I’ve stayed at all the Hotels in Kuwana. With many places no longer offering a breakfast buffet since COVID, I really appreciate Station Hotel Kuwana for continuing to do so. The food was very delicious (though the dinner rolls were a bit dry). The Room was also thoroughly cleaned, and I had a very comfortable stay. However, the Room temperature wouldn’t go down, and the air purifier instructions were hard to understand. I was very happy that they provided one regular coffee pack and one bottle of mineral water. The staff also greeted me every time I came and went with “Have a nice day” and “Welcome back,” which left a great impression. For this price so close to the station, I’ve decided this will be my only choice from now on.

The staff who assisted us at check-in were very pleasant and courteous. The Room was clean and felt spacious, so we were able to relax well. However, the bathroom had a lingering odor, so we kept the door open the whole time.

You can use the neighboring Onsen as many times as you like from check-in to check-out. The baths were open from 6:30 a.m., so I could also enjoy a morning bath!! The Room is small, but since it’s No Meals Included, it was more than enough! Even though it was inexpensive, towels and loungewear were included, which I really appreciated!

The staff were very kind, and the beach right in front was beautiful. Since it was my first time, I stayed at a different luxury hotel within the resort the next day. While it had a luxurious feel and was nice, I loved this beach so much that I came back here the following day. The weather was great, and I enjoyed wading into the sea up to my knees—it felt wonderful. Next time, I'll stay at this hotel for a multiple night stay! Having two bedrooms in the room along with a microwave and washing machine was very convenient. The bathtub is only available as an outdoor jacuzzi, so on windy or cold days it might be slightly inconvenient; however, overall my stay was comfortable. I joined the morning walk program where we had perfect weather and even got to enjoy an off-season private experience! The explanations about plants were fascinating, making it both fun and fulfilling. My child kept asking for quizzes repeatedly—thank you for your patience despite causing some trouble! Thank you also for taking us to Alamanda to feed turtles. Although it seemed quiet during off-season with fewer people around, there were surprisingly many children competing over turtle food during feeding time! Unfortunately, adults cannot participate in feeding activities if they go alone since food is not provided for them. This resort is enjoyable even without needing a car; however, having simple meals like rice balls (onigiri), sandwiches or light bento boxes available within the hotel or resort would be fantastic—especially something easy for kids to eat quickly! There are picnic-friendly spots in nearby parks where rice balls would have been perfect... It would be great if such options could be ordered from hotels or made more accessible somehow. Every day now I'm thinking about when I'll get another chance to visit Miyako Island again!

You can get here from Nagaoka Station without getting wet even when it rains, and there are plenty of restaurants around the Hotel, so you won’t have any trouble finding a place to eat. Above all, the price is very reasonable, so I made another Reservation. There is a free coffee machine in the lobby, and while the Hotel itself doesn’t seem new, the room feels clean. The staff were also pleasant and helpful.

I stayed here with my elderly mother and aunt. During meals, the staff kindly explained everything in detail, and their service was excellent. At check-out, the front desk called a taxi for us, which was very helpful. I accidentally left something behind, but after confirming it, they promptly shipped it to me. It was a ring I truly cherished, so I was really grateful. Thank you very much. I would love to stay again.

The price is low-cost. The lobby is a no-frills space. The Room is spacious without feeling cramped. I had breakfast, and the buffet had a good selection. Parking is free. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It was excellent. I’d like to stay again.

We had a comfortable stay in a spacious, clean Room. The BBQ dinner was very satisfying, with paella and acqua pazza in addition to BBQ. Even after checkout, we were able to play plenty at the pool and indoor play area at Rurikei Onsen, and our 4-year-old and 1-year-old grandchildren were delighted. On the drive home, they kept saying, “Take us back to Rurikei,” haha. Haha

It’s always within walking distance from Tokyo Station. On the day I stayed, it was unusually cool, so I walked. Tsukiji Outer Market, Kabuki-za Theatre, Ginza, and Tsukishima are all within walking distance, which is very convenient. The bathtub filled up with hot water in no time, which was great.

