This was the best Business Hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The sauna, in particular, was excellent. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I’d love to stay here again. The front desk staff were also polite and helpful.

This was my first stay, and the location was very convenient, making it easy to get around and visit many places. The ladies-only floor was bright and clean, which made me feel comfortable. The complimentary drinks were very helpful, and in the evening they even offered beer, wine, and shochu—such a generous Hotel. Thank you very much.

The Hotel itself is a typical Business Hotel, and there isn’t any special view, but the breakfast is excellent! In the morning, the buffet includes Ryukyu (tuna rice bowl) and chicken tempura. At night, free late-night soba is served. Everything was delicious!!

When I arrived tired, a male staff member kindly spoke to me, and I truly felt his thoughtfulness. After a long journey, those few words were very comforting. Check-in is usually at 2:00 PM, but since the Room was ready, I was shown to it earlier. Thanks to that, I could rest right away, which I really appreciated. The Room was clean and very comfortable. I was able to relax and had a very satisfying stay. The location was also great—easy to find by going almost straight from Sendai Station East Exit—so I arrived without getting lost. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Sendai. Thank you very much.

This summer, I wanted to relax in an Onsen for at least a day, so I stayed at this Accommodation located a little over an hour by train from Nagoya. Perhaps because it sits on slightly higher ground, the mornings and evenings were cooler than in central Nagoya, and I could also enjoy a beautiful night view—making for a wonderful stay. If I had brought insect repellent spray and binoculars, I think I could have relaxed even more on the balcony while enjoying the night view during the evening-to-night hours when mosquitoes are around. Next time I visit in summer, I’ll be sure to bring them. I was also very happy to be able to enjoy alcohol—white wine in my Room and a tasting of local sake with dinner. By the way, there was a slight smell when I first entered the Room (I couldn’t tell what it was), but once I started using the air purifier it didn’t bother me, so it wasn’t an issue. The Room had drinks such as coffee, sencha green tea, and herbal tea, and there was even incense prepared in the alcove—I truly had a great time.

There are three types of Onsen: a private open-air bath, a family bath, and a large public bath—all of which were very satisfying. The meals were also delicious. We were able to spend a quiet, relaxing, and happy time.

This was my third stay. When choosing both the sea and a comfortable Hotel on Okinawa’s main island, I always end up wanting to stay here. For me, Moon Beach in Onna Village is the most beautiful, and this Hotel has a charm that enhances the beach’s appeal. The well-maintained greenery that blends into the beach and the low-rise design that makes great use of the pool Facility create a calm atmosphere that feels like being in another world. I can also sense the unseen efforts and thoughtfulness of the staff, who respond so gently, and I have never once felt uncomfortable here. The Room, pool, and lounge are all clean, you can feel the breeze, and it’s so comfortable that I want to stay for hours. Meals are breakfast buffet only, but there is a wide variety. I stayed three nights; I don’t think the menu changed much, but there were enough options that I didn’t get bored. Even in April it was around 28°C, so we could swim in the sea. Near one end of the beach there are fish swimming around, which you can enjoy watching with goggles. Also, I hope you’ll visit Yo Island managed by this Hotel at least once—there is a guide included and you can snorkel comfortably and have a great time. At night, because of its convenient location, restaurants are just a short walk away—and even after drinking you can walk back easily, which is another plus. One thing: I wish the laundry area had fewer broken machines/parts and felt a bit cleaner. Keeping all of what makes this Hotel special—I know it must be hard work for everyone on staff—I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

I came to Iwate with my eldest daughter for the birth of my second daughter. It was also my first grandchild, and a long-awaited trip with my eldest daughter. Since we were going all the way to Iwate, I looked for a Ryokan. I chose this property because of its convenient access from the station and its charming atmosphere. We splurged a little on dinner, enjoyed the meal, and had great conversation. The bath was very relaxing. We also enjoyed the late-night ramen—it was delicious. We had a wonderful trip.

We stayed as a family. Children aged 12 and under could enjoy Child Sharing Existing Bedding free of charge, which made our stay a great value. The Hotel staff were also very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very lavish for the price, and our kids happily made waffles. Whenever items ran low, the Hotel staff replenished them right away, and both the food and service were excellent.

I’d been keeping an eye on this place as a summer getaway I wanted to visit someday, and I finally made it this time. It happened to be a day when temperatures had dropped across the whole country, so I wondered if it might not feel much like a cool retreat—but it was cold enough to need a jacket. The air was incredibly fresh, and I took lots of deep breaths on the balcony. It truly felt amazing—I finally understood what people mean by “the air tastes delicious.” The Room was carefully prepared and very comfortable. And the meal served at the counter felt wonderfully luxurious; with the reassuring comfort of being able to go straight to bed afterward, even the drinks tasted better. The free drinks in the lobby were also great for relaxing while enjoying the view. The weather wasn’t perfect, but we could still gaze at the stars at night, and by morning we had a beautiful view of Mt. Ontake as well. It was a lovely place that I would definitely like to visit again.

