The front desk staff are very kind. There are two bath temperatures, which is great because you won’t overheat. Having a microwave was helpful for heating up convenience store meals. At night, the noise from the neighboring Room can be a bit bothersome. It’s a great service to be able to use the bath after skiing and then head home.

I stayed for four nights, and the breakfast buffet menu changed slightly each day, so I never got bored. It was also nice that the vegetable dishes rotated daily. I especially enjoyed the morning they served goya champuru. The Room and Facility felt a bit dated, but everything was clean and I had no complaints, and my satisfaction with breakfast more than made up for it.

I’d love to stay in the same Room again next time.

I stayed at this Hotel to attend an event held at Yamanakako Koryu Plaza Kirara. My Room was a corner Room, and I was truly moved by the close-up view of Mt. Fuji through the large windows! I was also happy that the TV was big. The staff were extremely courteous, and their hospitality was outstanding, so I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious as well. Rice, miso soup, and rice accompaniments were served buffet-style, and the portions of the other dishes were just right. I could also relax in the large public bath after the event—it made for an amazing trip! I would definitely like to stay here again for next year’s event!!

This was my second stay. There’s a convenience store nearby, and I had no complaints. The TV remote wouldn’t change channels, so I went to the front desk. Even though it was an awkward early-morning hour, the night staff responded immediately, which really helped. The replacement remote could change channels, but then the power wouldn’t turn off—so that was the twist. I originally chose this Hotel because of the Plan that includes an onigiri bento for breakfast, and it was very tasty. Pricing will likely depend on comparisons with nearby hotels, but I’ll keep this as an option in the future.

Master, thank you for such a fun and wonderful time. It was my first stay, but you listened to so many of our stories over drinks, and it was truly relaxing. You even celebrated my birthday and Mother’s Day with me—it was the most fulfilling time I’ve had in decades. If I have the chance, I would love to stay again at this Hotel.

It was affordable considering how close it is to the station. The entrance is on the back side of a main road, so it was surprisingly hard to find nearby and difficult to spot even with navigation on. I understood where it was when I looked from farther away while leaving. There were two croissants in the Room, and although I didn’t expect much, they were amazingly delicious—so good that I felt bad for underestimating them! The elevator ran quietly, there was a microwave in front of the elevator, and there was also a vending machine on the floor where I stayed. (Quite a few items were sold out, but I didn’t plan to buy anything so it didn’t bother me.) The front desk staff were kind, and parking was 500 yen, which was great. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

I had plans to go to Fujinomiya in the morning, so I stayed the night before. The parking lot next to the Hotel fills up quickly, so I used the second parking lot, but it’s also close and not a hassle. After check-in, there are individual shoe lockers by the entrance for each Room, and you move around inside in slippers. The Room is reasonably spacious. Since the outlet by the bedside is a bit far, I recommend bringing a long charging cable. The bathroom and toilet are completely separate, and the bathtub and washing area are also separated, so if you fill the tub first you can wash up and get into the bath right away, which is great. There are plenty of convenience stores, supermarkets, and chain restaurants nearby, so finding food shouldn’t be a problem. The free breakfast doesn’t have a huge variety, but everything was tasty. Overall, it was a great value Hotel.

Our family of four stayed for two nights. It was great that both Tokyo Skytree and the station were nearby. There’s also a FamilyMart just around the corner. With a washing machine available, we could relax and feel at home—it was wonderful. It would be even better if there were a clothesline or drying rope for laundry. Also, we noticed some hair on the floor and picked it up with tissues before leaving, so it would have been helpful to have a lint roller or a quick floor wiper. Still, it was truly comfortable, and we would stay again!

Perhaps because we visited on a weekday, the baths were almost private, and we could relax and take our time. The meals were excellent in both portion size and taste, and they were served in a private room. Since we had children with us, we really appreciated that. The Hotel staff were all very kind, and we would love to stay here again when we visit Shiga.

From the warm welcome at the entrance to having my belongings prepared that I had left with you so I could head out fishing early, everything was very helpful. I would like to stay again.

