no ramp, so you need to lift heavy luggage. All in all, it was more than sufficient for traveling for a live show. Overall, I think it was good.

This capsule Hotel offers outstanding value for money. The bath area is small, but the Facility is sufficient for bathing. It also comes with a sauna, which is a great bonus at this price.

Great location and affordable! The Room was very clean, and I loved that it had wooden flooring instead of carpet—it felt really nice. I was also happy that the amenities were DHC. There’s a beef tongue restaurant less than a 1-minute walk away, which was very convenient. If I get to visit Sendai again, I definitely want to stay here.

I stayed here to attend an event at another Hotel in Roppongi. Since it’s a Mitsui property and the Reviews were good, I chose this place—and it was even better than I expected. I arrived before noon and went to leave my luggage, but my Room happened to be ready, so I was able to check in right away. I really appreciated that. Amenities are available in the lobby for you to take only what you need, which felt efficient with no waste. There’s also a coffee machine in the lobby, and tea is available as well. Rooms at central Tokyo Hotels are often small, but this one was about 26–27 m² and felt spacious. There was also a sliding door that could separate the vanity area from the Room, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I’d love to stay here again if I have the chance.

It was a snowy morning, and the view from the window was stunning—breakfast was a truly relaxing moment. The salmon Eggs Benedict and the mushroom risotto were exceptional. The only disappointment was that when I left my luggage before check-in, I was directed to use a sofa to take items out of my suitcase, but it was quite full; I would have appreciated being shown a baggage rack or similar option instead.

We had a wonderful, elegant time. The space itself reminded us of Japan all over again.

Overall, my stay was fine with no issues, but there was one thing that upset me. There are two massage chairs, and it is common courtesy to take turns after one session. However, a Chinese couple used them about three times in a row. I asked them to let others have a turn, but they did not. That was the only disappointing part of my stay. I would appreciate it if you could post a notice asking guests to take turns. It was unpleasant.

It was our first stay in a year, and we were accommodated in a spacious Room with new, clean tatami mats. We requested abalone as steak and spiny lobster grilled, and it was a very satisfying day. For breakfast, we enjoyed plenty of delicious Milky Queen rice and simmered sea bream bones before heading home. Thank you very much.

We stayed at this Ryokan for my parents’ therapeutic hot-spring retreat. It’s a Ryokan that’s difficult to reach without a car, but it had a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were especially kind, and we truly enjoyed our stay. My elderly parents were delighted with the nostalgic Japanese-style room. There are many stairs inside the Accommodation, and my father, whose legs have started to weaken, had a bit of difficulty walking around the building. We had breakfast, and it was delicious Japanese food that left us completely full.

I took my parents with dementia. Since it was a weekday, there weren't many guests, which helped prevent my parents from feeling confused. Moreover, the staff's excellent service allowed us to truly relax. Every time I return home, I take them to an Onsen, and this visit created another wonderful memory. The food was delicious with just the right portions, and the care in preparation was evident. Thanks to all the staff members, we had an enjoyable family time.

I enjoyed two days at Hakodate Racecourse. It rained, but the Hotel is right in front, which was a huge help. You can also borrow an umbrella. There are vending machines for coffee, tea, and corn soup near the elevator. You can have as many cups as you like for free. The chicken wings at breakfast were delicious.

I’ve stayed here several times on the way back from skiing. The Room is a relaxing Japanese-style room, and while the large public bath is not an Onsen, it’s spacious, clean, and very pleasant. It’s also nice to receive tickets for a nearby Onsen.

The front desk staff were very kind! It was also heartwarming to find a handwritten message in the Room and a little duck in the bath. It said the duck could be taken home, so I brought it back and have it on display at home.

I stayed here for fishing both last year and this year. The lakeside view from the window was wonderful, and I was able to relax and get plenty of rest. I’d like to stay again next year.

It was close to Disney and reasonably priced, so we chose to stay here. The Room was clean, and having the bath and toilet separate was great. I thought it would have been even better if there had been a chair in the bathroom. I’d like to stay here again when visiting Disney.

We stayed one night in a “special-condition” suite with breakfast and dinner included. We were able to stay at a lower rate because the open-air bath in the Room was not available, but the meals were delicious—steak, sashimi, and salmon roe—and dishes were replenished promptly when they ran out. The Onsen’s women’s bath was a bit small on the first day, but it was comfortable the next morning since the men’s and women’s baths switch. Many of the staff were foreign nationals, but their polite language left a good impression. With great meals and a clean Room, it was excellent value for money, and we would like to stay again.

The room initially seemed small and uncomfortable based on the photos, but it turned out to be a pleasant stay. The view from the room's window was likely one of the reasons for this, as it felt open and not claustrophobic. The bathroom and toilet were indeed small and not very comfortable to use. However, there were no malfunctions, and as expected, the toilet had a bidet function. I'll give it full marks for that reason alone. It might be worth upgrading the showerhead to something better since this is not a Business Hotel. Adding an odor-eliminating feature to the toilet could also improve things further. A slightly larger TV screen in the room would have been better since it's not very clear when viewed from the bed. I used my own DVDs with a DVD player provided in the room and watched Saariaho's "L'Amour de Loin" and Pergolesi's "Adriano in Siria." The soundproofing of the room could be improved as some ambient noise from outside was audible, though it wasn't overly disruptive—just enough to keep my volume low while watching movies or listening to music. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, offering no major inconveniences; however, overall it felt comparable to a Business Hotel standard. Some high-end Business Hotels even offer better rooms than this one—with more functional TVs, air purifiers readily available, or accessory trays provided. For its price point, I found the room somewhat lacking; however, what truly stands out about this hotel is its excellent location—it’s directly connected to Sunshine City shopping complex! The hotel's interior design is stylish overall; having well-stocked convenience store items nearby adds value too! The view from my upgraded higher-grade Room (thanks due-to availability) especially shines at night-time scenery-wise! Elevators are plentiful so waiting times aren’t frustrating either! Breakfast buffet quality-wise rates average yet unique inclusion like buckwheat galettes stood-out positively amongst offerings! In conclusion: While pricing may lean towards expensive-side relatively speaking—this accommodation excels primarily thanks-to unbeatable location alongside stunning nighttime views

This was our second stay, following last year. The buffet offered a wide variety of cuisines and dishes, so it never felt repetitive, but it was a little disappointing that main-dish items were only available separately. Most Facilities were free to use, and our grandchildren were able to enjoy them without hesitation, which we were very happy about. They’re already saying they want to come again!

The hospitality and the Room were excellent. I would like to stay again.

I’d been vaguely avoiding this place because the exterior looks a bit old, but when I stayed for the first time it was surprisingly comfortable. Some parts of the Facility and layout do feel dated, but amenities and loan items are well stocked, and everything is kept clean, so I had a very pleasant stay. The signage around the property is also easy to understand. I was also happy there was a water dispenser. The front desk staff were good as well—helpful without being overbearing. Since there’s no written note of your Room number (maybe because it’s prepaid?), you might want to take a photo with your phone so you don’t forget it when leaving your key at the desk.
