This is my regular accommodation in Niseko. The room is spacious, quiet, and offers a good environment. The onsen is relatively large and pleasant, but the thermometer has not been displayed for some time. I used to decide between the outdoor bath and indoor bath based on the temperature difference shown by the thermometer, but now I just test with my hand to decide. There are warning signs about slippery floors, but having some anti-slip mats would provide more reassurance. Overall, I had a comfortable stay.

We stayed as a family for the Osaka Expo and some errands in the city. There are many types of accommodations, making it hard to compare, but I think this is a very good hotel. The location is convenient for transportation, and you can access the subway without getting wet on rainy days. There are plenty of dining options nearby, offering a wide variety of choices. For multiple night stays, having a coin laundry within the hotel was very helpful. Personally, I liked that the pajamas were of a separate type. The room type I stayed in had no bathtub but featured a shower room that was very easy to use. It was bright, functional, and provided a comfortable stay at an excellent hotel!

Pros Great location and easy to find; a convenience store on the ground floor; late check-in available; smooth check-in/out; new Facility; reasonably clean; a large public bath is available, with good amenities. Cons It’s fair for the price, so not really a complaint, but it felt a bit small for two people. Depending on the person, there was a slight musty smell around the bathroom area (not severe). I also would have been happier if extra towels could be borrowed.

Because my flight from Haneda was early in the morning, I looked for a nearby Hotel and made a Reservation. 　It’s easy to find—about a 3-minute walk from Anamori-Inari Station—and the staff were very courteous. The Hotel was clean with nothing to complain about. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and it’s only 7 minutes to Terminal 2, so the access is excellent. I didn’t use it, but there is also a free shuttle bus from the Hotel to the airport. I’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended (and no, this isn’t a fake review). lol

It was hot in Kyoto, so I really appreciated how close it was to the station! The Room was clean and I was satisfied, and the staff were very kind, making my stay comfortable.

This is my third stay at this accommodation. I stayed here for a conference, and the convenience of being in the same area as the venue was unparalleled. Additionally, Sakuramachi Bus Center and shopping centers are located in the same area, making it extremely convenient. The proximity to both downtown and Kumamoto Castle made it an excellent location for sightseeing and dining. The room was clean with a great view, and the breakfast venue was bright. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, each dish was carefully prepared and satisfying. The staff were also very accommodating. I would definitely choose this accommodation again when visiting Kumamoto!

In late August, I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days while sightseeing around Suwa, Matsumoto, Kamikochi, and Azumino. The building still feels new and was very clean, and the in-room Facility had everything I needed. The bathroom in particular was great—the bathtub was large, so it felt spacious even when showering. I had breakfast during my stay. While the selection wasn’t huge, each item was delicious, and I enjoyed the thoughtful touches such as smoothies made with Nagano-grown fruit and freshly baked waffles. The staff were also extremely courteous. I accidentally stained some linens, but when I mentioned it at check-out, they kindly accepted it without any extra charge. As for amenities, there were no toner or lotion provided, but I think it’s fine as long as you bring your usual items. Room cleaning is once every three days, but towels are replaced daily. However, it was a bit disappointing that the bath mat wasn’t replaced. Also, the system of leaving trash bins and used towels outside the door was a little hard to understand at first. There are many supermarkets around the Hotel area where you can buy local deli foods and souvenirs at reasonable prices. There was also a nearby discount supermarket called Lamu that I’d been wanting to visit personally, so I was glad I could go. By car, it’s convenient—about 30 minutes to central Matsumoto or toward Suwa, and around an hour to Kamikochi or Azumino. The pricing felt fair-minded overall, and being able to use a hometown tax donation coupon made it an excellent value. I had a very comfortable stay and would love to use this Accommodation again if I have another opportunity.

We stayed in Building D, which is pet-friendly. Everything was spotless and very comfortable. There’s honestly nothing to criticize, so here are a few tips to help you enjoy your stay even more. Jacuzzi / Open-air bath / Pool: 　Bringing a swimsuit is recommended. Stink bugs (currently a large outbreak): 　It’s helpful to bring sticky tape for removal. Bakery: 　There’s a great bakery nearby. Amenities: 　High-quality POLA amenities are provided, so you only need to bring the basics. To fully enjoy it: 　You’ll probably want to stay two nights. Appliances: 　Most appliances are available, but there doesn’t seem to be an air fryer (probably). Shirarahama Beach: 　It’s just under 2 km away—slightly far. Dogs aren’t allowed on Shirarahama Beach, which is disappointing, but the beauty of the beach is amazing.

The parking lot was spacious and convenient. The Room was clean and functional! The only slight dissatisfaction was the lack of a nearby convenience store, but while exploring, I found a yakiniku restaurant and enjoyed a delicious dinner. I appreciated the staff's thoughtful gestures, such as the handmade map.

