I had a comfortable stay in a clean Room. The bathtub was spacious, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. I appreciated being able to use it from before 6:00 AM. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Stayed here to attend an event at Toyota Stadium. I brought drinks and food because I believed the Reviews saying there was nothing around, but that was unnecessary. There was a supermarket right across the road. There is also a stylish cafe nearby that is scheduled to open soon. I took a bus from in front of the station, and the Hotel was right there when I got off—very convenient access. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. I would like to stay here again next year.

A unique accommodation where you can enjoy a campfire. The Tenger Stay offers an extraordinary experience, perfect for escaping the ordinary. We recommend renting traditional Mongolian attire for an added touch. The meals exceeded expectations and were very delicious. At night, you can enjoy a short horsehead fiddle performance (about 30 minutes). The bath is a large public bath, and the Onsen's quality left the skin feeling moisturized. Basic skincare products from Sekkisei are available here. Please note that there is no toilet in the room, and it requires a short walk, which might be inconvenient for those who need frequent access. However, hygiene was not an issue. Sandals are provided in the Ger, so there's no need to wear shoes inside. The staff were all very friendly and provided excellent hospitality. I would love to visit again in a different season.

After completing the Reservation, the confirmation email included a message asking us to adjust our appetite to match dinner time. After dinner, we immediately understood why. From appetizers to dessert, everything was carefully prepared using seasonal local vegetables and meat, and every dish was delicious—we wanted seconds. Breakfast was also wonderful and made us feel like it would be a great start to the day. Our stay was on August 5. It was extremely hot during the day at 34°C, but it suddenly cooled down from evening. While we were having dinner from 18:30, a pleasant autumn-like breeze came in from outside. At night, with the windows closed, it was a comfortable 24°C—just right—and after being in air conditioning every day, our bodies felt relieved to be free of it. It was very comfortable overall. On the second floor there is a shared refrigerator and a dispenser with natural water that you can drink freely.

I stayed here again for the first time in a year with my sister and my 95-year-old mother. We requested the same top-floor Room as last year, with a private bath. The bath is filled with Onsen water, and since my mother’s legs have weakened and she can’t go to the large public bath, our main purpose was to let her soak in the Onsen. Another highlight is the wonderful service from the female staff at the dining venue—warm, pleasant, and truly excellent. The meals are of course delicious too (haha)! The only drawback is that the lounge in the first-floor lobby is not barrier-free. It would be perfect if there were a ramp.

Because this Hotel is located directly above Shin-Osaka Station, it’s recommended for first-time visitors to Osaka. Both JR and the subway are just steps from the ticket gates. From Shin-Osaka, you can easily access all of Osaka’s major sightseeing spots. The Facility is compact yet well designed and easy to use, so you can enjoy a clean and comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I think this is a very good Hotel with excellent value for money. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that it can feel crowded and a bit hard to get around because there are so many guests—proof of how popular this Accommodation is. Thank you very much for your hospitality during my stay. I would love to stay again if I have the opportunity.

The twin-bed Room was more spacious than expected, and we were able to relax comfortably. The meals were excellent for this Accommodation Fee, and we were very satisfied. It was a bit disappointing that there was only one open-air bath, but the water was great. If you’re choosing a Business Hotel, I’d recommend staying here instead even if it costs a little more. We would definitely like to stay again.

This Hotel is very close to the station, and the Room is clean and comfortable—like relaxing in your own home. It’s one of my favorite Hotels in Naha, so I’d like to keep staying here in the future. Thank you again for providing a great Room this time as well.

Dinner was served buffet-style, and we were able to enjoy freshly grilled seafood at the table (scallops, clams, and turban shells). The buffet offered a great variety, so I think it’s something guests of all ages—from children to seniors—will enjoy. Breakfast was also buffet-style, with both rice and bread available. There were many side dishes as well, making it fun to choose. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Thank you very much.

The Hotel staff were very kind and attentive. The meals were delicious and served in generous portions. We were extremely satisfied with our stay at this Hotel!

I’ve stayed at Presso Inn in Shinjuku, Akasaka, Kudanshita, and here as well. I used it for a Multiple Night Stay, and if you request it, they will clean the Room free of charge. The Room key card is a magnetic stripe card, which has become rare these days. I accidentally locked myself out, but they quickly verified my identity and reissued the key. The amenity coffee is instant powder. Since there’s a nice cup in the Room, I’d prefer drip coffee. It would also be great to have tea. What makes Presso Inn especially good is that the Accommodation Tax is included, so whether it applies or not, you don’t have to deal with any unpleasant surprises on site. I hope more Hotels do this—and I’d like IKYU to display this clearly as well. Please consider expanding to Sapporo too. Maybe there isn’t enough business demand there...

