Stayed for one night over the weekend during the Tour de Okinawa. Since the race starts early Sunday morning, I was looking for accommodation close to Yona, a cheering spot, and found this place. It was so great that I'm considering staying here again next year. The free rental electric assist bicycle (MTB) provided by the accommodation was incredibly useful! After checking in at 3 PM, I scouted out cheering spots and enjoyed riding through Kijoka where the accommodation is located, along Route 58 by the sea towards Kunigami and Ogimi Village. There was a kettle available for borrowing, but I didn't notice it and used the hot/cold water dispenser in the shared space instead. However, there were no mugs in my room—only paper cups from the dispenser—which made it slightly inconvenient. The room was minimalistic and simple but had plenty of power outlets and strong WiFi connectivity, so there were no inconveniences at all. At night, I went out to enjoy stargazing under a quiet sky full of stars on an open field. There were many shooting stars visible. Some lighting adjustments had been made to reduce "light pollution," which I appreciated; however, it could be even darker for better stargazing. I felt that this peaceful natural environment with sounds of insects chirping or birds singing created a relaxing atmosphere while reflecting an eco-friendly policy. However, there's one point I'd like to suggest improving: In an adjacent gallery workshop area nearby where someone young worked solo without headphones playing music quite loudly—it slightly leaked into buildings containing rooms (though once inside my room itself remained quiet). Considering diverse musical tastes nowadays plus how fewer universally loved songs exist across society today compared against past decades alongside growing trends ignoring headphone etiquette altogether publicly broadcasting tunes instead—this being both accommodations' location & guests seeking tranquil nature surroundings perhaps future consideration addressing such matters might enhance experiences further overall? Lastly regarding bedding warmth levels thin futons felt somewhat chilly potentially needing improvement too meanwhile directional clarity surrounding convenience store access ("10 minutes drive" vague north/south?) gas stations absent locally likewise clearer maps highlighting unique regional attractions helpful supplementing mascots/lamp-shade creator details already present within guest guides themselves? Staff interactions friendly approachable throughout stay much appreciated!

We stayed as a group of five with our dog and grandparents. My husband felt there was a bit of a dog smell, but it didn’t bother me. As it’s new, it felt very clean, and the area around the beds was excellent. If I had to mention something, it would be that you can’t watch regular TV. The projector is nice, but it makes moving back and forth to the kitchen a bit inconvenient. There is a sofa, but since it’s quite high, it’s not ideal for relaxing with a small dog. I also wish there had been some space on the floor where we could sit and eat casually. The morning foot bath was very pleasant. The dog run was great for small dogs—not too big (in a good way).

It was very nice. We were very satisfied with how dog-friendly it was. We’re planning to stay again at a different location.

The bath settings were a bit unfamiliar, but everything, including the bathroom and bed, was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with all necessary utensils, which was very convenient. A clean beach with no debris is right in front of the property, offering a quiet and pleasant environment. At night, the starry sky added to the memorable stay.

Despite being in a top-class Onsen area, it’s very affordable, yet nothing feels lacking—excellent value for money. I remember staying here once about 10 years ago, but the check-in process has changed significantly and the Room is now more comfortable. I’ve stayed at various Accommodations with unmanned check-in, and this one was relatively easy to use smoothly. These days, being able to use a smartphone is essentially a requirement for staying here, so that’s the only thing to keep in mind—but you’ll be fine once you get used to it. If I have the chance, I’d like to come again.

A unique vacation rental featuring a one-room apartment with a private bathroom on the upper floor provided an enjoyable stay. Check-in is self-service, using a code sent in advance to open the key box. The second floor includes a bed, mini kitchenette, and toilet, while the third floor offers the same space but features a shower, bathtub, and sauna—an unusual layout. The third-floor bathroom experience felt more enjoyable than spending time in the second-floor room. The kitchenette on the second floor mainly consists of running water; cooking is not possible. Optional items like an induction heater were casually placed under shelves. Unfortunately, there was no kettle or mugs available for warm coffee during wintertime. However, there was a wine cellar-style refrigerator with plastic glasses stored inside—perfect for enjoying a drink after bathing. Quirky furniture placement like an oddly positioned sofa and slightly small double bed added charm to this fun accommodation experience. Lastly, neighboring creative individuals (including some foreigners) were noisy outside until 3 AM; though I considered calling the police due to their disturbance, my partner slept soundly through it all while I endured sleeplessness. As an aside: there's what appears to be a FamilyMart nearby but turns out it's actually a 7-Eleven (open from 7 AM to 11 PM), so take note!

