I stayed here to attend a concert at the Grand Cube Osaka. It was conveniently close to the venue. Both the Room and the hallways were clean. The welcome drink was a nice touch. Since the air conditioner is positioned low, even on a low setting the airflow hit me and felt a bit cold.

I work in the same industry and stay here often. In addition to the smooth guidance, when I let them know I had a valuable laptop, they were flexible with housekeeping. The air conditioner uses an old-style switch. The amenity bar at the front desk is very thoughtfully arranged for women, and the mouthwash was especially helpful as a reference. An extension cord is always provided, so you can charge your devices even while in bed. Since the glasses are made of glass plus ceramic, please be careful when pulling them out. It’s close to the station, and restaurants, a pharmacy, and a supermarket are also nearby—so I’d say it offers outstanding value for money. I’ll definitely stay again.

I stayed without meals. For the price, considering it has a sauna, is close to the station, and the rooms and the hotel overall show very little aging, I think it offers great value. My daughter’s family lives in Azamino, and until now I have stayed at hotels in Shin-Yokohama or Center-Minami; from now on, I plan to stay at Hotel Kajigaya Plaza.

Although it looks like a love hotel from the outside, it is a solid Business Hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodated various requests, which was greatly appreciated! What surprised me was the late-night meal service at the Hotel—the fried chicken set meal was extremely delicious!! If I have a chance to visit Tokyo again, I’d like to stay here again.

It was a very comfortable Hotel. The staff were kind, and the Room had a calm atmosphere, which was great. One disappointing thing was that the refrigerator did not get cold at all.

I arrived by motorcycle, and they kindly guided me to a covered parking area, which I really appreciated. Since I planned to eat out near the station, I could put the money saved on the Room rate toward food and drinks. It’s close to the station, so there are plenty of great places to eat. It’s a shared bath, and it was nice to be able to stretch out and relax. If I have another chance to visit, I’d like to stay here again.

With its high Review ratings, we chose this Accommodation to celebrate a birthday. All the staff welcomed us warmly, and we enjoyed creative dishes at both dinner and breakfast that we had never tried before. Everything was truly delicious and beautifully presented. We were impressed—no wonder the head chef has received the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare Award. The Room was simple yet very comfortable for relaxing, and the free-flowing natural Onsen water in the open-air bath was outstanding. The water was pleasantly lukewarm, so we could soak for a long time. This is the first Accommodation where we’ve been able to unwind so completely. Unfortunately it rained and we couldn’t see the stars, so next time we’d like to come back on a clear night. We had a wonderful birthday celebration. Thank you very much.

This Hotel is located on the way to Hachiman Castle. It’s about a 15-minute uphill walk from the Hotel to Hachiman Castle. Since it was Silver Week, we couldn’t find a taxi, and without a car we would have had to walk uphill for about 30 minutes, so we were ready to give up on visiting the castle—but the Hotel’s location and Shuttle Service saved us. The food was delicious, and the staff were very attentive. It was also nice that juice, tea, coffee, and more were free from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The Room was spacious and comfortable. It was great that we could go to the dining area in yukata and slippers. It can’t be helped due to the terrain, but I wished there had been an Onsen. A quiet Hotel where you can relax at your own pace. Thank you very much.

This was a repeat stay. I often visit because I have relatives in Kyoto, and this place is great value—clean, with an excellent breakfast and convenient access. I was completely satisfied with everything! This time I came by car, and even leaving it parked for two nights at a nearby coin parking lot cost under 4,000 yen. From now on, this will be my go-to place whenever I come to Kyoto!

It was a clean and beautiful Hotel in its fifth year since opening. There aren’t many restaurants nearby, but the restaurant in the Hotel and the large supermarket next door are open fairly late, so it was convenient for dinner at night.

The front desk staff were pleasant, and they lent me a USB outlet adapter free of charge. The bathroom was clean as well. For a late-night snack, there are plenty of options nearby since it’s in an entertainment district. I also had a hearty breakfast.

I stayed for one night over the weekend to watch a sports game. The building is a bit old, but the Room was clean and well maintained, so I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast had a small selection, but the freshly made omelet was delicious. The younger staff were friendly, and the price was reasonable, so I was very satisfied. I would be happy to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you.

