It was nice that the Room was a comfortable place to relax after taking off our shoes.

After watching the video guide to the Hotel, I tried to reach it via the pedestrian overpass from the contact walkway, but it was under construction and I was unsure what to do. A construction worker kindly assisted me, and I arrived safely. The staff were also very helpful at both check-in and check-out, and I was satisfied. I used Itsuki, and both Japanese and Western dishes offered a wide variety. They recommend the pizza for a reason—it’s addictive. It was also nice that there were small desserts after the meal. On my way back, I used the underground passage, which made it easy.

I found this Hotel while looking for a place to stay in Shinjuku. At first, I was considering the Nishi-Shinjuku area, but this Hotel had great access, was clean, and offered good value. I booked two Rooms for my mother and aunt’s sightseeing trip in Tokyo, and they were happy because it was convenient to get anywhere and very clean.

I stayed here for a concert trip. It was very reasonably priced, yet I had a private room, and the separate toilet and bath made it very comfortable. The receptionist was also very friendly and kindly explained everything in detail. I’d definitely like to stay here again!

It’s very close to Hiroshima Station, yet it’s not noisy and is easy to use. On hot summer days, it’s very convenient to go from the station’s second-floor deck to the neighboring Edion, then go down to the first floor and cross the traffic light in between. Edion also has a Tsutaya and other shops. There is also a convenience store on the first floor of the Hotel. The amenities you need are available in front of the reception desk, which was nice.

The Hotel is conveniently located near the station, with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The entire Hotel, including the Room, was clean and very nice. I would like to stay again.

I stay here every time I travel for work. The free breakfast is a nice bonus, and overall it’s a satisfying Hotel, but this time I noticed a soccer-ball-sized drink spill stain on the Room floor, which concerned me a bit. For that reason, I rated only the guest Room 4 stars.

The Room was very clean and comfortable. I’m glad I chose the breakfast-included option. Thank you very much.

I enjoyed an affordable multiple night stay for 2 nights during my Kyoto trip. The accommodation is new, clean, and conveniently located near Kyoto Station. They also stored my luggage after check-out, which was very helpful for sightseeing. The room is compact but clean. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so finding dinner was not an issue. The onsen was relaxing, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. I would love to stay here again!

The rooftop restaurant at Hotel Fammy Inn Makuhari was delicious and surprisingly affordable!! Their “quick drink set” came with 5–6 appetizers plus a beer for an unbelievable 1,300 yen!! I was amazed when they served things like gyoza, simmered konjac balls, and fried items. Such a great deal!! I also tried some rice bowls—the chashu pork bowl and the teriyaki chicken bowl were both really tasty. And the owner is incredibly handsome!! Since this handsome owner prepares everything one after another by himself, it can take a little time, but I was very satisfied with both the taste and the price. It seems you can use the restaurant even if you’re not staying overnight, as long as you visit for day-use bathing at the large public bath on the rooftop floor. The large public bath is also fantastic—you get a great view over Makuhari from up high. I didn’t try it myself, but I heard their sashimi set meal is also rich and delicious!! And the Japanese breakfast on the first floor is great too. The grandmothers work hard to cook and warmly take care of guests. The front desk staff are kind, and it looks like they also offer Shuttle Service by bus. It’s a bit old in places, but they take great care of you overall—I’d like to stay again.

When you stay at this Hotel, you can use the adjacent Nara Kenko Land for two days: the day of your stay and the following day. On the night I stayed, I couldn’t fall asleep, so I spent time in the relaxation lounge with manga until 1:00 a.m. It was great that I could read manga late at night and, when I got sleepy, take the elevator back to my Room—it was so close and convenient. I also really enjoyed the baths and sauna!

