This was the finest Hotel I have ever stayed at. The room, the private open-air bath, the hospitality, the meals, and the service were all exceptional. I was able to relax and enjoy a truly unhurried stay. Unfortunately, my partner felt a bit unwell, so we could only enjoy the meals with our eyes, which was very disappointing. That’s why we definitely want to come back for a retry. Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

We stayed with children, and it was a wonderful Hotel. All the staff were kind to our children, so we were able to relax and enjoy our stay without any worries. The facilities were comfortable, and the view from our Room was great—we could all unwind and enjoy ourselves as a family. The food was delicious, and the staff service was attentive. This Accommodation is highly recommended for family trips. We would love to stay here again when traveling to the Noto area.

We stayed for one night on a trip to Nagano. The location was so deep in the mountains that at first we wondered if there really was an Accommodation out there, but we were relieved to arrive safely. In addition to the indoor bath, there was also an outdoor hot spring (a “wild” bath), and we used both—they were wonderfully relaxing. The Facility itself seemed old, but it was kept very clean. The meals were just the right amount, and everything was delicious. Since I’m pregnant and avoiding raw fish, the staff kindly offered to switch it—suggesting fried chicken—which was very helpful. Next time, I’d love to try the char sashimi raw. My husband also said it was the first time he’d stayed at an Accommodation where every dish was this good, so we’d like to visit again in a different season and enjoy more of the料理.

I always enjoy Route Inn’s services, especially the breakfast and large public bath. I also look forward to the local specialty dishes served at breakfast in each prefecture. I will stay again.

Cleanliness: Good! Both the Hotel and Room were very clean. Pet Supplies: Good! Provided items included a cage, training sheets, and small toys. Room Convenience: Good! The Room is equipped with essentials like a microwave, induction cooker, and tableware. You can also enjoy takeout meals from nearby stores in your Room. Location: Close to the station, with seafood restaurants, Hasegawa Store (Hasesuto), and Lucky Pierrot within walking distance. Suggestion: To make better use of space in the Room, I understand the current setup; however, a slightly larger table would have been even better. Overall Value for Money: Excellent Hotel!

Having a convenience store next door was very helpful. There were also izakayas nearby, so we enjoyed exploring the area a bit while deciding on dinner.

Since the Room we selected was on the 4th floor, we got quite tired going back and forth three round trips down to the 1st floor (for walking our dog, etc.), plus meals and the bath (four round trips up to the 2nd floor) (lol). Next time, we’ll choose a Room on the 1st or 2nd floor (lol). Other than that, there were no problems. Our dog was happy, and the food was delicious too. (We are an elderly couple, aged 75 and 70.)

The bathroom, washbasin area, and futon were all very clean. I was surprised that I slept longer than usual. I also enjoyed using the large public bath—it was very relaxing. There was always someone at the front desk, and the service was excellent. Thank you very much.

I usually stay at a Business Hotel, but this container Hotel was excellent. Above all, it was so quiet! There was no noise from the next room—no loud voices, no TV sounds, and no banging on the walls at all. The Room was clean, too! The refrigerator had double doors and could freeze water properly. The frozen meals were also delicious!! The convenience store was a bit far, but I walked there as a nice stroll. In any case, it was comfortable and quiet, and I’m glad I could relax! Thank you very much.

I arrived a little earlier than the expected arrival time I entered during the Reservation, but I was promptly picked up, which was very helpful as it was snowing. The Room was lovely, and the meals were extremely delicious. It was a trip for a special occasion, and I had a luxurious day that made it truly memorable. I would love to stay here again.

The Hokuriku Shinkansen was delayed by over 30 minutes, which threw off our schedule quite a bit. I ended up arriving much later than the check-in time, and you even contacted me—I’m sorry for causing you concern. After that, you were very kind and helpful, which was a relief. Your careful explanations made me feel at ease. The grilled overnight-dried nodoguro served at breakfast was absolutely delicious. When I checked a dried-fish shop to buy some as a souvenir, I found it’s a premium fish costing just over 3,000 yen per fish! It felt like such a lucky breakfast. Thank you very much.

Thank you for coming out to the car in the rain to help with our luggage. We were able to enjoy dinner at a relaxed pace in a calm atmosphere. I’m a light eater, so I’m very sorry for not finishing everything. When we visit Shiga again, we would love to stay at GUZU.

