Since I was traveling by train, it was really helpful that it was close to the station. The Room was compact but very comfortable, and even though the bed was a single, it felt a bit larger! The meals were also very delicious. Even though it was May, the Room was very hot and I tried to turn on the air conditioner, but it wouldn’t start. It was my first time needing to insert a stick at the entrance to turn on the main power, so the front desk staff showed me how. The sunset view from the window was beautiful. It was a quiet and very nice Accommodation!

I honestly wondered if this price could really be right, but since it was through IKYU, I decided to go ahead and make a Reservation as part of the experience. We stayed here on the way back from an Odawara trip, and the next day we went on a shopping tour from Yokohama to Futako-Tamagawa. There were many foreign guests at the Hotel front desk, but the Room was comfortable. It was my birthday, so we toasted at a nearby no-frills yakitori place that opens early. As a couple, we were very satisfied with this Hotel. Thank you very much. We’d love to stay again.

This was my second stay since last August. Last time, I checked in face-to-face at the front desk, and the Room key was an old-style type that you insert and turn. This time, check-in was done via a machine and the key had been upgraded to a card key, making check-in more casual and entry/exit much smoother. It’s already highly rated for its convenience—close to the station with several convenience stores within walking distance—so it made me want to return even more.

Honestly, I didn’t have high expectations for the price, but it exceeded them and I’m very satisfied.

The best part has to be the amenity buffet in front of the lobby. They have not only toner and lotion, but also nose pads, eyeglass wipes, and even items for reducing foot swelling. It’s also nice that they offer drip coffee and tea. Toner and similar items are also available in the large public bath area, along with several types of shampoo and conditioner. The large public bath and sauna are a bit small, but more than sufficient if you avoid peak times. The sauna is set quite hot, and you can relax and fully enjoy the cold tub as well. The vending machine area is well stocked too. There’s an “otsumami” snack gacha, freshly baked bread, and drinks; beer and chu-hai are sold at regular prices or slightly cheaper, which is very helpful. Since it’s located in Americamura (Amemura), it can feel a bit unsafe if you go out at night, but there’s no need to worry because almost everything can be done within the Hotel. The staff are polite as well, and I expect I’ll stay here again.

The Hotel’s Rooms and common areas are very clean. It’s also close to the station, so the location is excellent. Since it’s just a short train ride from Omiya Station, it’s easy to access the Shinkansen. In addition, as the nearest station is served by both the Musashino Line and the Keihin-Tohoku Line, it’s convenient for getting to many different areas. There are plenty of restaurants around the Hotel, so dining is not a problem. There are also washing machines in the building. The accommodation cost feels like great value, so I stay here again whenever I have business in the Tokyo metropolitan area. If you stay in a Room on the track side, you may hear train noise, but I don’t think it’s much of an issue.

The staff were very kind and helpful, both when I called with questions and when I arrived late. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and it was great that the bath and toilet were separate. I thought it would be nice to have a chair in the washing area of the bathroom. There was a roadside station nearby, and a 7-Eleven right next door, which was very convenient. The Room photos on the website showed a round table and two chairs, but the Room I was shown had only one chair and no table, which was inconvenient. However, when I spoke to the front desk the next day, they didn’t have a table but they lent me an additional chair, which really helped. Thanks to that, I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. Thank you very much.

Although No Meals Included, the Room was clean, and the bathtub was relatively spacious, so it felt comfortable without being cramped. Even though it is located in front of the station, parking was reasonably priced at 500 yen. The bed was comfortable, and I fell asleep before I knew it. I would like to stay here again.

I stay here from time to time. It’s close to the station and very convenient. I really appreciated the attentiveness of the front desk and other staff. Even though it was raining, they welcomed me warmly and kindly offered a free umbrella loan for the next day. The TV signal in the Room was weak and occasionally cut out. Also, when I first turned on the air conditioner, there was a musty smell, so I turned it off a few times because of that odor. On the second day, I could hear some people being noisy in the hallway, but I was still able to sleep well at night. Overall, I plan to stay here again.

I chose this Hotel for my trip to Osaka because of the spacious Room and convenient access. It was about a 5-minute walk from the station, and I was able to get there without getting lost. The Room was very spacious and clean, and I was happy that the bathroom and toilet were separate! There was also a washing machine and microwave in the Room, and the front desk had an ice machine and kitchen items available to borrow, so it felt like it would be comfortable even for a long stay. There were many restaurants nearby that stayed open late, which made it great for going out for food and drinks. The front desk staff were kind and courteous, and it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again if I have another chance to visit Osaka.

We were soothed by the greenery visible through the large windows and enjoyed a relaxing, luxurious stay. The weather was great, and it was wonderful to have tea and breakfast outside while listening to birdsong. We were also deeply moved by an unexpected surprise—a herd of deer came to graze nearby. We would love to visit again.

