I was impressed by the staff’s courteous escort to our room—it feels rare these days. Although they were from overseas, they guided us politely and clearly. Thank you very much. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious, and the view from the restaurant was outstanding. The hotel is about 30 minutes from Cape Toi, which was the main destination of our trip, so we were looking for somewhere nearby—and we couldn’t have been happier to find such a wonderful hotel! I’d love to stay again if I have the chance, and I’d like to recommend it to friends and family. The bath was also very relaxing; my skin felt so smooth, and I felt refreshed both physically and mentally.

This was my first stay, and I was able to spend such a fulfilling time that it hardly felt like just one night and two days. From the warm welcome upon arrival, everything was handled with great care, and the staff’s heartfelt hospitality left a strong impression. Throughout my stay, they paid attention to even the smallest details, and their service remained wonderful all the way through to the farewell at departure. Rather than feeling formal or routine, it truly felt like they valued each guest as an individual. The Room had a calm atmosphere, and best of all was the open-air bath attached to it. The luxury of being able to soak in the Onsen slowly whenever I wanted was exceptional—it felt so good that I wanted to go in again and again. Enjoying the open-air bath while taking in the surrounding garden and nature helped me forget everyday fatigue. Each dish was prepared with great care, and I could enjoy not only the flavors but also the presentation and sense of seasonality. The meal itself became one of the highlights of my trip—it was that satisfying. The overall atmosphere of this Ryokan is also wonderful. It is quiet and relaxing, and simply being inside made me feel naturally at ease. Everything is well maintained down to the smallest details, making it a perfect space for enjoying an escape from everyday life. Although it was a short stay of one night and two days, by checkout I felt surprisingly refreshed both physically and mentally—I was able to truly recover from my fatigue. This is a Ryokan where you can honestly think, “I want to stay here again.” If you are looking for Accommodation in Hakone, I highly recommend staying here at least once.

We stayed here to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The room was stylish and very clean. I was a little worried about insects, but the property had thorough measures in place. The bath temperature was just right and the meals were delicious, and we even received a gift, which made for a very satisfying stay. The person who showed us to our room and the staff member who delivered our meals were always smiling, attentive, and truly wonderful. Just one thing: I was slightly concerned about coordination among the staff. I could hear voices discussing things like “What’s the status of their request?” or “How far have we explained?” There also seemed to be guests who looked unsure where to go in front of reception. That was the only point that stood out. Everything else was perfect.

We stayed in a Room with a private pool at SideB. Both the Room and the pool were spacious, and we were able to relax deeply. The pool, which seems to have been newly built this year, is large enough for serious swimming. All of the Hotel staff were kind, and chatting at the café and during breakfast became one of our highlights. It’s a wonderful Hotel, and we’d love to come back.

This was a highly satisfying Hotel stay from check-in to check-out. What surprised me most was the wide variety of drinks and ice cream available in the complimentary area. Guests can enjoy unlimited drinks, from alcohol to soft drinks, and I also loved making my own ice cream—it was a lot of fun. The staff kindly guided me through the Room and breakfast information at check-in, and they responded quickly to an unexpected situation during my stay. Breakfast arrived at my Room right on time and was wonderfully warm and delicious. I truly feel this was the best Hotel I have ever stayed at. Next time, I’d like to stay in a different Room and discover something new! Thank you very much!

We visit Okinawa every year with our friends’ family, and now we can’t imagine staying anywhere other than Sunset Village. What stands out most is the breathtaking view from the hilltop. While you can fully enjoy Chatan’s beautiful scenery, the location is also very convenient—an excellent base for getting to areas on the east coast such as Okinawa City. It’s spacious enough that even two families can stay together comfortably, and we’ve discovered a new pleasure: gathering everyone around the dining table in the Room, not just eating out. The kids love this Room too and are already asking to come back next time. We’d like to adjust our schedule early so we can stay here again next year.

We stayed for 2 nights. The villa was very comfortable, and everywhere you look is picture-perfect. I think many guests stay here aiming for a photogenic experience, and in that respect you’ll definitely be satisfied. It would be perfect if you could catch the sunset too. Also, the Accommodation is quite visible from the main island side, so it was exciting when we spotted it. On the downside, you can just barely see the pool from the neighboring villa, and it’s a bit of a walk from the pool area to the bathroom. However, there are thoughtful touches—like speakers installed both indoors and outdoors that play acoustic guitar tracks—and features like a large garden. There are many points that set it apart from the villas that have been popping up all over Okinawa lately. Some Reviews mentioned lots of insects, but we hardly had any bugs come inside. On the contrary, there was a stag beetle on our pool float and that really made my day. A cat also came by to visit at night. We arrived in an Alphard; while the road leading to the Accommodation was surprisingly wide and easy to drive, the road right in front of the villa was narrow, and we had to make several back-and-forth adjustments to park. For check-in, a QR code was sent to our designated email address, but separately (from a different sender) an email with our Room number arrived from a Gmail domain. It went to spam, so at first we didn’t realize which Room we were supposed to enter. I’d prefer if they unified the sending address. Still, being able to complete everything contactlessly is appreciated. Also, drinks in the fridge are free, but we were told there would be no replenishment during a Multiple Night Stay. There is a vending machine on-site as well, but it doesn’t have alcohol—so keep that in mind.

