The view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge from the Room was breathtaking. The food was delicious, and we were able to relax in the luxurious large public bath. I wanted to have tea at the cafe, but unfortunately it was full, so I took a cake to go and enjoyed it in my Room. It was very tasty. There were various sightseeing spots nearby, and we enjoyed a pleasant walk around the area. We learned that a ferry departing Osaka around 9:00 p.m. passes right under the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, so we watched it from our Room. Recently, we traveled all the way to Moji on that ferry. When passing through the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, we could see the lights of Maiko Villa and it made us feel happy. We would love to visit again.

Once again, our whole family had a wonderful two-day stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive as always, and we truly appreciate it. A variety of food and drinks are also available in the lobby, which our children look forward to every time. This time as well, they were especially excited for the brown sugar buns and warabi mochi, and they were delighted. We were also very satisfied with the pool, including the slide. Both dinner and breakfast were very luxurious and made for a great time together. Thank you as always. We will definitely stay again.

We stayed in the largest Room. Even the bath in the Room had a view of Lake Ashi. For dinner, our second son wanted Western food, so we chose French cuisine. It was delicious!! He especially liked the bread. The women’s bath was amazing too, with an open-air bath and a mist sauna!! We happened to stay on a day when there were fireworks. We went to watch from a spot where you can see them from the observation deck and the bridge below. They looked absolutely beautiful! In the evening, the lounge becomes a free lounge where you can enjoy drinks and snacks! At check-in, we also booked in-Room massages for all four of us!! I fell asleep halfway through. For breakfast, we chose Japanese cuisine. The grilled fish was horse mackerel and it was delicious!! It’s a Hotel I’d love to stay at again when visiting Hakone.

Great location. I was really torn about where to meet up with my daughters who live in Yokohama, but we decided to gather in Ryogoku. It was a great choice. It has convenient access not only to Yokohama, but also to Hamacho, Ginza, Oshiage, and Tokyo Station, so we agreed to get together again as a family before we parted ways. The chanko hot pot at breakfast was delicious.

I visited again for the first time in six years (both last time and this time were almost the same dates, just one day apart). I made a Reservation with a similar grade to last time, but the price had inevitably gone up (which can’t be helped). The meal course also felt slightly downgraded compared to last time—especially the final sea bream rice (I later noticed there was also a Plan with the same content as before)—but both the quality and quantity were excellent. They preserve traditional good elements while incorporating new ideas, and even the tableware is thoughtfully chosen. I could really feel their attention to detail that keeps things engaging not only in taste but also in presentation (I’ve stayed at many Accommodations, and this is my favorite in this price range). The service staff seemed relatively young (as I recall feeling similarly last time), but they are well trained, very attentive without being overbearing, and I was able to relax throughout the night. Since six years had passed since my previous stay, I expected the Room might show some wear, but it was well maintained and seemed just as clean as before. I would definitely like to visit again. It was the best trip. This was a wonderful Ryokan in every respect—Japan’s oldest bath, the cuisine, the service, and the Onsen. I stayed at Kashotei with in-room dining, and every dish of the carefully prepared kaiseki meal was outstanding. The staff were perfect—always smiling and considerate—and the tour was also educational, helping me learn about the hot-spring cure area and the history of the Accommodation. After enjoying the open-air bath, family bath, and Japan’s oldest bath, my skin and hair felt silky smooth. The lounge is great too. Please do visit.

We stayed for one night and two days in May, when the fresh greenery was beautiful. All the staff—at the front desk, in the restaurant, and housekeeping—were very pleasant, and we had a comfortable stay. The Room was spacious, and the view from the window was outstanding. The Italian course meal was also delicious. After check-out, we enjoyed a trip to Chikubu Island from Nagahama Port right in front of the Accommodation. We plan to visit Shiga again and would definitely like to stay here again.

The location is excellent—just a short walk from the station with great access. When I asked to leave my luggage before check-in, I was told I could enter right away, which was a big help on such a hot day and gave me a chance to take a break. The entire building has tatami flooring, making it comfortable to spend time in the Room, and there is also a large public bath where I could relax and recover from fatigue. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. The young male staff member on the floor was quick and efficient, which made for a pleasant start to the morning. Thank you as well for kindly assisting me with my inquiry about an item I left behind after returning home.