Thank you for your kind support. We used to stay with our pet often. After our pet passed away last year, my spouse and I have been using your villas and condominiums to relax and enjoy our time together. This Hotel is always clean and comfortable. It’s a small detail, but they also provide soft, gentle toilet paper. Breakfast was delicious as well—very Kyoto-style, with rich dashi flavor.

I stayed here for one night during my trip around Fukui and Kanazawa. Although it’s just a 1-minute walk from Kanazawa Station, it was quiet; the hotel is compact yet has a large public bath, and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Because it was a three-day weekend right at the start of summer vacation, it ended up a little over our original budget—but we wanted to stay here so badly that we made the Reservation anyway. And once we actually stayed… it was worth every yen—no, even more than that. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The location was even better than expected: right in front of us were white sand and a blue sea. There were quite a few families and international guests, but at night it was very quiet. You can head straight to the beach from the Hotel, and everything was thoughtfully prepared—dedicated beach sandals, a washing machine, towels, and more. I also really appreciated that when you take off your slippers there, you can place them neatly into a shoe box labeled with your Room name—something I found especially reassuring as someone who’s a bit particular about cleanliness. The Room was truly spacious, spotless, and very functional. Everything felt refined from corner to corner—the washbasin, furnishings, wall colors, decorations—all beautifully coordinated and calming. A small detail, but the loungewear fabric was very soft and had buttons so it stayed in place comfortably. The semi-open-air bath in the guest room had excellent water quality and temperature. Being able to soak slowly while looking out at the ocean—with no insects flying around—was pure bliss. We enjoyed our in-room meals while chatting pleasantly with our attendant; everything was delicious. The simmered whole kinmedai (splendid alfonsino) was especially impressive—large and full of flavor—truly “this is Izu!” That said, personally I would have preferred beef as steak (even a small portion) rather than chilled shabu-shabu wrapped with vegetables. If many guests are older adults, it would be great if there were an option available even with an additional charge. Breakfast included many dishes as well—I ended up eating quite a lot first thing in the morning! Overall this Accommodation deserves high marks across the board; if I had to be strictly critical, dinner alone could have felt slightly more luxurious or surprising—something that makes you think “This is exceptional—I’ve never tasted anything like it.” Even so, it was such a wonderful Accommodation that I absolutely want to return again next year. The top-floor spa offered breathtaking views of both the mountains and the sea—it was amazing.

It was a cold day with snow in Toyohashi, but I am grateful for being able to stay comfortably.

Thank you for the very kind and friendly service from the front desk staff. I was glad to relax in the large public bath, and the location close to Susukino was very convenient.

The large public bath also had many open-air baths, which was great, but the Room also had an open-air bath, so it was wonderful to soak at night and again early in the morning. Even after checkout, we could still use the large public bath, and we were given fresh towels at the front desk, so we were very satisfied. There is a restaurant for dinner, but breakfast is bring-your-own only; there is a 7-Eleven right in front of the property, so we used that. I wish there had been a Plan with an 11:00 checkout.

There was a massage chair in the Room, and my husband and I took turns enjoying it. There was also a nearby restaurant where you can eat Yonezawa beef, so we had dinner there. Since I’m not fond of fatty cuts, I ordered the rump steak, and it was very tender lean meat. Breakfast also felt homemade and was delicious. There is also a private bath, making this Hotel an excellent value for money. At this price, we were completely satisfied—so much so that we’d like to stay at other Hotels in the same group as well.

Room is clean, front desk staff are polite, and breakfast is quite good. The price is also affordable, making it excellent overall.

The front desk staff provided a cheerful and prompt service during check-in (apparently a first-year new graduate). The restaurant staff showed great attentiveness and care. It seems that the hotel has an excellent recruitment and training system in place. I look forward to visiting again.
