This was my first stay. Security is very solid, so even if you leave the door slightly open, it locks right away. Having the parking lot right in front was very convenient. However, since it’s a container-style Accommodation, I sometimes felt it shake when someone walked inside while I was on the bed (I even mistook it for an earthquake). It might not bother you once you get used to it, but as a first-timer I noticed it a bit.

As per the reviews, this accommodation offered exceptional cuisine. Dinner was delicious, and the handwritten menu by the head chef for breakfast the next day added a heartfelt touch to our experience. The staff member who assisted us was very polite and attentive. Visiting the enchanting Kinrin Lake in the morning made for a wonderful memory. Thank you so much! As for future improvements, perhaps strengthening the Wi-Fi in the room would be helpful. It was quite cold walking outside to reach the onsen, so we hope to visit again during a more pleasant season.

We stayed as three families this time. Although it was June, the rainy season had already ended and there were no typhoons, so we had perfect sunny weather every day—an amazing location. The ocean and the pool were both beautiful, and we spent most of our time in Okinawa enjoying ourselves at the Hotel. In any case, the ocean and pool are outstanding. We stayed in the South Tower, and since the Main Tower and South Tower are separated it felt a bit like a maze, but the kids enjoyed that “maze” feeling, and we did too—saying it was good exercise after meals. The food was delicious, and we felt each staff member’s hospitality was excellent, so we would like to stay again. Also, the zipline drone video footage was incredible and truly moving—our top recommendation. The bath water temperature was quite hot and our child didn’t soak in it, so we think it would be better if it were a little cooler. Also, having cups available—not just a water dispenser—would make it easier to drink. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us during our stay.

Although I’ve visited Okinawa many times, this was my first stay here.\nWe chose the Pool Executive Suite (2 Bedrooms), and it was incredibly spacious and open—best of all, we could use the pool anytime!\nThe kids were thrilled, and the adults joined in too; we ended up swimming and playing over and over.\nHaving a washer-dryer in the Room was a huge help—we’d wash and dry our wet clothes right away, then head back to the pool again the next day.\nIt was a bit disappointing that we couldn’t see the ocean because of all the trees in front of the pool, but at night it was fun spotting bats flying around, cats wandering by, and looking for other unusual creatures.\nSince no one could see us, we were able to truly relax without thinking about anything.\n\nThe beach just a short walk away was full of nature, with gentle waves—it was truly beautiful.\nWe snorkeled as a family, and we really appreciated being able to borrow beach chairs and parasols.\nWe went to watch the sunset, and after being told we might be able to see fireworks, we went out for that too. We visited the beach several times—the sound of the waves and peaceful atmosphere felt cleansing. It became our best Okinawa trip ever.\n\nAs for meals: breakfast—the Japanese set meal was absolutely delicious. We chose Japanese breakfast all three mornings of our 3-night stay.\nFor dinner, we tried à la carte at the restaurant once; everything was excellent and we were very satisfied!\n\nIf I had to mention one small point:\nThe Room Facility is perfect overall, but despite having a kitchen and cooking tools, the refrigerator is extremely small—like one you’d find in a Business Hotel...\nWe couldn’t chill wine in it, so we asked to store it in the Hotel cellar. Considering how well-equipped the Room is otherwise, I wish there were a slightly larger refrigerator.\n\nThis is a pleasantly intimate Hotel overall, so I would recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet stay.\nAll staff members were attentive and wonderful.\nIt turned into our best Okinawa trip ever—we’d love to return someday!

It was my first time staying at this accommodation, and it was a wonderful experience. The vegetarian cuisine was very delicious, including the kenchin soup and sesame tofu, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The private bath system allowed me to relax without any concerns. The morning service the next day was explained in detail by the guide, allowing me to learn a lot. I also had a chance to try zazen meditation upon prior request, and as a beginner, the head priest kindly guided me through it. I would love to stay here again when visiting Zenkoji Temple.