Thank you for taking care of us for 3 days and 2 nights! The Hotel had a wonderful atmosphere, and it made for a truly lovely trip. The Room was quiet and clean. The service was also great—when we arrived a little early to leave our luggage, they let us check in right away! It was nice to cool down in the Room for a bit before going out in the heat. This was my lack of research, but I went without bringing anything because I thought I had seen in a Review that skincare amenities were provided. Please bring your own skincare items!

My first stay. The large public bath was spacious, and I enjoyed the Onsen at a leisurely pace. The guest Room had high ceilings and an open-air bath; there was a Japanese-style room next to the bed, and each room had a TV, so I could truly refresh. The meals were kaiseki cuisine—sashimi, tempura, grilled fish, a small hot pot, chilled chawanmushi, and more—everything was very delicious, and I also had two large draft beers.

I stayed here to celebrate my son’s birthday and mine. Even though I mistakenly made a Reservation for a twin room instead of a double, they kindly changed it for me. We also received celebratory chocolates, and as always, The Ritz makes me feel elegant every time I visit. The staff and the food were outstanding. I would like to come again next year. My spouse and I visited Wakasa for the first time from Tokyo. A hidden Accommodation quietly nestled in a very peaceful fishing village. From our Room, the beautiful Sea of Japan stretched out below us. Listening to the waves crashing against the rocks, we enjoyed a truly luxurious time watching the sun slowly sink into the endless horizon. The view from the bath was also outstanding. The meal was a kaiseki course featuring plenty of fresh local fish and vegetables, and we were left speechless by the rich flavors—something you could never experience in the city. We were able to fully enjoy everything Wakasa has to offer. We look forward to staying again.

With a homely atmosphere and very kind staff, I had a truly comfortable stay. Every dish was delicious, and I was completely satisfied. The Facility was well cleaned and felt very fresh and spotless—an Accommodation where I could really relax. I also appreciated the warm hospitality from all the staff. I would definitely like to stay again next year!

The Room is spacious. The bathroom is also large and separate from the toilet. The linens are new and clean. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of items and is quite tasty. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, as well as affordable coin-operated parking, which is convenient. For that price, no complaints.

This trip was to celebrate my mother’s birthday. She requested to see the Onsen she had visited with my late father during their honeymoon, and also the snow monkeys at Jigokudani Monkey Park. We chose this Accommodation because Reviews repeatedly mentioned the private family bath and a homey, relaxing atmosphere. True to the Reviews, it was a wonderfully quiet and peaceful place. The warm glow of washi paper lamps displayed throughout was beautiful, and we could feel the proprietress’s thoughtful care in every detail. And the food—absolutely delicious! Dinner just kept coming (laugh). Every dish was freshly made and served hot. The best of all was the kake soba hand-made by the chef that very morning. I love soba and visit many places, but I’m sorry—this was truly the best I’ve ever had anywhere. Breakfast also made us happy with piping-hot dashimaki tamago. The highlight of breakfast was the miso soup—I wanted to take home the whole pot. As we’ve gotten older, we choose our trips carefully based on both meals and Accommodation quality, and this place offered outstanding value for money. More than anything, we made unforgettable memories here. On our way out, I bought one of the lamps that were on display at the Accommodation as a gift for my mother. Thanks to you, it became the best birthday present possible. We’ll come again in winter—and again for her birthday next year too. I stayed here for one night during my trip around Fukui and Kanazawa. Although it’s just a 1-minute walk from Kanazawa Station, it was quiet; the hotel is compact yet has a large public bath, and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Our previous Accommodation had quite a few foreign guests, and it didn’t feel very relaxing, but this place was quiet and we were able to unwind. I’ll recommend it to friends, and we’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.

I stayed with three friends (four of us in total). Because one of us has limited mobility, I asked in advance whether we could visit using a wheelchair or cane and whether a shower chair was available. I received a very polite email saying it would be possible and that they would be happy to welcome us, which truly impressed me. We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath, and it was the most satisfying open-air-bath Room I have ever stayed in. Overall, it was spacious enough, and the toilet was excellent as well, with plenty of space and handrails on both sides. The bath overlooking the sea also had enough room for two people to relax and stretch out. If it had been clear weather, could we have seen Mt. Fuji too? We also had our meals in the living area of the Room, so we could dine at a relaxed pace. The portions were generous—almost too much to finish.