We stayed here for a family trip for the first time in a while. It was a wonderful Accommodation, just as friends had recommended if we were staying in Dogo. As many Reviews mention, the location is truly excellent. It’s close to Dogo Onsen Honkan, and it was an easy walk—enjoying shopping along the arcade—to Dogo Onsen Station and the Karakuri Clock. We had informed them in advance that we would use the parking lot, and upon arrival they kindly guided us there, which made it very easy to understand. Our Room was on the 7th floor with a great view over Dogo town; our son relaxed while looking out at the scenery the whole time. Thank you for arranging such a nice view. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, and everything was delicious. A staff member in training quickly noticed and cleared empty plates, so even with four of us we could keep plenty of space on the table. We were especially happy to be able to try tai-meshi. The bath—praised by my family as well (“I’m glad you chose an Accommodation with an open-air bath!”)—was a comfortable size. The open-air bath felt wonderful with the night breeze; we could look up at the sky and unwind, which really eased our daily fatigue. In the morning there were fewer people as well, so we could soak slowly. The relaxation area prepared outside the bath (the water was delicious) also had chairs by the window with a panoramic view. It was great being able to enjoy both nighttime and morning views of Dogo. Before our stay I emailed some questions; they replied quickly and explained everything carefully, which helped us feel at ease. If I had one small suggestion, it would be that an exhaust fan in the toilet inside the guest Room would have been nice. Overall, everyone on staff was very pleasant and we were very satisfied. Our trip to Dogo Onsen became a wonderful memory thanks to choosing Chaharu. Thank you very much.

I’ve stayed here about 10 times. It’s a Hotel with Facilities that have a nostalgic Showa-era vibe, and I absolutely love the atmosphere!!! Even though it’s right in the heart of Ikebukuro, it has a large public bath—and even an open-air bath!!! The meals are generous, and best of all, the draft beer served in an ice-cold frosty mug was amazing.

I always stay here. When I come here, it feels like a familiar Hotel stay that puts me at ease, and I can really unwind. It’s a trip to enjoy my favorite fish from Hagi, and this is the Hotel I use when I occasionally come to eat. Recently, I’ve felt that the breakfast tastes even better than before. The side dishes and miso soup are so comforting. Thank you as always, and I look forward to staying with you again.

It feels great to stretch out in the bath, but when you look up at the ceiling, it’s a stark contrast to how clear the water is—I wish it were cleaner. Still, many guests will likely feel pleasantly relieved by touches like freshly fried croquettes in the morning and even curry served during happy hour. Hearing that if a new Hotel is built next door, they’ll compete with heart really struck me.

I stayed in the Moon Room on a solo trip. Due to various circumstances, I made a Reservation after 5:00 PM on the day of arrival, and with the same-day discount it was a great deal. Since my expected arrival time was set for 10:00 PM, the Accommodation contacted me, and their warm and kind response raised my expectations. I arrived just before the welcome drink service ended. Soaking in the iconic footbath, I enjoyed sparkling wine poured generously. The Room was more than spacious enough for one person, and although I initially thought the Onsen on the terrace might be small from the photos, it was also plenty for one. It’s a circulated bath from Kiga Onsen, but for someone like me who prefers hotter water, it was just right—and it warmed me up so much that I started sweating. The door from the Room to the terrace is accordion-style, so after daybreak I left it fully open all morning—it felt wonderful. The open-air bath at the large public bath uses free-flowing spring water from Owakudani. As someone who likes Kusatsu and Manza, I felt the sulfur scent was mild, but I still really enjoyed the milky-white water. However, it was unpleasant to have long hairs and fallen leaves cling to my body. In addition to the powder corner in the large public bath area, there is also a separate powder room with a ReFa hair dryer, a Panasonic hair iron, and a Panasonic facial steamer. Since I had been considering buying them anyway, it was great to be able to try them out. (For reference, the hair dryers in the large public bath were Dyson.) There were many negative Reviews online so I felt nervous until actually staying here, but it turned out to be a very satisfying stay. I’m also interested in one of their higher-category detached Rooms (annex), so I’d love to visit again.

The Onsen and meals were excellent. The private bath was also great. It was very quiet and relaxing. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

I love Manyo-no-Yu’s hydrogen-rich water bath because it leaves my skin feeling silky smooth. Manyo-no-Yu also offers both Japanese and Western breakfast options, and during a Multiple Night Stay I enjoy choosing whichever I feel like each morning. I’d like to stay at more Manyo-no-Yu locations in the future.