The Facility was spotless, and everything—from the meals to the Onsen—was excellent. We also had the pool to ourselves, and the kids were very happy. The only small issue was that we had to put on slippers to use the sink in the Room; it would have been nicer if we could access the sink and toilet directly without changing footwear. The staff were kind and attentive during meals, making our stay very comfortable. We would love to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

This was our third stay, and every time our whole family is impressed by how delicious the meals are. This time we chose the sushi kaiseki dinner, and we were already fully satisfied even before the sushi was served. The sushi itself—uni, conger eel, tuna, aori squid, sea bream, and more—was all excellent. As this is a long-established ryokan, the facilities and equipment do feel a bit dated, but every staff member provides outstanding service. It’s a ryokan we truly want to stay at again. We look forward to visiting again on our next stay.

From the welcome service until departure, we enjoyed unlimited drinks such as coffee, tea, and Furano wine, along with snacks, and were able to relax by the fireplace. Even though it was August, the fireplace was lit and the atmosphere was wonderful. Just before leaving, I found out you can toast and eat marshmallows there—I wish I had tried it. The stamp rally inside the Hotel was also fun, and my grandchild was delighted with the souvenir we brought back. The Hotel garden is nicely decorated as well. For dinner, only the main dish was served at our table and everything else was buffet-style, so we could casually choose whatever we liked. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious—we were very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know who is visiting Furano.

Thank you very much for your kind and attentive support regarding our recent stay, despite the inconvenience on our side. We also truly appreciated your thoughtful words to my family. I will be traveling to Oita again in the future, and I would be happy to stay with you again then. I was able to sleep well before heading to the disaster area, and the meals were delicious—they really gave me renewed energy. Thank you again!

The first time, we stayed in a first-floor room. This second stay was in a second-floor room accessed by an internal staircase. We had a lot of luggage, so going up and down several times was a bit tiring. However, the staff were excellent both last time and this time, and they promptly refilled the food before it ran out. For hygiene reasons, the spoons and cups are disposable, which was a disappointing point. The bath faucet is the type that can be tricky to adjust to the right temperature, but this time I got used to it and managed quickly. There is an AEON supermarket, a home improvement store, and restaurants extremely close by, so we used them on foot again this time. The interchange is also nearby—nothing to complain about. We look forward to staying with you again.

Five siblings stayed here together. Our Room was on the second floor, but because the Accommodation is on a hill, we had a great view over the green trees and the Onsen town. The spacious bedroom and Japanese-style room can be separated with sliding doors, which helped us catch up on sleep after the ferry ride. The floor chairs were also very helpful for our elderly family members, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a coffee maker in the Room. We were also grateful that you accommodated an allergy request even though we had failed to inform you in advance. The meals were delicious as well—beautifully presented creative dishes with wonderful colors. The Hotel’s atmosphere, furniture, and furnishings felt beautiful, as everything is carefully maintained and used with respect despite its age. We love Kyushu, so when we visit Beppu again, we would like to stay here again.

The Room was very clean and comfortable. What surprised me was that my child crawled under the bed to play hide-and-seek, and even under the bed was clean. The service was great, and the breakfast was delicious. What I personally liked was the reliable Wi-Fi and that an HDMI cable was already connected to the TV. None of the Hotels I’ve stayed at before had this, so I used to bring my own, but here it wasn’t necessary and everything worked smoothly. I’d like to stay again.

The Room was much more spacious than I expected, and the amenities were well stocked. The morning coffee service and easy microwave snacks were also great. The only thing I noticed—just a minor detail—was that when you enter and open the door, the entry step area extends to the right, which made it hard to take off shoes and close the door (my shoes could get caught in the door). If that space extended a bit more to the left instead of the right, it might be easier to come and go, so I rated the Facility 4. That said, everything was very comfortable, starting with the front desk staff’s service. The Room was truly spacious with a sofa and very clean. Going out into Otaru and returning to the Accommodation also felt easier and more casual than at a typical large Hotel. If I have another chance, I would definitely like to stay again.
