We stayed for one night with our 2-year-old Toy Poodle. The place was very clean, and they provided insect repellent spray, pee pads, poop bags, and a walking bag. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast, and although it was hot, we made the most of it and enjoyed the campfire as well. We also used the dog run, which was spacious enough even for large dogs. Our dog seemed very happy, and we’re glad we chose to stay here. There are several places nearby for walks, which was really helpful. We’d love to come again when it’s cooler.

My wife, son, and I traveled from Nagoya with our dog. We followed the navigation via the Chuo Expressway, got off at Azusagawa IC, and after that there was almost nothing along the local roads—no gas stations—until we finally found one near the Accommodation. After arriving, we presented our dog’s various certificates at reception to check in. The staff were very kind. The first place we were shown was the café lounge: unlimited soft drinks, ice cream, and even alcohol (as much as available?!). There were also 4–5 kinds of dog treats prepared, which felt like a great perk for guests. Next to the café lounge there was also a pet shower room. What surprised me was that other guests also said they couldn’t smell any “pet odor,” and I hadn’t noticed it either—it really didn’t bother us at all. However, the smoking room is located around the center of the 2nd floor, and the cigarette smell inside that room was… quite strong. This time we stayed in a Japanese-style room because no Western-style rooms were available. At reception we were told that if our dog soiled any bedding we would be charged a cleaning fee, so we put our dog in diapers. Thanks to that nothing got dirty—but in an unexpected twist, my son got a nosebleed and stained the sheets. We weren’t charged anything, but I’m very sorry about that. Changing topics: Both dinner and breakfast were buffet style. For dinner we could choose 17:30 or 19:00; for breakfast 7:00 or 8:00. Everything was satisfying overall; alcoholic drinks are available for an additional charge. The bath is an Onsen open from 15:00 to 22:00, and in the morning from 5:00 to 10:00. There is an outdoor dog run with facilities and a washing area, plus towels for wiping paws. There is also an indoor one on the second floor. Stepping outside into such clear air helped me forget about work for a while, and we made wonderful memories with our dog and family. We’d love to come again! On the way back we headed toward Okaya IC on local roads before returning to Nagoya; from this Accommodation to Okaya IC the roads were well paved, and there are places like Suwa Taisha Shrine (Suwa Grand Shrine), Utsukushigahara Highlands (Plateau), roadside stations (Michi-no-Eki), etc., so it’s easy to make stops along the way. The route on our way there wasn’t as convenient—so next time we’ll come via Okaya IC. To Oedo Onsen Wanwan Resort Shinshu Ueda Team: Thank you for giving us such great memories.

This is an ideal Hotel for families with children. We stayed as a parent and child, and it was a trip of nonstop play and plenty of drinks. It rained heavily that day, so we only played indoors. Even so, there was more than enough to do, and our child was completely satisfied. Parents can also relax with a drink in hand while watching their kids play, making it a special getaway for adults as well. Above all, the dedication of the Hotel staff was truly moving. Their care for children felt so professional that it could have been a daycare center. It’s common to see a cake brought out at dinner for a child’s birthday, but this Hotel goes beyond that. I won’t share details to avoid spoilers, but the performance despite the rain became an unforgettable experience. The event starting at 9:00 PM also surprised us with its creative, child-participation format. Parents were exhausted by then, but seeing our child’s happy smile—and the staff’s thoughtful production—made us feel happy too. One challenge was that there is no large public bath. There are only two private baths indoors and two outdoors, so it becomes very competitive. Since you can’t make a Reservation and can only enter if one is available, we managed to use one once by luck but couldn’t find any availability after that. The outdoor open-air baths were difficult in the rain because you have to walk there with an umbrella, so we gave up. Also disappointing was that the Shuttle Service pick-up point at Ito Station has no roof. We waited in the rain, and when a bus finally arrived it turned out to be for another affiliated property—overall it was hard to understand. The price range felt on the higher side, but considering how happy our child was and how devoted the staff service is, overall satisfaction felt high. Thank you very much for taking care of us during our stay.

With its convenient location near the station and direct access via an underground passage, it was very easy to get around without getting wet even on rainy days. From the 7th-floor lobby, we could see the area around the station and distant mountain ranges, and the view was excellent. In the lobby, hot coffee and an apple vinegar drink were available at all times, and it was also very convenient that each floor had ice and a water dispenser. What impressed me most was breakfast. The Hokkaido-style seafood rice bowl came with both steamed rice and sushi rice options, and it was wonderful to be able to enjoy everything you’d hope for in Hokkaido at once—soft-serve ice cream, stir-fried jingisukan (grilled mutton), soup curry, and more. The dining staff were attentive as well, so there was none of the stress that can come with buffet-style dining; they made the trip feel even more special. The guest room had a combined bath-and-toilet unit bathroom without a separate washing area, but it was relatively spacious and I didn’t find it inconvenient. I previously stayed at another Hotel in this group in Tamachi, and I feel this group’s strengths are guest-focused service and breakfasts that exceed expectations. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again.

