In-room dining and a private open-air bath in the Room made it a completely private space. The meals were also delicious. It was an Accommodation where families with small children could relax and enjoy themselves without worrying about others. Since it was difficult to apply makeup, I think it would be helpful to have a handheld mirror.

We stayed in the West Wing with my parents, siblings, nieces and nephews, and our family—6 adults, 3 children, and 2 dogs. Everyone was thrilled, and it became a wonderful travel memory. As we were celebrating a special occasion, we asked for balloon decorations and to purchase fireworks. For meals, we hired a private chef. Inamuragasaki holds many memories for us. With the ocean right in front of us—and no power lines visible from inside—it was truly a special location. Since the kids are still small, they were overjoyed to use the rooftop jacuzzi like a pool instead of going into the sea. The adults could watch them safely and relax while enjoying the ocean view in complete comfort. The food was also excellent—hiring a private chef was absolutely the right choice. We also got to try out karaoke that you’re considering introducing as a service. Our child who loves singing was delighted and held onto the microphone nonstop. At night we enjoyed fireworks and made so many great memories with the kids. Everything was prepared in such a comfortable setting—easy for adults and fun for children. Our surfer family members even went into the ocean twice. It truly was an amazing place. We highly recommend it for family trips. We will definitely be back again. Thank you very much.

Everything was excellent. Thank you for accommodating my allergies at both breakfast and dinner. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, and I truly enjoyed the food. The Room was clean, and being able to smoke on the terrace made my stay very comfortable. The staff were all very kind and attentive, and the private open-air bath with its spectacular view as well as the in-Room open-air bath were incredibly relaxing—making it a wonderful holiday.

On a midsummer night, I arrived exhausted from the heat and work. As soon as I stepped into the new, refined entrance, it was cool, pleasantly scented, and calming—I felt relieved. After check-in, a staff member explained the Facility and amenities. Their gentle service was perfect for guests who just want to sleep peacefully. There were several types of bath salts available, and the basic skincare set was Sekkisei. When I entered the Room, I had a clear view from the window of the well-kept lawn in front of the station and passing trains. Watching the nighttime station area from a clean, cool Room gradually made me sleepy. I was also happy to find Chill Out and chocolate in the refrigerator. The shower head was ReFa, and the hair dryer was Dyson. I slept comfortably. This is a new, clean, modern Hotel where you can rest well in an urban setting. The staff were calm, gentle, and wonderful throughout my stay. I will definitely stay again.

This stay truly lived up to the word “luxury.” Spreading out before us was an endless ocean and horizon. The night sky viewed while soaking in the open-air bath in our Room was breathtaking; listening to the waves and gazing at the stars made us forget everything about everyday life. Both bathing and dining were completed entirely in the Room, and there was also a wide screen—so comfortable that we never felt like going out. Every member of staff was kind and attentive, making our entire stay pleasant. The smooth drive in a Rolls-Royce convertible was also wonderful. The driver was very friendly and even took photos for us, making it a great memory. The lightning show, too, with its many messages appearing across the night sky, warmed our hearts—it was a fantastic event. Thank you for providing so many memorable experiences. It’s a Hotel we’d love to revisit—and try as a Multiple Night Stay. For anyone who wants to forget daily fatigue and truly relax, this Accommodation comes highly recommended.

I stayed in a newly renovated Room and enjoyed a brief escape from everyday life, surrounded by the warmth of wood. Choraku is an Accommodation where you can enjoy both the gold and silver hot springs, so if you’re looking for a place to stay in Arima, I would recommend Choraku without hesitation. Flowers were beautifully arranged throughout the building, and their thoughtful hospitality was truly appreciated. The meal served in the Room was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the fun conversation while they explained each dish—I couldn’t stop laughing. The extra-large TV wasn’t working properly, but the front desk staff came right away and fixed it. Shortly after I returned home, I received a thank-you letter from Choraku. I travel often, but I have never stayed anywhere with such attentive service. I also booked through IKYU.com, and there was a surprise roast beef dish at dinner. I would like to take this opportunity to thank IKYU.com as well.

It was my first visit. I was completely satisfied with everything, but there are three highlights worth mentioning. I have stayed at many Hotels, and the dining here was exceptionally satisfying. It’s rare to find Western cuisine of this quality. I was amazed by the consommé made from chicken and vegetables—it concentrated the natural flavors of the ingredients beautifully. None of the dishes felt heavy, and I enjoyed everything right to the end. The ayu paired wonderfully with eggplant as well, and I was impressed by how it all came together. My husband and I even said we would like to stay again just for the meals. The wonderful location was also a major plus. I could truly relax while taking in such a luxurious view. I believe that’s thanks to how meticulously everything is kept clean—from the rooms to the large public bath and even the garden. We enjoyed coffee in the library, and used cups were promptly cleared away; there wasn’t a single unpleasant detail. Above all, what stood out most was how wonderful your staff are. Everyone—the person who provided Shuttle Service by bus, the front desk team, each member of restaurant service staff, and housekeeping—was warm and professional. There were also staff members with charming Fukushima dialects, which sounded lovely to me. In particular, one restaurant staff member remained poised while still engaging in pleasant conversation; unfortunately I didn’t get their name. I hope to see them again on my next visit. I stayed here with a friend this March and was so impressed that I returned in July with my family (as a couple). The dining menu had changed to a summer menu, so we were able to enjoy it again with a fresh perspective. With only eight parties staying at a time, this is a hidden-gem Accommodation: the Rooms are spacious, yet limited to two adults per Room. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to relax and unwind in peace. On the other hand, you won’t find sweeping views of Sagami Bay like those from the balcony of a high-rise Hotel (you can see the sea and Oshima Island, but they feel distant), nor is there an expansive garden. There is also no Shuttle Service from the station, so I recommend it for guests who don’t mind that. It’s well suited for making memories as a couple or with your best friend, and for celebrating anniversaries or special occasions. The in-Room open-air bath is spacious, and after bathing you can relax on chairs on the balcony. The food is delicious and very generous in portion size—and the timing of each course being served is excellent. The bedding was comfortable and I slept soundly. Considering this level of quality and service, the Plan pricing is reasonable. I would definitely like to return again.

