I have stayed here many times. It is clean and quiet, conveniently located, and the staff are kind. After checkout, I left something behind in my Room, and they handled it carefully even during a busy time.

I was confused because the building entrance passcode was different from the one provided by email. Fortunately, another guest happened to arrive and helped me. Also, check-in will go more smoothly if you enter the guest information in advance. *I did not receive the email, so I emailed them myself.* What’s better than other Hotels: - There is a screen, so you can watch TVer and YouTube - A ReFa hair dryer and shower head are provided - Even the double-bed Room is spacious enough - Great location Since it’s an unmanned Hotel, there may be various issues, but overall I felt I would like to use it again.

We stayed at this Hotel looking forward to seeing fireflies and the starry sky. We saw far more fireflies than we imagined, and it felt like a magical world. The sky became cloudy from the evening, so we couldn’t see the stars at all. The Hotel was wonderful and helped us forget our everyday busyness. We would like to stay again.

During Golden Week, Ryokan prices tend to rise, but recently many have been priced higher than expected. However, the pricing at this Ryokan felt reasonable. It wasn't too cheap or too expensive—just the right amount to feel satisfied. The meals were reasonably delicious, and the bath temperature was perfect. However, the bath area was a bit small, so it felt like you might leave if someone else came in. Overall though, I really appreciated how this Ryokan maintained its quality without setting overly high prices in today's market.

The Room was about 1.5 times larger than a typical Business Hotel, making it very comfortable. Not only the Room, but also the bath and toilet were spacious and easy to use. What surprised me was the hair dryer cord. It was neatly wound in parallel. It felt a shame to use it, so I didn’t. A Review mentioned that POLA amenities were provided. They really were. It made me feel a little luxurious.

Everything was very clean, and the staff were extremely courteous. I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you!

I didn’t know there was such a nice Hotel in Chino. However, some guests staying at the long-term stay Facility across the road tend to gather at the smoking area in front of the entrance, which may make some women hesitant.

I stayed here for the first time for one night in Chiba. As it is a container-style accommodation, I noticed the floor was slightly hard and a bit cold, but the air conditioning worked well, and the interior was clean and comfortable. Frozen light meals were provided, which were quite satisfying. The twin room felt a bit cramped when spreading out luggage, but overall, I was satisfied with the affordable price.

This was my second visit, and the meals were still delicious. The Onsen was clean, and I could relax and enjoy it at my own pace.

Stayed with my dog for 3 nights, and the Room, service, and bath were all excellent. As for breakfast bread, both Marukiya's and Shizuya's bread were delicious. All drinks, including ice cream and beer, were free, which was very satisfying. Thank you very much!

This stay became a truly memorable experience. The staff welcomed us with warm smiles, guided us around the Accommodation with great care, and showed thoughtful attention to every detail—service that naturally made us want to return. We felt comfortable throughout our stay. The Onsen was, simply put, outstanding. Our Room had a private open-air bath that we could enjoy all to ourselves. The water temperature was perfect, and from the moment we stepped in, it felt as if all the tension left our body. Soaking slowly while looking out over the beautiful forest was pure bliss, and we enjoyed it many times during our stay. The amenities also had a wonderful fragrance and quickly became a favorite. We chose the sake tasting Plan, and each selection had its own character and was fun to compare. As a sake lover, I was especially happy to be able to order Hiroki Aiyama separately—an exceptionally rare bottle—so finding it on the menu genuinely thrilled me. It paired perfectly with Aizu dishes such as herring marinated with Japanese pepper leaves. Being able to enjoy such precious sake while traveling is a truly luxurious memory, and it felt like something unique to an Accommodation in Aizu. They also lend inflatable rings for the Onsen. At first I thought, “An inflatable ring in an Onsen?” but after trying it, I was honestly amazed by how comfortable it was. Floating effortlessly while soaking lets you relax even more deeply than usual. It made me appreciate both their creativity and their playful desire for guests to fully enjoy the Onsen experience. The inflatable ring left a strong impression—I could soak almost face-down in complete relaxation. The cuisine, Onsen, and service were all excellent; this wasn’t an Accommodation where only one aspect stood out—the entire experience was consistently high quality. Thoughtful care could be felt everywhere, and the whole place overflowed with genuine hospitality. People say travel is defined by where you stay, and this visit truly proved that saying right. From the superb Onsen and heartwarming service to the eye-opening inflatable ring experience, it became a wonderful trip filled with great memories. We would love to visit again in another season—thank you very much.”