I stayed for two nights to attend a live concert. The Room was clean, and the staff provided kind and courteous service. The highlight was the breakfast buffet, with several Kyushu specialties available, and I left feeling full from the morning. I would love to stay here again the next time I visit Hakata. It’s closer than staying in the city center, and if you Reserve early, the price feels reasonable. This was my second stay, and I booked a Multiple Night Stay with breakfast included. There is a Jonathan’s on-site. The staff are very friendly, with great greetings and service. I recommend the breakfast plan. I will Reserve again next time.

The staff’s hospitality was excellent. I booked a breakfast-included Plan, and the meal was beautifully presented, with delicious rice. At the on-site pastry shop, their desire for guests to truly enjoy the sweets really came through. I tried the silky pudding with vanilla beans and it was outstanding. It seems you can also buy pastries for takeout, so I’d like to stop by again when I visit Utsunomiya. Since weddings are held here as well, the lobby and other areas felt calm and pleasant. There is plenty of parking, so arriving by car was no concern at all.

I used this hotel as a base for a solo trip from out of town. The parking lot was very spacious, and I was able to park near the entrance, which made carrying my luggage quick and easy. At the front desk, they informed me in advance that there would be a group staying, and their thoughtful consideration made me feel at ease. I had a comfortable and worry-free stay. I would definitely like to stay here again when I travel to this area.

This was my first time staying at this Hotel, recommended by my daughter-in-law. When I informed the staff about our significantly delayed check-in, they responded kindly and professionally. The Room was clean and spacious, with an amazing view from the balcony. My husband and I are already discussing coming back next time with our son, his wife, and our grandchild.

This was my first stay at Dormy Inn, and I finally understood why my daughters always say, “This Hotel is great” whenever they use it on their trips. It goes without saying that it was quiet and the breakfast was delicious. What I personally loved most was the bottled water in the fridge—it was incredibly cold and felt amazing on my sweaty throat. Since it’s often left outside the fridge at other places, I was genuinely happy about that. There were also snacks provided, which helped satisfy a small hunger. Having a TV in the bathroom was a first for me, and watching a program while soaking in the bath was such a unique experience. The staff were all cheerful and efficient, which left a great impression. Thanks to this stay, I had a wonderful time in Matsue. As an aside, Dormy Inn’s character “Dormy Inko-chan” is adorable—it's rare to see a mascot with that kind of look (lol). Thank you for the sticker as well. I’ll be back again. Thank you very much.

As soon as you step into the lobby, a Nebuta display welcomes you overhead. The staff at both the front desk and the restaurant were kind and helpful, making my first stay here smooth and enjoyable. I will visit again in August and November.

Great location with easy access to everywhere. As the title says, there’s also a wide variety of rental items, which helps keep luggage to a minimum. In particular, there are plenty of newly released shampoos available, so I enjoy choosing one each time. They even provide hair dryers, pillows, and hair irons—it's wonderful that they’ve thoughtfully considered female guests as well. I’ll definitely stay again!

Although it is close to the downtown area, there is no nighttime noise. The Room is small, but it is kept clean and functional. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was satisfying. Overall, this Hotel offers great value for money.

This was a repeat stay. I often visit because I have relatives in Kyoto, and this place is great value—clean, with an excellent breakfast and convenient access. I was completely satisfied with everything! This time I came by car, and even leaving it parked for two nights at a nearby coin parking lot cost under 4,000 yen. From now on, this will be my go-to place whenever I come to Kyoto!

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The hospitality of the staff was truly felt through their warm smiles. I was amazed at how such a great location near the station could offer this price! Everything about this hotel was simply wonderful. I’ve decided to stay with Wing for all my future visits to Tokyo! You can also enjoy the dining area in front of Akabane Station without any worries, and a short walk will take you to explore historic streets.

First, the Facility is old. I didn’t feel like using the bath in the Room, but since there is a large public bath, it wasn’t an issue for me. It was my first time trying a sand bath; the staff were kind and even took photos for us. We booked a plan with two meals and all-you-can-drink, and the food was better than expected—I enjoyed plenty of shochu and was very satisfied. The foreign trainee staff were also diligent, and my friend who came with me was satisfied as well.

I stay here twice a year for 2 nights and 3 days. Every time, I have a relaxing and comfortable experience. Thank you to the staff as always!

I stay here regularly for business trips. I can unwind from work in the Onsen and sauna, rest in my Room, and start the day energized with a delicious breakfast—it's become my routine before heading to work. I would like to continue staying here.

This was my first stay. It was a few minutes from the bus stop (Buzen-da), which made getting around by bus very convenient. I stayed while helping with a move, and soaking in the bath helped me recover from the fatigue. I really appreciated being able to relax in a spacious bath instead of just the Room’s unit bathroom, even though it was dimly lit. Since I only needed the Room for sleeping, the small size didn’t bother me much. I also looked forward to the delicious breakfast each morning. They let me know when my meal was ready, which felt very welcoming. The staff were very kind—thank you so much. I would like to stay again.
