I stayed for two nights in August and did not experience any major inconveniences. The meals were delicious. The Onsen was spacious, and I was able to relax and enjoy it. The staff were also very helpful. There was only one designated smoking area outside, but it was not particularly inconvenient.

I’d been interested in this Onsen for a while, but couldn’t get a Reservation due to timing. By chance, there was an available Room, so I booked it. I had reserved a mountain-side Room, but it actually overlooked Kagami Pond and felt very open. The Room was spacious, and everything—including the Room and bath—was spotless, as if it had been renovated. The staff were very polite, cheerful, and friendly, which I really appreciated. The Onsen water quality was excellent, and the temperature was just right, so I could relax and soak at length. This place is absolutely worth the price! I will definitely return.

Simply put, it was excellent! The room was clean. The toilet and bath were separate. All the staff were very helpful. There are restaurants and a convenience store nearby. There is a washing machine, and you can dry your laundry indoors. Perhaps it used to be a studio apartment, but we didn’t hear any noise from neighbors at all. No issues whatsoever. We’ll definitely stay again next time. Thank you very much.

The female staff at the breakfast buffet and the Chinese restaurant at lunch were cheerful and attentive, allowing us to relax and enjoy our meals. The large public bath was spacious and excellent.

I stay here every June. The bamboo shoots at dinner and the omelet at breakfast are delicious! Thank you to all the staff for always welcoming me so warmly.

I came to a live concert with my daughter, and on the last day we stayed at Manyo Club Minatomirai. It’s an Accommodation we always stay at whenever we visit Yokohama. This time it was also my daughter’s birthday, so we chose the Girls’ Trip Plan, which included dinner. We had a 2-hour seat Reservation and enjoyed our meal while taking in the night view of the Ferris wheel and more. The staff member who looked after us was very easy to talk to and provided attentive, thoughtful service. Every dish was delicious, and the sea bream carpaccio was especially tender and tasty. Since it was a Girls’ Trip Plan, the vegetable shabu-shabu was great too! We had a wonderful time chatting over delicious food with a beautiful view. I had pre-booked a surprise birthday cake in advance; the chef made it for us, and our staff member even sang “Happy Birthday.” My 26-year-old daughter got to blow out candles for the first time in ages! Thanks to everyone at the restaurant, the surprise was a success. We had such a lovely time—thank you to everyone at Manyo-an. It’s also great that you can go to the Onsen empty-handed. I also like that you can choose your yukata—I pick a different one every time. As someone who enjoys sauna sessions, both the sauna and Onsen were excellent. The sauna temperature is on the higher side—perfect!! I felt completely refreshed on the outdoor relaxation beds. I lost track of time and stayed in the Onsen for two hours. The rooftop footbath has different views at night and in the morning—both are wonderful. At night, especially, the Ferris wheel looks amazing. My daughter and I enjoyed it for about 30 minutes while chatting. Breakfast has so many options that it’s hard to choose. I’m happy you can select grilled items as well—and you can even have sushi or hot pot from early morning. Since it’s buffet-style, staff quickly refilled items that were running low. Everything tasted great. However, depending on timing there were people who couldn’t find seats; it gets especially crowded after 8:00. The coin laundry is close to our Room, and being able to wash and dry everything for 500 yen in two hours was very convenient. I started it before going to the Onsen and picked it up before returning to my Room afterward. At another Hotel there was a washer inside the changing area—I thought that setup would be nice too. It’s also conveniently located near CupNoodles Museum Yokohama (Cup Noodles Museum), Hammerhead (Yokohama Hammerhead), Cosmo World (Yokohama Cosmo World), Landmark Tower (Yokohama Landmark Tower), and more. We truly had an extremely comfortable stay this time. When we come back to Yokohama again, we will stay here. Thank you very much to all of your staff members.

It was a very satisfying one-night stay. The buffet was great, and I was very satisfied with the reasonable rate for the Room. The view was nice, the building is large, and overall it was very good. However, I tried to pay the Hot Spring Tax for two Rooms as instructed (“Welcome drink available free of charge”), but after tapping the tag and hearing the beep, it immediately moved to the payment screen. I then tapped the second Room’s tag and heard another beep, so I paid by card and thought everything was fine—but later found out that the Hot Spring Tax for the second Room had not been completed. Not realizing this was somewhat disappointing. The Room reserved on Yahoo Travel suited me perfectly...

The Accommodation Fee was very reasonable, making this a great value Hotel. The front desk staff were courteous and left a very positive impression. The drink bar was free to use until midnight, with a wide selection, so we used it many times. The breakfast was also far better than you would expect for something free, and we were very satisfied. There was a humidifier in the Room, which made our stay comfortable—Hotels often feel dry and can leave my throat sore, but that wasn’t an issue this time. They also provided towels not only for two adults but for our child as well, which was very helpful. Amenities such as toothbrushes were plentiful near the elevator, and we appreciated being able to take what we needed for our child freely. We could also borrow extra pillows, so the whole family slept comfortably. The only downside was that the Hotel parking lot has space for only seven cars and it was full, so we had to use a nearby paid parking lot. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would definitely like to stay again when we are in the area.

