The station is right in front, which is very convenient. The Facility was also very clean. The Room was spacious, and the semi-double bed was comfortable. The staff always greeted us with a smile and provided very pleasant service. There were many other guests, including international travelers, but both the Room and the hallways were very quiet. It was my first time staying at this Hotel, and I was surprised at how much variety there was at breakfast—more than I expected! The Hotel’s special smoothies and a local specialty hot pot were delicious and made for a wonderful memory. I was truly impressed that even though breakfast is free, you can still enjoy local specialties. I ate plenty in the morning and was able to enjoy the rest of my trip even more afterward. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a family for the Osaka Expo and some errands in the city. There are many types of accommodations, making it hard to compare, but I think this is a very good hotel. The location is convenient for transportation, and you can access the subway without getting wet on rainy days. There are plenty of dining options nearby, offering a wide variety of choices. For multiple night stays, having a coin laundry within the hotel was very helpful. Personally, I liked that the pajamas were of a separate type. The room type I stayed in had no bathtub but featured a shower room that was very easy to use. It was bright, functional, and provided a comfortable stay at an excellent hotel!

This was my first time staying here on a business trip to Himeji. The breakfast was very delicious, and I was very satisfied to be able to try Himeji specialties. The coffee was great as well. I would like to stay here again.

I stayed here as a base for attending a game at PayPay Dome. The Room is compact, but the bathroom and toilet are separate, which made it more comfortable than expected. It’s also conveniently located less than a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station, making it easy to get around before and after the game. Recommended for travelers who want a comfortable stay at good value.

I had been wanting to visit Kawagoe for a long time, so I made a Reservation at this Accommodation. I stayed alone as a woman, but the Room and the bathroom/toilet were clean, so I felt safe and comfortable during my stay!

The Onsen was excellent. I made a Reservation because it was close to the concert venue, and I’m glad I did.

It was a typical Business Hotel, but the breakfast buffet was satisfying, and I felt it offered excellent value for money.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days in late August while sightseeing around Suwa, Matsumoto, Kamikochi, and Azumino. The Hotel still feels new and was very clean, and the in-room Facility was well equipped with nothing lacking. The bathroom in particular had a large bathtub, making it spacious and comfortable even just for taking a shower. We had breakfast, and while the selection wasn’t huge, each item was delicious. We especially enjoyed the creative touches such as smoothies made with Nagano-grown fruit and freshly baked waffles. The staff were also extremely courteous. We accidentally soiled some linens due to our own carelessness, but when we mentioned it at checkout, they kindly accepted it without any additional charges. As for amenities, there were no toner or lotion provided, but I think it’s not an issue if you bring your usual ones. Room cleaning is once every three days, but towels are replaced daily. However, it was a bit disappointing that the bath mat wasn’t replaced. Also, the system of leaving trash bins and used towels outside the door as-is was a little hard to understand at first. There are many supermarkets around the Hotel area where we could buy local prepared foods and souvenirs at reasonable prices. There was also a nearby ultra-discount supermarket called Lamu that I’d been wanting to visit personally, so I was glad I could go. By car, Matsumoto city center and Suwa are about 30 minutes away, and Kamikochi and Azumino can be reached in about an hour—very convenient. The pricing felt fair overall, and we were able to use a hometown tax donation coupon as well, which made it an excellent value. We had a very comfortable stay and would love to use this Accommodation again if we have another opportunity.

I stayed here for a concert. The front desk staff were very courteous, and it was a great experience. I’d like to stay here again next time! I also made some wonderful summer memories. Thank you very much.

I always stay here when visiting Kyoto. The staff are always quick and smooth in their service. This time, they gave me a Room with a view from the window, which made it bright and I was very happy!

I called in advance to let them know I would be checking in later than planned. They told me they would explain where the parking lot was at check-in, and their directions were very detailed, so it was easy to find. There is a small step, so you need a bit of momentum to park. Kei cars cost 430 yen. I made a Reservation for a windowless single Room, but they kindly prepared what seemed like a semi-double bed instead—and it even had a window. At the front desk, you receive a toothbrush and a gown to sleep in. There is no makeup remover, toner, comb, or tea. However, the Room has an electric kettle, refrigerator, and hair dryer, so I didn’t feel inconvenienced at all. Slippers were provided. The TV was probably around 65 inches, and there were 22 power outlets available. Since there is only one light in the Room, bringing the table under it makes it possible to write or do desk work. I later found out that you can borrow a desk lamp. At night, I could hear the neighboring guest snoring from behind the TV area. For breakfast coffee, each cup was brewed with a De’Longhi coffee machine. The boiled egg was cooked perfectly. There were roll buns (plain and raisin), but nothing in particular to put on them; warming them slightly in the microwave in the hallway made them taste great. The front desk staff were also excellent and greeted me every time I went down to the first floor. At this price point, I would definitely like to stay again.

