Stayed at the cottage and had a comfortable stay! The value for money was excellent. It would be perfect if there were a smoking area further back in the cottage.

As this is a simple Hotel, it can’t be helped that the room is small, but I wish the bathroom and toilet area had been a bit more spacious. The bed and main room were excellent. It was comfortable.

No Meals Included, stayed with a family of six. As you can tell from the Plan, you might think this is an ultra-budget Accommodation. The location is great: there’s a supermarket and convenience stores nearby, and if you walk about 20 minutes you can reach a main road lined with well-known chain restaurants. It was a Ryokan made up of three buildings with the front desk building in between. Every building shows its age; some Rooms seem to have been renovated, but the building with the family Room—and the family Room we stayed in (a 10-tatami Japanese-style room)—has an atmosphere that some people may find off-putting. That said, the Room amenities and equipment, plus thoughtful touches for kids such as free drinks around the front desk and game facilities, along with outstanding hospitality, were impressive. For our family, the hospitality far outweighed any dissatisfaction with the Facility, and it became a Ryokan we’d like to stay at again. If I had to mention one notable complaint, it would be issues in the bath area. In the men’s bath there was one washing station that couldn’t be used; in the women’s bath there was reportedly only one washing station with hot water. (However, there are also two shower rooms available 24 hours a day separate from the baths.) Also, I personally didn’t mind it because of the low price, but there were many young guests like sports teams on trips, which apparently scared our children. This time we couldn’t use some of their signature services—such as the free alcohol bar until 10:30 p.m. or the rooftop footbath with views of Mt. Fuji—but even without those extras, for this price and level of service we would definitely like to stay again. That said as mentioned above, it may not suit those looking for a spotless Accommodation or brand-new facilities and service standards.

The staff at check-in left a good impression, and the staff member in charge during breakfast was particularly wonderful with their smile and service. I will use Super Hotel again if I stay next time.

The local dishes prepared by the dining hall hostess were delicious. Thanks to her, we had a wonderful time at breakfast.

The reception responded quickly when called by phone, and since it was a former love hotel, the Room, bed, and bathroom are spacious! There’s a nearby supermarket open past midnight with ready-made meals available for a relaxed dining experience. Although the fridge doesn’t cool much, it is available. Check-out time is at 12 PM, likely due to its history as a love hotel, allowing for a leisurely morning. For check-out, simply drop the key in the reception post for smooth departure. I would consider staying here again on my next visit!

I stayed here the night before a mountain hike. Although we had communicated by email in advance, they kindly welcomed me even though I arrived after 11:00 PM, which was a great help. It’s also close to the downtown area, so next time I’d like to check in earlier and enjoy the city. I’d love to stay again.

The service was good. The location was good. However, unfortunately, there was mold in the bathroom. I have stayed at this hotel several times. I think I will use it again.

The location is excellent, with easy access to the station and downtown. The building is clean and well maintained, and housekeeping is thorough. The Room isn’t large, but you can relax comfortably with twin beds. The front desk staff also provided clear and courteous explanations. It seems that check-in and check-out times must be strictly observed, but if you can follow them, it’s no problem at all—overall very reasonable for the price. I would like to stay here again.
