This was my first visit to Nozawa Onsen, and our stay—including at this Accommodation—was truly wonderful. In addition to visiting the public baths, we also enjoyed the bath here; it uses water from the Oyu source and was adjusted to a comfortable temperature, making it very relaxing. We ate dinner out on the first night and at the Accommodation on the second night, and both meals were delicious, making great use of local ingredients. We had breakfast on both days as well; the menu changed each day, and everything was thoughtfully prepared with local produce. The rice and miso soup were especially outstanding—so good that I even wished I’d eaten fewer side dishes just to enjoy more rice. The building has a sense of history, but it is carefully maintained. The staff were consistently courteous and attentive, so we felt comfortable throughout our stay. This is an Accommodation we would love to visit again.

We stayed here after enjoying a rainy day at DisneySea. Our shoes and socks got soaked, but the shoe dryer in the Room was a huge help! They dried quickly, and we were able to head home the next day feeling comfortable in dry shoes. The Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The water dispensers on each floor were also convenient. It was great to have a Lawson on-site so we could buy a late-night snack. We’d love to stay here again when we visit Disney. Thank you for the Shuttle Service as well.

The guest lounge was great. On the day I stayed, there was an event where I could meet Qoo, and it was amazing. So cute!! The breakfast was delicious too!

This time, we stayed for two nights and needed to change rooms, but the Hotel handled it smoothly. Sorry for always making special requests. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay. The front desk guidance was clear and very kind—my first impression was excellent. The dinner included in the Plan was plentiful and delicious. The only disappointment was that my Room was on the side without a view. I’ve already made another Reservation for the near future, and I hope to have a great view next time.

Although we stayed during the hot season, we were able to play in the river in front of the Hotel and had a great time. The water was clean and not too deep, and we were happy to see our dog enjoying it—it made us glad we came. We didn’t use it this time, but next time we’d like to have river-play photos taken. The meals also felt carefully prepared dish by dish. The salt-grilled ayu was delicious. At dinner, a female staff member was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was set up like a half-buffet system, and items that ran out were replenished promptly with attentive care. The bath water didn’t feel particularly like an Onsen, but the baths were spacious and relaxing. The open-air bath felt slightly hot. Given the times, it seems they are operating with a small team, but there were thoughtful touches such as a 24-hour self-checkout system at the shop and mops and small vacuums available in the changing area for guests to use. Since all guests had dogs with them, we could relax without worrying about others. We’d like to stay again during the autumn foliage season or when fireflies can be seen.

Since I always end up going to Hokkaido, this was my first stay in Akita. I chose this Hotel because it’s close to the station for riding the Gono Line. Unfortunately, there was torrential rain and the Gono Line was suspended that day, but I’m truly glad I stayed here. All of the staff were pleasant and attentive, with just the right amount of distance. The lounge had a very relaxing atmosphere, and both tea time and cocktail time exceeded my expectations. They had around 10 kinds of local Akita sake, and they mentioned that their recommendations keep increasing over time. There were also shochu, draft beer, bottled beer, sparkling wine, wine, and more. Just as other Reviews said before my trip, everything was delicious—marinated fresh fish, chilled pork shabu-shabu, smoked pickles (iburigakko) with cheese, as well as warm chicken dishes and fish dishes. A lady sitting next to me said she has stayed here many times. It’s close to the station and you can get there without getting wet in the rain. I arrived at 1:00 p.m. planning only to leave my luggage, but they told me my Room was ready so I could check in right away. After that I took a walk around Kubota Castle Ruins and the park right in front of the Hotel, then went back to the station and bought a cute Akita dog T-shirt and tote bag for my grandchild. Breakfast also featured a great selection full of local Akita specialties—kiritanpo and onigiri where you can choose both rice type and fillings—so for the first time in a while I left breakfast completely full. There were still items I didn’t get to try yet, so I’ll be back—and next time I’ll ride the Gono Line.

I made a Reservation because the Accommodation offered an Italian dinner, a sand bath, and spacious Rooms with great views. The Room was large, had a wonderful view, and felt very clean. I also appreciated that the drinks in the refrigerator were free, including beer. There was a sand bath within the Facility, as well as a large public bath, plus one more Onsen area with indoor baths only. Inside the building there was so much to see—such as a shochu dojo, artworks, and exhibits about notable historical figures from Kagoshima—that we didn’t have enough time to take it all in. The garden was also vast and perfect for a walk. The Italian dinner was at a restaurant inside Denshokan; both the atmosphere and the food were excellent. Above all, every staff member was wonderful—this was truly an outstanding Accommodation. I would definitely like to stay again when I visit Ibusuki. Thank you very much for your hospitality. As an aside, I learned that this is also the venue for the Ryuo title match in shogi, which made me even more excited—I was moved to see where Sota Fujii sat and played.

