During Golden Week, from May 3 to May 5, we stayed for three days on a one-night stay with two meals Plan for two adults and one dog. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The Hotel owner was very young, and it was wonderful to see how dedicated they were to their work. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would love to visit again if we have the chance. Thank you for the wonderful meals.

We stayed in a Compact Suite for a 4-night Multiple Night Stay in winter. We made a Reservation because we were drawn to the location and the concept of “staying as if you live here,” and it truly lived up to that idea. First, the location is excellent. We were able to visit Lake Mashu every day and enjoy how it changes with the weather and time of day. It was also convenient to shop in Teshikaga before or after sightseeing, and access toward Lake Kussharo was easy as well, so we could adjust our plans flexibly depending on how we felt. The services provided and the level of interaction with the staff also felt just right for us. Even without special offerings, we could freely enjoy drinks in the lounge, and by making good use of the refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and electric kettle ourselves, we had a very comfortable stay. We could unwind from everyday social fatigue while still receiving support that never felt inconvenient—highly recommended for guests who prefer minimal interference or for Multiple Night Stay. We booked the dinner course for one night only, but each dish conveyed sincerity toward the ingredients and careful creativity. Everything was delicious, and we’re glad we tried it. One minor point: because the toilet/bathroom fixtures and appliances are very design-focused—and apparently overseas-made (based on labeling)—they weren’t immediately intuitive to use. Once you get used to them, it’s not an issue. Overall, we were very satisfied to be able to spend our time quietly at our own pace throughout the stay without stress or inconvenience.

It was a very homey accommodation! Some of the amenities felt a bit dated (the desk lamp in the closet was not functional), but the breakfast was delicious, the garden had a wonderful tropical vibe, and I was able to relax! Thank you.

The moment you enter the Room, a pleasant fragrance greets you, and the space is impeccably clean, creating a very comfortable environment from the first impression. The view from the large windows was stunning even on a rainy day, making it easy to forget everyday life. It left us wondering how amazing it would be on a sunny day, giving us something to look forward to for future visits. The shampoo in the bathroom had a lovely scent and was popular with the kids as well. Additionally, there were plenty of power outlets throughout the Room, combining high design aesthetics with convenience. One thing to note is about using the projector and Bluetooth speaker available in the Room. While instructions are provided, they might be challenging for those not familiar with such devices. Also, if you log into YouTube during your stay, it does not automatically log out upon checkout—so this requires attention before leaving.

Even though dogs are allowed, the place was very clean and spacious, and we were very satisfied! It was disappointing that there were no amenities such as toothbrushes. The refrigerator was large, and we were given a Room with an oven, so we could cook what we wanted, which was great! There is no elevator, so carrying luggage up to the 3rd floor and getting our dog upstairs was tough. There was a dog run, but since there was no explanation, we didn’t know where it was; we only noticed it before leaving and couldn’t use it, which was disappointing. Since our Room had only a shower, we couldn’t go out leaving our dog behind, so we couldn’t go to the Onsen—having a bathtub would have been nice. We were bothered by the sound of laundry on the same floor late at night, but overall it was good and we’d like to stay again!

Both the Facility and the beautiful natural surroundings were excellent, and we were very satisfied. We would love to stay again.

I made a Reservation knowing it was firefly season, and I was able to see so many fireflies in the trees across the river from the terrace! It was truly magical and felt like a wonderful escape from everyday life. I’d love to come back next year to see the fireflies again! Even outside of firefly season, I definitely want to return just to relax while listening to the river. What impressed me even more was that the kitchen tap water is very pure groundwater, and it’s also filtered—so it felt safe and tasted great! The bathtub was also spacious, and soaking while looking out at the scenery felt wonderfully luxurious. Next time, I’d like to take my time enjoying a campfire and the wood-burning stove as well. The sauna was amazing too!

Thank you very much for your hospitality. We were able to spend a relaxing time with our family over the New Year holidays in an amazing location! The beautiful weather made the sunset views even more spectacular. The amenities were excellent, and we enjoyed the sauna, pool as a cold plunge, and even had a family karaoke competition. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Spend time in the panoramic bath while gazing at the stars, then wake up refreshed with a morning soak as you look out toward Mt. Aso glowing in the sunrise before heading to breakfast. I was impressed by the gentle, delicious Nankan-age in the miso soup, asked where to buy it, and purchased some to take home. The tofu was also handmade by the Hotel, and I felt satisfied and energized from the morning.

While traveling home, I spent some quiet time alone away from my family. It’s close to the airport and just over a 10-minute walk from Higo-Ozu Station. You can also pick up groceries at AEON. The property isn’t brand-new, but you can tell the Room is carefully maintained. The bed was neatly made as well. From the open-air bath at Sky Pass, I could watch planes overhead and see their undersides. I would likely stay here again when visiting home. The staff were courteous and attentive.

Due to the typhoon, I made a last-minute afternoon reservation on the same day. The location near the station was very convenient. It was my first time using this service, but the front desk staff kindly explained everything. The room was spacious enough for one person and I had a comfortable stay. Check-out was simple—just drop the room card key into the box.

I stayed here on a solo trip to unwind from daily fatigue. I made a Reservation at this Accommodation because I wanted to enjoy a spacious bath... (I soaked morning and night and fully enjoyed both the large and small public baths—absolutely satisfied!) Above all, the breakfast was unbelievably delicious! (The simmered daikon with pork belly was shockingly good!) The female staff member at the breakfast venue was so kind and comforting...! If you’re considering this Accommodation, you should choose a Plan that includes breakfast! It turned into a truly satisfying solo trip. Thank you very much!

The building is an old traditional house, but the interior is new and offers a comfortable space. The surrounding environment is also excellent, allowing you to fully enjoy the essence of Kyoto.

The Room felt a bit small, but there was enough space to open a suitcase, and it was clean, so overall it was good. The noise in the hallway from people coming back late at night was a bit loud, but there was no noise coming through from the neighboring Room, so it was quiet. There were face masks among the amenities, which really helped because I had forgotten to bring some. All of the staff greeted us with smiles and were very polite, and when we left they even saw us off with flint and steel—an unforgettable experience that made for wonderful travel memories. We are a couple in our 50s traveling to refresh. We had a wonderful stay at this new Facility surrounded by nature. The Room was spacious, and the bed and pillows were excellent. We also appreciated the staff’s thoughtful service, which allowed us to truly relax and unwind. It is close to a roadside station as well, and we bought corn and blueberries to take home—everything was delicious. It would have been perfect with a bathtub, but the shower booth was large and comfortable, so we had no complaints. The shampoo was especially great and left our hair silky smooth. We would be very happy if it could be purchased at the Hotel.

I stayed in the Chugoku region for 4 nights, and this was my last accommodation. Among all the accommodations I stayed at, this one had the best value for money. The room was a triple, spacious with separate bath and toilet, allowing us to relax comfortably. The breakfast was delightful with delicious rice and a wide variety of side dishes. However, since I traveled with my family, it would have been nice if the bath could be made available for women even on a time-sharing basis. Thank you very much!

I used it for a business trip. It was nice to relax. The large public bath had just the right temperature, and it relieved my fatigue.
