We stayed in a seaside-view Room this time. The view was great, and the Room’s spaciousness and cleanliness were well received by both my grandchild and our family. We were satisfied with the meals as well, but my grandchild has allergies, so it would have been helpful to have allergen information displayed (it’s possible we simply missed it). When we asked the kitchen staff, they kindly told us, but when they seem busy we feel a bit hesitant to ask. Overall, everyone said they would like to come again, so we would like to stay here again next time.

This was my first stay, and because it was close to the subway station and located in a business district, it was quiet at night and I felt safe. There was also a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient. I made Reservations for two Rooms, and I appreciated that you arranged them directly across from each other. For breakfast, there were Nagoya specialties such as miso kushi-katsu and kishimen noodles, so I could enjoy local cuisine. I would like to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

The Room was clean, and it was great that the bath and toilet were separate. Since this trip was partly for work, the breakfast hours were not an issue, but if staying only for business, a 7:00 a.m. breakfast start feels a bit late and might make this Accommodation less likely to be considered.

This was my first visit to Kamikochi and my first stay overnight. The location is excellent—just 30 seconds from Kappa Bridge—and the building is very clean throughout. The dinner and breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and we were very satisfied. Neither my companion nor I drink alcohol, but there was a great selection of non-alcoholic drinks as well as craft beer. We toasted with a Shine Muscat sparkling drink. There is no TV in the Room, which encouraged us to go to bed early and fully enjoy our stay surrounded by nature. If the weather is good, you can also enjoy the starry sky.

This Accommodation was in a wonderful location—close to both the mountains and the river, and just a few minutes’ walk from the station. Most memorable of all was the emerald-green Onsen with its soothing sulfur scent. It felt so good that we ended up soaking five or six times during our one-night stay, and as Onsen lovers we were completely satisfied. The two-tier layout—with a hotter bath and a lukewarm bath—was also very convenient, letting us enjoy alternating temperatures. We also appreciated that both dinner and breakfast were not overly large, but just the right amount. There were many local specialties, and we especially enjoyed the pudding made with freshly laid eggs from a nearby poultry farm, as well as the Onsen eggs. The next day we even visited the poultry farm you recommended and bought some eggs to take home! Above all, everyone at the front desk and in the restaurant was incredibly kind. They spoke to us warmly and helped us with all sorts of questions about sightseeing spots. Thanks to you, my child and I had a truly wonderful trip together. We are sincerely grateful. It was an unforgettable Accommodation—one that makes us want to return next time with my father and my daughter as well. Thank you very much.

I’ve been staying here repeatedly lately. It’s affordable, clean, and very comfortable. They also offer welcome coffee, and the staff are courteous. The Room was well cleaned and comfortable, but when I set the air conditioning temperature a bit higher, I noticed a slightly unusual odor from the airflow. If you could consider cleaning internal parts that are difficult to address with regular cleaning—such as filters and the heat exchanger—I think this Accommodation would become even more comfortable in the future. It looked like an Onsen Facility is currently being built next to the Hotel, and I’m looking forward to its completion! Although it is not a large Hotel, I was able to spend a comfortable time in a quiet setting. I brought home the origami crane that was in my Room and have it on display, thinking of all the effort from your staff. Thank you very much.

Because of the slope, this Ryokan was a bit far from the seven Onsen, and walking around inside in geta sandals was difficult. However, the two private baths were excellent, and I used them many times. The Room was clean and made for an enjoyable stay, and the meals were delicious. The young staff member in charge was kind and courteous, so I felt very comfortable throughout my stay.

The Room is compact yet equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet, especially the customizable seafood rice bowl, was delightful and highly satisfying. Guests can also enjoy Dormy Inn's signature night soba noodles and post-bath services, ensuring a classic Dormy Inn experience. Additionally, some rooms come with a washer-dryer, making it very convenient for long stays or travelers looking to pack light. On the other hand, the sauna-equipped large public bath can get quite crowded depending on the time of day, which might be slightly disappointing. As this is a popular Hotel, it may be best to plan visits during less busy hours for a more relaxing experience. Overall, this Hotel offers an excellent balance of location, service, and dining options and serves as an ideal base for sightseeing or business in the Namba area.

This was the final Accommodation of my first trip to Niigata, a 3-night, 4-day journey. Our Room was the 2nd-floor Western-style twin [Marronnier]. The bathroom, with a separate toilet, was very convenient and made our mother-and-daughter trip extremely comfortable. The closet was spacious, and there were plenty of hangers. Just before check-in there are shoe lockers, and you can walk around the building barefoot or in socks. From the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the Room and along the corridors, you can enjoy views of wine grapes vineyards and the mountain range stretching from Mt. Yahiko. I visited looking forward to Vinespa’s aroma hot stone sauna, but I was told it is no longer available after renovations—such a shame. Still, the open-air baths placed throughout the garden offered wonderful scenery, and I thoroughly enjoyed soaking both after dinner and before breakfast. Restaurant Cave d’Occi is beyond a European-style garden that is carefully maintained by gardeners. The April menu—beautifully presented and truly delicious—featured local ingredients (hairy crab, celeriac root celery), spear squid), wild boar meat), flounder), roast beef smoked with branches from wine grapes vines), etc.) without feeling overdone). At the winery shop, I had my favorite Zweigeltrebe and unoaked Chardonnay shipped home). The next morning’s Japanese breakfast surprised me—in a great way: zaru tofu with olive oil was delicious!! At checkout time) pizza toast) grape juice) at the library café tasted so good it made leaving hard). It’s an Accommodation that made me genuinely envy those who live nearby).

