All staff members were very friendly, polite, and kind. Everyone was incredibly pleasant, making my stay truly enjoyable. This was the best point of my experience. The amenities available at check-in were abundant, including options like face masks. The welcome drinks on the first floor were available until midnight with a wide variety of soft drinks to choose from. There was also an ice server (or ice machine), allowing me to enjoy chilled oolong tea or iced coffee after relaxing in the Onsen—such a great touch! Disposable cups for hot beverages that are easy to hold without getting burned showed thoughtful consideration as well. The Onsen featured saltwater baths where you could float comfortably when stretching out your body—it felt amazing! It was open until 9 AM in the morning! For women’s baths, only female guests receive a passcode required to enter, and lockers with wristband keys provided extra security and peace of mind. By the way, rooms also use passcodes instead of physical keys, eliminating any hassle about who holds the key when going out—very convenient! The room's soundproofing was excellent; I couldn’t hear any noise from neighboring rooms and slept soundly. Breakfast started at 6:30 AM. While not overly extensive in variety, it had just the right selection and everything tasted delicious. I enjoyed both rice and bread options until I was full. There were four types of bread; I tried two savory ones—the croissant was so good that I went back for seconds! They even offered regular milk instead of low-fat milk—a surprising delight for me—and finished off with yogurt and coffee as dessert. It didn’t feel like a free breakfast because it exceeded expectations in quality and satisfaction levels! Food replenishment was prompt too—everything reflected great attention to detail. This was my first time staying at Super Hotel but definitely won’t be my last visit here. Thank you very much!

In the quiet flow of time, I spent a truly fulfilling day. Taking a bath while gazing out at the sea from the hilltop was more than just soaking—it felt as if the view itself seeped into my whole body. I also enjoyed breakfast with an ocean view, and it reminded me how rich doing nothing can be. It’s the perfect place to gently step away from everyday life and reset yourself.

Although it was a cold day, we were welcomed very warmly. The staff were courteous and helpful, and we truly appreciate it. The Onsen was also wonderful—my skin felt smooth afterward.

A hotel where both people and pets can relax. Meals are served in the room, allowing you to enjoy them at your own pace without worrying about others. The feast was so abundant that it was hard to finish, but everything was delicious. Even though we were full, we couldn't waste it and managed to eat it all. The room had an open-air bath, and there was even a bath for dogs, which surprised us. We've stayed at various hotels that allow pets, but this one had the best food, rooms, and staff service by far. We definitely want to stay here again!

This time, three families (9 adults and 5 children) stayed for two nights and three days. Not only are the Facilities outstanding, but the staff’s attentiveness was truly exceptional—they noticed even the smallest details and responded flexibly to our requests, allowing us to enjoy a wonderful stay. Staying for two nights for the first time, starting the day with a sauna and spending a relaxing morning was the most luxurious way to unwind. Next time, we’d love to visit in winter and spend time watching the fireplace flames.

Our family of three stayed for one night. It was our first time staying in a renovated traditional house as a whole-house rental Accommodation, but we were interested because the Reviews were so positive. The Accommodation is a renovated old house, and we really enjoyed how the old and new elements blend together. The weather was great—not too hot—and we were impressed by the beautiful scenery and the well-equipped Facilities. We also loved the freedom of cooking our own dinner over charcoal. The slightly dim atmosphere inside, the cleanliness, and the clear, courteous explanations from the male staff member were much appreciated. This has added another place we’d love to visit again. We stayed as a family with children. The kids were thrilled with both the pool and the jacuzzi! Both were warm, so we could enjoy them comfortably even when it wasn’t midsummer. The BBQ area was also well equipped with plenty of amenities and supplies, so we had everything we needed to enjoy BBQ without any inconvenience. The optional BBQ set ingredients we ordered were very delicious. We woke up early in the morning and fully enjoyed the pool with the kids. They also happily played with the garden trampoline, balls, and other play equipment. The garden was spacious enough for the children to run around freely, and they played a lot and were completely satisfied. One night wasn’t enough to do everything, so next time we definitely want to stay for a Multiple Night Stay.

A modern Hotel located next to the Churui Roadside Station. Clean Accommodations are hard to find in this area, so it’s well worth considering when planning an itinerary around Cape Erimo. The alkaline hot spring water leaves your skin feeling smooth.

