I look forward to every stay. I can relax in the Room with my pet, and with in-room dining, there is more food than I can finish. I’d love to visit again during the New Year holidays!

I stayed here because there was a game at Hiroshima Green Arena. The large public bath and sauna (men only) were excellent. The sauna was especially great—spacious enough for more than 10 people, with a TV, and the cold plunge afterward was a crisp 14°C. There were free bottled drinks placed in front of the front desk, so I stayed in for about two hours while keeping hydrated. They also had pickled plum snacks to help replenish salt. The morning bath also includes the sauna. I think the breakfast is better than at many other business-style hotels.

The amenities were minimal, but I was able to stay comfortably without any inconvenience. The welcome drink was a nice touch. The front desk staff were also very helpful. The bed was comfortable, and before I knew it, it was morning. Noise wasn’t an issue at all, and I slept very soundly. I also liked that you can choose a pillow firmness to suit your preference. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but there’s an underground passageway, and I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance.

Clean and very convenient, with an airport bus stop just nearby. I didn’t use the bath this time, but it looked clean and I don’t think there would be any issues. I’d like to stay here again.

A clean and well-maintained Hotel with an excellent location and easy access from the station. With restaurants and convenience stores nearby, you won’t have any trouble finding what you need. The shampoo and other amenities in the bath dispense a bit poorly.

This year, the heavy rain that continued from the Obon holidays was really tough. It was the day of the Ichinomiya Festival, but along the coast it suddenly cleared up, so we were able to take a relaxing stroll around a newly opened mall nearby and a roll cake shop. Thank you again for this year.

Honestly, I was a bit unsure because the price was so low, but the staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and there were no issues with hygiene! When I visit Ishikawa again, I’d definitely like to stay here! Thank you very much!

This was my first stay here on a business trip, and it was a very comfortable Hotel. I was impressed by the ReFa shower head, and they even had a hair straightener and curling iron—Done for a repeat stay. There was also a steamer, but I couldn’t figure out how to use it, so I gave up. They also had a lighted vanity mirror, which is great for women. The location is convenient as well, and I’ll definitely stay here again on future business trips!

It was great not having to worry about parking, and the room was clean. This time, for some reason there was a stink bug, and it took some time to deal with it, but I managed to get it out.

Return Visit Stayed for two nights a few years ago and was amazed by how incredible the Moor Onsen was. They even had our past stay history on record, which really showed their professionalism. At the time, we were a bit bothered by some odors in the Room and Onsen, so we “cheated” for a while with a newer Accommodation nearby (laugh). This time, we made a Reservation for a newly renovated Room. Bottom line: it was excellent! I’m not really into saunas, but I enjoyed it because you can adjust the temperature in various ways and even listen to music. There were plenty of towels, and bathrobes were provided as well. The only downside was that the open-air bath was slightly too hot. The food was delicious, and the service was flawless. If they renovate more guest rooms, we will definitely stay again.

During Golden Week on 5/3, our first stay was so wonderful that my wife and I couldn’t wait to come back. Last time we stayed in Room 40, and this time we stayed in Room 50. This time we checked in early and chose a plan that included a 120-minute private session at “Musouan” (sauna, cold plunge, and open-air bath). We repeated sauna with löyly followed by the cold plunge, then finished in the inner open-air bath. Neither of us usually spends much time in saunas, but “Musouan” was on another level—we enjoyed an incredibly relaxing experience. We also had the best blissful moments soaking in the spacious open-air bath in our room—stretching out fully and enjoying the silky-smooth, serum-like water. We were able to enjoy it five times: before dinner, after dinner, before bed, before breakfast, and after breakfast. The owner modestly describes the food as simple country cooking, but since they run a tofu shop as well, the tofu dishes were exceptionally delicious. As we don’t eat game meat, they kindly changed all meat dishes to beef for us—and once again the quality was top-class. The private dining room is quiet and very relaxing. The room was extremely comfortable (especially the bedding—essential for a good night’s sleep!), and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches: the indoor bath and washing area layout, plenty of bath towels and towels with convenient towel racks. The washroom was spacious as well—overall comfort was outstanding. Both the open-air bath and room are large so cleaning must be difficult, yet they kindly accommodated our late check-out at 12:00. It can be inconvenient to find your way here since there are no signs or guideboards leading you to the parking area. The welcoming and send-off are handled by one cheerful proprietress alone, so it almost feels bad asking her to carry luggage. There are no nameplates on rooms either, and it wouldn’t be fair to say every part of the garden is perfectly maintained. Even so, this inn offers something special that makes all of that fade away—a truly extraordinary escape from everyday life. We definitely want to return—ideally twice a year!

While looking for a place where our family could relax while my mother recuperated, we discovered Sansui Niseko. In the end, we enjoyed an even more soothing stay than we had hoped for. They were very considerate of my mother’s legs, and although everything was close by, they kindly drove us to meals and even to the lift station, which was truly helpful. We are sincerely grateful for such thoughtful care. The Hotel is equipped with the latest Facility features and was extremely comfortable. The bed in particular was wonderfully plush—I fell into a deep sleep in no time, and thanks to the restful nights, I felt refreshed both physically and mentally. The Onsen was also outstanding. My skin felt silky smooth as if I were soaking in a beauty serum, and I could genuinely feel my energy returning. It was a luxurious moment that washed away all travel fatigue. The staff also shared stories about the “UCI Gran Fondo World Championships” held in Niseko, which made our time there even more enjoyable. Surrounded by Niseko’s magnificent scenery and rich nature, we were able to spend an exceptionally pleasant time at the Hotel. Above all, seeing how lively and confident the team is in this wonderfully international area gave us energy as well. It was a stay where we truly felt warm hospitality beyond any script or manual. For anyone seeking healing nature, superb Onsen baths, deep sleep with comfortable amenities, and heartfelt service throughout their stay, this is an Accommodation I can wholeheartedly recommend. When we visit Niseko again, I would love to stay at Sansui Niseko once more via IKYU.

