I stayed here to match my tour’s departure and arrival schedule. It was very convenient—close to the airport and reasonably priced. I would like to stay here again.

Thank you for arranging the Room exactly as requested. It was new and stylishly furnished. The desk layout was unique and made it convenient and comfortable to watch TV while eating or to get some work done. Everything was thoroughly cleaned down to the smallest details, and I’m grateful to the housekeeping staff. The front desk staff were also very kind. It was truly a very comfortable Room. I may stay again in the future, and I look forward to it.

This stay allowed us to spend our limited time in great comfort. We were able to fully enjoy the rainbow, the night view, and the beautiful scenery from our Room, and we sincerely appreciate your Hotel’s warm hospitality. The edamame bread and watermelon bread we reserved were also very well received, and my whole family was delighted. Whenever we stay in Niigata, Hotel Okura Niigata will be our regular choice of Accommodation.

I stayed here on a business trip to Sendai. I was running out of time for a meeting with a client, and leaving my luggage at the station would have made it difficult to get around afterward. Even though I didn’t have time to check in, the free lockers in the Facility allowed me to store the bags I didn’t need for the meeting, which was a huge help. I’d like to stay here again.

I had just bought a late-night snack at the convenience store behind the property, and I was surprised by how different the service was. In any case, thank you again for your courteous assistance. The location was convenient, with easy access from the station, making it ideal for sightseeing and getting around. The Room was clean and comfortable, allowing me to relax and unwind. I stayed here to cheer on my daughter at a track and field meet. It was my first time in Kure City, and the location was excellent—easy access to sightseeing spots, restaurants, and cafés—so I had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was wonderful and delicious; I was especially happy they had okonomiyaki. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I had business in Hokuto City, and until now I had stayed at a Hotel near Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto Station. This was my first time staying around Hakodate Station, and even though I’m not confident driving, the parking lot and the Hotel were easy to find since they face a main road. The Room was compact but perfectly comfortable, and having two pillows provided was a welcome touch. The breakfast buffet also offered a great variety, making this one of the Accommodations I’d like to stay at again.

I had errands in Uehommachi and debated staying at the Marriott in Tennoji, but choosing this place was the right call. It felt different from what I expected, and I was more than satisfied! The bed was very clean. The bathroom and toilet felt a bit dated, but nothing that bothered me. The amenities covered everything I needed, and if you need anything extra, there’s a FamilyMart nearby as well as Kintetsu Department Store.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. This was our first stay, and we used it as our Accommodation in Namba after the Yoshimoto Shinkigeki show. [Room & Amenities] This time, we stayed in the “Swiss Executive Room King.” The amenities were standard, but the view from the Room was amazing—perhaps because it was on the 32nd floor. Since the Hotel is built above the Nankai Railway terminal, it’s a dream for train lovers. [Staff & Service] The front desk staff were excellent. Hotel parking is a bit pricey at JPY 3,300 since it’s in central Namba, but given how convenient the location is, it didn’t bother us. Also, because we stayed in an executive room, we could use the lounge. It was great to grab a bite before Yoshimoto Shinkigeki. [Onsen / Bath] The bathroom in the Room had a shower-over-bathtub setup. Since it’s an older property, I suppose that’s to be expected—nothing special, just standard. [Facility & Equipment] The Facility does feel dated in places, but as you’d expect from a Swiss Hotel, the clock near the entrance left a strong impression. The next morning (as part of Takashimaya), browsing watches at WatchMaison was also irresistible for watch lovers. We also used the pool—the glass ceiling made it feel wonderfully open and refreshing. [Dining] Dinner was difficult because Yoshimoto Shinkigeki ended around 10:30 p.m., and most nearby restaurants were already closed. Since our family doesn’t drink alcohol, we struggled to find somewhere to eat. However, venues on the 36th floor of the Hotel were open late. We had dinner at Table36—the view was spectacular and everything tasted great. Our daughter loved the view so much that instead of having breakfast on the 33rd floor breakfast venue, we chose to dine on the 36th floor as well. Breakfast there was also excellent. [Overall Satisfaction] Overall, we were very satisfied. We plan to stay here again when sightseeing in Namba. Highly recommended!

