Everything—from the Facility and hospitality to the dining—exceeded our expectations, and it was a stay that our whole family genuinely enjoyed. Our child liked it so much they said, “I want to come again,” and we felt it is a Hotel that’s perfect for a family trip. This time we stayed for one night and two days because we were also staying at another Hotel, but considering the well-equipped Facility and services, I think a Multiple Night Stay would let you appreciate this Hotel’s appeal even more. Next time, we would definitely like to stay for multiple nights. [Club Lounge] The staff at check-in were extremely courteous, and we were able to enjoy sweets and drinks while completing the procedures. They also prepared coloring sets for each child in our party, which left a great impression as our child was able to spend the time without getting bored. [Guest Room: Ryukyu Suite / Beach View] The in-room refrigerator was a large model with completely separate fridge and freezer compartments, making it very convenient even for families. The toilet was modern and very clean, so it was comfortable to use. Having an in-room drum-type washer/dryer is especially helpful for longer stays or trips with children. Also, because there is a tatami room, children can relax safely lying down; we felt it’s a guest room where families can truly unwind together. Since it’s on the 3rd floor, the view isn’t quite “breathtaking,” but we had no particular complaints and stayed comfortably. [Dinner: Roy’s] There was an excellent variety of sushi options, and the desserts were plentiful as well—everything was delicious. We were satisfied enough that we definitely want to dine here again next time, and I can strongly recommend it to future guests. [Breakfast: Four Seasons] As part of the club floor benefits, we could make a Reservation at check-in, which helped us avoid crowds and enter smoothly. All dishes were delicious—especially the pancakes. With seating overlooking the ocean and a great atmosphere overall, it made for a wonderful morning. [Large Public Bath] We used it around 9:00 PM. It was crowded inside, but there was always an available washing station. Towels were provided as well, which made everything comfortable. [Facilities & Amenities] While not large, there is an indoor pool; plus activities such as rock-paper-scissors stamp rallies are held too, so children won’t get bored even on rainy days. We spent comfortably everywhere—including the outdoor pool area and the beach. [What Was Disappointing] The club floor benefit “Dolphin Splash” and the suite benefit “Wake-Up Sailing” were fully booked so we couldn’t participate. Although this seems unavoidable since the website states they are first-come-first-served programs as well، I hope improvements can be made so guests are less likely to miss out on these benefits altogether.

After laughing at Toyokan for my friend’s birthday, we stayed here to relax. They even prepared a birthday gift for us—thank you very much. In the evening, we spent time in the lounge on the 10th floor while enjoying Japanese sweets. The bathroom was separate from the toilet, so we could use it comfortably without worry. We had breakfast at View Hotel. It was a very satisfying stay, and my friend was delighted.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. First of all, all the staff were very pleasant and courteous. The Hotel exterior feels a bit dated, and the guest Room had a slight animal odor. However, it was only noticeable at first, and it’s within what you’d expect for a pet-friendly stay. It was a little disappointing that the large public bath for guests didn’t have a view. We chose in-Room dining. Everything was delicious. There was more than we could finish. The staff member who served the meal worked very carefully and attentively. This is a truly pet-first Hotel, with a dog run, an open-air bath, and a pool. Because of the typhoon we couldn’t use them as much as we wanted, but having a covered dog run was extremely helpful. On checkout day it was pouring rain. They kindly gave us towels saying, “The ground is wet—please use these to wipe your dog’s paws.” A Hotel where you can stay in the same Room with your pet is valuable in itself, but this place also showed thoughtful care for both people and pets. Thank you very much.

We stayed in a Superior Twin Room with a loft and a lake-side living area. The Room was spacious, and having a separate living area felt refreshing. The bed was very comfortable, and it was great that we could watch another TV from the bed. The meals were delicious and very generous in portion size. The grilled shabu-shabu with Japanese Black Wagyu beef and the salt-grilled nodoguro were especially tasty. The Onsen was also very relaxing. It would have been even better if there had been a sauna.

During Silver Week, we planned a trip with Lake Shikotsu on the first day and Sapporo on the second. We rented a car at New Chitose Airport on day one and enjoyed Hokkaido to the fullest on a driving tour. We were very satisfied with the all-inclusive stay at Lake Shikotsu Tsuruga Besso Ao no Za—the staff’s hospitality, the meals, and the in-room open-air bath were all excellent. Next time, we plan to stay at Lake Shikotsu Tsuruga Besso Ao no Za for both nights and do day-trip drives to Sapporo, Tomakomai, and other areas. Thank you again.

It was a wonderful red-brick warehouse hotel with a completely different atmosphere from the group’s traditional townhouse hotels. You can’t really see outside from the rooms or the restaurant, but once you step out, you’re immediately immersed in the harbor vibe. It’s close to the streetcar stop and Motomachi, making sightseeing very convenient. The room was spacious and clean with a tasteful interior. I loved the extra-long sofa and could really relax on it. I booked this hotel because this group is known for great food, and it met my expectations. Breakfast in particular was outstanding.

I visited to experience an auberge.\nThe food was wonderful, and the service was kind and welcoming, making my stay warm and comfortable.\nI would definitely like to come again.

Thank you for upgrading us to a suite—it made for an unforgettable stay unlike anything we’ve experienced before. We originally booked a Fukuyama Castle view room, but the view of Fukuyama Castle from the 15th-floor suite was truly beautiful, and we could enjoy looking out at the castle late into the night through the large windows without any hesitation. In addition to how spacious and comfortable the bedroom and living room were, we especially loved the sauna room and the bathroom with an ice maker. It was our first time staying in a room with a sauna, and it was amazing to be able to go back and forth between the bath, sauna, and chair as much as we wanted! For breakfast, the omelet and “Uzumi,” a local Fukuyama specialty dish, were particularly delicious. It was a wonderful stay that we will never forget. Thank you so much for your thoughtful consideration! We would definitely like to stay here again when we visit Fukuyama.

