Excellent. The breakfast is very good, the Room is also great, and it’s a nearly flawless Hotel. If you’re driving, parking might be an issue, but even considering that, I think it’s a very good Hotel. If I go to the Ise area again, I would definitely like to stay here. That said, it would be even better if there were a guide map for nearby restaurants and local information around the Hotel. I found the map for the bento shop in front of the Hotel later on, but if you ever go to Tsu, this is an Accommodation you can book with confidence.

Many of the staff are from overseas, and I was truly impressed by how carefully and thoughtfully they worked. Both the Room and the bath were clean, and I felt they provided perfect service despite limited space, staffing, and pricing. The curry was delicious! Thank you very much!

We stayed two nights in a twin Room. We came for Miyazaki food, so we thought we could skip breakfast, but the onigiri were far better than expected (sorry!). The fillings were different each day, very generous, and about the volume of two convenience-store onigiri. The miso soup was also delicious. It was great that they can pack the onigiri to go as well. Since our goal was a gourmet trip around the downtown area, it was just a short walk away. The airport bus stop is also right by the Hotel, so the location was extremely convenient. We were also happy with the extension fee of 1 hour / 1,000 yen. There is only a shower, but the water pressure was strong and there were no issues. The sink area and toilet are separate, which actually made it very practical for two people. The toilet is spacious too, without that cramped feeling typical of business hotels—better than expected. The vanity is wide enough to place makeup items and such. If choosing between a combined bath/toilet unit and this setup, this is definitely better. It may depend on the Room, but ours had a window and high ceilings. We will stay here again next time! Notes: No mini freezer compartment in the refrigerator. No electric kettle. Plenty of outlets. Mini table with chairs. Full-length mirror. It felt larger than the listed square meters. Space for suitcases; storage under the bed. Early check-in not allowed—about 10 minutes early at most. Airport bus stop nearby; one-meter taxi ride from Miyazaki Station; 3–5 minutes’ walk to downtown dining/entertainment areas.

We stayed here to visit Naritasan Shinshoji Temple. The free shuttle bus from Narita Airport was very convenient. We had planned to have dinner at Narita Airport, but choosing the Hotel buffet was the right decision. There was steak as well, and it was very tender and delicious—our grandchild loved it too. The dessert selection was also plentiful and enjoyable. The front desk staff were courteous and kindly provided helpful information. We could see airplanes from our Room, which everyone enjoyed. Having the bath and toilet in one space gave us pause, but the bathtub was relatively deep and spacious, so we could soak up to our shoulders comfortably. Given the location, there were many international guests, but most were Western visitors who observed good manners, so we were able to spend a quiet stay. Thank you very much.

We booked this Accommodation and Room fairly last-minute because everyone’s vacation dates finally lined up, and it turned into a comfortable, relaxing one-night, two-day stay. The in-room bath was clean and easy to use, and we all liked it so much that we used it several times. What really stood out this time was the food. Dinner was thoughtfully crafted, and the delicious flavors paired with the freshness of the theme made it truly enjoyable. The salt-grilled ayu was an unexpected highlight—fluffy, tender, and incredibly tasty. The junmai ginjo mentioned on the information card also paired perfectly with the meal. Breakfast was distinctive as well, starting with bonito dashi, which felt wonderfully fresh. The selection of dishes laid out—especially the Japanese options—was very satisfying and fun to try. In particular, the sea bream shabu-shabu was a favorite. To repeat myself, we thoroughly enjoyed a comfortable family one-night Onsen trip.

The Hotel was very clean and functional, which was truly great. There were also materials prepared to introduce sightseeing spots and gourmet options around the Hotel, which were very helpful. However, the best part of this Hotel was the front desk staff. The atmosphere they created felt like the ultimate service. I will definitely use this place again when I visit Kanazawa. Additionally, the hairdryer was a big hit with the women in my family!

From check-in to the room, everything went smoothly, and the Onsen, coffee, newspapers, breakfast, and parking were all free. There were also plenty of dinner options at the places you recommended, and we were very satisfied. We’ll be switching from other Business Hotels! This was our first stay with a three-generation family and our dog. There were various pet supplies placed in the Room and at the entrance/exit from outside, which was very helpful. The building felt a bit aged, but it was well cleaned throughout. Dinner was the local kaiseki course with a small upgrade! Everything was delicious, and in particular the Tochigi beef sukiyaki had tender meat—upgrading was absolutely the right choice. The breakfast buffet was also very tasty with a wide variety of options. There were many international staff members, but everyone spoke Japanese very well, and their hardworking attitude left a strong impression. The changing area and large public bath were spacious, so we could relax comfortably. As advertised as “beautifying hot spring water,” it really did leave our skin smooth. It was only one night, but it became a truly enjoyable trip. Staying here was absolutely the right decision. Thank you very much.