We found this Accommodation while looking for a place where six people across three generations could stay, as we had plans nearby the next day. We requested a change to our Reservation right before our stay, and they handled it quickly and courteously, which was a huge help. First of all, the location—within walking distance of the Bikan Historical Quarter—was excellent. We checked in early and used the Accommodation as a base to enjoy sightseeing. On the day we stayed, the surrounding roads were congested and nearby parking lots seemed to be full, so we especially appreciated how convenient this location was. For dinner and breakfast, we brought back takeout from the Bikan area and groceries from a supermarket and ate at the Accommodation. There were plenty of easy options even with kids—pizza, yakitori, deli foods, croquettes, etc. There were also enough dishes and cooking utensils provided, so cooking was stress-free. The complimentary kuromame (black soybean) coffee was delicious too. The interior is a comfortable traditional house; while spending time on the first floor, we hardly noticed any outside noise. Mosquito-repellent items were also provided, which showed thoughtful attention to detail. The lighting was slightly dim for our taste, so we moved one of the upstairs lights downstairs to use it there. The bathroom has been renovated and is as easy to use as a typical apartment bath unit. With two toilets and two faucets at the sink area, even our large group could stay comfortably without inconvenience. The only thing that stood out was that when sleeping upstairs, we could hear cars passing on the road in front more than expected. Because of that I wouldn’t say we slept soundly through the night. Earplugs were provided—I assume this is why—and it might have been quieter if we had slept downstairs. In addition to that: an umbrella stand with spare umbrellas for rainy days; air conditioning already running when we arrived; plastic wrap; coffee with a grinder—everything you’d be happy to have was thoughtfully prepared. It was an Accommodation where you can truly feel attentive hospitality throughout your stay.

It was a wonderful villa with a lovely atmosphere and great views. Two issues: the dryer switched to cool air drying a few minutes after starting, so it was unusable. Also, please make it so that people inside the toilet cannot be seen through the door (especially when the light is on). That was very uncomfortable.

The Facility was very clean, and we were able to relax and take our time. The meals were delicious and very filling. Checking in early was a great idea because we could try the smoking experience and making Onsen eggs. Since most things were self-service, I would have appreciated a bit more guidance, such as how to grill the meat properly. The light show was also beautiful, but there is no announcement when it starts, so it’s best to keep track of the time so you don’t miss it.

After my first stay in April, I became completely captivated by Kito Nasu and decided I absolutely had to visit again within the year. This was my long-awaited second stay! Last time, I stayed for one night, but it wasn’t enough to fully enjoy this wonderful place, so this time I stayed for two nights! From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a delightful blend of wood and incense scents that make you want to take a deep breath. The sauna was as amazing as ever!! The layout is well thought out, and the fresh air makes outdoor cooling sessions incredibly refreshing. If you're experienced with lighting wood saunas, it’s easy to get started; even if it’s your first time, there’s a clear manual provided so anyone can do it quickly! The bathroom amenities are thoughtfully stocked with MUJI products. There’s not only a hairdryer but also a hair iron available. While there is just one mirror in the space, it's spacious enough for two people to use comfortably. I absolutely love the Aqua Feel bath that amazed me during my last visit—it makes you want to soak endlessly! (This time I used it five times!) The washing machine and gas dryer are super convenient; they even provide high-quality fabric softener that leaves your laundry warm, fluffy, and wonderfully fragrant after every wash. The restroom plays soothing music when seated and has its own handwashing area—very convenient—and yes, even the restroom smells great! The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances including a large refrigerator and plenty of stylish tableware. Everything here exceeds expectations—it feels like every “wouldn’t it be nice if they had this” has already been anticipated at Kito Nasu. Personally speaking, I don’t think there’s another private accommodation as charming as this one anywhere else. I’ve already started planning my next trip while searching through social media for similar private accommodations like Kito Nasu—but nothing compares so far! So now I'm thinking about visiting again early next year—this time for three nights! It truly feels like a second home where each visit makes you want to stay longer—a very relaxing accommodation. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

We stayed here with six friends during the Obon holidays. The interior was spacious and very clean—easily the best entire-home Accommodation we’ve stayed in so far. In the evening, we bought seafood at a nearby supermarket and had a barbecue in the garden. Everything was fully equipped, and we were able to enjoy our meal comfortably without any hassle. After that, we used the sauna and outdoor cold-water bath in the garden and had an amazing night. The only downside was that when we got hungry late at night, most restaurants were already closed early, and there isn’t a convenience store nearby. The amenities were as well stocked as a Hotel, so we had no trouble during our stay. We’d definitely like to stay again next time!!