We stayed with a family of five and our dog. The amenities were well stocked, and being able to spend time with our dog made for wonderful travel memories! We had a BBQ, and it was easy to enjoy thanks to outdoor sandals and a grill available to borrow. There was also a supermarket very close by, so shopping for supplies was no problem. There was a projector too, and we had fun watching YouTube together! Plates, cups, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror were provided, and the cups even had markers on them to tell them apart—thoughtful touches like this really stood out. It was an extremely satisfying trip for our whole family.

We stayed with two adults and four dogs. The interior was very clean, and the bedding and towels were comfortable. Although dogs are allowed, there was no odor anywhere inside, so we had a very pleasant stay. From the second-floor bedroom window, you can see snowy mountain scenery, and it’s a wonderful way to start the day feeling refreshed. The cottage itself is lovely, and the location is excellent: a supermarket, Snow Peak, Patagonia, The North Face, an Onsen, and restaurants are all within walking distance—very convenient. There is also the Kiryugawa Walking Trail nearby, so we had no trouble finding places to walk our dogs. I think this is a cottage where both guests traveling with dogs and those without can relax comfortably. And the owners are truly wonderful people. We’ll be back!

This was my first time using contactless check-in, and it went smoothly thanks to the email instructions and the guidance next to the tablet. There were many paid parking lots nearby, but since I checked in late, most were almost full. The Room was simple, quiet, and comfortable to stay in.

This was my first time staying in a trailer house. It’s close to the station and convenient for going out, but the road at night is quite dark, so please watch your step and be careful of cars. The parking lot was spacious and nearby, which was great. The Facility was better than expected, and I had no inconveniences. There is a shower, but it may feel cold in winter, so using a nearby Onsen could be a good option. The streetlights within the Facility are well maintained, so I felt safe. Mobile reception is poor, but Wi-Fi is available, which was reassuring as well. Thanks to that, I was able to relax and enjoy my stay—thank you very much.

It was very clean and wonderful. The bath was also great.

I stayed for one night in August. It’s a container house, but it’s comfortable inside with air conditioning, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a full unit bath. Because it’s a container, footsteps echoed quite a bit. Yuhina Beach is nearby, and the sunset is very beautiful. The staff were very kind; I asked to change the pickup time to the port on the day of arrival, and they happily accommodated my request. They also run a diving shop, so I’d like to try diving next time.

Surrounded by nature, it was very quiet and comfortable. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Miyazaki.

I used this place because I had work nearby early in the morning and couldn’t risk being late due to weather or traffic. It was a women-only dormitory Room with four bunk beds, accommodating up to 8 guests. Check-in was around 6:00 p.m., and I was the first to arrive. It was unmanned and the procedure was done on a tablet, but it went smoothly with no issues. I could use the lower bunk at the very back of the Room after entering. As I’d seen in Reviews, it got quite dark when I closed the curtain, so I brought a small light with me—it was really helpful. Bringing an S-hook and one hanger also turned out to be the right choice. Since I had a lower bunk, I hooked them onto the frame of the upper bunk. The Room lights seemed to be set to turn off automatically—maybe around 11:00 p.m.? The hallway lights were motion-sensor. Since it was a weekday stay, there was only one other person. There was no snoring from my roommate and it was quiet, so I took out the provided earplugs partway through. People were quiet, but the air-conditioning (ventilation fan?) noise was fairly noticeable. I slept without being bothered by outside noise. Although it’s a women-only Room, there wasn’t a lock at the entrance—just a regular door. A bath towel is provided, and there are women’s shower booths, but there wasn’t a women-only sink area. There is a hair dryer at the shared sink area, but no chair, so getting ready in the morning may be difficult. I only needed somewhere to sleep for one night, and since it’s conveniently located near both the station and restaurants, I was satisfied. I went by car, but it seems like there is no longer parking behind the building. There is coin parking nearby for 500 yen.