In these times, it offers outstanding value for money at this price despite being close to the station. The breakfast was delicious and very satisfying.

Conveniently located near the subway exit. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast smoothie and mango yogurt were delicious. The soup curry was spicy and tasty. One disappointing thing was that when I opened the toilet lid, there was a sewage smell, and it persisted throughout my stay.

All the staff were incredibly kind, and it was a warm, welcoming place. You can take a walk to Muruku Beach, and it’s also conveniently located for driving to sightseeing spots such as Kahou Banta. The time spent gazing at the ocean from the Room was wonderful. There are only stairs, but the staff carried all of our luggage, which was a great help. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Okinawa. Thank you very much.

I stayed here to celebrate a friend’s 70th birthday. The Facility is old, but well maintained, and I had a very comfortable stay. Dinner in particular was excellent—the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere (the live piano performance was wonderful), and both the wine and the food were delicious. They also prepared a celebratory dessert plate, and at breakfast they made a special drink along with congratulatory words. It was a wonderful celebration trip. Thank you very much.

From start to finish, including our departure, the service was heartfelt and attentive. Dinner and breakfast were not only delicious with fresh seafood, but also so plentiful we thought we couldn’t possibly finish everything. The Room had a calm atmosphere that helped melt away everyday stress, and in the morning the song of bush warblers served as a natural alarm for a pleasant wake-up. The amenities were well stocked, and since they were available in the lobby, it was helpful to be able to pick up more at any time. We would love to visit again if we have the chance.

My daughter and I stayed in a Club Junior Suite for a 2-night Multiple Night Stay. In some Reviews, I had seen comments that the staff’s service was not very good, but that wasn’t the case at all—everyone was attentive and courteous. The club floor lounge was especially wonderful. During cocktail time, we enjoyed drinks and delicious snacks together while taking in the night view—my daughter has just turned 20. It was also great that the Accommodation is connected to the Onsen Facility “Ren.” We used it on the first night and again on the morning of the third day, and we were very satisfied. We didn’t add breakfast, but we had a morning rice porridge set at a restaurant inside Ren, then fully enjoyed a morning bath. The powder room was well equipped with ReFa and YA-MAN hair dryers as well as hair irons, so there were no inconveniences. This trip was by JR, so it felt like a bit of a walk from the station while carrying large luggage (and getting slightly lost), but we truly had a wonderful trip. If I have another chance to visit Osaka, I would definitely like to stay again. One small thing I noticed: while spending time in the Room, there would be fairly loud cracking or clicking sounds coming from near the window about once every 5–10 minutes. Since we were on the 27th floor, I wondered if it might be related to air pressure or something similar—but it remained a mystery throughout our stay.

We stayed for one night with four adults and a 7-month-old baby. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the baby crib and various children’s amenities. The large public bath was spacious and relaxing, and the view from the open-air bath was soothing; in particular, the half-body soaking area was so comfortable we could have stayed in it forever. The meals were also satisfying, with a nice mix of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes. We would love to stay again.

This stay was outstanding again. In Takamatsu, I wouldn’t choose anywhere else. The hospitality, cleanliness, and security were all excellent. As always, I had a very comfortable stay and was completely satisfied.

I stayed here really looking forward to the private bath and breakfast. The bath was even more comfortable than I expected, and I could relax and stretch out more than in a large public bath. The food was delicious, of course, and the stylish tableware made it even more enjoyable. The Room had a large TV, and I was impressed by how thoughtfully everything was arranged for a comfortable stay. It was a very good Hotel.

I made a Reservation at this Hotel for overseas guests. We originally planned to stay with four people, but due to visa issues one guest was unable to travel to Japan. The cancellation was on the day of check-in, and normally a 100% Cancellation Fee would apply; however, because of my oversight I was unable to contact you that day. When I asked about the payment method the next morning, your staff kindly told me, “No payment is necessary this time.” I am truly grateful for your sincere and warm consideration. The guests who stayed also spoke very highly of the Hotel, saying that the Room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and they were very satisfied overall. They also said the staff’s kindness left a strong impression. If I have another opportunity, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.