I stayed here with two friends. It was amazing. We went SUP, made burgers in the Room, drank beer, went to Isshiki Blue Moon, then came back and had more drinks. In the morning, we visited the Hayama Port morning market. It’s our annual tradition. We’ll be back next year.

While looking for an Accommodation where we could stay with our dog, we discovered “Wa no Ie” and stayed there as a family. Pet-friendly Hotels are surprisingly easy to find, but since we were going to Karuizawa, we wanted a place that truly felt luxurious and where we could enjoy time with our pet both indoors and outdoors. That’s when we found Wa no Ie—an outstanding piece of architecture surrounded by nature—and after seeing the photos, we decided almost immediately. When we arrived, the sense of unity between the building and the natural surroundings was even more impressive than in the pictures. The greenery visible through the windows and the light streaming in made it an incredibly comfortable space. Because we were traveling with a child and a dog, our only concern was the number of stairs. However, before our stay they had already set up baby gates in advance, so both our dog and child could relax safely without any worry of falling. We really appreciated this thoughtful attention to detail. The interior was spotless, and the area around it was truly quiet. Personally, I loved feeling removed from city noise—almost as if it were just us alone in the forest. In the morning, I woke up naturally with sunlight and found myself thinking, “How long has it been since I last woke up like this?” My wife and child baked sweets and played games while our dog relaxed with us—it’s a place where you end up wanting to enjoy simply spending time there rather than going out sightseeing. If possible, I honestly wished we could have stayed for several more days—living there while working remotely. It’s rare to find an entire-home rental that offers all three: nature, luxury, and an environment where you can stay together with your pet. We would absolutely love to stay here again whenever we visit Karuizawa. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

Although we only stayed for one night, it was absolutely wonderful! Our whole family was very satisfied. The staff were extremely courteous, and it made our stay very comfortable. The only disappointing point was that the storm shutters were quite dirty. However, that was more than made up for by the amazing location and surroundings! This was a very satisfying Accommodation for staying with our dog. - For dog walks, Oishi Park is just a 1-minute walk away, and it was perfect in the morning and evening after the tourists were gone. There is also an on-site dog run. - We usually choose a rental villa with an Onsen, but even without one, the water quality seemed excellent—I didn’t need body lotion, and I relaxed in the large bathtub again and again. - Unfortunately, it rained every few hours due to the weather, but the chairs placed in the earthen-floored entryway were very comfortable. My husband enjoyed beer and highballs, while I finished reading a book I brought along. - The bed was also very comfortable—I slept a total of 20 hours over three days. - There were various BALMUDA appliances, and it was fun cooking dinner using a hot plate for the first time. - We enjoyed breakfast delivered from a nearby restaurant both times; it was delicious. - The location is extremely convenient for both shopping and sightseeing. - It helped us recover from work fatigue and feel refreshed—this is exactly the kind of vacation we like.

They kindly accommodated our last-minute visit. Both the Room and the bath were clean and comfortable, so we’d like to visit again during ski season.

I considered staying at my parents’ home while my mother was in the hospital, but it was too far from the hospital, so I looked for a good place nearby. The Reviews were positive, so I decided to stay here. This Hotel is also where my cousin held her wedding, so I’ve known it for a long time, but since it’s local to me I’d never had a reason to stay before. This was my first time staying here as I now live outside the prefecture, and it really was a great Hotel just as the Reviews said. Everything was very clean, and the bath was spacious and nice. All of the staff were polite and wonderful. The parking lot was also large and convenient. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance. If anything, the only minor issue was that the washbasin area felt a bit small.

This was a two-night trip in Kanazawa. The Room was very spacious, and we were able to relax. Since it has a kitchen, we enjoyed doing some simple cooking. Having a washing machine was also convenient. There are two large pots in the kitchen; since some guests may stay in small groups, having smaller ones as well would make them easier to use. The price felt reasonable. However, it was a bit inconvenient that we had to go to Hotel Kanazawa for check-in. If this could be improved, I think it would be a very user-friendly Hotel. There are plenty of nearby coin-operated parking lots, so we were able to park without getting lost.
