The best part has to be the amenity buffet in front of the lobby. They have not only toner and lotion, but also nose pads, eyeglass wipes, and even items for reducing foot swelling. It’s also nice that they offer drip coffee and tea. Toner and similar items are also available in the large public bath area, along with several types of shampoo and conditioner. The large public bath and sauna are a bit small, but more than sufficient if you avoid peak times. The sauna is set quite hot, and you can relax and fully enjoy the cold tub as well. The vending machine area is well stocked too. There’s an “otsumami” snack gacha, freshly baked bread, and drinks; beer and chu-hai are sold at regular prices or slightly cheaper, which is very helpful. Since it’s located in Americamura (Amemura), it can feel a bit unsafe if you go out at night, but there’s no need to worry because almost everything can be done within the Hotel. The staff are polite as well, and I expect I’ll stay here again.

I’d known for some time that you serve wood-fired cuisine, and I was thrilled to finally try it for the first time! It was even more delicious than I imagined.

Unfortunately, due to the rain we couldn’t have a BBQ, but we still had a wonderful time. The villa alone was very comfortable, and we made many great memories. We really appreciated that apple juice, wine, rice, miso soup, and more were provided. Everything was delicious. The Onsen was also excellent; although it rained a bit, everyone went in twice—once at night and once in the morning. We thought we wouldn’t be able to roast marshmallows because of the rain, but the owner showed us how to do it using a siphon coffee maker instead! Next time, we’d love to stay again when the weather is sunny.

Please remove your shoes upon arrival; guests generally walk around in socks. I loved it from that moment on! The room felt modern, was quite spacious, and very clean—so impressive. All-you-can-drink is available from check-in until 21:00. I don’t drink alcohol myself, but there was a great selection and my companion was very happy. I was a bit disappointed that the “milk” seemed more like a milk beverage, but there were plenty of other drinks. It felt wonderful to enjoy drinks while soaking in the footbath. For dinner we chose the top course, and it was my first time having such amazing meat!!! The salad bar was also very satisfying. The foreign staff member who explained everything to us seemed sweet and new at the job—I couldn’t help but want to cheer her on. Her smile was lovely! Not just her—everyone on staff was kind and had great smiles. There are two baths: the “Beauty Bath” and the “Health Bath.” The Beauty Bath is definitely more exciting. There were ReFa shower heads with a mist setting, and the hair dryers were Panasonic and ReFa as well. It was also nice that you can borrow shampoo. I’d seen reviews saying there wasn’t much for breakfast, but I was satisfied! The curry had a Japanese-style flavor and was delicious. The croquettes were great too—I ate a lot. I also loved being able to eat lots of cherry tomatoes at both dinner and breakfast (I wonder where they’re from). Maybe it just happened to be that way during our stay, but most guests seemed older, and since there aren’t many rooms overall, it felt calm and relaxing—which I really liked. I’d love to stay again. It’s also nice that you can play park golf—I didn’t try it this time, but maybe I should have!

This was my first stay, and the Accommodation was very clean and well maintained. The women-only floor also made me feel safe and comfortable during my stay.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary. All of the staff were very pleasant, and their warm, gentle, home-like hospitality made our stay truly comfortable and relaxing. The food was also excellent, made with local ingredients, with delicate flavors that seemed to reflect the chef’s personality. They also kindly accommodated a last-minute change to our meal. The wine was delicious as well, and we were told that the tableware was made at a nearby workshop. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

Everything about the service was outstanding! The complimentary items in the refrigerator were amazing too, and we didn’t have a single problem during our stay!

We stayed for one night from 9/30. In hindsight, we should have stayed two nights!! Everything was perfect—washing machine, gas dryer, drying rack, a well-equipped kitchen, and even insect repellent. There is also a wash area on the first floor, which was very helpful for rinsing off marine shoes and other items after playing at Bisezaki Beach. The next morning we took a walk along Fukugi Tree Road and then headed to Churaumi Aquarium first thing!! The location and facilities are excellent. If I could ask for just one thing, having amenities for children would be appreciated. We would love to stay again next year.