I stay here on the last day of every trip, and this time again I used it on the final day of my 10-day journey. The food was exceptionally delicious, and the bath had wonderful spring water quality—I was completely satisfied. I think Umegashima will get even hotter from here, but please keep up the great work. I’ll visit again, so thank you in advance.

I was exhausted that day, but I really appreciated how kindly the front desk staff assisted me. The amenities were well stocked, the Room was relatively spacious, and the bed was comfortably soft, so I could relax properly. There’s a Gusto in the Hotel, and there are also plenty of nearby options like Ootoya and cafes, so finding somewhere to eat wasn’t an issue. There was even a drugstore close by, which made me feel very reassured. If I stay in the Shinjuku/Ikebukuro area again, I think this place would be a great choice. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

I considered an Accommodation on the Nagara River because I wanted to show my daughter cormorant fishing. An Onsen Accommodation would have been nice, but we wanted a buffet-style meal, so we chose this Hotel. It was an extremely hot day, and the moment we stepped into the Hotel, the cool air revived us. As a Diamond member benefit, I was happy to receive a one-drink service in the first-floor lounge. The Room we were assigned was on a high floor with a great view, and it was spotless—truly impressive. The dinner buffet isn’t in a huge restaurant, but the quality of the dishes served was excellent, and we enjoyed everything. Drink prices were reasonable for a Hotel, and since it was before cormorant fishing, my daughter and I each enjoyed one drink. We used taxis for round-trip transportation to the cormorant fishing site, which made it very comfortable. Even though it was hot that day, there was a pleasant river breeze, and it helped us forget the daytime heat for a while. Because the river level was low, it seems they didn’t actually catch many ayu, but being able to see energetic cormorants up close made it a great experience. At breakfast, there were many inbound guests early on, but they cleared out quickly, so we were able to eat in peace. The well-known ayu rice porridge was delicious—I went back for seconds several times. The selection of dishes also reflected local flavors well, with various Gifu specialties, which I appreciated. For morning fruit there were oranges, pineapple, and lychees; I’d be happier if there were a few more options. I liked the selection at the shop as well. If I had one request, I would truly appreciate Shuttle Service from the station to the Hotel. As expected of an established Hotel with history behind it, my daughter and I enjoyed an elegant stay. The breakfast here is delicious, so I stay here every time I’m in Osaka. This time, they kindly stored my suitcase and refrigerated items before check-in, which was a big help. It’s a bit of a walk from JR Osaka Station, but if you head for Izumi no Hiroba in the underground mall, you’ll be fine. Considering the price, you can overlook the surrounding area around the Hotel. It’s also within walking distance of Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street, and there’s a nearby LIFE supermarket, which is convenient. There is no complimentary bottled water in the room, so it’s best to bring your own.

We made a Reservation because it was close to the Otsuka Museum of Art. It was wonderful. It was our first time in Tokushima Prefecture, and it wasn’t too far to drive from Osaka, which made for a great trip. One regret is that the Hotel sold onions, and I wish I had bought them there—they were cheaper than anywhere else. The food was excellent, the staff were very pleasant, and we would like to stay again. It became a great summer memory with our child.

Located right in front of Sakata Station, this was a very clean Hotel. At the breakfast buffet, we enjoyed local Yamagata specialties such as “dashi,” “imoni” (taro stew), “mukisoba,” and Sakata ramen. Perhaps because of the season, there was also squid sashimi, making it a very satisfying meal. I rated the bath lower only because our Room had a unit bath and we did not use the Onsen, so I gave an average score. That said, the bathroom was very clean as well. Opinions may vary, but I personally liked that there were two types of showers. It’s a Hotel I would like to stay at again. If I had to mention one downside, smoking areas are limited to outdoors and the 3rd floor only, which may feel inconvenient for smokers.

We stayed here for a festival and sightseeing. This was our second stay, and we were satisfied as always with the great location and the well-equipped Hotel. However, the Room slippers had been changed to reusable ones, and that was the only thing we couldn’t use. Also, since it was raining, we had a hard time waiting for the coin laundry. Other than that, we had a comfortable stay with no inconveniences and were very satisfied. Thank you.

I stayed here to see a show at Canal City Theater. It was very convenient, just a short walk away. The interior was modern and clean, with a pleasant feel. The room size was more than sufficient for the price, and having a large public bath was a great plus. They also provided a bag for going to the bath—minimal yet thoughtfully attentive service. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection, and even the mini tonkotsu ramen came in its own bowl and was delicious. It’s always nice to enjoy local specialties!