This was our second stay, and we visited as a couple. Once again we stayed in the WEST building (my favorite, with a stone sauna). It’s a private villa-style Accommodation with high walls, so you can relax without worrying about the surroundings. When we opened the door, even the long hallway was nicely heated and warm, and the living room was cozy too. And this time there were complimentary drinks in the fridge—Pocari Sweat, mineral water, Perrier, and more—which was a lovely added service! The new cold plunge pool had been filled with hot water this time, so we could soak slowly as if it were an open-air bath—it felt amazing. Part of it is deep enough to submerge up to your neck, so you do need to be careful, but it was a bath experience you don’t often find elsewhere. And another major new addition—the cave-like sauna we’d been looking forward to—lets you lie down inside; my sauna-loving husband was thrilled and said the tea löyly aroma was wonderful. This time we also booked an on-site private chef for the first time. Dinner started with appetizers and soup, followed by sea bream with perfectly crisped skin served with an orange butter sauce; the wagyu came with nori and a red wine sauce—everything tasted incredible. The strawberry mille-feuille dessert and fromage blanc ice cream were outstanding!! We were completely satisfied being able to savor such a luxurious course at our own pace. Breakfast was also very filling: a generously stuffed sandwich, two kinds of quiche, plus strawberries and yogurt—an excellent professional-quality meal that we fully enjoyed. Everything was delicious. We were also impressed by how gently the chef explained each dish (almost like whispering) and how smoothly everything came together. The stylish black-themed space and interior are wonderful every time we visit. The latest Facilities and high-end appliances can take some getting used to if you don’t read the manuals carefully, but everything—from tableware to decor—is tasteful, making it easy to spend special time comfortably at your own pace. Just one thing: I mistakenly thought the chef would arrive at 16:00; in reality they arrived at 17:30 and dinner started at 18:30. I regret not confirming in advance—I might have been able to enjoy my beloved stone sauna a bit more while waiting. Highly recommended for anyone who loves saunas or stone saunas—and for those who want a special dining experience in an extraordinary setting! We stayed last time at the end of summer and had great fun using the pool at night too, so we’d love to come again in summer.

I stayed on 2026/8/9. Thanks to the staff’s attentive service and their warm, understated smiles, I had a very comfortable stay. The policy seemed to be “smart, unobtrusive service,” and it truly was excellent. There may be many luxury Hotels, but the comfort here was far superior to the Hotel with a large local products market where I stayed the next day. The Room was bright and spotless, access to the station and sightseeing spots was great, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby—overall, it was simply outstanding. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

The front desk staff were polite and kind. The room was clean and well-maintained. The large bath had excellent water, leaving my skin smooth and soft after bathing. I would love to stay at this hotel again.

Staying in a Japanese-style room with an Onsen, and even being able to watch the nearby fireworks festival from the window, truly refreshed both my body and mind. I will be a repeat guest.

A solid Business Hotel with everything you need. The 11:00 checkout was also appreciated. In the room I used, the power outlets were hard to access from the bed, so an extension cord would be helpful.

The coffee from the machine we were offered upon arrival was delicious. Even though it was before breakfast and things weren’t ready yet, when I asked at the front desk before departure, they quickly made it available for me to drink, which I really appreciated. I was also able to fill my own bottle with ice and water, so I was very satisfied.

Great value for the price. You can feel the hotel's effort to cut costs where possible to offer affordable rates for guests. The cleanliness and excellent front desk service are more than enough to ensure a pleasant stay. If I may add, it would be nice to have a luggage stand in the room (though space is limited). Also, upgrading the showerhead could elevate the hotel's overall impression—such a missed opportunity! Highly recommended as a business hotel.

It was very convenient and helpful being so close to the station. Thank you for the calm atmosphere and your courteous service. Also, the PET bottle with the president’s face on it was great—it felt like a fun little “lucky find” and made me smile. It’s a wonderful travel memory. Thank you for taking care of us.

The Room was very spacious and even had a tatami area, which was really convenient for laying out souvenirs and packing. The location was great—everything from the bus stop and supermarket to the port was within walking distance, and it was nice to stroll around the samurai residence street as well. The staff were kind and helpful, making our first trip to Fukue Island comfortable. It’s a wonderful, very clean Hotel that made us want to come back. Thank you very much.