I visited after a long time. I could only book the Connect Twin before, but since it was a weekday, I was able to stay in the Wide View Twin again. The large windows offering expansive views of the sea and city were wonderful! The Room also had a massage chair. The public bath was as great as ever, providing a relaxing experience. The shampoo and other amenities were different from before, but they didn’t cause any dryness or irritation, which was reassuring. There was also a Refa hair dryer available. Please note that there is no sauna for women in the morning. Breakfast offers a choice between Japanese and Western set meals, with unlimited refills of salad, rice, bread, coffee, etc., making it very satisfying. It seemed like most guests chose the Japanese set meal; I opted for the Western one and appreciated that freshly grilled sausages were brought to my table when they ran out initially. The Himi Udon noodles were also delicious! Parking is convenient if you arrive early enough—you can park on Hotel’s 1st floor or at the flat lot across from it. Even if those are full, the municipal parking isn’t too far away either. It was an excellent stay with great value for money and left me feeling very satisfied overall. The staff provided exceptionally pleasant service throughout my visit. Oh yes—the complimentary coffee service on the 1st floor is much appreciated! Because of this amenity, having only powdered tea in Room wasn’t an issue at all. Thank you very much!

The front desk staff always greet me with a smile, which I really appreciate. From 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, there is a service where you can enjoy one free drink (alcohol or soft drinks) from the selection in the first-floor dining area, and it’s especially helpful for me since I don’t go out for dinner and can enjoy wine and more. Breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, and I end up eating too much—but it’s something I look forward to, so I’ve already made my next Reservation because I want to stay again. This is my favorite Hotel.

Close to Haneda Airport with early-morning Shuttle Service. In addition, the Hotel was clean and the No Meals Included rate was very satisfying. It was extremely convenient and helpful when catching an early flight. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

The private room came with an open-air bath fed directly from the hot spring source and was in a detached building, so we were able to relax very comfortably. Dinner was carefully prepared dish by dish and was absolutely delicious. The portions were quite generous, and we were very satisfied. Breakfast also included dessert, which was a lovely touch! Even without that, this Accommodation would have been more than enough, but what stood out most was the service. All of the staff were thoughtful and attentive, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. When we were leaving, we declined the send-off, but right after stepping outside we got lost. Even then, it seemed they had been keeping an eye on us from behind and kindly asked us, “Where are you headed?” We received warm hospitality until the very end, making for a truly satisfying stay. Last time I only had breakfast, but after hearing great reviews from locals, I tried dinner for the first time—this time it was an oden set meal with braised pork. I noticed this last time as well: the ladle was left in the miso soup pot, which felt unhygienic. Also, the heat from the soup keeps the ladle hot, making it hard to hold and difficult to pour. Sorry for focusing so much on food—it's part of the joy of traveling, so I hope this is helpful. I took a detour to the mouth of the Tone River before checking in; Choshi Ohashi Bridge was truly impressive. The convenience store looks close but is actually a bit far, so it would be nice if there were vending machines inside offering light snacks and sweets. The sincerity of your front desk staff is truly one of a kind.

We stayed to celebrate our sons’ school entrance and to unwind after the hectic start of our new routine. The ocean was right in front of us, the property was spotless, and above all, the food was delicious—we were truly satisfied! I haven’t often found really good sashimi in Boso, but dinner here was excellent!! Thank you as well for your thoughtful kindness toward our children at dinner—they were delighted and finished everything…! We would love to visit again.

I sincerely apologize for my late thank-you. This was our second stay. The front desk location had changed since last time, so I was a little confused at first. After we arrived, you upgraded us from Room KOURAI 202 to Room NOMATSU 403, which was an unexpected and wonderful offer, and we were truly delighted. As it’s the most popular among the staff, it was very spacious, with a beautiful view of the garden from both the bath and the Room—an exceptionally comfortable and calming place to spend time. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and since there was only one other group besides us, we were able to dine in a relaxed atmosphere as well. We also enjoyed visiting nearby Japanese sweets shops—it was great fun. We were deeply moved by how beautifully you filled in our travel memory book too. Done—we will definitely be back again. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us.

The sushi and champagne pairing was a wonderful first-time experience. The Room was spacious, and it was great that we could bathe 24 hours a day. I would like to stay in a different Room next time as well.

The Hotel’s Rooms and common areas are very clean. It’s also close to the station, so the location is excellent. Since it’s just a short train ride from Omiya Station, it’s easy to access the Shinkansen. In addition, as the nearest station is served by both the Musashino Line and the Keihin-Tohoku Line, it’s convenient for getting to many different areas. There are plenty of restaurants around the Hotel, so dining is not a problem. There are also washing machines in the building. The accommodation cost feels like great value, so I stay here again whenever I have business in the Tokyo metropolitan area. If you stay in a Room on the track side, you may hear train noise, but I don’t think it’s much of an issue.

The entire property is spotless and feels very clean. The Room was also clean, and the toilet in particular looked brand new. Of course, the baths are spacious, with various types of baths and a sauna. Bath hours are until 11:00 PM, so I ended up going right before closing each time, but I was satisfied. Checkout was smooth since all I had to do was put the key in the box. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Ishikawa Prefecture.

Affordable, steps from the beach, with Shuttle Service to the airport. There is also a pool, and amenities are well stocked. This Hotel is comfortable for everyone—families, couples, and solo travelers. I’ll definitely stay again.
