This was my first stay at a hotel I’ve known since childhood. Even though I no longer have my family home, this place feels like a "home base" when I return to Nichinan. The stay itself was comfortable, but I noticed that the water faucet didn’t stop easily and the wardrobe was old and difficult to open and close. I’d love to continue using this hotel, so improvements in these areas would make it even more enjoyable.

The room is well-lit, with tropical-inspired colors that uplift your mood. The staff are friendly and create a warm atmosphere. Meals are flexible, so for dinner, you can explore Goya Ichibangai. A convenience store is within a minute's walk, and there’s also an affordable and delicious sushi restaurant nearby! I sent quite a lot of luggage ahead at a very reasonable cost. It was relaxing to chat casually with the staff. This was my second stay, and I truly appreciate that they kept the items I forgot from my previous visit—thank you!

The bathroom is a bit small, but the other facilities are excellent. There are free laundry machines and rental bicycles, plus a microwave, IH cooktop, manga, and a water dispenser—everything you could need. This was my first stay while on the Shikoku pilgrimage, and it’s now my go-to Accommodation in Tokushima.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay, and it was very convenient as it’s close to the station! The Room had both air conditioning and an air purifier, so it was comfortable. It also felt more spacious than other single rooms, and the hair dryer had great airflow. I’m a smoker, so I stayed in a smoking Room, but there was no smell at all. The front desk staff were also kind, and I’ll definitely stay again!

I chose this place because it was inexpensive and had good Reviews, so I booked it with some doubts. I was a bit surprised by the exterior and the layout on the way to the Room. However, the Room was clean, flat, and easy to use! I did wish there were a small table for meals, but it was manageable. The listing said there were no amenities, but there were toothbrushes, towels, a hair dryer, an electric kettle, instant coffee, and even tea—so I was pleasantly surprised. Since I brought my own thinking they wouldn’t be provided, you may want to update that information. The futon and pillow were very comfortable for me, and I slept soundly. It’s also close to both the station and Koreatown, in a quiet area, so I’d like to stay again.

The check-in process was hassle-free, making the stay very comfortable. However, I was bothered by the noise from the neighboring curtain rail.

Thank you so much for your hospitality! The receptionist's warm and cheerful demeanor made our entire family feel at ease. The area has a youthful vibe with nearby convenience stores, restaurants, and souvenir shops, yet it was quiet at night, making our stay completely stress-free. Being so close to the beach was incredibly convenient—we could easily return even after a late-night visit. There’s also a foot-washing station nearby, which made things super handy after spending time by the sea. It was so comfortable that I’d love to live here! Enoshima is within walking distance as well, making it an excellent choice for long-term stays.

It was great to find an affordable place to stay near American Village. If I had to mention one thing, there was no space by the pillow, so it was hard to find a place for my phone and glasses. I would appreciate it if you could add a small shelf or table.

I used this Hotel for an overnight stay because I had an early schedule the next day. They offered the perfect Plan: late check-in after 8:00 PM and early check-out by 8:00 AM, so I made a Reservation. - The front desk service is minimal, so you can’t really relax until you get into your Room. That said, if you head straight to your Room, it’s not an issue. - My Room was right in front of the elevator, so I was a bit worried about noise, but it was mostly just occasional signs of people passing by and didn’t bother me. It might be tough if a loud group walks through. - The bed pulls out to become a double, but since I stayed alone, I could use the extra space in the Room. Overall it feels like a standard single-size Room—fine for one person and not uncomfortably small. - The Room was properly cleaned. - Amenities are well stocked; everything you need is provided (including body towel and hair dryer), so as long as you have a change of clothes, you’ll be fine. - The bathtub is surprisingly spacious—or maybe deep? Smaller guests may find it quite relaxing. - On the other hand, the toilet area is extremely tight; even sitting down with your legs forward feels cramped. - In general, the entire bathroom/toilet space is very small, making it difficult to use the sink area comfortably as well. - The air conditioning noise may be a bit loud. There’s no breakfast or similar services, so if you’re looking at this Hotel purely as an affordable base just to sleep, it’s efficient with no frills and I’d recommend it.

The location and the property had a calm, relaxing atmosphere, which was great. Everything we needed was provided, and although the building is older, it was very clean and comfortable! We’d definitely like to stay again.

You cannot choose the Room, but I enjoyed a luxurious solo stay in Room 205—an ocean-view Room with a terrace and an open-air bath. During the day, I loved the sound of gentle waves, and at night the moonlight reflecting on the sea made the location outstanding. The open-air bath at night was a bit tough because insects gather around the light. I may be mistaken, but an additional 200 yen tax was charged separately from the accommodation fee. The prepaid accommodation fee of 11,690 yen was great value for money, and it’s an Accommodation I’d like to visit again.

After reading Reviews on various sites about this Hotel, I was prepared for a cigarette smell, but it was not an issue at all. The Room had a TV, microwave, kettle, two-door refrigerator, hair dryer, and a power strip with USB ports. The bedding and towels were comfortable to use. It takes about a 15-minute walk from Matsusaka Station, but within a 5-minute walk from the Hotel there is Gyutora (open until 9:00 PM), a drugstore, and a post office, which was convenient. The staff provided a thorough explanation at check-in. After check-in, you keep the key yourself and simply leave it before 12:00 PM on the day of check-out. As mentioned in some Reviews, there were partially eaten food items and drinks left in the refrigerator from the previous guest. Next time I stay here, I plan to check inside the refrigerator while staff are present.

It’s close to Haneda. I usually bring it with me, but I forgot my makeup remover. The Hotel didn’t have any. If you bring your own, there’s no problem.\nThe Room was a bit noisy, so I woke up occasionally. If I stay again, I’ll make sure to arrive tired enough to sleep well.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with three adults. Since we were sightseeing, we were out during the day, but it was more than sufficient for coming back to sleep. The beds were spacious and comfortable. The unit bathroom was small, but it was fine if you just need to take a shower. It might be difficult for men or larger guests. Check-in and check-out were done via the touch panel at the entrance, and it was easy to follow the on-screen instructions. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the station. The area is quiet, and there’s a convenience store along the way, which was convenient. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

The building itself is old, but I had a pleasant stay. I will use it again next time.

This condominium offered by far the most comfortable stay I’ve experienced. It had everything you could possibly need. The female staff member was also very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at ease. The only downsides were that the parking lot was a bit difficult to use and it was farther from downtown than expected. Even so, I’d likely make a Reservation again.

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The Room was clean, and it had a Nanoe care device, a hair dryer, a washing machine, a dryer, a microwave, and a foot massager, making our stay very comfortable. Just one thing: the fire alarm went off at night. I believe staff responded, but we would have felt more at ease if we had been told what caused it to keep sounding. Other than that, everything was great!

Stayed here after an event at PayPay Dome. ◯ Positives: The Room feels like a regular apartment. Suitable for a family of 5 in one Room. There was a washing machine (with detergent and fabric softener), so if you have time, you can do laundry and use the bathroom dryer. ◯ Negatives: There was some mold on the bathroom ceiling. Check-in was unmanned, which caused slight confusion. Despite these minor issues, the price is reasonable, and overall it was a good experience! Would love to stay again if given the chance!
