I love the private sauna at this Hotel group, and I’m a big fan of this Hotel. The Room is equipped with cooking utensils, a washing machine, and other amenities, so I can truly relax and spend time comfortably in the Room. I always have a wonderful staycation here. The sauna is also fantastic: a cold plunge bath with a cooling function and an outdoor air-bathing space. It’s truly the best. There is also a large public bath available, so you can enjoy more than just the bath in your Room. However, perhaps the timing was unfortunate when I used the large public bath—the towel bin was overflowing to the point that it couldn’t hold any more towels, and inside the bathing area there were body towels left behind and noticeable trash around the washing stations. That was disappointing. (I understand that leaving body towels or trash behind is an issue of guest manners.) I don’t know whether this happened despite frequent cleaning, or whether many guests happened to use it at once during that time, but that was the only downside. Even so, I had a truly wonderful stay. I would definitely like to visit again. Thank you very much.

With few days off in my usual routine, I booked this Accommodation at short notice because I wanted to relax in an Onsen for the first time in a while, and it turned out to be excellent value for money. The whole place has a strong Showa-era vibe, which felt pleasantly nostalgic to someone born in that era. They prepared a private dining room for us, and our family enjoyed a delicious meal together—both the quality and quantity were more than enough. We were also very satisfied with all the baths: the open-air bath attached to our Room, the large public bath, the outdoor Onsen bath, and even the private bath with karaoke. We could truly unwind. If I visit the Nagano area again, I’d like to stay here again.

I stayed on a weekday. There was no wait at reception, and I was able to go to my Room smoothly. The Room is old, but it was properly cleaned and tidy. Amenities in each Room were limited to a toothbrush, towels, and a yukata, but there seemed to be more available in the Onsen changing room. Wi-Fi works, but when I ran a speed test the download speed was around 8 Mbps. Since it was about this fast on a quiet day, I wouldn’t expect much on busy days. For dinner, I chose the charcoal-grilled seafood set. It included crab, scallops, salmon, squid, vegetables, and also sashimi. Since there was udon included I didn’t ask for it, but it seems rice is provided as well. You can also order additional dishes or sake tasting sets for an extra charge. The Onsen felt like it was privately reserved just for me. It’s a great Onsen, and being able to use one of that size alone might actually be a rare opportunity. I think I saw other Reviews mentioning cold shower water; if it’s nearly private-use only, the pipes may have cooled down due to low usage. For about one minute only cold water came out, but after that it worked normally. The sauna did not seem to be available due to COVID-19 prevention measures. Overall, considering the Accommodation Fee level (value for money), this Hotel offers high satisfaction with dinner, breakfast (included), and the Onsen—great cost performance/value for money overall. The Facilities are somewhat dated throughout which is slightly noticeable; aside from that point my satisfaction level was high.

I found this Accommodation by searching on YouTube and stayed for one night during Golden Week in May. The price was reasonable for a one-night stay with two meals included. Although it had a new name after a change in management from the previous Hotel, it felt like an old-fashioned city Hotel with a Showa-era vibe. It’s within walking distance of Hitachi Station, and there is plenty of parking, making it ideal as an Accommodation mainly for road trips. I didn’t expect much from the meals given the price, but they were delicious and a drink was included, so it felt like a great deal. On the second day, we were also able to visit nearby Kamine Park and the zoo, which made for a fun trip. I’d like to use it again when traveling around the Hitachi area. The Room was on an upper floor just as I had hoped.

My wife and I stayed here for our usual short getaway. By chance, there were no other guests, so we were lucky to have the large public bath all to ourselves. The staff who assisted us were polite and kind, making it a truly comfortable day. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

This was our first stay for 2 nights and 3 days—thank you for taking such great care of us. As it is limited to one group per building, the Room was spacious and comfortable. On the first day, we had sushi. A sushi kaiseki prepared just for us right in front of our eyes. Every piece was crafted with great care, and chatting with the chef made it an incredibly luxurious time. On the second day, we enjoyed kaiseki cuisine. The chef personally brought each dish to us, and talking about the depth of the料理 while enjoying drinks made it a truly special time. The owner’s wife was also very friendly and wonderful, making these 2 nights and 3 days truly meaningful. We will definitely come back again in a different season.

This was my first stay (2 nights, 3 days). Since it has only been a few months since opening, everything was clean and the Room was simple. Check-in was smooth, which was great. When I first entered the Room, I was a little confused because there was a closet in the middle of the Room. Also, the switches for the lighting and curtains were on the wall and hard to figure out at first, but design-wise it wasn’t cluttered at all, and I really liked it. The bathtub in the Room felt a bit too large (it takes time to fill with hot water). Since there were many things I didn’t understand, I ended up calling housekeeping several times. I heard that guests can use the fitness gym and pool, so I brought my shoes, workout clothes, and swimsuit. It would be nice if the gym had a few more machines. The pool is 20 meters long and the water temperature was slightly warm, making it easy to swim. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including locally sourced dishes, so I was satisfied. At check-out, the concierge arranged for me to be driven to Sapporo Station in one of the Hotel’s cars, and it ended up being three very fulfilling days.

The front desk staff were very pleasant and kind, which was the best part. The Room was also a twin even though I booked a single, so it was spacious, bright, clean, and very relaxing. When I visit Osaka again, I’d like to stay here because the location is great.