We stayed again this year, following last year’s visit. This time, it was a 2-night, 3-day beach trip for three of us: an elderly couple and our granddaughter (first grade). Both on arrival and departure, the staff guided us in the parking lot, helped carry our luggage, and spoke to us kindly—this was extremely helpful. Working in this heat must be tough; thank you for all your hard work. The building was very clean, and the Room cleaning was thorough. The meals were delicious, and we enjoyed dinner both nights while watching beautiful sunsets. The dinner style differed between the first and second nights: on the first night we had a kaiseki course featuring Murakami beef shabu-shabu as the main dish, and on the second night we had a seafood kaiseki course. Both the Murakami beef on day one and the crab on day two were excellent—our granddaughter finished her crab within minutes of starting dinner. If I had to ask for one thing, I would have loved even a small portion of Murakami beef on the second night as well, since it’s something you can only eat when visiting this area (though we do make use of hometown tax donations). We were originally told that dinner would be at “Kaiou” on both nights, but about 15 minutes before dinner on the second night we suddenly received notice of a venue change. The staff member apologized repeatedly; however, in a Hotel that accommodates so many guests, it actually reassured me that careful checks are being done in advance. Buffet-style dining isn’t bad, but for an elderly couple like us, having kaiseki served at just the right timing is much easier. I sincerely hope you will continue offering it. It’s also wonderful that right behind the Hotel is a beach with excellent access: after leaving the beach we could rinse off sand at the outdoor showers and head straight to the Onsen. There was even a washing machine available to rinse swimsuits—truly convenient. After soaking in the Onsen, all three of us relaxed in the lobby while enjoying complimentary Momotaro ice pops. On day two, when we asked at reception for advice so we could enjoy swimming at Sasagawa Nagare Beachline area more fully—including which beach and where to park—they kindly helped us with great care. There was also plenty of information we couldn’t get from checking with AI beforehand; combining both made our trip even more enjoyable. Local knowledge really is invaluable. On our final day as well—at our granddaughter’s request—we enjoyed swimming until mid-afternoon before rinsing off sand in the shower and saltiness in the Onsen prior to heading home. Driving back to Tokyo after swimming was tiring, but it became a fulfilling trip full of wonderful memories. If my stamina holds up, I’d love to come again next year. Thank you very much.

The twin Room was spacious, clean, and flawless. The mattress felt a bit old-fashioned, but I slept well. The shampoo and other amenities smelled wonderful—easily the best among my recent Hotel stays. The breakfast buffet was also amazing. I topped my waffle with whipped cream and maple syrup, and there were plenty of sushi (including temari sushi) and other Japanese dishes too—I wished I had saved more room beforehand. After finishing, I noticed there were puddings and smoothies at the counter, but I had already left my seat so I had to give them up reluctantly. They also lent us rental bicycles on both days, which was a huge help in the heat. Thank you very much. I’ll definitely stay again!

Kyoto was experiencing extreme heat day after day, but the time I spent at the Hotel and ShinPuhKan was very comfortable, allowing me to enjoy my stay without overexerting myself. The breakfast in particular exceeded my expectations. Each dish was carefully prepared, and I could really taste the quality of the ingredients. Everything was delicious, and it became one of the highlights of my stay. The location integrated with ShinPuhKan was also very appealing. During the hottest hours I relaxed at the Hotel, then once it cooled down I enjoyed walking around the area—overall a truly pleasant experience. All of your staff were warm and welcoming, and I would definitely like to stay again when I visit Kyoto. Thank you very much.

Although I live in Osaka, I stayed at Patina Osaka, which is very close to my home. Above all, the hospitality was outstanding in every aspect from check-in to check-out, and even though it was a short one-night stay, it was an extremely satisfying Hotel stay. The meals (in-room dining) and breakfast were both delicious—I was impressed the entire time. The turndown service was also meticulous, with everything kept spotless; the service was truly attentive, making it the most comfortable Hotel I have ever stayed at. It is also very pet-first, so my family and I could relax with complete peace of mind. I will definitely be back again. My heartfelt thanks to all the hoteliers at Patina Osaka. Thank you so much!

We stayed for one night during extreme heat. The Hotel was very clean, we were extremely satisfied with the Room amenities, and the staff’s service was flawless—overall a truly satisfying stay. There don’t seem to be many places nearby to explore on foot, but the Hotel itself has a pool for dogs and a dog run (a bit small), so it seems like there’s plenty to enjoy in summer. The meals were delicious, and service was quick—we never had to wait after ordering drinks. We even had seconds of rice! If I had to mention one thing, travel might be faster if expressways or toll roads extended further… but that’s separate from evaluating the Hotel. We’d like to stay again.