This time I used the municipal subway, and the Hotel was very convenient as it is located just outside the exit. There are also restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so I had no trouble finding anything I needed. Considering the price, it was understandable, but I was disappointed that there were no women’s amenities such as makeup remover, and I felt that the bathroom and toilet were small.

I could tell there were thoughtful touches throughout, with comfort and convenience well considered. What impressed me most was the breakfast—especially the spice curry and croissants. They were delicious. The second best part was the smiles of the front desk team and staff. I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

The natural Onsen was very clean, with an alkaline spring quality that felt silky-smooth and wonderfully soothing. I used it three times. Since I could check availability, I was able to enjoy it privately without sharing with others.

It was wonderful! So convenient—your Room is right there as soon as you get out of the car! The container unit was spacious and clean! If I had to mention one thing, the Asian-style scent bothered me a bit, but I’d stay again!

We stayed for two nights during Silver Week. Towel changes were provided, which made our stay comfortable. This type of Accommodation offers great value whether you stay alone or as a pair, and is very convenient. The adjacent golf Facility’s restaurant is open until 9:30 p.m., so finding dinner was not a problem. It also has easy access to Ghibli Park, and we would like to stay again.

I’ve stayed here several times. The Room is wonderful—clean, comfortable, and easy to use—and the view is amazing. The Hotel staff provide exceptionally high-quality service, making it a very relaxing place to stay. The dinner and breakfast buffet are outstanding; everything is truly delicious. Whenever I visit Mie Prefecture, I always choose Todaya for my Accommodation. The Room is clean, and the Onsen is wonderfully relaxing. The meals are so plentiful and high-quality that I can’t eat another bite! Above all, the staff’s attentiveness and hospitality are perfect. I’ll be staying again next year. I’m already looking forward to it.

Just as the name “Wanwan Paradise” suggests, we were able to relax and have a wonderful time with our dog. There was a photo studio, and having a professional take our pictures gave us great memories. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and best of all, the food was delicious. The eel at dinner was especially tasty, and there was also beef—we left completely full. Breakfast also had a wide variety of side dishes, looked beautiful, and we were very satisfied.

I stayed here on a business trip to Nagoya. This was my second visit, and once again I am truly grateful for your wonderful hospitality. The building’s design, with its extensive use of glass, is beautiful, and with the facilities being new, everything was spotless and impeccably clean. The meals and hot springs were excellent, the room was spacious, and the price was reasonable—making it another flawless stay. This time I also had more time, so I visited the adjacent Urakuen Garden as well. It was a fantastic place, and I sincerely appreciate being able to enter free of charge as a guest benefit. Inuyama is also conveniently located just over 30 minutes from Nagoya Station, so I would love to stay again on my next business trip to Nagoya. Thank you very much.

We stayed this time for a girls’ trip. The food was truly delicious, and we’re always satisfied. The salt-grilled char is a must. Ice cream after the bath and relaxing time in the lounge were perfect for our girls’ trip. I always think I’ll try the footbath, but somehow never do. The freshly baked bread brought around in the morning and the limited-edition jam were the final, unforgettable touch.

This was my first stay here while traveling, and I stayed for multiple nights. The hotel is close to the station, and the room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and I was very satisfied to be able to enjoy a Japanese Black Wagyu steak in the morning. I would like to stay here again when I visit Fukuoka.

The lobby was very comfortable and welcoming, making for an elegant stay. It was great that drinks on the first floor were available for takeout. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was also large and spotless. I liked that the hotel is in a very historic area, but I didn’t personally enjoy how busy and cluttered the surroundings felt. I’d like to stay again when rates are lower. The staff were also very friendly and attentive.

This was our first stay, and it was extremely convenient as the only Accommodation located within the Gotemba Premium Outlets grounds. We arrived at the Hotel early in the morning, and the front desk staff were very kind and attentive. They also stored our luggage for us, so we could head straight to the outlets. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, and when we returned to the Hotel, we were promptly shown to our Room.\n It was also great that guests can use the adjacent bathing Facility free of charge.\n Dinner and breakfast were buffet-style at the Hotel restaurant, with a wide variety of dishes—we were very satisfied.\n In addition, the view of Mt. Fuji from both the large public bath in the bathing Facility and from the Hotel lobby was truly spectacular.\n We will definitely stay here again.\n Thank you very much.