Just a 2-3 minute walk from Higashiyama Station, the location is excellent with a convenience store nearby, and the area is quiet. The accommodation cost was very affordable compared to other facilities. The facility was simple with only the bare essentials. There were no sleepwear provided, which was slightly inconvenient but acceptable for this price. It was common to see international guests smoking in front of the entrance.

Close to the station and convenience store. The Room is clean. Shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, and slippers are provided. Breakfast was delicious. Even on the 8th floor, the shower had strong water pressure, and it was quiet without outside noise.

The Room felt a bit small, but for me as an exam taker, it was a space where I could focus. However, the breakfast portion was small.

The Facilities are new and clean, and the late check-out time allowed us to relax and take our time. The welcome drinks were available even after breakfast service ended, so we enjoyed them before departure. There is also a convenience store very close by, so you shouldn’t have any trouble.

My spouse and I stayed with our miniature dachshund and chose the BBQ course. After arriving, we checked in at Bianco. We were then shown to our Room, and everything was explained carefully, including how the Room and the public Onsen work. You can buy a 24-hour pass for three public baths at Gozen-yu for 600 yen. We started with a soak at Gozen-yu, then took our dog for a walk around town before dinner. The atmosphere is lovely, but to be honest there aren’t really any tourist facilities like souvenir shops (lol). There are walking paths too, but we decided not to go into the mountains because we were worried about bears. Before dinner, they brought us the meat for the BBQ. A one-drink option is included, so I ordered a craft beer. The meal was more filling than expected and very tasty. One thing to note: you cook the rice yourself using a mess tin (camping-style pot), so it might feel challenging if it’s your first time—though I’m used to it as a camper. It felt less like staying at a Ryokan and more like casual glamping. Also, since you’re grilling as you eat, it’s not really a sit-down-and-relax style meal. After dinner we went to our second bath, Satsuki-yu. However, Arifuku Onsen is very hot, so you can’t soak for long. My wife tried to go for one more bath at Yayoi-yu before bed but ran out of time and ended up going back to Gozen-yu instead (open until 10 p.m.). In the morning we visited Gozen-yu again (open from 7 a.m.) before having breakfast bento boxes—those were great too. The Room was very clean, and best of all we could let our dog relax freely inside, which made us really happy. We’d love to stay again if we have the chance—next time I’d like to try dinner at Bianco as well.

I stayed in a tent, but having a bath at the front desk was very helpful for freshening up. I will use it again. The deck site was too large for solo use, but the flat floor and protection from the rain were great.

The meals were absolutely delicious! This is an accommodation I would love to visit again.

It was a wonderful space. I’ve also uploaded photos, so I hope you’ll take a look. I was amazed at how beautifully this place has been designed—what could otherwise feel a bit small is made to feel so special. My wife, our 3-year-old child, and I stayed here and were very satisfied! The room was very clean, and our child was thrilled, saying, “The top bunk is my spot!” The sink area and bath were comfortable with everything we needed, and the TENTIAL sandals were also very comfortable to wear. I think this place will change people’s image of a “garage house hotel.” One thing I hope will improve going forward is the food. Dinner looked great—the plating and tableware were beautiful and enjoyable visually. On the other hand, the overall flavor felt like it could use one more step up. In particular, while the venison main dish was prepared in a very approachable way, those who love game meat might find it a little lacking. I was also personally disappointed that there wasn’t a glass red wine option to pair with the venison main. That said, since it was such an easy-to-eat dish, perhaps the by-the-glass selection was chosen intentionally to match that style. And breakfast— this is something I really hope you improve. The rice had dried out and become hard, which honestly made me sad. Personally, I feel breakfast can greatly change the overall impression of a Hotel stay. Because this Facility is so wonderful otherwise, I strongly felt you should put more effort into breakfast. Also, while the female staff member in charge of dinner came across as highly professional, at breakfast it felt like operations still weren’t running smoothly. In the end, after-meal drinks took quite a while to arrive and we had to wait. The families on both sides of us seemed to be in the same situation as well, so I hope this will be improved going forward. I’ve written various things about the meals but—above all—this place itself is truly lovely. I think it’s definitely worth staying at this Hotel. There was also a small issue during our stay this time; however, your response was very smooth and pleasant. Including how you handled an irregular situation like that, my personal evaluation is very high. As an aside: when my child and I woke up early for a walk in the morning—we actually found a stag beetle! My child was overjoyed as well; including that experience too, it became a wonderful memory.

The views are beautiful, and the peaceful setting lets you enjoy a special getaway. There is also a sauna, and each Room has its own bathroom and toilet, so even large groups can stay comfortably with plenty of privacy. We tried the BBQ once, but it wasn’t quite what we expected. Since delivery is available, you may be fine without meals included. The butler’s service was excellent as well. For older guests, the beds may feel a bit too high.

The living room is spacious, there are many guest rooms, a large TV, a pool, sauna, and barbecue facilities. It was enjoyable without needing to travel abroad. It was unfortunate that the knives were not sharp enough to prepare fish. I would love to stay here again.

We stayed as a family of three with our 2-year-old child. All the staff were kind and friendly, which made our stay very comfortable. We stayed for two nights and were able to relax at a leisurely pace. The BBQ dinner on the first night was a little small in portion, but the sukiyaki on the second night was plentiful and left us completely satisfied. The private bath was also wonderful.