It’s a slightly older Business Hotel, but the baths are excellent. There are two large tubs, plus a sauna and a cold plunge bath. The food is delicious with a wide variety of options, and you can enjoy drinks until late. Nothing to complain about. The Room is a bit dated, but since I’m only there to sleep, it doesn’t bother me and it’s comfortable enough. I actually prefer the shared toilet and washbasin area—it keeps the Room from feeling cramped, and you can wash up in a more spacious area. The affordable rate including breakfast is also very helpful.

I always stay here on business trips. The Facility is clean, and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Above all, the breakfast is delicious. The selection isn’t large, but I always end up eating too much. Most of all, you can’t beat this quality at this price—I wouldn’t choose anywhere else.

This Accommodation was better than I expected. I also liked the system of not wearing shoes inside the Room. The Room itself was nice, and above all, the location was easy to find. It was quiet at night as well. All the staff were kind and friendly. I would like to give it 5 stars, but in the middle of the night the Room filled with a cigarette smell. I don’t know why. The windows were closed, so I don’t think it came from outside. Because of that, I would hesitate to stay again next time.

Overall, it was very good. However, please note that parking is first-come, first-served and you may end up parking far from your Room. The coin laundry is closed from 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. These were the two things that caused me a bit of trouble this time. I used it for work, so I checked in early and didn’t return until after 11:00 p.m. Since it closes at midnight, I couldn’t do my laundry. My car was also parked in the farthest spot. The Room and the bed were very good. It was also nice to receive a frozen bento meal—you can eat it whenever you like. Having a microwave in each Room is very convenient!

I was satisfied with the meals, but the only drawback was the lack of air conditioning... It happened to be cooler during my stay, so I slept comfortably with the windows open, but considering recent temperatures (even in Hokkaido), I don’t think it would be comfortable without AC... That said... choosing from the wide variety of Akkeshi whiskies—and leaving the selection to match the meal—was absolutely the right decision. The food (including oysters) and the whisky pairing were outstanding!!! I’d love to visit again when it’s cooler.

What made me decide to stay this time was that the Room had both a microwave and a washing machine! Some Hotels have laundry Facilities in the building, and some have a microwave in the lobby or in the Room, but it was eye-opening to find a Hotel where I could use both privately inside my own Room for the first time. It was truly convenient not having to deal with shared machines being in use and not knowing when they’d be available. The washer also had a tub air-dry function, which helped shorten drying time and was a big help. I also wanted to eat gyoza for breakfast in my Room! In Utsunomiya, I ate dinner at an eat-in place, then took gyoza to go and reheated them the next morning—it was delicious. This is something I couldn’t have done without an in-room microwave (I didn’t want to carry it down to the lobby), so my little wish came true. I’ve used unmanned check-in before, but this was my first time at a Hotel with no staff on site at all, which really surprised me. However, I had read Reviews beforehand about it being “unmanned” and requiring face photo capture, so check-in went more smoothly than I expected. If I hadn’t known anything in advance, though, I might have panicked. Many Hotels seem to have cramped unit-bath tubs, but this one was spacious and didn’t feel tight at all—really nice. I usually have trouble falling asleep, but maybe because of the bed and overall space here, I slept soundly from 10 pm to 6 am and surprised myself. The only thing I really want to mention: although the Rooms are non-smoking indoors, there was a huge ashtray stand placed right in front of my door. Even just opening the door briefly while moving luggage let cigarette smell drift into the Room, which was truly disappointing. Why is it placed there? It seemed randomly placed and unfortunately ended up right outside my Room—and since I hate cigarette smoke, that part made me sad. Even smoke from someone smoking far away outside another Room drifted into mine sometimes; having it right in front of my door was nothing but unpleasant. I’d appreciate it if you could consolidate smoking into one designated area or create an enclosed smoking room like a small booth. Overall it was very good. I’d like to stay again.

This was my first stay. The Queen Room has a proper partition between the toilet and bathroom, a large bathtub, and free-flowing hot spring water. The price was reasonable, and even with No Meals Included, there are many shops nearby, which was convenient. The parking lot is spacious, but it seems to fill up quickly, so I recommend checking in early.