It was conveniently located for getting anywhere. The Accommodation was comfortable, and I was able to enjoy a Multiple Night Stay. The Room was surprisingly spacious, and I could relax and rest properly. They changed the towels every day, and I could choose not to have the Room cleaned—being able to select only what I needed made my stay very comfortable. When I visit Kagoshima again, I would definitely like to stay here.

I stayed on the women-only floor on a weekday, and it was not crowded, which was great. The location is excellent—close to the station, with Yoshinoya, McDonald’s, and convenience stores nearby for added convenience. The Facility is new, and the floor was clean, making my stay comfortable. However, since women use shower rooms rather than bathrooms, I rated it 4 stars.

It was my first visit in three years. I was truly happy to be welcomed so warmly by everyone. This time, I brought my second son’s family and my mother. It also served as a celebration for my daughter-in-law’s birthday. My sons were thrilled and said the bathwater was amazing. The Room was also very comfortable. We don’t often get the chance to travel together, so we were able to make some wonderful memories. Thank you very much.

It was conveniently located with easy access from Kamata, and the room was very clean and well maintained. The large public bath isn’t very big, but it wasn’t crowded, so it was comfortable. We could hear singing from a nearby karaoke place or snack bar, which was a bit noisy. Perhaps due to the neighborhood, it was noisy at night.

This maisonette-style Accommodation has the living room and kitchen on the 2nd floor, with the bedroom, bathroom, and toilet on the 1st floor. In short, it was absolutely amazing! The Facility itself is new and very well cleaned, and all the kitchen features were very easy to use. It was more than spacious for two people, and we were impressed by how luxuriously we could enjoy the space. It’s a favorite place where we’d definitely like to stay again.

About a three-minute walk from the Kabuki-za Theatre, it was very convenient—I could return right away even after the evening performance ended. This time I stayed on the Executive Floor, so in the evening I relaxed at the bar, enjoying drinks and hors d’oeuvres while taking in Ginza’s streetscape and night views. The platter included smoked salmon and prosciutto, and I could also choose pickles and nuts; it was great that these were included. For alcohol there was champagne, several wines, whisky, and sake, but cocktails were charged separately. I took some soup back to my Room and it was delicious, but carrying hot soup to the Room in a paper cup felt unsafe. The Room was a twin; not spacious, but it had a separate bathroom with a rain shower. There is a washing area, but no space for changing clothes. When I first entered the Room, it was lovely that the curtains opened with music. The view faced another building, but I could still enjoy some night scenery at an angle. Many of the staff were non-Japanese, but their Japanese was fluent and polite. On departure day when I asked about transportation to Yokohama, I was told to walk to Ginza Station rather than use nearby Higashi-Ginza Station—but you can go directly from Higashi-Ginza Station too, right? When pulling a suitcase through Ginza, shorter is better—so why?

We stayed here two years ago and returned this time with two dogs and three family members, and once again everything was outstanding. The Room, garden, and pool were as spotless as if they were brand new—just as beautifully maintained as before. We were allowed to enter before check-in time, and the owner welcomed us warmly with a smile, saying “Welcome back.” Our dogs were thrilled from the moment we arrived—running around the garden in excitement and jumping into the pool right away. Last time we requested a barbecue, which came with plenty of local vegetables and premium steak, and breakfast was a generous menu featuring delicious eggs. This time we chose not to order meals because we wanted to try different restaurants nearby, so we walked to a place close by for fresh oysters and seafood rice bowls. The rock oysters were especially delicious, and my husband and daughter loved them. We also visited dog-friendly cafés and a seafood grill restaurant. There are supermarkets and many dining options nearby, which is very convenient. In the mornings and evenings we walked with our dogs to Kujukuri Beach; the wide sky and shoreline felt incredibly refreshing. We have stayed at other villas and Hotels, but this place is still the best. Pools where you can swim together with your dogs are rare, so we truly appreciate it—and we’re very grateful to the owner. The amenities are well stocked (including a washing machine and cooking utensils), cleanliness is exceptional, and everything is well managed—so even guests without dogs should be able to enjoy a wonderful holiday here. While relaxing by the illuminated pool at night, we decided to have some wine from the wine cellar—it was excellent. We had such a comfortable stay with our dogs during these two fulfilling nights that left us feeling refreshed. Thank you very much.

I was a bit worried since it’s basically unmanned, but the email communication was courteous and thorough. The Room was clean and spacious, and the bathtub and shower were separate, so I could relax and enjoy a long bath. I think there were other guests based on the number of shoes at the entrance, but it was surprisingly quiet. There are slippers (sandals) to get from the entrance to the Room, but if you’re concerned about hygiene, you might want to bring disposable slippers. Thank you for your hospitality.