Close to Hakata Station, making it very convenient for transportation. The room had a spacious desk that was easy to use, with enough space to spread out luggage, allowing for a comfortable stay. It would have been even better if there was a stand light as the area around the desk was slightly dim. The staff were friendly and welcoming with smiles. I would love to stay here again when visiting Hakata. Thank you!

It felt much improved compared to my previous stay. The Room refrigerator had been replaced, so it could easily fit plenty of bottled drinks and food, and the TV in the Room I used before— which didn’t display properly—was working fine this time. The Wi‑Fi was relatively fast as well, which made it easy to work and watch videos. Although the building is clearly aging overall, it’s about a 10‑minute walk to Hakodate Station, there’s a Seicomart nearby, and while the large bath and sauna are separated by alternating hours for men and women, they were great amenities that made the stay very comfortable. Also, if you choose the right season, you can stay at a very reasonable price—excellent value for money. I’ll definitely stay again!

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights). The Room was spacious and extremely comfortable. There were plates, cups, and a full set of cutlery, plus a frying pan, so I bought ingredients and prepared foods at a supermarket in Nago City for dinner. I had a packed schedule with marine sports and more, but it was so comfortable that I wish I’d made more time to relax at the Hotel. Sunrise spots, sunset spots, and Heart Rock are just a few minutes away by car. The Eisa performance was amazing as well—thank you!

The staff’s hospitality was excellent! The Room was very clean. Thank you for upgrading us to a slightly larger Room. There were plenty of places to shop near the Hotel, so we had a great time and never got bored. We felt it was the best place to stay for getting around the Goshogawara area!

I booked this Hotel at short notice to avoid the typhoon. The parking area was covered, so we stayed dry, and although we arrived early due to the rain, they kindly let us wait in the lobby.

We slept on futons in a Japanese-style Room, but it was a stylish space with a modern interior—natural and very clean. The balcony had a gently swaying chair, and there was art on the walls; everything felt really chic. We could also borrow yukata robes and geta sandals. The front desk staff were very kind and gave us clear guidance, including which Onsen baths tend to be crowded. It’s close to both Jizo-yu and Gosho-no-yu, with excellent access to the Onsen town—perfect for visiting multiple public baths. The ropeway and the Onsen town are right in front of you, so you won’t have any trouble finding souvenirs or places to eat. However, there are only a limited number of free parking spaces, and you need to drive along narrow streets crowded with tourists to reach the parking area, so driving can be challenging. We stayed during the Obon holiday period, so even the ropeway parking lot was full and we couldn’t park nearby. Next time, taking the train might be better. For breakfast, we chose a one-plate morning set at the attached café. The latte art looked great for photos, and the interior—with Western movie posters—felt like contemporary art throughout. We stayed as a couple (my husband in his 40s and me in my 30s), and it seems renovated with youthful taste in a Western style that would appeal to inbound international guests—more “JAPAN RYOKAN” than a traditional Ryokan—and we loved it. It felt like an Expo pavilion. Unless you have specific requirements such as needing a mattress bed or an elevator, it’s excellent value for couples. We’d love to come again—thank you very much.

It was my first time staying, and the staff provided clear and polite guidance. I didn’t use the large public bath, but it is available for free. The free parking lot was a great convenience. However, the spaces in the multi-story self-parking garage and the ramps to floors above 2F felt a bit narrow, which might make passing other cars challenging. It would be better if it were brighter at night as it felt slightly dim. Breakfast was a Japanese-Western buffet, and both options were delicious. A "Sawayaka" restaurant is located next door, with a convenience store just beyond that.

I frequently stay here as I often have work in Hokkaido that requires staying the night before. The price is higher compared to a regular Route Inn, but the Room and meals are better, so overall satisfaction is high.

The room was clean, the facilities were great, and I was very satisfied. However, the price suddenly increased from 50,000 yen for two nights to 89,000 yen, making it unaffordable. I wonder if the price hike is due to an increase in foreign guests. It's disappointing because I really liked this place. Considering that I don't use the washing machine or eat meals here and only stay to sleep, that price is a bit too high. I hope the prices can be adjusted back.