It felt much improved compared to my previous stay. The Room refrigerator had been replaced, so it could easily fit plenty of bottled drinks and food, and the TV in the Room I used before— which didn’t display properly—was working fine this time. The Wi‑Fi was relatively fast as well, which made it easy to work and watch videos. Although the building is clearly aging overall, it’s about a 10‑minute walk to Hakodate Station, there’s a Seicomart nearby, and while the large bath and sauna are separated by alternating hours for men and women, they were great amenities that made the stay very comfortable. Also, if you choose the right season, you can stay at a very reasonable price—excellent value for money. I’ll definitely stay again!

I stayed here on the way back after picking up my family at Haneda Airport. You pass through the Grand-side lobby, but it was crowded and noisy with inbound travelers, so choosing this place was the right decision. With its location near Haneda Airport, a natural Onsen, spacious Rooms, and excellent hospitality, we were able to enjoy an escape from everyday life without leaving Tokyo. When it’s hard for the whole family to travel far, I’d like to stay here again as a mini getaway.

I stayed in a Single Room. The Room is compact, but the bed was spacious and clean, making it very comfortable. The amenity bar in the lobby was exceptionally well stocked, and I really appreciated being able to choose bath salts and skincare items to take up to my Room. The complimentary breakfast buffet was far higher quality than I expected, with a wide variety of delicious options such as hearty curry and grilled fish. The staff were also kind and courteous, and I think this is a wonderful Hotel with outstanding value for money. I would definitely like to stay again.

It was an amazing two days. The greenery in the Room—and above all, the bath facilities—were wonderful. The open-air bath, the spacious sauna, and the soothing high-frequency music playing in the background helped me truly relax. I would love to stay again.

The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. They answered our questions in a friendly manner, making this Hotel very comfortable to stay at. I would like to stay here again.

I stayed here on a motorcycle touring trip! The staff were kind, and I was able to relax. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. I don’t usually eat that much, but I ended up getting seconds several times. The Room has no windows. When you turn off the lights, it becomes completely dark. Since I’m sensitive to light and noise, I slept very well. (I felt there weren’t enough toilets.)

Despite the heavy rain and strong winds, you kindly accommodated us even before check-in time. Thank you as well for preparing dinner on short notice. The Wi-Fi signal was weak, so the connection wasn’t very reliable, but we were able to relax in the Onsen. Thank you.

This was my third stay here, and it’s always one of the Accommodations I consider when visiting Takayama. Some parts of the building do show their age, and compared with newer Kyoritsu Resort properties like “Nono,” it does feel a bit dated. The beds in the guest rooms are a mattress placed on Ryukyu tatami, so they’re low to the floor and feel more like sleeping on thick futons. I’ve seen this style at other Accommodations as well, but personally I prefer a standard bed. The large public bath on the top floor has great views and an open, airy feel. However, the outdoor bath area is somewhat small, so it can be hard to use comfortably when it’s crowded. On the other hand, the three private baths are a major highlight unique to this Accommodation. In particular, “Azumanishiki,” located furthest inside, is outstanding in both size and view—easily one of the most satisfying private baths I’ve used. It seems some of the hinoki wood has recently been replaced, and I also enjoyed its pleasant aroma. It does get busy due to its popularity, but it’s still well worth using. Their signature late-night soba is still available as expected from Kyoritsu properties, and breakfast is Dormy Inn quality. There are plenty of menu items featuring local ingredients as well—I look forward every time to dishes like tomato gyudon and hoba miso. Given Takayama’s popularity, there are many international guests staying here. Also, with only two elevators for the number of rooms, wait times can feel long depending on the time of day. While there isn’t much new in terms of Facility updates, that also makes the Accommodation Fee very reasonable. With such a strong draw in its private baths, it’s easy to see why this place remains so popular. Once again, all staff were kind and pleasant in their service, making my stay very comfortable. Despite some aging Facilities here and there, it more than makes up for them with its charm—and I’d gladly stay again next time I visit Takayama.

It was a very comfortable space, and there were bathrooms with a sauna and jet bath on both the 1st and 2nd floors, so two families could use them without hesitation. There were also thoughtful provisions that made it possible to cook for ourselves, allowing us to enjoy a very fulfilling stay. Thank you very much.

The stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, but there was a lingering smell of cigarettes in the hallway on the floor we stayed on. Perhaps it used to be a smoking floor? The Room had an air purifier, so it didn’t bother us. Overall, we were very satisfied.

I stayed here for the first time because it’s within walking distance of Osaka-jō Hall, and it was also convenient that it’s within walking distance from Morinomiya Station and there is a shuttle bus between the station and the Hotel. This time I had a city-view Room, but next time I’d like to make a Reservation for a castle-view Room. It was also nice to be able to walk through Osaka Castle Park on the way to Osaka-jō Hall. At night, though, there were few people around, which felt a bit unsettling.