This time, we visited Lake Kawaguchi and Hakone for the first time, looking forward to seeing Mt. Fuji as part of my wife’s birthday trip. Although it was too cloudy to see the Mt. Fuji we had hoped for, we stayed at Setsugetsuka Bettei Suiun in Hakone and were able to fully enjoy the area. Our Room was a Standard Fourth, and it was very practical and well maintained with thorough cleaning, so we had a comfortable stay. The Onsen was at just the right temperature for me and left me feeling refreshed from the core, and it was also great to be able to use L’OCCITANE shampoo. For dinner, being able to choose the main dish and rice during the meal felt like a thoughtful service that let us decide based on our appetite. Breakfast offered such an abundant variety that we were so full we couldn’t even eat lunch afterward. The after-bath lounge area, along with complimentary drinks and snacks on each floor, was also a welcome service whenever we felt a little hungry. The staff’s hospitality was polite and easy to understand, which left a strong impression on us as well. After checkout we went to Gora Park, and at that time a parking staff member kindly advised us that taking the mountain railway one stop would allow us to walk downhill from top to bottom more easily—very helpful advice for an older couple like us. We hope to come back soon for our “I want to see Mt. Fuji with my own eyes!” revenge trip, and when we do, we would love to stay with you again.

This was my second stay, and once again I was reminded what a truly wonderful property this is. All the staff are always smiling, quick to help, and courteous, making my stay comfortable again this time. The Onsen was exceptional—not only the quality of the water, but also the spotless interior and beautiful views made it a perfect time to unwind. And as a Dormy Inn fan, I thoroughly enjoyed the post-bath ice pops and probiotic drink at the relaxation area, as well as the famous “Yonaki Soba,” all just as delicious as ever. Whenever I stay in Matsumoto, I will definitely choose this place again!

Everything was excellent. We stayed in a Premium Room and enjoyed access to the lounge—thank you for the wonderful food. The breakfast was, of course, delicious, and I ended up eating too much. The bathroom had a separate washing area, so I could relax and unwind. However, one disappointing point was that inconsiderate guests were making loud noises until close to midnight, which made it hard to fall asleep.

The Shuttle Service from the station was very helpful. The staff greeted us properly, which left a great impression. We had to bring our bath towels to the bath, but that minor inconvenience was more than made up for by the excellent amenities and post-bath drinks. You can relax anywhere in the building wearing a yukata or loungewear. The free-flow drinks at dinner included a wide selection of wine, sake, and shochu, and it was my first time seeing a dedicated sake-warming station. Of course, I gratefully made use of it. The only disappointment was that, despite being in Beppu Onsen, there were not many types of baths. Still, the property was clean throughout and well maintained, so we were able to unwind at a leisurely pace. Thank you very much.

Everything was excellent. The Room even had a massage chair. The bathroom was separate from the toilet and very spacious. Bicycle rentals were also available. I can’t believe it at this price. I’d love to stay again!

I was surprised to find someone waiting to welcome us at the entrance when we arrived by car. We were greeted by the scent of lilies, and while waiting our turn for check-in, my husband quickly started enjoying a beer. Our Room was on the 3rd floor and felt more spacious than expected. The tatami flooring made it very comfortable. The view from the window was wonderful, and we kept it open for a while just to enjoy it. The amenities were well stocked, and we didn’t feel any inconvenience. One thing I noticed was that there was quite a large step up into the in-room toilet, which made me a little worried about tripping if I got up during the night. What stood out most was the wide variety of dishes at dinner. The boat platter we reserved was extremely fresh, and the sushi prepared right in front of us was delicious as well. I love grilled seafood, and I went back for it twice. The steak was also excellent. We couldn’t possibly try everything—of course there wasn’t any room left for late-night ramen, so I’d like to have that next time (laugh). We made our Reservation to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and they surprised us by bringing dessert and taking photos for us—it became a truly happy memory. Breakfast was also buffet-style. In the morning, I made my own seafood rice bowl and enjoyed it very much. The freshly cooked French toast was delicious too. There were so many dishes that we couldn’t finish them all—it was a one-night stay filled with food that delighted both our eyes and taste buds. Lastly, thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staff who always greeted us with smiles—we had a very pleasant stay at your Accommodation. We will visit again.

The sashimi boat platter at dinner was stunning and tasted amazing. Our whole family loved it, and we really enjoyed our drinks. Of course, the other dishes were delicious as well. Breakfast was a buffet, and the sashimi was excellent too. The sauna was very clean and relaxing. It opens from 4:00 a.m., so we could refresh with an early-morning sauna. We’d definitely love to come again.