I stayed here with my mother. Just as the Reviews said, everything was very well maintained, every meal was delicious, and the bath was clean and comfortable, so we could relax and enjoy it at our own pace. The garden and the interior design of the walkways were also wonderful, giving us many ways to enjoy our stay. All of the staff provided pleasant and welcoming service. My mother was very satisfied and liked it so much that she said she wants to come again. Thank you for creating such a lovely space.

The BBQ facilities, sauna, jacuzzi, and pool were all well equipped, letting you fully enjoy an extraordinary getaway. This is a wonderful Accommodation I can confidently recommend to anyone—families, friends, or couples alike. I would definitely love to stay here again!

First, the dining was outstanding. We tried the French, teppanyaki, and sushi restaurants, and everything was perfect. If these were in the city, every one of them would be a hugely popular spot. All of the staff were kind, and you could really feel their dedication to welcoming guests. The Room had a large glass wall facing the ocean, and we had an amazing time on the balcony—enjoying coffee while looking out at the sea and even having breakfast there. The pool is also generously sized, so you can swim properly. We enjoyed spending all day going back and forth between the pool and the jacuzzi in the bath area. It truly felt like a paradise Hotel. We plan to return many times.

We stayed as a group of five with our daughter and son-in-law and our 5-month-old grandchild. It was our grandchild’s very first trip and their first Onsen experience. As it was a weekday, we were upgraded to the highest-grade Room, which made our stay extremely comfortable with no inconveniences at all. The attendant who looked after us seemed relatively new, but provided courteous service with care in every detail. The private open-air bath was wonderful, and we enjoyed delicious meals. The simmered golden eye snapper in particular had a gentle seasoning and was outstanding. It was also our first time trying the mixed breakfast dish, and it was very tasty. The location is close to Atami Ginza and Sun Beach, making it perfect for strolling around and enjoying local food. Thanks to you, it was a truly satisfying trip in every way. Thank you very much.

My wife and I stayed here as a reward after work. Everything was wonderful—the butler service, the food, and the atmosphere. The early evening with a hint of autumn and the refreshing mornings were both amazing. Staying for about two nights would be perfect. Next time, I’d like to try another Room as well. Thank you—my wife was very satisfied too. The meat miso we received was so good we couldn’t stop eating rice.

Before our stay, the staff communicated with us by email and kindly adjusted the meals so our children were satisfied. The bath was also excellent, with a jacuzzi and a waterfall-style shower. The service was outstanding from start to finish. When we left, they even waved us off as we drove away, and we departed the Ryokan feeling truly welcomed. This was our first stay here on a trip for two. We stayed in the Room called “Nagaishi-no-Ma,” a nostalgic-style Room surrounded by furnishings such as a Karuizawa-carved desk, creating a calm and pleasantly reminiscent atmosphere. Above all, the staff’s service and explanations were very courteous, and we were able to spend our time comfortably, making it a wonderful memory. We would love to visit again next year.

I stayed with my elderly mother. After letting them know in advance, they prepared a Room close to the bath and even provided a legless chair, which we truly appreciated. Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and each one was delicious—we were very satisfied. My mother was especially happy to enjoy many different dishes little by little. The bath was a milky, cloudy hot spring, with the temperature just right, and it felt wonderful no matter how many times we went in. We were able to relax and spend quality time together as parent and child while warming up slowly. Most Accommodations provide only one small towel, but here there was an extra small towel in addition to the amenity set (with towels), which I found very convenient. The experienced staff had a calm, reassuring “true hotel professional” manner, and their explanations about the facilities were very thorough. The international staff also made a great effort to explain things in Japanese, and their friendly smiles left a strong impression. I think this is an Accommodation with warm hospitality that is also considerate for families traveling with elderly relatives. I would love to visit again with my mother.

Although the building and Room are not the newest, the staff’s thoughtful hospitality—clearly reflecting excellent training—felt genuinely warm rather than scripted. The food was also stylish and delicious, and we had a very comfortable stay.

This Accommodation was in a wonderful location—close to both the mountains and the river, and just a few minutes’ walk from the station. Most memorable of all was the emerald-green Onsen with its soothing sulfur scent. It felt so good that we ended up soaking five or six times during our one-night stay, and as Onsen lovers we were completely satisfied. The two-tier layout—with a hotter bath and a lukewarm bath—was also very convenient, letting us enjoy alternating temperatures. We also appreciated that both dinner and breakfast were not overly large, but just the right amount. There were many local specialties, and we especially enjoyed the pudding made with freshly laid eggs from a nearby poultry farm, as well as the Onsen eggs. The next day we even visited the poultry farm you recommended and bought some eggs to take home! Above all, everyone at the front desk and in the restaurant was incredibly kind. They spoke to us warmly and helped us with all sorts of questions about sightseeing spots. Thanks to you, my child and I had a truly wonderful trip together. We are sincerely grateful. It was an unforgettable Accommodation—one that makes us want to return next time with my father and my daughter as well. Thank you very much.