My hometown is Suzuka, and I was surprised to find such a great Hotel here. Due to certain circumstances, I couldn't stay at my parents' house and had to book this Hotel for my family of four. It far exceeded our expectations. As part of my job, I travel across the whole country and stay at various hotels, but this Business Hotel ranks among the top three nationwide in my opinion. First of all, it's conveniently located near the station. While Mie Prefecture can be challenging without a car, the nearby bar district and Aeon Mall are very accessible. The beds and pillows are excellent, with no unnecessary amenities provided—just what you need. The highlight is definitely the breakfast! Normally, I don't expect much from Business Hotel breakfasts or even think they're worth adding to a Plan; however, since this time we happened to choose a Plan with breakfast included, we decided to give it a try—and it was amazing beyond expectations! Not only bread but also unlimited rice servings were available along with miso soup and onion soup. There were about five side dishes with varied seasonings featuring combinations like meat or fish paired with vegetables—always including some veggies in every dish! The drink options were plentiful too; there were even two types of smoothies available for unlimited refills. The simple menu structure ensures you neither overeat nor undereat. The hotel staff maintained just the right level of interaction—friendly yet unobtrusive. Perfect score!

It was a new and very clean Hotel. The unmanned check-in and smart key made everything easy. What made us choose this Hotel was that MaxValu is within walking distance, parking is free, and there is a large public bath! We booked two Rooms for our family of seven, and with that many people, waiting your turn for the bath can be quite stressful, so it was great that we could all go to the large public bath at night and bathe at once. However, there didn’t seem to be much security for the baths (anyone can enter from the 1st floor), so women should be careful late at night. There were also about 10 washing machines available, so we could use them without waiting. The location is excellent, so we would like to stay here again.

It was a highly satisfying stay. The Room was clean and well maintained, and we were able to relax comfortably. The staff were polite and kind, and we truly felt their warm hospitality. For dinner, we could choose kamameshi from three options and enjoyed it freshly made. Breakfast also offered a wide variety of dishes to go with rice, so satisfying that we ended up eating more than usual. Although the bath is not a natural Onsen, it was spacious and very relaxing, helping us fully recover from travel fatigue. The location is excellent and very convenient as a base for sightseeing. We would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Arashiyama.

We stayed here after visiting the Kushiro Marsh. The medicinal cuisine dinner was delicious. The Onsen was spacious and clean, and it warmed us up and felt great. There is a guest-only laundry, which was very helpful. If we go to Kushiro again, we would like to stay here again.

The road to the Accommodation includes steep slopes and narrow sections, so guests who are not confident drivers may find it challenging. On arrival, we received a warm welcome and had a pleasant check-in. The Room was spacious, spotless, and filled with great natural light. However, the Beppu view was blocked by overgrown trees outside the window; please trim them. There were many types of baths, and the iron-rich indoor bath in particular had excellent water quality. The private family bath and open-air bath also offered superb views, which we really enjoyed. Dinner and breakfast were luxurious, featuring only delicious ingredients—very satisfying. All-you-can-drink beer in the lounge is an irresistible service for beer lovers. It seems there are even more wonderful Accommodations in your group, so I’d like to try another one next time as well.

I made a Reservation not for myself, but for a family trip for my uncle and other relatives. As they are elderly, we had detailed requests regarding Room assignments and meal arrangements, but you responded quickly and courteously to our emails in advance, and we were very satisfied. My uncle said it was a wonderful Ryokan—the food was delicious, the all-you-can-drink alcohol was great, and being able to have a beer after the bath was the best part. I’m sure our large group caused some inconvenience in various ways, but thank you very much. If I have the chance to return home and travel myself, I would love to stay with you as well.

We stayed as a family of three. Free parking is available. The Room was spacious, so we could relax comfortably. The Room, bathroom, and toilet were all large and clean. It was helpful that they lent us a phone charger and an extension cord. There are also restaurants and a drugstore near the Hotel, which was convenient. We would like to stay again if we have the chance. One downside was that the entrance door opens inward, so it was a bit difficult to get in and out when shoes were in the way, but the staff were kind and the service was great, so I give it 5 stars.

Despite the reasonable price, the property was clean, well equipped with everything we needed, and the included frozen meals were more than tasty enough. The front desk staff were very pleasant, and although snow accumulated during our stay, the team quickly cleared it so we could stay comfortably without any inconvenience. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.