Surrounded by Aso’s great natural scenery, the views were amazing! We were upgraded, so our Room was a Japanese-Western style room with a wonderful view. The food was also excellent—Akaushi roast beef and steak, sashimi, and more—with an all-you-can-drink plan, so we were very satisfied! It was only one night, but we really enjoyed the stargazing walk at night, fireworks, the pool, the massage room, and manga—everything was great. The open-air bath was a bit too bright in the daytime because of the sun, so I’d like some measures for that. I wanted to soak in the open-air bath under the night sky, but I drank too much and fell asleep. The next morning we could even see a sea of clouds—it became a truly wonderful memory!

I stayed in a Twin Room. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was convenient to check the crowd status of the large public bath and breakfast venue on the room's TV. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, which were plentiful and satisfying. Since I expect to visit Fukui frequently for business trips in the future, I would like to stay here again.

Our family of three stayed for two nights. From the moment we arrived, everyone—from the parking staff to the front desk team—was courteous and attentive, which we really appreciated. The Room was spotless and very clean, and we were impressed throughout our stay! The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the location was close to Kokusai-dori and the station—everything was wonderful. We would love to stay here again!

I used to stay at the Palace Hotel, but this was my first time staying at APA Hotel. My elderly mother was with me, and she was very happy because the Room was clean and the TV was large, so she could stay very comfortably. The staff’s service was excellent as well. While the interior color scheme may be a matter of personal preference, it was a good Hotel.

The room initially seemed small and uncomfortable based on the photos, but it turned out to be a pleasant stay. The view from the room's window was likely one of the reasons for this, as it felt open and not claustrophobic. The bathroom and toilet were indeed small and not very comfortable to use. However, there were no malfunctions, and as expected, the toilet had a bidet function. I'll give it full marks for that reason alone. It might be worth upgrading the showerhead to something better since this is not a Business Hotel. Adding an odor-eliminating feature to the toilet could also improve things further. A slightly larger TV screen in the room would have been better since it's not very clear when viewed from the bed. I used my own DVDs with a DVD player provided in the room and watched Saariaho's "L'Amour de Loin" and Pergolesi's "Adriano in Siria." The soundproofing of the room could be improved as some ambient noise from outside was audible, though it wasn't overly disruptive—just enough to keep my volume low while watching movies or listening to music. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, offering no major inconveniences; however, overall it felt comparable to a Business Hotel standard. Some high-end Business Hotels even offer better rooms than this one—with more functional TVs, air purifiers readily available, or accessory trays provided. For its price point, I found the room somewhat lacking; however, what truly stands out about this hotel is its excellent location—it’s directly connected to Sunshine City shopping complex! The hotel's interior design is stylish overall; having well-stocked convenience store items nearby adds value too! The view from my upgraded higher-grade Room (thanks due-to availability) especially shines at night-time scenery-wise! Elevators are plentiful so waiting times aren’t frustrating either! Breakfast buffet quality-wise rates average yet unique inclusion like buckwheat galettes stood-out positively amongst offerings! In conclusion: While pricing may lean towards expensive-side relatively speaking—this accommodation excels primarily thanks-to unbeatable location alongside stunning nighttime views

It was a comfortable Accommodation that could easily cost three times as much in Tokyo.

We stayed with our children. Since it was relatively affordable, we didn’t have high expectations, but we were glad we could spend our time comfortably. Choosing a property with a pool was the right call in case of rainy weather! They also lent out round swim rings and arm floaties, and there was a lifeguard at the pool. The staff—parking attendants, front desk, breakfast venue staff, and pool lifeguards—were all courteous, which made our stay very pleasant. I’m giving slightly fewer stars because there is no large public bath.

My husband injured his leg, so we changed our booking from a twin to a double and extended our stay from one night to two. During our stay, his leg pain worsened, and when we called the reception, they arranged a taxi for us. They have eliminated unnecessary services and are a Hotel that responds to guests’ needs. We were very satisfied. We are truly grateful to all the staff. Thank you very much.

I have stayed at TAOYA several times over the past few years. This was my first time at Kawaji Onsen, and although it was only for one night, I had a wonderful stay—the atmosphere was quiet and the meals were delicious. Some of the staff were from overseas, but everyone was very kind and provided pleasant service. It has become one of the Accommodations I would definitely like to visit again, and I will recommend it to friends. (Just one thing: there is a large stone on the bottom of the open-air bath, and at night it’s hard to see where it is, so I felt it could be a bit dangerous. For that reason, I deducted one star.)

Perhaps because I wasn’t familiar with the area, the location was hard to find, but once I was shown to my Room, it had a double bed and felt clean, so I could relax and felt like I got a great deal.

There was no noise from neighboring rooms, and I had a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept well. The large TV was also a great feature, and I was glad I could watch YouTube. It would be even better if makeup remover were provided among the amenities.