We stayed with four people. Even with four beds lined up, the Room didn’t feel cramped and was comfortable. The Room was a bit dark, so we tried various ways to brighten it, but it seemed there weren’t enough light bulbs, and even at maximum brightness it still felt dim. We used the buffet for meals. The food was close to our seats, and both the selection and taste were excellent. The staff cleared our plates and checked that dishes weren’t running out, and everything—including the tables—was clean with no mess. We’d like to stay here again when we visit the amusement park.

It’s a bit of a walk from Morioka Station, but the location is great. If you’re sightseeing, it’s easy to get around efficiently, and I was surprised by how many restaurants, snack bars, and clubs are nearby. The jajamen shop I’d been curious about and Kenji no Daichikan were also within walking distance from the Hotel. The Room was clean and well kept, with plenty of amenities. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options; the cold noodles in particular were delicious and very satisfying. Thanks to this stay, my first trip to Morioka was truly enjoyable.

The breakfast was delicious. There is also a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient.

This is my second stay at this Hotel. There is a 7-Eleven next door, and it’s conveniently located for getting anywhere, with a main street and the streetcar nearby. The male staff member at the front desk was very kind, and since it’s a new Hotel, the Room and bathroom were clean as well. I was able to relax in the twin Room. I just wish YouTube were available. I will stay again. Thank you very much.

From check-in until our car left the Ryokan, the staff naturally came outside to welcome and see us off. I think there are very few Ryokan or Hotels that do this. The preparation of the futon bedding and in-Room dining was pleasant, and it made for a wonderful stay. Every dish was delicious, and the portions were very satisfying. If I had one request, I would be happy if there were a bit more local vegetables—especially for guests in their 50s like us. This may be a matter of preference, but I felt the miso soup would have been even better if it were served a little hotter. Similarly, I would have preferred the water in the large public bath to be slightly hotter. What impressed me most was how thoroughly everything was cleaned. Even at expensive Hotels or Ryokan, you often notice dust in hidden areas or peeling wallpaper and small flaws here and there, but everything visible was very clean. Precisely because it isn’t brand-new, it felt especially comfortable. It was my first stay here, but I feel like I got great value. My only concern is that many of the staff seemed to be around my age or a bit older, so I hope this Ryokan will continue for many years and be passed on to the next generation so guests can keep enjoying it. Breakfast in the Room was excellent. We could relax without having to get ready or change clothes. The bathroom was also spacious and very clean. Thank you for your hospitality. Just one thing: with only the large mirror in the Room, it was a little inconvenient when applying makeup. A small movable mirror would be helpful for women. Sorry if I simply couldn’t find one.

All staff members were very friendly, polite, and kind. Everyone was incredibly pleasant, making my stay truly enjoyable. This was the best point of my experience. The amenities available at check-in were abundant, including options like face masks. The welcome drinks on the first floor were available until midnight with a wide variety of soft drinks to choose from. There was also an ice server (or ice machine), allowing me to enjoy chilled oolong tea or iced coffee after relaxing in the Onsen—such a great touch! Disposable cups for hot beverages that are easy to hold without getting burned showed thoughtful consideration as well. The Onsen featured saltwater baths where you could float comfortably when stretching out your body—it felt amazing! It was open until 9 AM in the morning! For women’s baths, only female guests receive a passcode required to enter, and lockers with wristband keys provided extra security and peace of mind. By the way, rooms also use passcodes instead of physical keys, eliminating any hassle about who holds the key when going out—very convenient! The room's soundproofing was excellent; I couldn’t hear any noise from neighboring rooms and slept soundly. Breakfast started at 6:30 AM. While not overly extensive in variety, it had just the right selection and everything tasted delicious. I enjoyed both rice and bread options until I was full. There were four types of bread; I tried two savory ones—the croissant was so good that I went back for seconds! They even offered regular milk instead of low-fat milk—a surprising delight for me—and finished off with yogurt and coffee as dessert. It didn’t feel like a free breakfast because it exceeded expectations in quality and satisfaction levels! Food replenishment was prompt too—everything reflected great attention to detail. This was my first time staying at Super Hotel but definitely won’t be my last visit here. Thank you very much!

It’s conveniently close to the station and a convenience store, which is a big help. I’m also truly grateful that the prices have been kept the same. I bring my own wash towel (sponge?) for bathing and my own hangers. The other day I saw a guest returning several hangers to the front desk, so I realized they’ll accommodate you if you ask. There’s a refrigerator on the 1st floor, and they can even freeze sports drinks bought at the convenience store. (At last year’s Expo, I held onto a frozen drink to get through long waits in the blazing heat.) This Hotel has thoughtful touches that make it feel like home.