The Room and Hotel are very clean, more spacious than expected, and easy to use. Even for someone quite particular about cleanliness, there were no concerns at all! The unit bath is convenient, and the bedding is comfortable. The reception staff are friendly, and amenities like lotion, emulsion, cleansing products, toothbrushes, and face wash can be picked up at the front desk. However, as others have mentioned regarding pajamas that touch the skin—they are placed in bulk near the elevator on each floor for guests to pick up themselves. It would be appreciated by those who are particular if they were already placed in the room. I did not use the dining area so I cannot evaluate it. For solo female travelers or business trips: it’s conveniently located near a station with a convenience store on the first floor (accessible from within the Hotel), a family restaurant (Gusto/Shabu-yo) on the second floor, as well as nearby restaurants and even Don Quijote!

I always stay here as my regular Accommodation. I use the capsule rooms, and there is also a shared large public bath. Late-night snacks are provided in the evening, making it an overall affordable place to stay.

After reading Reviews saying the food was delicious and because it’s close to the dome, I chose this hotel. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much, but the service was excellent, the Room was more spacious than I thought, and I was very satisfied with breakfast. Everything was delicious! On checkout day when we went sightseeing, it was extremely hot and they were very concerned for us. They also explained how to get there very carefully, which I really appreciated (the short-haired woman). If I have the chance, I’d like to stay here again.

Ever since I happened to stay here on a trip to Wakayama, I’ve been coming back regularly. This is already my third stay. I get the sense it used to be a love hotel, but in any case, it’s extremely clean and comfortable. For this level of quality, the value for money is outstanding. Highlights: The Room is very spacious and spotless. The toilet and bathroom are separate, and the bath is large enough to soak properly in the tub. The bed is double-sized and roomy. Amenities are well stocked. I still haven’t found any downsides lol. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m back in Wakayama.

I used this hotel on a road trip. Because it’s still fairly new, it didn’t show up on my car navigation system, which was a bit inconvenient, but even arriving late I had no trouble finding parking, which was helpful. The Facility is the standard AZ style—pretty much the same everywhere—so it was neither particularly good nor bad. Nothing else really stood out, but the shampoo was rinse-in shampoo and didn’t suit my hair type, so that was a minus for me. Also, the sink drained slowly… I thought it might be just this time, but after staying at two other AZ locations with exactly the same issue, I guess that’s just how they are. No complaints about the meals or anything else, so overall I’m satisfied.

I called in advance to let them know I would be checking in later than planned. They told me they would explain where the parking lot was at check-in, and their directions were very detailed, so it was easy to find. There is a small step, so you need a bit of momentum to park. Kei cars cost 430 yen. I made a Reservation for a windowless single Room, but they kindly prepared what seemed like a semi-double bed instead—and it even had a window. At the front desk, you receive a toothbrush and a gown to sleep in. There is no makeup remover, toner, comb, or tea. However, the Room has an electric kettle, refrigerator, and hair dryer, so I didn’t feel inconvenienced at all. Slippers were provided. The TV was probably around 65 inches, and there were 22 power outlets available. Since there is only one light in the Room, bringing the table under it makes it possible to write or do desk work. I later found out that you can borrow a desk lamp. At night, I could hear the neighboring guest snoring from behind the TV area. For breakfast coffee, each cup was brewed with a De’Longhi coffee machine. The boiled egg was cooked perfectly. There were roll buns (plain and raisin), but nothing in particular to put on them; warming them slightly in the microwave in the hallway made them taste great. The front desk staff were also excellent and greeted me every time I went down to the first floor. At this price point, I would definitely like to stay again.

I stayed because the two-meal plan appealed to me. However, the Room did not even have a tea pot, and the TV was an old, small model, so it was not comfortable. The location was also hard to find.

The room was very clean, and it was quiet and comfortable. The large public bath was relaxing, and the staff were kind and attentive. Breakfast was also delicious. It was an excellent Hotel with great value for money.

I stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room. The view was great, and the Room was spacious, which I really liked! There is one large public Onsen bath and one semi-open-air bath. They are not very big, but they warmed me up well. I’d like to stay again.