We stayed for two nights to enjoy the autumn leaves on Mt. Adatara. When we arrived, the open-air bath in our room was cold and we were worried at first, but you handled it very kindly and carefully, and we were able to fully enjoy the wonderful milky-white hot spring water. Thank you as well for accommodating our various requests regarding the meals. We felt breakfast was a little salty for an older couple, but the shimi-mochi was delicious and we enjoyed it too. Even though the facilities are somewhat old and there were a few minor issues, thanks to the excellent hospitality of the staff we had a very pleasant stay. Next time, we would like to visit again to enjoy Mt. Adatara in fresh greenery. To the proprietress, thank you very much for your thoughtful care.

We stayed with a family of four and one Maltipoo. The spacious hinoki bath was incredibly relaxing, and we were able to enjoy it together as a family. The bathroom and other water areas were also very clean and well maintained, making them comfortable to use. Perhaps thanks to the air purifier, there was no noticeable odor even with our dog, and the well-equipped trash bins made it easy to keep things sanitary. We felt reassured staying here with our pet. Both the kaiseki dinner and the breakfast bento were delicious—we were very satisfied. Being able to eat slowly in the Room was wonderful, and it gave us more time for great family conversation. Although it’s conveniently located near a main road with supermarkets and convenience stores close by, it was very quiet at night, which made for a calm stay. It truly felt like being at home, and our whole family could relax comfortably. When we visit Kyoto again, we would love to stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful time. Thank you very much. If I could suggest improvements: I would be happy if there were a water dispenser. The inside of the microwave was broken. The kitchen stove heat was weak. Other than that, both the kids and adults were very satisfied. The pool was just the right size and we enjoyed it, and the sauna and cold plunge were easy to use. The view was great, and we had a really good time! We would like to visit again!

Our family of three (two adults and one older elementary school child) stayed here. The Facility was exceptionally well maintained throughout—spotlessly clean and beautiful everywhere. It was a wonderful place I can confidently recommend to others! Here are the highlights that impressed us, along with a couple of small points we noticed. ◯ Highlights Beautifully balanced meals: The ingredients prepared in the refrigerator were the perfect amount—not too much, not too little. The colors and presentation were lovely, everything felt very clean, and we were excited even before eating. The selection of complimentary drinks included in the Accommodation Fee was also excellent! User-friendly kitchen: The dining kitchen was spacious and easy to move around in, and the grill was simple to use, making cooking fun. A fully equipped authentic spa: Not only a bath, but also a sauna and cold plunge pool—an incredibly relaxing experience. ◯ With hopes for future improvements (why we rated 4 stars) The boundary between indoors and outdoors on the way to the open-air bath was very slippery, so we placed towels down ourselves as a precaution. Guests with small children or elderly family members may want to be especially careful. Moving between the Room, toilet, bath, and dining area requires outdoor footwear throughout, but we found the provided shoes a bit difficult to wear. More slip-on options would make it even more comfortable. That said, our overall satisfaction was extremely high—so much so that these minor points hardly mattered—and it became a great memory for us. We would love to stay again!

It was our first time traveling as three households with a large group, so we chose the private option. We weren’t sure how much would be provided, but everything we could possibly need was there, and it was incredibly easy to use—so comfortable. The moment we arrived, everyone kept saying “Amazing,” and the kids were thrilled. The pool in summer was fantastic. For the night pool, some insects do come by—and even a rhinoceros beetle came for a swim. We’ll definitely be back.

The seaside Room offers a stunning ocean view, with new tatami mats and a very comfortable stay. Dinner was outstanding in both quality and quantity, featuring abalone sashimi, abalone steak, abalone rice cooked in a pot, plus seasonal sashimi—an excellent abalone-focused meal. Breakfast also had a wide variety of side dishes, and the sweet shrimp soup was refined and delicious. We were very satisfied—it exceeded the price. Thank you!

All the Accommodation staff were very polite and kind. The Onsen water felt silky and moisturizing, and the bath area was clean and well stocked with amenities, making it very comfortable. I found an Accommodation in Asamushi Onsen that I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

The French dinner was very stylish, and the taste was a perfect 10. Breakfast was completely different—Japanese cuisine. The overnight-dried blackthroat seaperch in particular was unbelievably delicious and truly moving. For our family, who all love alcohol, the all-inclusive plan was fantastic. We were happy to be able to enjoy drinks whenever we wanted. This Accommodation doesn’t have an Onsen, but you can receive free tickets for a nearby Onsen. However, since it was summer, going outside to the Onsen left us drenched in sweat. This time, the bath in our Room might have been enough. The Facility was very clean, and the staff were wonderful—an Accommodation we definitely want to visit again!