Used for the first time for an overnight stay before visiting Fuji Speedway. The Facility seems fairly new, and it was very clean and comfortable. The female staff at the counter during check-in/out were all very kind and helpful. The Room had two windows that could be opened about 5 cm, so it was easy to ventilate well and made the stay pleasant. The air conditioning worked great. There doesn’t seem to be a convenience store within walking distance, so please keep that in mind.

I extended my trip to Ichinomiya because I couldn't book a hotel near Nagoya Station due to high prices. Since it's about 10 minutes from Nagoya, I didn't feel it was inconvenient, and you can see the Hotel from the station, so there's no chance of getting lost. However, I noticed that there were cracks under the sink and a smell from the drain, which made me think it's quite an old building.

At this price, with a 12:00 checkout and breakfast included, I thought it was excellent. I worked remotely in the morning and was able to do so comfortably with the sofa and table provided. Since it's located in a busy area, whether that's a plus or not depends on the individual.

The front desk staff provided courteous and pleasant service during both check-in and check-out. The complimentary services were exceptional, especially the free dinner bowls, which were the highlight of my stay. I only needed to purchase a salad and edamame from a convenience store to complete a satisfying dinner. That evening, there were curry and two types of bowls (frozen pre-packaged beef bowl and ginger pork bowl), both of which were truly delicious. The free soft drink bar even included an alcohol button, offering highballs and sours, with sake available nearby. Additionally, there were stick drinks, tea bags, soup packets, mini ramen, ochazuke packs, and bean snacks, making the service truly outstanding. However, I was disappointed not to find a cold water pitcher, which I believe is in high demand. The hotel also has an attached izakaya, which I considered visiting if I wanted more drinks. However, the loud voices of some patrons early in the evening made it uninviting, so I decided not to go. When I asked the front desk about takeout options, they mentioned it was a separate business, so they were unsure. In the end, the free bowls and drinks were more than enough, and I didn’t use the izakaya. The breakfast venue is the same izakaya, operating in a buffet style. Nearly half the seating area is used for the food stations, resulting in limited seating and potential wait times depending on the timing. When I stayed at Toyoko Inn Kurashiki, the lobby served as the breakfast area, which was quite small, but they provided takeout bento boxes for room dining, allowing for a relaxed breakfast experience. If the crowding persists, this could be a consideration for improvement. The bed in the room had a springy mattress, which I personally found uncomfortable. This was my second experience, after Cuore Kurashiki Hotel, where I bounced too much during a turn and fell off the bed. The height caused me to hit my knee hard, leaving a significant bruise. The rental services were excellent, so I would appreciate the addition of bed guards or floor impact-absorbing mats for rental. This would provide peace of mind for future stays. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the welcome coffee was—was it Doutor? I’d love to stay again.

The location is excellent for guests who don’t drive! The bus stop and supermarket are nearby, and if you’re going out for drinks at night, the downtown area is just a short walk away. The shower water pressure is good, and having a microwave in the Room is convenient. It’s not new, but it’s clean. The bed comfort isn’t great, and I wish there were a lobby lounge, but overall I think it’s a good Hotel.

Great value for money. The garage was available for the bike as well, which was convenient. The weather was sunny, but it would be helpful even on rainy days. I would love to use this place again when visiting Ishikawa Prefecture.

The breakfast rice balls were incredibly delicious, and the coffee was great too! The price with breakfast included offers excellent value for money. A microwave is available on the second floor, and there are vending machines on each floor, which is convenient. While the combined bath & toilet setup is understandable, the water pressure of the bidet was low. The sunrise view from the guest room was beautiful.

The Facility isn’t new, and the amenities felt like the minimum you’d expect from a Business Hotel. However, it’s right in front of the station, next to the tourist information center. Even in a single Room, there was a semi-double bed and two chairs, and the Room was spacious enough for two people. The bathroom and toilet had been renovated, and for a Friday stay at this price, it was more than worth it. I also appreciated that the air conditioning wasn’t centrally controlled and could be adjusted in each Room. There is also a free family bath (a bit old; two washing stations but big enough for three people), which was nice. They kindly stored our large luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was very helpful. I’d definitely like to stay here again when visiting Fuji Station. Thank you very much.
