The Room was spotless and well maintained, so we had a very comfortable stay. The amenities and kitchenware were all provided—perfect! If you take the narrow path from the garden, there’s also a small beach. On the day we stayed, it was low tide, and we could even see small fish in the tide pools. The weather wasn’t great as the rainy season was starting early, but at night we could still see a beautiful starry sky through breaks in the clouds from the Room’s sky deck. They mentioned that since shell ginger flowers had started blooming, it might mean the rainy season was about to begin—and just as they predicted, it was officially announced the next day! We weren’t lucky with the weather this time, but we’ll come back again during the best season next time.

Thanks to you, it was an amazing trip! Thank you. If I had one suggestion, it would be that the night sky might have looked even more beautiful if the streetlights—or other lights—were dimmer after dark.

We stayed as a family with children. The kids were thrilled with both the pool and the jacuzzi! Both were warm, so we could enjoy them comfortably even when it wasn’t midsummer. The BBQ area was also well equipped with plenty of amenities and supplies, so we had everything we needed to enjoy BBQ without any inconvenience. The optional BBQ set ingredients we ordered were very delicious. We woke up early in the morning and fully enjoyed the pool with the kids. They also happily played with the garden trampoline, balls, and other play equipment. The garden was spacious enough for the children to run around freely, and they played a lot and were completely satisfied. One night wasn’t enough to do everything, so next time we definitely want to stay for a Multiple Night Stay.

A modern Hotel located next to the Churui Roadside Station. Clean Accommodations are hard to find in this area, so it’s well worth considering when planning an itinerary around Cape Erimo. The alkaline hot spring water leaves your skin feeling smooth.

I stay here on the last day of every trip, and this time again I used it on the final day of my 10-day journey. The food was exceptionally delicious, and the bath had wonderful spring water quality—I was completely satisfied. I think Umegashima will get even hotter from here, but please keep up the great work. I’ll visit again, so thank you in advance.

This was my first visit to Shirabu Onsen. The baths have an abundant supply of hot water, and although there is no open-air bath, it was almost like having the place to ourselves even during the Obon holidays. I also appreciated that there is a free private bath in addition to the large public bath. Our Room was Seiryu; unfortunately, it had a slightly dusty smell. For meals, the proprietress’s homemade obanzai are served buffet-style, so we were saying that next time an obanzai Plan might be enough. We were also satisfied with the many complimentary drink options, including alcohol. I’d like to make plans to visit again soon.

I stayed again over the weekend. Just like last time, everything was well provided, and the Facility was very clean. Clear instructions were prepared for how to use the appliances, and helpful labels were placed throughout, which made things easy. I would love to stay again!

I was exhausted that day, but I really appreciated how kindly the front desk staff assisted me. The amenities were well stocked, the Room was relatively spacious, and the bed was comfortably soft, so I could relax properly. There’s a Gusto in the Hotel, and there are also plenty of nearby options like Ootoya and cafes, so finding somewhere to eat wasn’t an issue. There was even a drugstore close by, which made me feel very reassured. If I stay in the Shinjuku/Ikebukuro area again, I think this place would be a great choice. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

I considered an Accommodation on the Nagara River because I wanted to show my daughter cormorant fishing. An Onsen Accommodation would have been nice, but we wanted a buffet-style meal, so we chose this Hotel. It was an extremely hot day, and the moment we stepped into the Hotel, the cool air revived us. As a Diamond member benefit, I was happy to receive a one-drink service in the first-floor lounge. The Room we were assigned was on a high floor with a great view, and it was spotless—truly impressive. The dinner buffet isn’t in a huge restaurant, but the quality of the dishes served was excellent, and we enjoyed everything. Drink prices were reasonable for a Hotel, and since it was before cormorant fishing, my daughter and I each enjoyed one drink. We used taxis for round-trip transportation to the cormorant fishing site, which made it very comfortable. Even though it was hot that day, there was a pleasant river breeze, and it helped us forget the daytime heat for a while. Because the river level was low, it seems they didn’t actually catch many ayu, but being able to see energetic cormorants up close made it a great experience. At breakfast, there were many inbound guests early on, but they cleared out quickly, so we were able to eat in peace. The well-known ayu rice porridge was delicious—I went back for seconds several times. The selection of dishes also reflected local flavors well, with various Gifu specialties, which I appreciated. For morning fruit there were oranges, pineapple, and lychees; I’d be happier if there were a few more options. I liked the selection at the shop as well. If I had one request, I would truly appreciate Shuttle Service from the station to the Hotel. As expected of an established Hotel with history behind it, my daughter and I enjoyed an elegant stay. Whenever I’m in the Omiya area for work, I often stay here as a workcation together with one of my family members, since we don’t usually all have the same schedule. In addition to the great location, I can always relax and feel at ease thanks to the calm atmosphere and attentive service. This time as well, you kindly accommodated my requests, and I truly appreciate it—thank you very much. Lately, I’ve also been enjoying the bonsai in the lobby (laughs). I look forward to staying again next time.