For us, having held our wedding reception here 30 years ago, the Imperial Hotel is a special place that has quietly witnessed the most important milestones of our lives. This time we stayed in the Tower Wing, and the view from our room was truly breathtaking. Simply spending time looking out over Tokyo felt wonderfully luxurious. What made us happiest most of all was that our room had been discreetly upgraded. We were deeply touched by this thoughtful gesture and felt the warmth that is so characteristic of the Imperial Hotel. We also visited the Old Imperial Bar in the evening, and it was absolutely wonderful. Enjoying drinks in a space filled with history made us feel as though we were savoring the very time and tradition the hotel has cherished. In the morning, we had breakfast at Les Saisons. Not only was each dish beautifully prepared with great care, but enjoying breakfast in such a calm setting was exceptional—a truly happy moment that let us slowly look back on these past 30 years together. During our stay, we were also able to see the banquet hall where we held our reception 30 years ago. To return to this same hotel 30 years later—standing there again and saying to each other, “A lot happened, but we were happy”—was more than enough to fill our hearts. Even after three decades, the Imperial Hotel remains unchanged in its presence, once again watching over another milestone in our lives. We were moved not only by the outstanding service and cuisine, but also by its accumulated history and genuine warmth toward people. We are truly glad we chose to stay here on such a special anniversary. We would love to return again for future milestones in life. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary. The ocean was right in front of us—what a wonderful view!! The staff were all smiles and the service was excellent!! We were very satisfied with the delicious meals while enjoying the scenery. It was also great to relax on the terrace. Above all, we had been looking forward to watching the sunrise from the open-air bath in our room, and we were truly moved to see the sun rise directly over the horizon of the sea right in front of us. During Silver Week, my family of four stayed for four nights in a Grand Premier Floor Room. The view from the top floor was truly breathtaking, and the blue ocean was so soothing. Every day we went snorkeling and swam with sea turtles, and with delicious meals as well, it was a very satisfying trip. The dining options were also excellent, including a wonderful new Italian restaurant and a Japanese-Ryukyu fusion restaurant. It’s the kind of place that makes you think, “This is where we’ll stay again” when visiting Miyakojima.

We stayed with my mother to celebrate her 88th birthday, along with my wife and me. We had requested slightly smaller portions, and the meal was still more than satisfying—we were able to relax and enjoy it at a leisurely pace. As a surprise, the staff gave us a heartwarming celebration for her 88th birthday, and I’m truly grateful that I was able to show my appreciation as a child in such a meaningful way. Thank you very much for your thoughtful care for my mother, who has difficulty walking, especially during the transfers to and from the station and to our detached room. I could also clearly see your environmental initiatives, and it really felt like you are making a genuine effort. Breakfast was carefully prepared item by item, and the health-conscious dishes were delicious as well. In the evening, since my birthday is next week, my friend ordered champagne via room service, and when the staff member delivering it heard that, they brought me chocolates too. I truly appreciated the kind gesture. I would love to stay again for another special occasion.

We’re repeat guests! This time, our whole family stayed to celebrate my mother’s 88th birthday. Since we told you in advance, you even prepared a special 88th-birthday outfit and took commemorative photos for us—thank you so much. One disappointment was that solar panels had been installed where the dog run used to be, so it had become much smaller than before. Still, your heartfelt hospitality and delicious meals always make us feel at ease, and my mother was very happy, so it became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

I had been curious about Ochiairo for a long time, and this time we were finally able to stay as a family of four. Seeing the striking plant-dyed noren hanging at the entrance truly made my heart leap. After we arrived, we were shown to the lounge, where we could freely enjoy drinks and sweets. The Room was beautifully appointed with a wonderful sense of tradition, and we could also see the garden from the Room—an incredibly calming experience. The free-flowing hot spring bath by the river was outstanding, and in particular, the open-air bath where you can bathe in swimwear was something our family enjoyed together while chatting. The cuisine was also excellent—each dish carefully prepared down to the smallest detail, with a comforting warmth throughout. Especially memorable was the sakura shrimp at breakfast; it was so delicious that I ended up having three extra bowls of rice. The Ryokan staff’s hospitality was exceptionally attentive, making our stay thoroughly pleasant. In every respect, this is a first-class Accommodation. It is well worth traveling just to stay at Ochiairo. We even made our next Reservation during our stay. It was such a wonderful Accommodation that it made me want to make it our regular place—no, I will. Thank you for such a lovely time.

We stayed here to celebrate a birthday. The room was spacious and comfortable. The free-flowing hot spring bath was wonderful and truly relaxing. Dinner was Italian, and everything was delicious—we were very satisfied. The late-night snacks were also plentiful and enjoyable. Breakfast was Japanese-style, and I was surprised at how delicious the grilled sablefish (gin-dara) was. The skin was perfectly crisp, and the rich, flaky flesh was outstanding. All of the other side dishes were also excellent, and we couldn’t stop eating rice. Although it was a simple breakfast, each item was high quality. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the meals, and this has become an inn we would definitely like to return to. We’d love to stay multiple nights someday, but I forgot to ask what dinner would be like on the second night. We’d love to stay again. All of the staff were kind, making our stay very pleasant—thank you very much. They also prepared a birthday message at our dinner table, which made us feel truly cared for.