My mother and I stayed for one night in August 2026. After we arrived, we were shown to the larger Room. We truly appreciated this unexpected kindness. The garden was beautifully maintained, and we thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing time there. Every dish was delicious, and the portions were just right—not too much. The cuisine was classic and seasonal. After the bath, we went to the lounge, where there was a wonderful selection of art books and magazines, and the complimentary drinks were excellent. The mountain views and garden from there were so beautiful that they made us forget our everyday fatigue. The service felt just right—neither too close nor too distant. Since it was drizzling the next day, we were also grateful for the service of being driven to the Hakone Open-Air Museum. One suggestion: it would be even better if the labels for the shampoo and conditioner in the bath area were easier to understand (other older guests also seemed confused). I would love to visit your new Accommodation near Mt. Fuji as well. Thank you very much.

Thank you for taking care of us again this year, following last year. It’s a good Hotel. We stayed with three grandchildren on a two-meal plan. As we were leaving, they asked to come again next year. The only drawback is that it can be hard to make a Reservation.

The location was excellent—arriving by JR and using the Toei lines the next day made it very convenient. Despite the convenient location, it was quiet at night, perhaps because there are many universities nearby. I stayed for business this time, but I have also stayed here when visiting Tokyo Dome privately. Being able to walk to Tokyo Dome City is a big plus. I would definitely like to stay again.

I was looking for a Hotel with easy access via the Yurikamome Line, and stayed for three nights in a top-floor (17th) corner Room with breakfast included. I used a twin Room as a solo guest, and while compact, it was spacious enough. The layout of the Facility amenities was practical, and I had a very comfortable stay over the three days. What I especially appreciated was that a ReFa hair dryer was provided. I had brought my own ReFa iron brush as well, so styling my hair each morning was stress-free and very comfortable. I had breakfast all three days, but on a Multiple Night Stay I would have liked to see a bit more variety in the menu. In particular, if there were more types of bread and the quality were higher, overall satisfaction with breakfast would be even better. I also tried dinner once, but found it slightly underwhelming. Even so, overall it was a very comfortable stay. After being out all day and returning tired to the Hotel, being able to relax comfortably in my Room was the best part. If I plan to use the Yurikamome Line again, this is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

I stay here about four or five times a year. It remains comfortable and reasonably priced. However, amenities are no longer freely available, which felt a bit disappointing. Also, while I understand it’s unavoidable and I’m happy to support the eco-friendly policy of using up toilet paper rolls, the previous guest had used them almost completely, so I had to go to the front desk to get more.

I stayed here to see a show at Canal City Theater. It was very convenient, just a short walk away. The interior was modern and clean, with a pleasant feel. The room size was more than sufficient for the price, and having a large public bath was a great plus. They also provided a bag for going to the bath—minimal yet thoughtfully attentive service. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection, and even the mini tonkotsu ramen came in its own bowl and was delicious. It’s always nice to enjoy local specialties!

It was a last-minute stay. The Facility was more than sufficient for relaxing alone. The TV was large and easy to watch. There were plenty of power outlets as well. Since I used the public bath, I felt the Room could have had one more towel. The large public bath had spacious washing areas and even an open-air bath, so I could unwind. My only minor concern was that the shower water pressure was a bit weak. Breakfast was simple.

Although it’s part of the Hyatt group, there’s no excessive service, which actually makes it more comfortable. You bring necessary items such as toner and bath towels to your room from in front of the 1st-floor front desk, and I support this effort to reduce unnecessary waste. There is no dedicated parking lot, but there is a coin-operated parking area along the local road on the annex side. When loading and unloading luggage from the car, it was helpful that there was little traffic. The disappointing part is the coffee service. I use it every year when I stay, but there always seems to be some kind of issue—such as the machine not working properly or running out of milk. Overseas guests also seemed confused about how to use it. It might be better to switch to a simpler machine like those at convenience stores. I also feel sorry for the front desk staff having to deal with problems with the machine.

This was my second stay, and both the Room and the washroom were clean, which was very nice. When I visit Miyajima again, I will stay at Miyajima Coral Hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the staff’s courteous service made us look forward to a wonderful stay. The Room felt open and airy, with lush greenery visible through large windows, and the layout was thoughtfully designed for ease of use. The very spacious semi-open-air bath was at just the right temperature, so we ended up soaking for a long time; perhaps thanks to the spring quality as well, we felt warmed through to our core. The meals used a wide variety of ingredients, were clearly explained, and offered delicious dishes with plenty of variety. Given our age, there was more than enough in both quantity and quality without ordering anything extra, and we were very satisfied. Because it is not a large Accommodation, getting around was easy and stress-free without any chance of getting lost, which we also appreciated. Even at departure they took great care in seeing us off—an Accommodation that left us with a pleasant afterglow. The total cost can vary widely depending on food and drinks (wine), but this time we felt it was an excellent value for money. We have one more favorite Accommodation in Hakone now.

A few years ago, I borrowed a pillow and a humidifier, and ever since then they have always been placed in the room for me. I recently visited again after quite some time as Nagoya has become farther away, and they were properly prepared. Thank you very much. I’m not sure when my next visit will be, but whenever I go to Nagoya, I will definitely stay here.

The Room is spacious! The toilet and bath are separate! Children’s amenities are provided, along with towels for Child Sharing Existing Bedding! Breakfast is available free of charge! The staff were very courteous! We were extremely satisfied, and our child said, “I want to stay here again!” Thank you very much!