This was our second stay, the first in two years. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, including local specialties unique to the area. Both the buffet staff and the front desk staff were very kind and attentive, which made our stay truly comfortable. In particular, the buffet staff explained things in a way that was easy for our child to understand and spoke to us in a friendly manner, which we really appreciated. When we stay in Kusatsu again, we would love to choose this Accommodation. Thank you very much.

We stayed here with four adults—my parents and us as a couple. This was our second visit, and we were able to relax thanks to the seasonal cuisine and wide selection of drinks. Since everyone has different preferences, the all-inclusive plan made it easy for all of us to enjoy both the meals and the baths, making it a truly wonderful trip.

We stayed here for a festival and sightseeing. This was our second stay, and we were satisfied as always with the great location and the well-equipped Hotel. However, the Room slippers had been changed to reusable ones, and that was the only thing we couldn’t use. Also, since it was raining, we had a hard time waiting for the coin laundry. Other than that, we had a comfortable stay with no inconveniences and were very satisfied. Thank you.

I stayed here to see a show at Canal City Theater. It was very convenient, just a short walk away. The interior was modern and clean, with a pleasant feel. The room size was more than sufficient for the price, and having a large public bath was a great plus. They also provided a bag for going to the bath—minimal yet thoughtfully attentive service. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection, and even the mini tonkotsu ramen came in its own bowl and was delicious. It’s always nice to enjoy local specialties!

From check-in, the staff’s hospitality was outstanding, and I knew it would be a wonderful stay. The Room was cozy and more than comfortable for a solo trip. The amenities were well stocked—even including toner and bath salts. The bathrobe was also very helpful. In the lounge, I could enjoy complimentary wine and even canned beer, which made it easy to relax. Breakfast was delicious as well. Choosing the breakfast-included plan was definitely the right decision. As an IKYU Diamond member, I was thrilled with the late check-out, complimentary minibar drinks, and a mini L’OCCITANE hand cream. With all of these perks included at such great value, it truly made for an amazing Hotel stay. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much for everything this time.

This was my first stay. The Hotel is adjacent to the station, making it convenient for sightseeing, and since my friend who traveled with me smokes, they were grateful to find a smoking Room, which is rare these days. The service was excellent, and from our Room on the 24th floor the night view was beautiful. We were also able to watch the sunrise and enjoy a quiet, dreamlike scene. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and well stocked with amenities. Coffee, tea, and sugar were provided, and while the drinks in the refrigerator are paid items, there was a wide selection. There is also a convenience store nearby, but we were able to relax comfortably in the Room without any hesitation. The breakfast was carefully prepared with thoughtful touches; including local dishes, it ranks among the best Hotels I have stayed at so far. Elevator security also felt reassuring, as the key card only worked for our Accommodation floor. I would definitely like to stay again.

Thank you for welcoming us with such warm hospitality! We booked a Room with an open-air bath, and it felt more open than we expected, which made us a bit nervous, so we used it early in the morning and at night when it seemed like no one would be around. The meals were also delicious, and we were very satisfied! We ate so much we could barely move.

I often use this Hotel for day-use stays.\nTrue to its name, Spa Vintage, the Facility interiors are stylish and refined. The authentic sauna and cold plunge pool are also excellent, leaving both body and mind refreshed.\nI also love that they regularly offer löyly sessions.\nThe restaurant is highly recommended as well, with a superb location where you can enjoy Kobe’s night views.

I got a little lost from the station, but the front desk staff gave me clear and polite directions, so I think I’ll be able to get there without getting lost next time. It’s almost directly connected via the Tokyo Station underground mall, which makes it very convenient. It was also great that there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants around the Hotel. There was construction nearby, but there was no noise at all and it didn’t bother me. The complimentary drinks and amenities were of a very high standard, with an excellent selection that women in particular will appreciate. The Room was compact yet spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I stayed for only one night this time, but it was a good Hotel that I’d like to use again when booking Accommodation around Tokyo Station. Thank you very much.

I booked a Room with an open-air bath during the Obon holiday, and thanks to Yahoo Travel discounts, I was able to stay at a great value. The Room was clean, and the hot spring water in the private open-air bath was excellent—I soaked many times and felt truly refreshed. The staff were also very pleasant and welcoming. Perhaps because I chose the latest dinner time slot, some items were not replenished quickly enough, but overall I enjoyed the meal with drinks. I also used the new karaoke room, but the table was dirty, so I thought it would be helpful to have a freely available cleaning cloth. I have stayed at several Itoen Group Hotels, and compared with others, I especially appreciated that Gunma Koshihikari rice was served—it was delicious. I would definitely like to stay again.
